Working Tuesday

Well, I got up about 5 45, after waking up about 5 30.  KR went surfing.  Shawn the plumber came and Kurt went to work.  He said yesterday the PT lady said to him if he wanted another gig, she has plenty of clients that would employ him.  GOOD!!

Seeing Reese and Ryan Walters at the office today.  Yesterday was Regina's last day.  Will Weston is so so weird.  Why not treat your employees right?  Give them a raise once awhile.  Give them praises.
He said I would not get paid until the checks are collected.  That is so wrong.

I got home and we went to Farmers Market.  Not much to eat, some kale and several bunches of radishes but we don't like them so they go to the compost bin.  KR and Kurt both had frozen entree that we got from Sarah.  It is usually either tamale with rice and beans or spaghetti with meatballs and green beens.

KR and Kurt blew one of the cherry bombs that KR made.  It was not as loud as I thought it would be.  We went to bed by 9.  Eyes not shimmering much today.

I didn't even think of meds.

I rode my bike to Louie's and picked up Danielle's nightguard.  She came over and I did a little adjustment.  She paid me 100 dollars.  The lab bill was 89 and some change.  She and Gilbert are getting a divorce.  He is not doing much with the girls and she is working remotely.

I did do yoga with Amy at 6 am.  I guess they started at 5 45 so I missed a little.

Monday

Since I could not sleep well last night and got up about 1 pm to eat and to take a benedryl I didn't get up until 7  30 !!!!  EGAD !!!  I have not slept that late for prolly a year or two.

KR had Zoom, as the weather was suppose to be gloomy, but not bad at all.  The sun came out.  We walked Gracie to the park, and then he went for a paddle.  He came back and had lunch with Bill and talked about the letter he received from KHC, replying to his letter, regarding the re-organization.

It was ALL CHURCH GOBBLEDYGOOK !!!!!  I typed a letter regarding my response to the letter.

Kurt went to work late, 9 30 and came back after 3 30.  I asked him to work at Rita's for 20 dollars an hour and he said no.  I went to Rita's and worked about an hour putting things away, but I got frustrated.  She wanted to keep EVERYTHING !!!!!  I told Ellen that I will try to work some more tomorrow so that the stuff can be put away.  I will try to keep my patience.

KR cooked the pork chops and it was great, added normandy blend vegetables.  We need to make a costco run some day.  Our membership was suppose to end May 31, but it seems to be still working.

Got up to pee 11 15 and Kurt was still on the computer, must talk to the boy.

Sunday

KR go to the beach with Gracie while I did laundry and changed sheets.

We pick up Nancy for church, all five of us, Sarah, Kurt, me pops and Nancy.  Chris Gooch has an acting gig, so he was up in Hollywood yesterday ALL DAY, and today too.

It was Daniel Karsten, Chris Cannon's son in law that preached.  Paul V is in Texas taking his daughter to do something.  We saw Brad and Judi, Bill, and there were more people too.  Maybe about 60.  They made announcement that there will be another 5 pm service so those that are compromised health wise can come.  AND KHC cannot even do one service.

We came home and I cooked bacon and they had BLT.  KR went diving but ended up not going said the water was really bad.  I went to Rita's and got several boxes of stuff put away.  SHE has way too much stuff.

We had dinner.

It was drizzling almost all day, and no sun.

I got woken up by itch on my hand.  What is biting me???

Saturday

KR and I walk Gracie to park and several squirrels temp her.

He drives down to newport to visit and paddle with Jon,  Said that Jon is so so out of shape.  They went to American Legion to have a sandwich and Jon could hardly paddle back.

I went and brought two boxes to Rita, and need to look for more.

I also got a squirrel and it had been shot by someone with a paint ball, so his hind quarter was green.  Gracie promptly buried it by the compost bin.

We had dinner, just the four of us.  Jose was suppose to come back from moving his mom but he said that he had some relatives visiting from Texas that he was going to see at his dad's house so he came by about 6 and picked up his bee book and some pots and pans of grandpa's camping stuff and left.

We went to bed after listening to Jeff Gill sermon.

Friday

Could not get up until 6 am.  We go to the beach to walk Gracie.

KR picks up Matthew and Bubba for the beach and Ted's.  I ride to Carole's for some laminating sheets and laminate the letter from Trump regarding the Stimulus Check.

I then go to lab with Danielle and retake her impression, for the nightguard.  Louie's lab forgot to pour the alginate and they were no good.  Should be ready next Tuesday.

I come back and got Jose's room cleaned.  He shows up at 6 and he and KR have dinner

I went over to Rita's and helped her with some recycling stuff that she has kept for so many years,  She has so much stuff that needs to be donated or thrown out, she does not know what to start with.  I tried getting more stuff out but she wants to keep a lot of it.

She said she has two helpers tomorrow, Deena in the morning and Marie in the afternoon.

We had Zoom and Jose went downstairs to sleep.  He is helping his mom move from Pedro to Hesperia and next month she is moving down to Guadalajara and he will be DRIVING her there.  Oh man.

Kurt went to CPK I think with Jun and Ryan and Teddy and Taylor, then to in and out or something.  He actually mopped the floors  Don't know when he went to bed.

Very busy working Thursday

I got up early for work and it was BUSY BUSY BUSY and then at 12, no one showed up.  I left about 12 30 and came home and was so tired.  Tried going to bed, but could not sleep.

Got up and turned phone back on then MARIBEL called, her crown came off.

I went back to the office and glued #30 back in and told her NO RETREAT, get an implant and made her an appt with Trent for 1 pm Friday.

I came home and rode up to Crest for choco milk and granola bars.  That hill is getting harder and harder.

Came home and ate the pork taco meat Kalee Lee gave me. 

We tried to listen to KHC sermon.  Vimeo had a hard time so we gave up and heard Zack and that msg was so good.

Went to bed 9 30

Bee work for KR

KR got up early and got the bees to Doug's and he took the dog and the bees were getting aggressive and so he only dropped two off and we still have two hives here,

I did laundry and puttered around.  Washed all the kale, Sarah chopped them all up and I cooked with bacon,  KR went to Costco and got some stuff, nuts, chips, etc.  He then went to see Chris Bruno and then up to Bill Johnson to swim the dog and chat.  I rode to Jon Liu's and dropped off kale.

I had a hard time getting up this morning,  I got up at 5 and then went back to sleep and got up at 6 30.  We walked the dog down the beach.  Kurt went to work.

Kurt said Florian is still calling him Jimmy sometimes and thinks he is still back at Business School at UCLA and that was like 16 years ago !!!

I also transplanted 6 tomato plants to give away.

Working Tuesday

I didn't know I had that many patients today.  I was suppose to see DiNesha Moore at 2, then she called and said she cant come, then Kathy text me that I have 1 pm Reza, then 3 pm Brad Dennis.

KR went surfing but it was not very good.

We went to Farmers Market, got a bunch of kale.  And beet tops.  And strawberries.

I went to work and saw Reza and did #29 filling on Brad.  We went out to Wahoo Fish Grill for dinner, with Mike and Carole Gooch.  I like them so much.

Kurt had dinner at home and homework.  We told him he was drinking too much. Found an empty bottle of large vodka.  He needs to not drink on the week day.

I ordered cat and dog food via Chewy.

We had dinner with Michael and Carole Gooch at Wahoo Fish Grill.  It was a great two hours of chatting and eating.

I was pretty tired and went to bed early.  KR went down to see the bees and he has to be up early to do bee work.

Monday 6-22-20

I was so sleepy this morning.  KR went to Bruce Stucker for bible study, then to surfing.  Didn't come back until after 12.  He said only four GOOD WAVES.  He dropped off the electronic recycling.

I cleaned a bit and Andreas came at 9 30.  House always looks so good when she comes.  Kurt went to work.  I went to check out the YMCA, after I saw Chris Bruno at 1 15.  He worked on my hip.  I fell asleep during the electrostim.

KR says his leg hurts and wants an appt too.

The parking lot at the Y looks very nice after they black topped and marked the stripes yesterday.

FATHER'S DAY 2020

I didn't get up until 6 30.  Very tired for some reason.  KR was up at 5 30.

I changed sheets and we went for a walk at the beach.  Gracie was chasing a squirrel in the back yard and wrecked her right front shoulder.  I gave her carprofen, and she is feeling a little better today.  We got back and KR ate a little pizza and we went to church.

Branch of Hope had a new guy, their intern giving the sermon today.  He was good but hard to understand his speaking.  I used the hearing aid.

We came home and KR and Kurt went diving.  Father and son bonding. They brought a pan and butter and paper to start fire to eat lobsters if they catch any,

They came by after FOUR pm and had a great time  Kurt calls in Seafood Town for takeout and gets chicken and beef and we have dinner.  I am really tired.

YMCA had their black top slurry sealed and marked with parking stalls.  So they will open tomorrow Monday through Friday 7 - 7  Saturday 8 - 3 and CLOSED SUNDAYS  Just like the way it was 30 years ago.

We shall see if I go back.

After dinner I asked Kurt to clean his room as Maribel and Andreas are coming tomorrow at 9.

Easy Saturday

We get up by 6, KR before I did, and he tried to go diving.  NOTHING, too murky, and Kurt cleans the sliding glass doors, and works on the rosemary bush.  He mopped last night but did not put the dishes away.  Martin actually got someone to weed whack his yard, and mowed down some sunflowers on HIS side of the walk by the street.

I cooked some tacos, with bacon, chicken, sour cream, hot sauce and bean sprouts I bought at the 99 cent store.  KR went to Farmers Market.

It is cloudy and not too warm.  I ran 3.1 miles this morning and then rode the bike for 6.13 miles this afternoon.  Tried to do yoga with Amy but I was the only one and we just talked for an hour.  She does not think she is going back to the Y as they don't pay her enough and no one knows when the classes are going to start.

I ran the 5 K in 35 minutes.  SO SLOW

KR weed whacked and Kurt cleaned the sliding doors and then trimmed the rosemary bushes.  We went to Claudia's for a little summer solstice.  It was great fun.  She had about 12 - 15 people there plus all of Morgan and Mia's friends, only girls this time.  Kurt ended up not going out and said he should have gone with us.

My hip a little sore.

Wrote an email to EDD hoping to get clarification regarding the pay.

MORE WORK Friday

I started getting ready for work and could not find the wire to my head lamp.  Tried to text Kim and Tracy and Maribel and Maribel got back to me and said she can meet me there and look.  What a sweet heart !!!  It was there.  Kim should have text me yesterday and say hey, did you leave a cord there in room 2?  She is not the brightest bulb in the pack.  Slow to take x rays too.  Nice girl but nothing like Yvonne.

I made it to office and David Wilson was there.  I did the crown prep, one hour.  He had broken off the ML cusp of #30 two days ago.  And while prepping, the DL cusp started to fracture off too at the gum line.  If he had not come in, the whole lingual side would have cracked.

Went to Dena of BNT to pick up chocolate milk and other food stuff.  Then to 99 cent store, especially to look for screen glass for my phone.  I must have chipped it riding home with the green glass bowl I found in the alley.  So I needed another one again.

I was pretty tired after work, and then Will Weston text me and said that one of his patient on Wednesday called and told him the she was POSITIVE for COVID-19.  Regina called me and said that she got a group text and that Dr might close office next week.  Turns out Torrance Memorial says unless you are symptomatic, can still continue working so Will and Kathy are working Monday, but I think Regina is prolly going to stay home.

CHRIS ASKED SARAH TO MARRY HIM !!!!   HURRAY !!!!!

I have an appt Monday for testing too.

KR went down to the beach for a dive with Kurt and Corrina.  I wonder if he is picking up where he left off with her???  I took Danielle's impression for night guard, and she took her case and my lab cases to the lab.  I told her just to pay the lab fee and my cost is my friendship to her.

We were suppose to have bible study at the beach but it is a bit cold and windy so we are switching to Zoom.  The meeting got pretty heated about race and justice and Pastor Mike's sermon.  It was very interesting.

HARD day at work

I got to work at 6 45.  Megha had called me last night and said that the TV station was coming back to do a continuous story about the clinic.  Well, she didn't say that she would disrupt the day at work.  Started out pretty busy and I didn't get out of there until 2 15, trying to write up the charts and all.  I still got the two De Silva brothers confused.

Kim had to go help Dr Sata a bit, and Yvonne called in sick, so Tracy was in the back and front, and Marjorie had to come and work the front office too, as the temp taking person, etc.  So I felt I was short handed and with Ammar Pasta, who is an extreme gagger, it was a difficult day.

I got home and was pretty tired, but I went for a ride anyway.  KR went surfing and had a good time and did a bunch of work too.

We had beef stew from Sarah for dinner, plus the turkey meat/stew meat I cooked.  Kurt got done about 3 and went for a swim.  He seems to like the new job.

Megha said that 15 bucks an hour is pretty cheap, Kurt said when he mentioned it, Patti was readily agreeing with that rate.  I told Megha that that is ok, Kurt will have to do a little bit of class work anyway, etc.

I was so tired, I went to bed by 8

Wednesday 6-17-2020 WE HAVE A LEAK IN THE BATHROOM

KR went surfing and Kurt went to work, sort of on time.  I started cleaning the huge box of tupperware KR got off the side of the road, by the industrial center.  He also went out to get bees last night and transfered them in to a nuc today.

I went riding around the alley.  Not much to pick up.  David Wilson called, he fractured the ML cusp of #30 and has an appt with me for a crown on Friday.  Carole Gooch is also coming for a crown Friday too.

Mary also came for a visit.  She needs either a new crown or SDF but she does not want to do fluoride.  She is very reluctant on that.

We walked to the park.  Then I had a webinar, then it was Zoom with the Bible Study group.  We will decide if we can meet in person, maybe at the beach, on Friday.

Tuesday

I didn't get up until 6 30 and KR went surfing.  I pulled out all the stuff outside in the garage on the shelfs next to the back door and organized it.  I also put on BNT the shelf I got in the alley.  Plus the fan.

Kurt didn't get going until 7 35 in a rush, not getting up until 7 25.  That boy

We went to farmers market.  Not much.  Just a head of cabbage and some beets.  Plus some really yummy raspberries.

KR took a nap and I went for a ride to get oats, from Sprouts.  Didnt' have any tapioca flour.  Sarah wanted to make this Brazilian bread.

KR baked oatmeal raisin cookies after he got up, and I did NOT run today.  Hip is sore.

I went to bed while he was still watching TV.  Still has some moskie bites that itch.

Neck is sore, eyes shimmering, but not bad enough to take meds.

Monday 6/15/2020

I had the weirdest dream last night.  Gary Glasband was in it and he was doing some play that required a last cast and much makeup and I don't think he was in it, nor I but somehow we were friends in that dream.

I left him a call on his voicemail at the office to call me back.

Kurt did make it out there at 7 am to start weeding.  I did the laundry.

KR went surfing and then weeded with Kurt and went to Rosie's with Gracie, and painted the bee hives a second coat.  I did laundry, went for a ride, then more work at home.

Sarah mopped the floors, and went over to the Gooch's.

I went to see Chris Bruno and then went for a two mile run.  Saw a fan in the alley, and a suitcase that was very nice, by the time I drove back, it was GONE !!

I cooked pork chops and Kurt went for his interview and got the job with Patti Etinger, as a caretaker for her husband, who is somewhat mentally impaired due to extreme alcohol intoxication, just got out of rehab last Saturday.  Suppose to be earning 15 dollars an hour for 8 hours a day.  Starting tomorrow.

We listened to Pastor M's sermon and have many questions so I hope we can talk about the sermon this Friday.

Kurt went to Islands with some friends for dinner.  He got back before 11

Sunday

KR got up early to go surfing before church.  I changed the sheets and tried more cleaning.

We made it to church 9 30 Branch of Hope.  Saw Bill and Elaine and Brad and Judi.  It was so nice to be in church.  Brad and Judi said to me on Friday that they are done with KHC.  They feel that Mike is being a teacher, and not a pastor.

After we came back, I went to drop off some CD's at Nyssa's and pick up a bunch of jars from Rachel.  We had a fairly long talk to Kurt about what he needs to do.  He is sliding back to to the same old and same old.  He is drinking everyday, some wine, etc.  If he does not finish the front yard, we told him no car in the near future.

With that, he went to the beach with Corina.

KR had two beers and worked on his bee hives, putting them together and painted them.

Kurt did not start weeding until 5 30 and was 'done in' by 7 30, saying he didn't realize that it would take that long to weed the front yard.

I told him to take a uber to the meeting he has with Patti and he blew up. 

SO KR decided that Kurt should be up and working by 7 am until he was done and he can drive his own car.  SIGH   KR is vaping too much.  I was very unhappy with KR that he sets a rule and does not follow through.  I asked him how he would like it if he made a pact with me and I did not follow through?  I said he usually gives me a two to three day silent treatment, but he is ok with Kurt not following through, and no silent treatment? 

After God is suppose to be me, but KR does not treat me like that sometimes.

Saturday

KR went surfing early.  I clean and cleaned.  He then went to pick up Matthew and Bubba.  Was suppose to be a Royal Family Beach day, but he said he hardly saw anyone.  They had Jack in the Box and then brought a bunch of snacks.

Kurt weeded mom's front yard and then went down to the beach with them.  I cycled twice and about 5 miles each time.  I brought the camping stuff that no one wanted back to mom's garage, and tried to straighten out stuff, like consolidating Alan's stuff, too bad they won't be coming this summer.

I tried to get Kurt to go to the farmers market, he didn't want to

I also got a little, just a little dizzy so I took .25 klonipin.  Seems to help.

We ate Eddie chicken.  He came by but won't stop and chat.  Got notice that the Y is opening on June 22.  Wonder how they are going to handle if there is a throng.  Said something about taking everyone's temp.

Kurt went to the beach with Corina, and was gone from 1 30 - 7 30 !!!!

We walked the dog down at the beach too.

I had a long chat with Diamond about the BLM stuff.  I didn't get to bed until 10 PM.  I also chatted with Mom, she was having trouble hearing, as the headphones she was using is not as good as the wireless ones that Isaiah has.

WORKING Friday too

WE went down to the beach to walk Gracie early.  Today's high is only going to be 75, and I am working down in Redondo all afternoon.  Danielle from next door then Judi and Brad Dennis at 2 and 3.  I did laundry and Kurt didn't work, as he said instacart is slow.  KR put together a bunch of bee hives.  Doug had purchased 10 unassembled, and KR enjoys that kind of work.

He also patched the hole by the back sliding door, in the eves.

Kurt had a long talk with Patti and will hopefully start working next week.  She is Megha's neighbor, and her husband had acute alcohol intoxication, and is now and needs a helper like when she works.

All of next week should be in the mid 70's, so not like last couple of days in the high 80's.

I went to meet with Will regarding office protocol, 12 35, which is essentially the same as clinic, except that we are not to go into Regina's office with PPE at all, just land the charts in the corner, and she will take care of the patients.

Danielle came early for paperwork, and Kathy took a FMX.  We are trying to figure out what to do with the hypererupted 3, and the collapse space of #30.  Then Judi and Brad Dennis came.  I brought the small N95 and they were so tight that I had the imprint of the mask hours after the last patient was seen.  I went for a run on the beach, from about Ave B to the end, at Perry's and back.  It was still very nice.  I was sweaty big time.

Harry Kaplan had his wisdom teeth out and Adele wanted some meds so I dropped off some Vicodin ES.

Came home and we didn't have zoom as Mike was still out in Colorado somewhere.

Went to bed fairly early.

WORKING Thursday 6 45 - 1 15

Got to work on time.  The 7 am did not show up.  Desiree Turkimer didn't show up either.  But Dr Sata had an interview with KTLA, about 9.  It is such a chore working with n95 but I am getting used to it.

Got home for a little menudo, and Kurt had gone to Mary's to paint and then went for a swim.  KR did the mail box and he got mad at me as had a beer and when I was talking to him about Bill Johnson's letter/email, I asked him to turn the other way.  I guess I could have said it more diplomatically, but hey, he smelled.

I went for a ride all along the alley and to 99 cent store for soda for his Saturday beach day with Matthew.  Royal Family is having a beach day, although you are suppose to just be with your mentee, and bring your own food, etc.

June had open heart surgery two or three weeks ago, and then the staples had a little infection and she went back to the hospital for some antibiotics.

Megha's friend Patti needs a caregiver for her husband who just got out of the acute care for alcohol intoxication.  We are hoping Kurt would make 15 dollars an hour and six hours a day for the whole summer.  He will find out tomorrow.

Got a lot of food from Sarah Phan.  Got the bed for Gracie, and I put it together.  The company accidentally sent two and I will send one back if they want.

We had dinner and went to bed.  Unbeknown to me, KR went down to the beach to get me the 'last' sign but there were too many people down there,

Very Hot Wednesday

I got a little upset at KR for vaping in the side yard.  He agreed that if Kurt cannot do it he should not too.  At least we had a civil conversation.  I wish he would not vape at all.

He picked up Matthew and Bubba and dropped off Bubba's books and then went to the beach and then to Ted's to eat.  Their all time fav.  Kurt worked for a little bit and went down for a swim and to Ted's with them.  Then all took a nap.

I tried taking a nap but no go so I got up.

The high today was 88, after yesterday's 93, seems a bit cooler.

We went to the Gooch's for a Drive By for Lea who is moving to Colorado.  She and Mike are driving tomorrow morning, early.

We wanted to eat at La Zeez pita, but didn't know until we got there that the restaurant was under going a remodeling, so we ordered food and came home to eat.  Chris, Sarah, Kurt me and pops.

We didn't have zoom as Mike and Carole thought they did not have enough time to pack all of Lea's stuff.  Mike was going to fly home this weekend after settling Lea.  She is going to live with a friend, and find a job and a husband.  Maybe in that order.

It was really hot to sleep.  We had the fan on. 

VERY Hot Tuesday

6-9-2020  It hit 93 in Torrance today.  Was suppose to be about 87 but now says currently 88 at 8 15 and earlier was HOT HOT and HOT

KR went down to check surfing, no go.  He came home and then went surfing later, had a great time.  Went to Farmer's Market and got a little bit of vege, I put them in the soup.

I went for a 5K run !!!  The hip didn't hurt that badly.  Took me 40:30 to run, so 13 minute pace.  NOT BAD.  After lunch, he had a nap and I tried to post all of Dad Bingemann's camping stuff, plus dad's Indian prints and this arrow thingy.  We then rode our bikes from Ave I to end of strand in Manhattan Beach.  It was still hot, and many people out.  That ride was about 9 miles.  I was tired.

KR had a long discussion with Bill Johnson.  None of them are too thrilled about the new rollout of KHC.   We had left over dinner and went to bed.  I didn't sleep too well, something was biting my hand/wrists so I had to use the blue liquid from Taiwan.

Cleaning Lady Monday

I got up and did two loads of laundry.  Had Kurt change his sheets and washed all the back packs, and the sheets from yesterday.,  KR drove down to Huntington to surf and I cleaned first so that Andrea and Maribel can come and clean.  They arrived at 9 30 and worked until 1 pm.

Kurt did a little weeding and then went to Mary's to clean her garage and to be ready for cleaning.

I rode around the alleys, and delivered the milkweed plants and got a pet dander sticky brush off of Biak Street, just by Seaside Elementary.

I went to see Chris Bruno then we walked the dog.  Kurt did a little more weeding under the peach trees.

KR had lasagna and salad, I made wontons

Sunday = rest day? NOT

I didn't get up until 6 10 !!!   KR went to walk Gracie and I stayed home to clean etc.  We went to Branch of Hope church and there was about 65 people.  We came home and KR went surfing with Kurt down the avenues.  Said it was not that good but just good to be out with Kurt.

They had lunch at Fatburger, down at the beach.

Then they took a nap and I worked on CARROTS, lots of them from yesterday.  Brian came by and I had him take the lot over to mom's freezer.  Sarah was here a bit during the day.  I need to get the mailbox FINISHED.  She is painting it, but slow going.

KR had a left over Rinaldi sandwich and we went to bed after listening to Pastor Mike's sermon

Saturday

Seems like I wake up about 4 and try to go back to sleep.  Not that I have to pee, just wake up.  So I finally got up at 5 30 and KR took Gracie for a drive up to Lunada Bay to check the surf.  I cooked rice and cabbage.  Sarah Phan gave us some banana desserts.

Kurt finally get up and go to Instacart, and had a few fiasco with Sam's Club and finally finished working  Sarah painted more of mailbox.  Jon Liu came by for carrots and romaine lettuce.  KR and I went to farmers market and got 12 heads of romaine and about 20 bunches of carrots and two large beets.  WOW  and then Sarah Phan made incredible Pho and KR and Kurt had for dinner.  They watched Transformer after dinner.

I rode up to Crest to get chocolate milk, and then delivered a bunch of carrots.  Made five jars of apricot jam.

Mary came over and dropped off some cukes and onions.

It is Mike Gooch's birthday.  They had a birthday party for him.

Friday

SO we walk the dog at Hickory Park, and then KR went surfing.  Kurt went and got the car and started doing Instacart, and there was only two orders, and only two hours of work.  He came home,  Mary came and visited, Sarah came back and painted the background of the mail box, and I cooked some boba for her.

Kurt weeded a little in the front of the house, NOT ENOUGH work.  KR and I drove up to PV to check the surf and I ran about 1.5 miles up there down the hill.

I had zoom with Adele and Julie, then we had Zoom with the Bible Study group.  KR had salad, too much food from lunch.

Kurt did vacuum his room and our room.  Tomorrow is another day.

He seems to be in a lot better mood.

I finally deposited Alan's stimulus check as he gave me the wrong password yesterday.  So if the bank does not kick it back it would stay deposited.

We went to bed by 9  Running the dish washer again.  We sure use that all the time.

Working Thursday

Got to work by 6 45 and it was fairly easy day.  Megha had two patients and one no showed.  I also called Dr Gabbaypour as he took out 1, 3, 16, 17, 32 on Brianna Cota when he should not have taken out #1.  I spoke with Dr Sata regarding this, and she said to see what Brianna and her grandma, Rebecca or Rebecca and Richard from church.

I got home about 1 and Kurt was still weeding the serenity garden.  He then gamed a bit and washed and waxed KR's car.  Looks great.  I went for a ride and my knee was hurting.  Sarah Phan also cooked us some salisbury steak, with mashed potatoes and waffle fries.

I went to the bank trying to deposit Alan and Lovely's stimulus check at Wells Fargo.  The one at Cross Road was too busy and I rode to Restaurant Row and they would not let me deposit, as the check was made out to Alan and Lovely, but the account only has Alan in it so I came home with the check.

Brian M came by and made stew.  KR had some for dinner,  I boiled pork shank and was not too hungry, having had two guava pastries, from El Super from yesterday.  Carole came and picked up Sarah and she spent the night there again.

Office meeting Wednesday

We got up early as usual and walked Gracie at the mall by Ralph's.  We could not drive into Plaza Del Amo into the mall yet.  Busses were still blocking the way so we parked by the bank at corner of Carson and Madrona.  Carson was still blocked between Madrona and Hawthorne.  GOOD JOB TORRANCE POLICE

Gracie had a great time sniffing the skunk trails and feral cats trails.  I left for office meeting and KR left for paddling.  Kurt is still grumbling, and he weeded the serenity garden.  FOR FIVE HOURS !!!

Will left me msg that were disturbing, AGAIN, that we are the oppressor and lord over them with money and we should apologize over our parenting.  You have gotta be kidding me.  We shall see what comes next.

KR took Matthew and Bubba out to the beach then to Ted's to dine. 

I had office meeting 9 - 11.  Not much happening at office.  Then I shopped at El Super, guava snacks galore.

We had left over for dinner and had Zoom with Mike no Carole, Mike and Patty, Tony and Joanne.

Bed

Tuesday 6 - 2 - 2020

Woke up about 5 30.  Sarah spent the night at Goochs with the curfew and so many weird things down the block at Del Amo.

I dropped the balloons off at Amy's and hung a swarm trap per KR request, and picked up the bird seeds from NextDoor. 

Kurt and KR went surfing.  I am praying that he stops vaping.  When they came back KR went to farmer's market and walked Gracie.

The painters came and today should be the last day.  Half way through the morning, the tree guys started.  Then Chris Dunn came by and noticed a few things and the painters painted until about 4, and they all packed up and left.  The tree guys then continued with the YMCA trees and then they left.

We spent at least an hour getting the back yard back in shape.  Then KR wanted to order NEW front door lights.  So I get online and found some really nice lights, only 28 bucks each, CLOSEOUT, last year model, but hey, I order them and will be here next week or the following week and KR will put them on.

Brian M came over and brought left over lasagna, I had cooked a corn beef in the morning, and then I cooked about 10 bunches of kale, and we had left over dinner.

Curfew is again 6 pm.  Sarah got brought back from the Gooch's in the morning and then Carole came by with Leah to pick her up again.

Kurt is suppose to do 5 hours of work.  He did ok yesterday but today is like, he went to sleep and didn't get up until 2 pm, then it took him an hour to fiddle with the DVD Blu Ray player.  I told him to give up.  He cleaned the vacuum I found in the alley, and washed dishes and swept.  Suppose to mop the floors too but now upstairs just goofing.

I told KR that if he does not do as stated, no car next week.

Weird Monday Sarah's birthday

I ride to Jon Liu to deliver two fennel and saw Del Amo all entry/exits with busses or trash trucks blocking the roadway.  There were still cops near the Chipotle on Hawthorne when I rode by.

So KR gets up and wants to go surfing and no surf so he takes Gracie down to Rosie's and Kurt does not go.  I clean house and repair sheets, several fitted have no more corners left and will not stay on the mattress, so I fixed the elastic.

KR IS VAPING AGAIN !!!!

Oh, I am sad.  Pray away

It is Sarah's 30th birthday and I strung up the balloons and gave her a long skirt and a pair of funny socks, blue with a bear face?

KR came back and I went to see Chris Bruno. KR took Kurt to his interview at Chipotle in Redondo on PCH and Ave C or something.  More cops were boarding up and shoring for possible looting of Del Amo Mall tonight.

We got first the alarm that curfew was 6 pm and then it was changed to 5 pm.  Sarah might stay at the Gooch's too, as Chris had his first day on the job at USC maintenance department.

Kelby called she is so sad about the riot situation.  I watched the video just today about George Floyd.  The cop should NOT have knelt on his head for so long.

I also got more pad thai from Sarah Phan this morning.  I brought them smoothie.

KR had dinner and we watched a movie.  Well, we wanted to watch American Psycho but it was not in the case.  So we just watched the news, and it was so bad.  Many people looting, going into RiteAid to help themselves with stuff, and breaking windows and in Riverside, folks just not minding the curfew. 

Went to bed at 9

PROTEST SUNDAY

WOW from VIRUS TO PROTEST  !!!!

WHAT IS THIS WORLD COMING TO?

We get up early, as usual.  We walked the dog to Hickory Park, worthless piece of dog,  hahaha  cannot get a squirrel unless it is almost dead.  I changed the sheets and did laundry.

We get home and left for CHURCH at 9.  Branch of Hope was open for BUSINESS  !!!!  There were only about 60 people there, and temperature and masks.  I was so overcome with happiness to be back at church.

We came home and I rode to City Hall to watch the protest.  Target had barricade the doors with cases of water, and Ralph was just starting to board up the doors with PLYWOOD !!!  Them folks better not loot Del Amo Mall.  It is so so sad.  Kurt also went for a look see.

When he came home we gave him 'THE TALK', that he smoking dope at all if he lives here.  ETC ETC ETC.  He was very unhappy, wanted to be able to smoke pot ONCE AWHILE !!!  We said nothing is changing and he needs to change for the better,  He might go live with Will.  We told him to go ahead.

He needs to work 35 hours a week here this week for us to sign him back up on the insurance and pay his Wells Fargo student loan.  And if he gets a job he still needs to do work around here,  He started with cleaning the sliding door track downstairs.  Took him so long as he is watching computer movie?  He also cleaned all the items on the bookshelf outside the front door.

We watched Pastor Thrash and had a bowl of popcorn.  Sarah made pad thai and ribs and that was so so good.  I made smoothie and will bring them some tomorrow.
