One patient this morning

Could hardly get up this morning.  KR went to Oswald group and I didn't get up til 6 30.  Still cloudy and cold.  Saw Bob Pagan at the office.  He seems to be in good spirit.  Maggie has bad back so is not feeling well, but still coming Friday.

After work I came home to do more yard work.  Mopped the upstairs under the bed and benihd the head board.  So much dust, the bunnies are multiplying like mad.

Doug came by with a whole bunch of bee boxes and he is going to San Diego tomorrow and then coming back to get the bees.  Then I rode my bike to Mary's and picked up some stuff for Kevin Thompson.  Also dug a bunch of stuff out of his dumpster.  I cannot believe he is remodeling his kitchen and threw out almost everything !!!!!!   Why won't he recycle?  No idea

Kurt went to Diane's old house to take care of the kitchens and Gracie went diving, for rocks.  She loves it there.  The new owners don't know when they would be moving in.  So much money, so little time.  They have a house in San Marino and one in San Gabriel or something.

Went to bed early.  Neck very stiff.

Cloudy Monday

It actually rained a little last night.  Not much, nothing stuck around.  KR went to Bible Study and I just puttered.  Actually went to Yoga with Adele.  This is her last week off, so next week she is back to work.  I am sad.  I tried blending a smoothie with the avocado powder and it was so so, not too tasty.  I also gave away the Black & Decker blender I found in the alley.  And the three boxes of clothes too.

I did a load of laundry.  KR got some more bees, seems like the bees are swarming later this year.  Kurt had school all day, and seems a little out of it.  I made chicken vegetable soup for dinner and I ate very little.  Got Vertigoheel pills in the mail and tried some of it.  Don't know if it would work.  Only took 1/4 this morning, felt it coming on in the afternoon but resisted taking any more like yesterday afternoon. 

I went for a run around the alley, and picked up some more stuff, including glasses and utensils from Kevin Thompson.  Went to bed by 9.

Sunday

Not even going to full with it, I took 1/4 and most morning felt better.  KR went to walk Gracie and I did laundry, especially of the stuff we picked up in the alley.  Mostly clothes, but a nice electric blanket, no plug just kind of weighted and feels good, sure Kurt would like it.

Kurt went off with Corrina to join the science class for a hike to somewhere in Orange County, off of Ortega Highway.  He didn't want to go, but I thought it would be nice.  I drove to Jon's and gave him a flat of milkweed for his West BNT group.  I also drove to Becky's and gave East group some milkweed.  Chuck is growing a bunch and the south group, where I belong, had a whole flat too.

I need to give to the North BNT folks a flat, as Chuck has more.  I also transplanted his cat nip plants in the front.  KR took a nap.  I was, key word, was going to yoga, but the laundry took too long, so just to exercise class this afternoon.

I also registered for the Armed Forces Day 5K, me and Ed.

We also weeded in the Serenity Garden.

I am tired.

KR had leftover chicken for dinner and I don't remember what I ate, that is why I am about 116 pounds most days.  I don't mind that.

Saturday 4/27/2019

KR goes walking Gracie and then to 99 cent store then to Big 5 for fishing license.  Yikes, he caught the huge halibut yesterday without a license.  We didn't have anything going on which was good as I am dizzy and I took 1/4 pill, and felt better for most of the day.  I transplanted more sunflowers. 

KR tried to go diving again, but didn't catch anything.

We went to church and brought guac but didn't see the Gooches so we brought the chips and guac home.  I was feeling really really dizzy at church.  I think the loud music is not good for me.

After dinner of just salad, from Patty last night, I went to bed and KR stayed and watched a little TV.  Kurt went out to dinner with Corrina.

Friday

Still not feeling too well.  Pretty queasy today.  Took 1/4 tab clonipin so I can be more functional.  Spent all morning removing the chicken wire from the new grass we planted and making it chicken proof.  Also transfered a lot of sunflowers to the front and a tomato, and two squash.

KR went to help John move stuff for the eventual Velasquez home coming.

Patty and Mike Ackerman came over for dinner.  We were suppose to have Bible study but Mike Gooch got last minute Dodgers tickets so he and Carole went.

We had baked and steamed halibut for dinner.  Great to have them here.

NO work Thursday

Yup, Thursday, and no work.  Dr Deepa day today, and I am glad.  Did laundry and KR went surfing and caught this HUGE halibut.  24 pounds of meat.  He filet it and we gave some to Adele, Patty Lopez, and saved some for us. 

I took a long nap, 1 1/2 hour.  While KR napped, I ran about 30 minutes.  Gotta figure out how I am going to do the Armed Forces Day 10 K with Eddie and Mike.

We had left over for dinner.

Dizzy Wednesday

Another day of no work, and I am so glad.

I order the part for mom's washer.  Did much yard work, trying to get the section of curb near Martin's house to look some what decent.  Jon comes for lunch and brought us Peruvian food.

Jesse comes for dinner and we got o Lazy Dog.  Of course Gracie comes with us.  Great time. 

AHHHHH NO WORK TUESDAY

I was suppose to see Abby Brown but with her in China, I had the day off !!!!  Regina text and said Jeanette is in way over her head and has no idea what she is doing, so they are looking for another front desk person.  Sigh

KR goes surfing and I transplant the milkweeds.  Chuck brought over more larger plants, pulled up by the roots and I planted them.  The BNT people all want them, so they are slowly getting taken.  I rode my bike to SBCHC to pick up my check and then to the bank for deposit and then to Louie's to drop off the AURA composites.  Then I came home, and KR was at the Farmer's Market getting stuff.  there was so much black berries and strawberries.  Oh Yum.  I made smoothies and froze them.

I sat outside for about an hour after lunch getting some sun, and KR took a nap.

We walked the dog up at the fire road and KR made lemonade.  The mustard plants are growing about 8 - 10 feet tall.  Beautiful.

Kurt worked Instacart today, and Venmo some money, but not enough.  He paid 172 for car registration, and 100 for rent and 15 for overage on Data use with AT T.    He still owes 175 for tax bill, as my accountant did his taxes, even though they charged 250 we are giving him a discount !!!

Not much happen day

I go to yoga but Amy is sick, so Adele and I just did our little yoga in the upstairs exercise room, and I did a little weights.  Got back and took my car into Honda for the airbag recall.  Yup, finally some of the Hondas not just the Toyota, use Takata airbags that need to be redone.  I ran home.

Jeff the service guy called me at about 10 and said it was done.  WOW and they washed the car, like I asked !!  I ran back and picked up the car.  Brought it home and cleaned the inside, vacuum, and make sure it was ready for Ed and family.

KR came home from surfing and Chris' bible study and visiting Connie Pena and Marilyn White.  He didn't get home til about 1 30.  He had lunch and we walked the dog to the park. 

My neck is still so sore.....  the gravitational pull is really bothering me, but.....

Eddie and family, sans Kate are having so much fun, and the Ovation has bumper cars, climbing wall, roller skating, escape room, indoor sky diving, besides the pools....  wow makes the Princess boat look like a sampan. 

Resurrection Sunday

He is Risen

We went to sunrise service.  Mary was too dizzy to go.  She has been getting some dizzy spells.  We brought Gracie and walked her down by the beach after the service while Kurt drove home.  KR had host service so he got there at 5 30 and we didn't come til 6.

KR cooked eggs and gefilte fish, meatloaf omelette.  Fab

Then he tried to go surfing, no go.  I rode to Mary's and gave her some clonazapam for her dizziness.  Then I came home and weeded with KR the YMCA lot.  We pulled out a lot of ivy, weeds etc.

Then he took a nap and I rode to target trying to get a neck brace.  THEY WERE CLOSED for Easter.  Wow.  So I went to Von's to get some of the free stuff Kurt got from the Monopoly playing thingy they are doing, and deposited my checks from Will Weston, then came home.

FREE Saturday

Ahhh, nothing on the plate today.  KR goes to walk the dog down at the beach, and I do  the sheets.  Gray and drizzly.  I went up to meet the new owners, James and Rita from Canton, Guanzou???  Nice people, will pay Kurt 40 bucks to come up once a week to bring the cans in and to check on the chickens.

I ran home, and made it to Lomita Feed before Kurt picked me up.  Ate a rib bone from our roast.  Went to Walmart to pick up my DMSO cream, and to return some food that Kurt bought from Ralphs.  Kale.  And we got so much of it from the farmers market.

KR took a nap.

Will was suppose to get here around 12 and he does not until 1 30 so that by the time he "cleans" grandma's house it was almost 4 so Kurt says he does not want to be late so we go to Seder at the Kaplans'.

I LOVE SEDER AT THE KAPLANS

We of course read from the book of Seder, and the first time I was there was 2013 !!!!  So this is my fourth or fifth.  There were the Kaplans sans Julie and Ortel who is a friend of Adele's who works for the Isreali consular office.  The menu was brisket. Oh so so yum.  Kurt left early to get the chickens back at Diane's old house, and they were all accounted for.  Then he drove Will up to his house in LA, something about 3rd and Alvarado, just north of House Ear Clinic.  He got back about 8 30 and we were in bed.  I was tired.

Friday WORK AND MORE WORK

So I had three patients but DiNesha and her son cancels.  One of her grandmothers passed and the funeral is today.  I see Reza Z, he is such a nice patient.  When I got done, I went home and KR came home from helping John V empty a trialer home of stuff for his son and Myra, when they return in August from Puerto Escondido.

We went to the Good Friday service.  Kurt drove separately and went and got chicken food for the new owner of Diane's house.  He is meeting with them tomorrow and asked if I would come. 

 I got the roast ready, and went back to work, and saw Brad Dennis and Eddie C.  KR put the roast in 325 degrees for 3 hours.  I got back from work and went for a quick run.  Then it was to the Ackerman's for our Good Friday dinner.

The menu was a surprise, so we had meatloaf(s) by the Ackerman, roast by us, chicken wings by Cindy, Lasagna by Carole, and bundt cake and more chicken (fried) by Joann.  They had no electricity so they just bought food.  No one made a salad, but Patty put out pineapple slices with grapes and blackberries, plus carrots.  I ate too much.

Got home and went to bed. 

My neck is so sore lately, feels like the gravity pull is bad.  No med today.  Ate the rest of the one bite of John C's cookie, but still had to get up for pee.

WORKING Thursday

Got to the office by 6 50.  Tracy on vacation.  Not too busy.  Megha wanted a meeting.  Some patients, maybe three are saying I scared them or something.  One of which is Maribel's relative.

Oh well.

I am dizzy but did not take meds, just wanna get it over with.  My neck is really tired at the end of the day, from having "heavier" gravity and having to hold my head up.  Praying this goes away.  Can't stand the swaying and the rocking !!!  Some days I hardly feel it, but always at night I am tired.

After work, I went for a run.  Pretty slow 30 minutes.  I got the shipment of Ben Gay and will be trying the extra strength.

Taiwan had an earthquake 6.1 today, and James said the apt or hotel he was at was swaying quite a bit.

KR got a swarm and he and Kurt picked it up tonight by the beach.

I have to work all day tomorrow, almost.  Also sunrise service.

I cooked four heads of cauliflower.  WOW  the gas !!

Yoga Wednesday

Met Adele at yoga at the Y at 6 am.  Then washed the comforter, and watered the lawn.  KR walked the dog, and came back said surf is up and left for surfing.  I went back to mom's to bring some cleaning supplies and have a look see.  Sent Will a text about cleaning and he was so so rude.  Waiting for his reply.

Well he replied, and just as rude.  Guess I just gotta let him do his thing instead of helping him !!!

Kurt goes to school then to the beach with Corrina, and comes home to eat taquitos.  KR surfs for two hours.  I call father as it is his 88 year birthday.  He asks about mom and then said that she must be doing well for being 90 years old.  I told him mom was only 3 months older than he so she is also 88.

I went to the Y for a little weight work out when KR took the dog for a walk and check the swarm traps.

Went to bed pretty early after taking a little of John's cookie.

AHHH Home Tuesday

KR went to Oswald's which he forgot last week.  I did laundry and washed my car.  It was so so so full of bugs, blood from bugs, and bug parts.  I used the laundry water to wash and rinsed and detailed the inside.  So dirty.

Then cleaned the garage and made a seat for the beach chair.  KR helped raked the yard and put in grass seeds where the old chicken run had extended.  Kurt had work, Instacart 11- 3.  I took a great nap with KR.

I wanted to go to the exercise room with KR but he said no.  He mad great phyllie cheese without the cheese, but cream of mushroom soup, and we had it with great big salad.  I also cooked the bunch of cauliflower we got from Farmers Market, and Mary's vegetables. 

I slept well, except several times to pee, and once I came down to eat some cooked vege and meat, at about 2 am.  I have not done that for a long long time. 

Going home Monday

After a cup of coffee, we drove towards Morro Bay, but didn't get there, found beach access, and took Gracie for a walk.  I ran about 25 minutes while KR and Gracie were down at the beach.  We got back and had breakfast.  It was all carbs, so we only had oatmeal with fruit, and yogurt.  I was not hungry. 

We checked out and had a leisurely drive to Morro Rock.  We took some photos of a few otters.  Had lunch at Taco Temple.  Oh my, so good, but so so expensive.

We then went to Doug's to pick up bee boxes.  He and Shirley were not there.  What a mess of a yard.

Then it was off to try to find Carrizo Plain National Monument.  We finally found the southern entrance.  There were still some wild flowers.  We went from Santa Maria to Nipomo, via 166 over the hills, past Twitchell Reservoir, to the southern entrance of Carrizo. 

After that we went on Hudson Ranch Road, which turned into Cuddy valley Road, through Frazier Park, to I 5.  Coming out just south of Lebec.  What an interesting drive.  We got back about 6 15, unpacked.

Kurt didn't do much house work.

Went to bed pretty early, but could not sleep, felt the gravity pull.

HIking Sunday

We were up by 7 and had coffee.  Went for a great hike, to Sibley park near by.  Left about 11 am after having some left over crab, and KR had a sandwich.  Janie puts out so much stuff, and their kitchen/great room is so amazing with the view out the hills of Orinda. 

Doug says Shirley was still not well enough so we are not spending the night.  But we decided to go to Morro Bay.  But ended up in Cayucos at the Beachwalker Inn.  It was off of Ocean and 5th.  What a cute little place.  Our unit, 101 had a kitchenette and a separate bedroom.  We went down to the beach and Gracie had a romp in the ocean chasing the stick and did not want to come out, of course. 

KR gave her a bath and we went out to eat.  Found a great chowder place, Duckies Chowder, just off the pier.  We went to bed early.

What a quaint little town.

Reunion Saturday

Got up and had coffee and went for a walk with Diane, Bob, Ruby, Suz's dog, and Gracie.  Since we went up the hill yesterday, today we went down the hill.  Gracie had a great time.  It was sunny and beautiful.

We had breakfast/brunch of eggs with stuff and cheese.  Then we said goodbye.  I left my shoes !!!!

We drove up to SF and stopped at Fort Funston and walked the dog.  It is a very large area just off the beach where many people walk their dogs off leash.  Then we drove to Ocean Beach and through Golden Gate Park.  It was packed full of people.  We saw the bisons.  Right across the street on a tall tree were these three owlets. 

We arrived at Neil and Janie's house by 2 45.  What a beautiful house, large back yard.  Their dog, Kona, was not there, in the city with their daughter.  We left for SF, my class reunion, in Neil's beautiful white Tesla.  Seeing everyone was great.  Food was great, Company was fabulous.

To Diane's Friday

Got up in Bakersfield and walked the dog to the field behind the motel, and CHP.  There were so many rabbits, and we found one that was just newly killed by something.  It was being eaten, the head was half gone.  The body was still warm and soft !!!!

Got back for breakkie of scramble eggs, yogurt, coffee and got on our way. 

We stopped at the Gilroy outlet, and KR bought another pair of shoes and some sandals.  THE SANDALS HAD BOTTLE OPENER ON THE BOTTOMS.

We got to Diane's by 1 15.  Went for a walk to the meadow and saw beautiful flower called forget-me-nots, with blue flowers.  Then Bob came home and Diane cooked chicken legs, coldslaw, bok choy, and I went to bed while they sat out in front of the fire pit for almost an hour.  I was too dizzy.  The car ride today, yikes.

Tried to decide if I wanna take any clonipin tomorrow as the sleep last night was so so so good.  Didn't get up once to pee either tonight. 

Working Thursday

Finished work at 12:07, but didn't get the charts done until 1:05 !!!  Got home and packed up went on the road about 2 15.  Stopped at Ft Tejon outlet where KR bought Nike running shoes.  It was so empty, with a few folks walking around.  I know it is just a Thursday afternoon, but sheesh, how do they stay in business?

We missed the turn off for Best Western Heritage Inn at Bakersfield and ended up finding this great restaurant name Willow Ranch BBQ at Button Willow Exit off of 5.  We had great brisket sandwich and tri-tip salad.

We drove five miles back to Best Western and had room 116.  The shower diverter didn't work so we moved to 118.  Unbelievable that in the middle of nowhere the room, with tax, and dog is 131 dollars !!!!!!!! 

Took a clonipin to sleep and didn't get up once for bathroom.  AMAZING ! 

Screening Lawndale William Green Ele

So this morning we have screening. 

Adele and I make it to the 6 am yoga.  It does make me feel better to go with her.  Amy is such a darling too.

We go to the screening.  So many kids, so little time.  I am the last one done.  11 45 am and we go home for lunch.

I have eggs and KR has kalbi ribs.

We go to gym to exercise and lay outside for about an hour.  It is packing time for our trip.  I make reservation to Bakersfield Best Western for tomorrow night.

I didn't run.  But I think if I were to spin around a lot I would feel better as shaking my head vigorously make me feel a little better.

Kurt comes home and he and Corrina had a wonderful time.  They saw maybe five, FIVE big horn sheep.  In 25 years we have been going we only saw ONE, and it was outside the park, last month, by itself !!!!!!!!!!

Going to bed soon and it is now 8 pm.

Work

Kurt text yesterday that it is so so so hot out there.  They see some big horn sheep out there.  We saw one on the side of the hill OUTSIDE the park on the way home, never by Palm Canyon.

I get up early for work.  KR goes to be a parking attendant at KHC for Kim Hopper's dad's memorial.  I see Elizabeth, Reese, Ryan, and Monika.  She lost her crown, and I just recemented #31.

Kurt just text that Austin's car died and they are trying to jump it.

I got home about 12 30 and KR left a note he went to the gym.  I went for a short run when he came back and he took a nap.

So KR is mad and does not ask me to go for a walk.  I water the yard and start packing.  Tomorrow we have screening.  I am in bed by 8 30 after a quick shower.

Desert day for Kurt

I meet Adele at the YMCA for yoga.  So so glad she came.  I just got up by myself at 5 20.  Wow.  Great to go to sleep early.

Well, the boy does not get up til past 7 so he is late to Corrina's.  We help him pack KR's car and he drives off to pick her up.  It is suppose to be 98 in Anza Borrego today.  I hope they have a good time.

I go to pick up BNT cal king mattress cover and to the city of Redondo Beach to get business license.  What a waste of money.  Because Will's office is in the village, the cost is 203 dollars a year.  Improvement association !!!!

I come home and do laundry, and vacuum the garage.  I stop at mom's to drop off food and find Will's drug paraphernalia all over the outside patio table, and the back glass door unlocked.  I tell him he cannot smoke anything on our property and he goes into this thing saying that he has GAD and NEEDS to smoke weed, and all I could say is that he is going to be gone this Friday.  Good grief.

He also had an empty gatorade bottle in the bedroom, and we had told him over and over NO NO NO, but he just cannot abide by the rules.  That boy.  Too bad Kurt will have to help him move, and he won't have a car until he gets enough money to get it fixed. !!!!!

KR comes home from screening and goes surfing.  I go for a fairly hard run.  Read somewhere that vigorous exercise can help MdDS.  Today is better than a few days ago.  The rocking is acceptable, no meds.  And I think the hard run helped a little, but my hip is sore.

Go to bed early.  Work day tomorrow.

Sunday

No meds today and it is now 6 pm and feeling ok.  I start dismantling the old chicken run and then KR comes home from walking the dog and takes Matthew and Adrian out to the beach.  He gets home at 12 30 says Matthew wanted to go home.  WOW

Kurt goes to church and hangs at the beach a bit.  When he came home he helped KR take out the old chicken coop, too big, and put the little coop in the space and then the corral over the whole thing. The chickens are mad.  Their foot print is smaller and Lucy especially was just clucking all afternoon after I finished setting up the food and water.  THEY are NOT happy.  But way more secure.  We put a lattice roof on so Honey cannot escape.

Kurt takes a nap all afternoon.   Is suppose to be packing for his trip tomorrow. 

Saturday

I take .5 mg and 1/2 tab early.  Didn't want to get too dizzy on a fine Saturday.  KR parks the car over at the YMCA to save the space for the trailer.  He goes and borrows Brendon's trailer and brings the hay corral down through Martin's yard.  I shall figure out what to do. 

Kurt goes to Santa Anita.  Mike Gooch and Carole, Mike Ackerman and Patty all have a great time.  I told Kurt to have Corrina bring the flower hat, and she looked smashing in it.  Gooches make it to church but Kurt does not.  He and Serena spend a few more hours at the track and a few more hours here too.  I go to bed early, as the rocking got really bad after church.

Saw Naomi and Jim at church.

NO WORK

So glad it is NO work Friday

I go to yoga with Adele 8 am.  YEAH !!!!

Still rocking, but hey?

Go to Diane's and look at the hay barn thingy that she wants to get rid of.  We are going up tomorrow to pick it up, I hope.

Diane's chickens also had no water, and were so thirsty.  I gave them a bowl and they drank it all.  I refilled the bucket, she thinks the nipples might leak, yikes.  I am glad I left two bowls of water for them.  She is going up to see tomorrow.

KR walked the dog first thing in the morning and then went to Armstrong to buy a persimmon tree.  Says this is the last one before he gives up.

After lunch we went for a workout at mom's gym and then a little nap out in the pool.  We walked Gracie to the park.  Will text and said the car will take about 3500 to fix, more than what the car is worth.  Hikes.

Not feeling too good right now, 6 15 pm.  gonna lay down

If it is THURSDAY ...........

Then it must be work day !!

I get there early, 6 50 and was an exhausting day !!!  Had this little girl, maybe 17, Ashley, demanding that #11 be filled, actually full bonding, when she was 25 minutes late and telling her mom, what am i doing here wasting my time?  full of tattoos and piercing, oh my, what is this generation coming to

Then Will says his car is towed to repair place because he got in an accident on the freeway, two people changing lanes, and who knows whose fault it is, etc.... 

They only call mom when there is an issue

KR goes to exercise room and naps, I tried to nap, no go

No medication today, trying to stay off the stuff, maybe I shouldn't as I really can't stand this feeling but according to the MdDS site, my symptoms is about  2 - 3, like there are people who has a 9 or 10 who cannot even get out of bed !!!!!  Yikes

We have dinner, I had a bowl of salad and went to bed, about 10.  I spoke with Mac for about half hour.  He and Kathy are not getting along.  Just like roommates.  Yikes there too

4/3/2019

So last night was up and down and up and down, seems like every two hours I have to pee.  Or just can't sleep.  So I am finally up for yoga.  Then office meeting.

Seems like today's rocking more tolerable so I didn't take anything.  No benzo nor prozac.  Got home and went to the pool with KR and sat out for a bit.  I walked home so I can go to my post op with Dr Maher.  While I was there, David Kelliny's office called.  Pete Brubaker was there and so I just walked over to see them.  Turns out he needs RCT on #19, probably.

Came home and we went for a walk.  But on the way there we stopped by this house by South High that was cutting down the trees, and KR wanted the wood.  We took a bunch and had Kurt come and take the rest.

Came home and made myself eat.  Not hungry when dizzy.  This afternoon fully dressed at 117.9.  Well, at least getting skinny is a part of this terrible MdDS.

Praying it would go away.

Took a shower and went to bed. 

Tuesday

So Tuesday dawns with KR going to his Oswald Group.  I do not get up before 7 even though I went to bed early.  Still dizzy.  Maybe I should stop CBD oil and see if that is it.  Finally about 10 I took .2 / 1/2 and it is not working too well.  Maybe I have to do .25/ 1/2 so we shall see tomorrow.   KR and I go walk Gracie at the beach.  It was cold.  We stopped at Ralphs and got some yummy food, including lots of orange juice. 

KR goes to the farmers market and then a nap.  I rode to Louie's and gave him a bunch of composite and prophy angles, then to the bank, deposited my paycheck, then to Linberg nutrition, magnesium.  Hoping that it would help.

Lovely and gang are down in Taichung for spring break.  Mom looks like she is having such a good time.

I am down to 117 pounds even at night, queasy, can't eat much. 

I don't mind that but the dizziness this few days is really bad.

But at least I don't have problem with shopping, like at grocery stores, like a lot of people with MdDS seem to.  And I don't walk into door jams or furniture.  And I can work.

Sometimes I think looking at computer is really bad.  Maybe I will buy the BluBlocker glasses, which I thought were blue color, KR says they are amber color and he is right.  HAHAHA

Long Work Monday

So Dr Sata was doing something so office asked me to work, 8 - 6.  I was pretty anxious about it yesterday but all turned out ok.  We have three assistants, Yvonne, this Indian guy, this girl who I have never met before, and the other Philipino whose parents are dentists, so there was plenty of help.  Thank goodness.  PLUS, several patients either rescheduled or no showed.

I had a long lunch time so I went to see Hien.  She had her brain surgery in February, and was on steroids so her face was a bit puffy.  When I was there, Cecile McQuerry was just pulling out with Emily.  So I must keep in touch.  She also gave me some sushi, spicy tuna, it was great. 

I was getting so dizzy so I finally took .25 / 1/2 and it helped.  Now the question is, do I take that daily to preempt the symptoms by taking the pills early in the day? 

After work I came home, had a banana and yogurt and went to bed by 8.  I took a couple of drops of the Doug oil.  Didn't feel anything when I got up to pee at 11.  Wish I didn't have to pee so often, like two times a night.  Trying to not drink with dinner and see if it would help.

KR cleaned the floor in the kitchen, tried to fix the sprinkler system, no go, and cleaned the stove.  Took Gracie to Rosie's and she had a great time.
