Too Much Eating

So we have two eating dates today.

I went to the 9 am ab class with Fred.  Today was a little better, not so sore and hard like last Saturday.  The lady next to me was the newbie and having a hard time.

Then it was 11 am meeting at Lovely's with Jesse, Zoe and Abby.  We decided to go to Marie Calendar's and I had a very old coupon.  They didn't take it but did give us a free slice of pie for Alan's birthday.

We all ate too much.

Then it was nap time, before the next FOOD !!!  I was really dizzy still, and now a bit queasy.  I have not been queasy for awhile, so it was not good, no bueno.  But I didn't take any meds.

Lovely wanted $8000 dollars for Kurt's tuition, and I went to Wells Fargo and took out the cash.  I went to Costco and bought Kurt four pairs of shorts.  Then I drove to Schmmick's Auto.  What a mess. 

Will had abandoned his car there, and I brought the spare key, and then cleaned out his car.  It was such a mess.  He had like three trash bags of clothes, charger cables, shoes, flip flops, and books, etc.  All very filthy and dirty.

I got home just in time to see Jake.  Abby and Isaiah had walked over.  We went to Gaetano's and had much more food.

What a day.

Visiting Auntie Mary

I made it to yoga early!!!!  It was not bad, not dizzy at all at the class.

KR went to Chris' and then to surf.

We left about 10 45.  Alan drove KR and Isaiah and Kurt.  I took mom and Lovely and Abby.  When we got to Auntie Mary's, I was so so dizzy.  We went to Ordonez Mexican and I had lengua, it was great, Lovely had lamb and the others had tacos and enchiladas, etc.  We went to the 99 cent store after and bought a bunch of stuff, then drove Auntie Mary home.

On the way home, I took 91 EAST instead of WEST, and made it to KNOTT blvd before I realized I was going the wrong way.  I have NEVER done that before.  I was talking to Lovely and not paying attention, and she had no idea.  Oh my, added about 20 more miles to the trip. 

I dropped them off at Grandma's and then came home.   We walked the dog and then watered a bit.  KR had dinner.  I had pickled daikon and carrots.  Not too hungry.  Went to bed.  Tomorrow I will try the ab class again before meeting Jesse and family.

Day of Rest

So I go to mom's with Brian McIntyre to cut his hair.  Kurt went to church on the beach.  KR took Gracie for a walk early, dropped her off and took the surf board down for a little surfing.

Brian has really long curly hair, and I gave a nice hair cut per his direction.

Then we went for a walk all the way to the club house.

KR came over to mom's at 10 15 so I can go to yoga.

KR did a lot of house work at moms and then came home when Kurt came back from church, ate lunch and took a nap.

I went for a ride, and the right by Ralphs the chain got stuck.  Took me about 10 minutes to unstick the chain.  Went to Ralphs to wash my hands.  Rode to the beach, Dolphin Park and went for a 5 minute run, and rode home.

I went to  my class at the Y and then to Costco for 200 dollars of food/etc.

Dinner at home.  Made marinated daikon and carrots.

My neck was really heavy today, and I didn't take meds.

Went to bed late, about 9 45.

Saturday

Woke up around 6 30 and changed the sheets.  KR went for a paddle and Kurt went for a drive with grandma.  I cooked a stew with all kinds of vege.  There was two squash that were growing in the front.  One was at the curb and one was from Mary Eileen.  Went for a ride on my bike to the 99 cent store, and bought some lettuce.

KR got mad at me when I would not go shopping at the Korean store for lettuce before I rode.  I felt that I had been working all morning, and I was ready to go out.  Too bad no farmers market today.

Church tonight.  Grandma didn't want to go and Kurt stayed home with her.  Tomorrow is his last day.  Lovely would be arriving back tomorrow night.  I am going to pay Kurt 15 bucks an hour for weeding.

Kurt is not working at Instacart next week, and Corrina is coming back next week too.  Prolly on August 3, but he is not sure.

KR had host and I went to church around 5 15.  The music and the cavernous hall was making me pretty dizzy.  Would be so sad if I had to listen to pod casts, or go somewhere where it does not make me dizzy.  We might try RHCC when Saturday service discontinue on Saturday night end of August. 

REST REST FRIDAY

Got up at 6 30 and started laundry.  AND then it was car washing.  KR went paddling.  I was thinking of going to yoga, but didn't make it to either 8 nor 9 30 class.  sigh

Kurt took mom to YMCA for lunch.  KR went over there to nap, while Kurt went for a swim.  I went for a ride.  Still dizzy.  NO MEDS

We walked Gracie, barely.  She 'got' a squirrel so was pretty sore.  KR went to the reunion at Admiral Risty's and I went to group.  Nice to see:  Mike A, Patty, Mike G, Carole, Tony G, Cindy, Tony A, and Joann.  Got home by 9 15 and went to bed.  KR came home about 9 30

More work Thursday

As this is Tiffiny Wong's last day, we decided to buy some food so I met Maribel and Tracy at Northgate Market, but the deli department was NOT ready.  We bought some pastries, and fruit, and they stopped at McDonald's for some sandwiches.  Tiffiny has been such a help this last six weeks.  I really like her personality, and her work ethics.

So it was fast and furious 7 - 1.  It was HOT HOT and HOT.  And the AC is suppose to be up next week.  We hope.

I got done with notes at 1 30 and they were putting this shed together and wanted me to help, and I said NO NO and NO.   I went home and KR was at moms  Kurt had a meltdown again, that he didn't finish his essay but when I was driving home I met him at the driveway.  He had just finished an was turning it in.  He said the saving grace is that the essay is only worth 25%.  Why didn't he realize that earlier????  Oh well

KR comes home and we walk the dog.  He cooks a couple of burgers and I went to bed early, by 8 30.

What a long day

I went to yoga, finally at 6 am.  Had to work at 8.

It was such a long day at work.  The guys next door are working on the building, and the AC is not working yet, so the office was SO SO HOT.  Marc had bought several fans but it was still hot.  We had several screaming memeeee's.  I went for a walk at lunch time.

Then it was time to go home at 6, and MY CAR WOULD NOT START !!!!!!

I called AAA and the battery was bad.  WHY WHY AND WHY???

Brian McIntyre came over and he got jumped by a bunch of hoodlums, and broke a few teeth.  Martin Mardirosian, Trent's partner put the teeth back and wired the teeth from 6 - 11.  The cost so far is about 6000 bucks.  WOW

Karl and I will help him pay.

I text Trent.

Lovely and family are coming back tonight, and KR is going to pick them up, and bring them back.  Debbie is going to sleep here, and Alan will drive down to San Diego to drop off mom B and Gina.  What a late night it is going to be.  I guess it doesn't bother Alan to drive late.

I went to bed at 8 15

Tuesday

So no senior program for mom this week, KR goes over there to take care of mom when Kurt goes to school.

I go clean the garage and get the stuff donated to people.  Like the pop up tent, etc.

Then it was time for work.  Saw Grace McKenna and cleaned her teeth.  #15 occ.  I also dropped off a leaded apron for Bill Phillips.

Then I came home and tried cleaning house, and get ready for tomorrow, which is going to be a long long day.

KR and mom had gone to the farmers market and got a bunch of tomatoes.  He cooked zukes and maters.  Yum.

We went to bed early, by 8 30 and I could not sleep.  Finally fell asleep by 9 30

Monday

KR grabs a wooden box from the alley.  He goes to Chris' and Meagan is suppose to pick up a board from there to go surfing.  She contacted Kurt last night.

I am still dizzy, but do not take anything.  Trying not to and sit in the box, but the box is wobbly.

Kurt goes to school.  KR goes to take care of grandma and go to YMCA for lunch.  They come back and we all take a nap.  I even fell asleep.

Kurt comes home and goes to nap.  I take grandma for a check up with Dr Lee.  She has not been there for years.  I didn't realize that.  I come back and Kurt finally wakes up and take her home.

THE SENIOR PROGRAM IS CANCELED FOR THE WEEK !!!!  Dang.  Someone has respiratory disease.  We really liked three hours free three times a week.

I made short ribs and kalbi ribs for dinner.  We drop some off over there, and ate here.  I have such bad neck strain these days.  Not really dizzy but the neck is killing me so tired.  Lovely is in DC.

Sunday 7/21/2019

It is Eddie's birthday today.  He is 56.  We are all getting older.

KR wanted to surf but the wind came up.  He took Gracie for a walk.  Kurt got grandma breakfast and brought her over so we can go for a walk, and he is going down to Church on the Beach.

Kurt does not come back until 11 30  Went for a swim.

I went to the yoga class at the Y 10 30.  Have not been there in years.

We order sharwarma for dinner, so yummy and had it at grandma's.

Can't remember what else  Must have gone to bed early.  Still feeling very dizzy. 

Clinic Saturday - WITHOUT MOI

So I asked Kurt last night if he would go and assist dad so I can stay home and rest.  Still too dizzy.  He said yes, so he came by about 7 30 and left with pops.  I went over there and fed mom and then we came back here so I can hang the laundry.  I felt really dizzy, more like neck strain, so we rested a bit and I loaded up the bike and took her to Sure Foot Massage, for a 75 minute massage while I rode the bike from Garnet Street to El Porto and back 

That seems to help a bit.

Then we came home for lunch.  She had Meals on Wheels fish. 

We went for a walk and then we came back here for nap.

KR and Kurt got back about 2 30 and everyone slept.  Kurt did not want to go to church with us so we went, KR had host.  He took grandma back and fed her dinner and put her to bed after Little House.

My neck is so sore. 

I went to bed without eating dinner.  Had the rest of the brisket earlier so was not hungry.  KR had tacos.

MORE MORE work Friday

Forrest Ackerman was suppose to be my first patient, but he overslept.  So Eddie came in first, at about 9 15.  I took out #20, which was hurting him, and a bit loose.  Then Forrest.  He got a nose piercing, oh my.  I cleaned his teeth, took one BW, the watches we had was still the same, so I gave him some more varnish and off he went.

I then went to the beach, and ran from about Ave. C to the pier and back, then I laid down for a nap.

Got home for some yummy chicken soup KR made.  Then we went to the beach to walk Gracie, and then to see Mike and Patty.  Mike looks great, considering.  He shaved off all his hair.  We also stopped at the 99 cent store, and bought 40 bucks of food.  We dropped some off at moms' for Kurt. 

Kurt took mom out to Maui Chicken for lunch.  He also let her curl his hair in curlers last night.  He is so funny.  I will miss him.

We came home and my neck is so heavy.  I am so tired.  Glad I don't have to go to work tomorrow at the Boys and Girls Club!!!!

More Work THursday

So it is 7 - 1 at the clinic.  Really helps that Tiffiny Wong, the fourth year from Western is there, so we got done on time.  Got home and tried to rest, but no.  I did laundry.  Mom had her afternoon program, and KR took her there.  Kurt picked her up and brought their laundry back there.  He also ordered a pair of glasses via Zenni, the online glasses company that Adele told me about.

Then it was time for the MMA clinic at Journey, on 190th Street.

It was me, KR, Jeff.  We got done by 7 and I managed to get the x ray to work.  Took some beautiful x rays.

I was in bed so soon, didn't even hear KR come to bed.  I was so so tired.

MUCH working Wednesday

Got to work by 8, didn't make it to yoga.  Got up by 6 but went back to sleep.

It was busy at work, but I got done by 2.  Dr Le came by to do endo, so I stopped at El Super and bought 70 dollars worth of food.

I cooked some ribs and then cooked some taco meat.  Will cook some chicken legs tomorrow.

I rode all around.  It was very dizzy day, but I took about .3, and still felt more rocking, from the meds more than anything, I think.

I sat in the circle stripes and it helps a little.

Going to go to bed really early today.

More working Tuesday

My first patients were Jesse, Zoe and Abby Brown.  Then it was Grace McKenna, who thought she had a divot on number 15, and when I looked at it it was just a ring of calculus, and I scraped off and she felt much better.  Wonder how it got there.

I was going to go run at the beach but got too tired and dizzy and hungry and came home.

KR took mom to the afternoon program and came home for a nap.  I could not sleep.  Kurt picked  mom up.  He ordered a pair of glasses from Zenni and I did too just to see if they would help my work, with the 1.5 on top and 2.5 on the bottom, bifocals.

Louie text me about the Nomad not working, and I tod him I just didn't want to borrow the stuff from the office so Bob got the whole unit down to me and I will try to charge at the office tomorrow.

Went to bed by 9.  Bob didn't come until almost 10 even though he said he would be here between 8 - 9.  Glad I didn't wait up for him.

Working Monday

I had to be at work at 8 and I thought MAYBE I would make it to yoga.  Well, I didn't.

Got to work on time, actually by 7 45 to do the huddle.  It went well, just one screaming kid.  I took about .3 clonipin so I would not be spinning.  Helped alot.  Don't like meds but what can you do.  Wonder if I have to take any tomorrow.

Went to the beach for a run, and made it from Ave 3 to pier, and then had to walk back.  TOO too tired.  Then I fell asleep for a bit before stopping at Ralph's and bought some noodles, no fried chicken cheap.  KR was at moms all day.  Took her to the whale watching center, and to Lunada Bay to see is old house, and then he had pastrami sandwich while she ate meals on wheels.

I also picked up a fan for the office.  The AC is still not ready, and it was HOT.

KR walked Gracie at the beach and we went to bed by 8 30.

Sunday

WOW

What a dizzy day.  Feel so much vertigo.  Did laundry early, went to Adele's and gave her the two PVC pipes, and ran home. Then the dizziness started so I got on the bike and rode around the neighborhood.  NO GOOD.  Wow, such a bad day.  I sent text to KR to build the contraption today !!!

He goes to Walmart and bought three swim noodles, and connected them with segments of PVC pipes and then hung fishing lines.  He then bought shower curtains, instead of the flat sheet I said they had.  I think he does not look, at all the isles, and just saw the sheet sets, even though I told him they have individual sheets.  So I went back with the shower curtains and got the two flat sheets.

We put black duck tape stripes all over and hung them up in the garage and I sat inside.  It felt better.  Less rocking.  I just need the engine, so the thing can spin itself with me in it.

I took a little nap.

We cooked steak, rice, salad and mom and Kurt came over for dinner.  KR gave mom an ice cream cone too.  Lovely is in Portland Maine today, and I think it was Boston yesterday.  They seem to be having a good time.  I didn't see any of the pictures of the other Alagatas  I gotta work tomorrow, and Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday........

7/13/19

Kurt had grandma all morning.  He took her to the exercise room, and then he and grandma both got a foot massage, thought I would treat them both.  Home for lunch and he dropped her off at the senior dementia afternoon program, on 1747 Greenwood Street.

He then came home for a nap.  We all took a nap  He picked her up and I picked them up for church.  We had tacos at church  I was so so dizzy when the music/bass started.  Came home and went to bed after dropping them off at grandma's. 

Lovely and them are in Boston.  Said they had a great time walking the Freedom Trail.

They are off to Portland, Maine tomorrow or the next day????

Kurt's birthday

I had to work seeing the Moore's.  Darryl and Ramona.  Kurt did't get up early enough so he didn't go to Denny's for brekkie.  Darryl had pink eye and a cold so I just saw Ramona.  I was pretty dizzy working.  This has gotta stop. 

We went to Denny's for lunch, about 12 45.  Afterward, I took Adele to get a foot massage for both of us.  Sure Foot Massage on Torrance Blvd by Classic Burger.  Then we went to Peter's Place for shave ice, which she has never had.  She is 54 tomorrow.

KR came home about 4 pm.  He was tired.  I talked him into not going to the church Royal Family Dinner as it is Kurt's birthday.  We went to Peter's Place for dinner.  HAHAHA

Kurt took grandma home and we all went to bed.

No working Thursday

Dr Deepa is working today, which is such a blessing because I had mom duty.

Kurt gave mom brekkie and said she only got up to pee.  No poop.

I got over there by 9 30 and Kurt went to school.  We drove to Green Hills and brought some flowers to Dad's gravesite.  Mom was very happy to go see the grave.

I fed her lunch and we took a little rest before her afternoon program at 1747 Greenwood Ave, just to the west of the Post Office.

I tried running a mile.  My hip hurt.  I rode about 3 miles and was so so slow.  Marc at the office finally got me to be an employee an I took exemption 3.  YIPEEE

I picked mom up and put her down for a nap about an hour.  I could not sleep.  My sciatica was hurting.  I fed her dinner.  She made pizza at the afternoon program and she ate 1/3.

Kurt wanted to sleep on but I woke him and they went for a walk.  I drove the Odyssey home with a whole bunch of stuff and brought Gracie back to put the car in the garage and walked her a bit home.  She had the LEG OF LAMB BONE, and boy oh boy, was she so happy.  But the kitchen floor was so greasy and I had to mop the floor and wash the green mat.  But what a happy dog.

I watered the yard, and that took a long time.  I sure miss KR.  Pretty dizzy today, but weird kind, like no balance, but not much head spinning, hard to explain.  Took a shower and went to bed by 9.  Kurt got the Apple TV to work and he is spending the night.

HE WILL BE 22 TOMORROW !!!!!!

Half Day Working Wednesday

Maribel text me that today work is only 8 - 1.  YIPEEEEE  I picked up the Japanese magazines that this lady on BNT was giving away, for Abby.  Half of the patient no showed, and so we started cleaning the back shed, and Maribel told me to take a bunch of stuff home.

I was starving, and ate some lamb for lunch.  Abby and Isaiah came over and they helped some with shopping, tomatoes and lettuce.  I made three flats of bacon, so they can have BLT for dinner and not have to go out.

Gina and gang got here at 3 35 and then the kids went over to see Lovely, and the stuff in the garage.  Kurt came home from school and went to bed.  He has grandma duty tonight.  After about an hour Paige and Hailey asked where Kurt was, and I said upstairs, and they woke him up.  Everyone ate dinner, finished three packs of bacon.  I should have cooked more.  Lovely brought mom over.  At 6 30 we drove to the airport.  Kurt and I drove the two cars home.  I put mom to bed while he slept there.  I came home and went to bed.

I think maybe it is the tapping of the keyboard that gets e dizzy.  I don't even have to look at the keyboard on the computer to be dizzy.  hmmmmm

One patient Tuesday

So I only had to see Kirk Crawford.  His tooth was bothering him.  Upper right#2 has a big hole, needs RCT.  Sent to Keith Komatsu.

I was so dizzy today.  Don't know why.  Tried the stripes and no help.  Went back to mom's and found out she would not sleep the whole night, just slept for like an hour at a time.  Kept getting up and wanting to push the chairs out and walking around.  After a bike ride and a run, I came home to rest.  The run did not help the dizziness.

Kurt came home about 2 30.

I took mom to her Memory Care free afternoon class.  I got lost, it was on Greenwood street, NOT at Greenwood Park.  But we got there, and she kept speaking Chinese to me.  I hope she likes it and is not too cranky.  I picked her up at 4.  She said she liked it !!!  She was dancing according to the lady in charge.  Some of the folks really has dementia, and others are just old

After we got home, I took mom for a walk to see Rita and the exercise room.  She remembered the pool and jacuzzi and some of the people that lived around there.  We saw Irene, but she didn't remember.

I didn't eat much dinner, but I think I am gaining weight, back to 114.  I think 112 was nice. But hard to sustain.

Jon Liu came by and I gave him a bunch of tissue, from Lovely, and he brought me some homemade almond milk.  YUM

Went to bed early, but KR called about 10 30 and I spoke with him.  He had a really hard time this afternoon with one of the kids.  He sounded tired.

No Yoga Monday

By the time I lifted my head, it was 6 03 so I didn't make it to yoga.

I went shopping at Sam's and got some gas at Costco for Kurt.  He did NOT go to school.  Said his essay is not done.  Said a whole bunch of thing about how he does not know how to do his work.  I said he needs to try an 8 - 5 for a few months to really decide what he wants to do.

I then put the leg of lamb in the oven, following some recipe online.  Went over to mom's some more, and visited Rita.  Kurt took Gracie for a short walk, and continued his work.

Typing really gets me dizzy.

Lovely's flight came in early, and I sent Kurt to get them.  I went over there and met them when they arrived.  Mom kept walking around and saying this is my old home, and that the pics of her and dad are gone and asked me not to throw them out as he is no longer here. 

IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY, I REALIZED THAT THERE IS NO ROCKING !!!  and it lasted until I went to bed.

I brought the lamb over there but no one was hungry.  I came home and went to bed.  Lovely brought me several hundred packs of toilet tissue.  WOW

Off to VISTA Sunday

By the time I got up, KR, Eric and Jen were already up.  They went to the Risty for dinner last night.  We had coffee and off to church.  They left to go home.  KR and the Royal Family consulars were leaving for camp.  Kurt and I drove home.  I cleaned the counter thoroughly.

Kurt tried to do his essay but was not too successful.  I went back and forth to mom's to get things ready.  The back plants are ok, the newly planted milkweeds are doing well.  I went to my exercise class at 3 45 and afterward, drove to Jon Liu's with my bike and he fixed the rattling and adjusted the pole on the seat that was just turning around and around.  I took .25 as I was too dizzy and didn't want to handle the discomfort.  My appetite seems to be coming back, oh darn.  I liked it when I was skinny.  Still about 112 - 114.

After Jon's I went to the 99 cent store and bought a whole bunch of stuff.  Came home and went to bed, about 9 30.  KR called and said he got there ok, and was not too hot.

Jethro Tull Saturday

KR went surfing and I puttered, actually can't remember what I did.  I was dizzy so I took about .25.  KR and Kurt went to Farmers Market and got some corn for the chicken.  Honey, Yellow Feet and Lucy are all broody so only Buffy and PC are laying eggs.

I tried taking a nap, no go.  KR did.  I ran around the alleys, not much.  I did sleep around 4 pm.  Cric Garcia and Jen came by around 6 30 just as we were getting ready for the show.  They called yesterday and was going to spend the night.  We left for Five Point Amphitheatre in Irvine, about 6:40. 

It was an interesting venue, we have never been there.  We had seats in the 302 section, but we moved,.  There were plenty of cheap seats.  The music was ok, so so, not what I really like, but KR and Kurt did.  We got home by 11 30 and Eric and Jen were asleep.  Their new dog Arlo is so cute, and young.  Amelia of course just wanted to play ball.

No Yoga Friday

I just didn't feel like going to the 8 am yoga.  KR went surfing this morning, and I laid around, getting dizzy and took about .3 clonipin.  Just could not handle the feeling  Need to email Sergei for the home treatment.

John Cassette came and cleaned the carpets.  Kurt went out to a party last night, and Bobby Abrahamson ended up in the ER with alcohol poisoning, and they called ambulance and Rachel and Laura showed up at Torrance Memorial.  He said Bobby went home by 2 pm and is better today.  Kurt is definitely hung over all day.  The carpets look very nice.  John moved back from Oklahoma.  Said that it was a terrible state.  Never again.  Either too hot or too cold.

Kurt went down to the Taiwan consulate and picked up his visa and passport.  He drove the van.,

KR and I left for a bike ride before John was done.  We parked at Ave C and rode to El Porto.  My Baker's cyst on right leg was really hurting, then my left hip started hurting.  We got home and took a nap.

KR had dinner/meeting at church for the Royal Family stuff, and I planted milkweed at mom's and parked the car back.

We were sitting around about 8 20 and then another earthquake started.  Very mild just a bit of swaying.  Centered out in Ridgecrest again.  Them people are getting their trailers knocked off the foundation. 

We went to bed not too late.

HAPPY 4th of July Thursday

I got up and tried to get Kurt to run the race.  He didn't.  KR went surfing.  I drove down there and parked at Will's and met up with Mike Gooch.  I started the race 20 minutes before the gun, as there were so many people and it was making me so so dizzy.

Well, the first runners actually beat me.  I made it in about 34 minutes, which is pretty good, considering I was dizzy and out of shape.  Mike Gooch made it about 24 !!!!  I also saw Jon Liu and his wife Yuan Yuan, and one of their sons  I stopped by Ralphs, no cheap fried chicken.  I did get a flat of chicken thighs that I cooked for chicken soup.

I got so so dizzy when I got home from the race that I just stayed in bed almost the whole morning.  KR and I took a nap, and then we went to the beach with the dog, sitting at Burnout grass area, watching the people.  There were so many umbrellas down from Redondo Pier all the way down to Rat. 

KR cooked great chicken soup, with zuks from church friend, and old carrots from the compost bin.  They were still good.  I took a shower and the dizziness got a little better.

Today the right side of my neck really hurt, so weird, yesterday it was the left side.

Wednesday

I didn't make it to yoga.  Just did some house work.

Still dizzy, but not nauseous.

Office meeting 9 - 11 then worked 11 - 1.  Lunch 1 - 2, back to work 2 - 4.  Was suppose to work til 6 but the afternoon patients canceled, which was good but I was tired.

KR surfed in the morning, then took Gracie to Rosie's Beach.  She was tired.  I was tired.  My neck was hurting a bit on the left side.

We went to bed early.

Working TUESDAY

KR went to Oswald, and I did laundry.  Then he went surfing, and I puttered around.  Still somewhat dizzy.  Althought last night sleep was so weird.  I felt like I was coming out of my skin.  I had to take half a clonipin to go back to sleep.

Then KR had a beer and we went for a walk to Hickory Park.  I tried running.  It was 16 minute mile for two miles.  He had lunch and I went riding.  Not much faster.  Wow.  How am I going to be able to run the Fourth 5K???  Slowly I guess.

We took a nap and I went to work.  2 - 6 pm

Got home and ate a little.  Today was a new low  112.8 pounds

KR went to church and made decorations for the cabin for Royal Family Camp next week. 

Went to bed about 9 after blogging and tried to order Biofreeze online.

JULY 1 already

I made it to yoga at 6 with Amy, and all feel pretty good.  Minimal rocking, and able to get up and down.

Then the rocking started.  I did laundry, and tried to sit in front of the t v to watch the stripes to decrease the rocking.  What makes it worse is typing on the computer.  So weird.

I went to see Dr Maher to have minor Laser on my right eye.  It is now 20/40.  Right after surgery was 20/25.  Oh well, left eye still 20/20.  I was late.  Forgot my 9 10 app and got there at 9 55.

KR took Matthew and his brothers to the beach.  I stayed and sat outside and read the paper.  We had lunch and took a nap, then walked Gracie and stopped at grocery store and got a bunch of cottage cheese.

KR made burgers and I went to bed early.  Gotta work tomorrow.
