NO KR Friday

We walked the dog to Hickory.  I cooked some brekkie for KR and Phil came and picked him up for Santa Barbara.  Mark Paulson decided not to go, and Joost is not going so just the four of them  Joe J, Phil T, and Phil H, plus KR,

I did laundry and puttered around.  Got the kitchen cleaned, rode my bike around for more food.  Milk and stuff, up Crest again.

Went to see Chris at 3 30.  Ran for a mile.  Hip feeling ok.  Trying to find Gracie pics today and got really dizzy scrolling through thousands of pics on the computer.

I cooked the porterhouse steak and it was yum.

Kurt came home about 2 said he went for a swim at the beach.

We puttered around, and I went to bed late, listening to Book on tape.

Hard Working Thursday

Got up on time and got to office on time.

Kurt is one of my first patients, and he was on time too.  HAHAHA  Did sealant on 18 and sealant repair on 15.  He went to work.

The rest of the day was a blur, very busy, and I didn't get done until 2, and had to write charts from 1 to 2.  They had gone out to eat and came back with Carl's Jr food. 

The front was kind of mad at me for not getting the chart and the billing done right, so we are having an office meeting about this next week.

I got home and KR was at the beach with Bubba and Matthew.  I rode up Crest to get more food.  

We watch KHC on line and KR is packed to go for his trip.

Wednesday And GARMIN has been down for over a week now

Still gloomy in the morning.  June gloom is lasting WWAAAAYYYYY  too long into July

Kind of sore from doing all the situps while watching SBCC online last night.  Including my feet which I think is from running on the sand yesterday after work.

KR went surfing early, and I started thinking about all the stuff we have here and the need to downsize.

The dresser is out of Kurt's room and got picked up today.

Why the news with Garmin?  Since Eddie gave me and Lovely the watch, we have been logging how much we do and I love the watch, except its profile is a little too high, but someone or company or ransomware hacked into the company and has been down for over a week.  Wonder if they paid the ransom.

Some third world problem

Kurt didn't leave until 8 10 or so, guess he is late to work?  He said at 1 am when I took a pee that he could get up no problem, so I didn't wake him.

We picked up two student desks with glass topsand one went down stairs in the guest room and the little white stand that the TV was on went back upstairs to his room.  I redid the furniture and he said he didn't like it.  Oh well.  Someone from NextDoor picked up the other one.  All this afternoon.

KR weed whacked

Tyler called and said he might NOT be able to give me the 1600 USD by end of August.  He said he is hoping to give us the whole 700 USD by August.  I told KR no more money for Tyler until the whole thing is paid off.  Tyler said he had too many bills, like who does not.

He gets so irate and does not want to be reminded that he promised and PROMISED to pay everything back by the end of August

Sarah left us TUESDAY

I was up before 6.  Sarah was all packed up, and Chris came and drove her to the airport.  She called me and said that her luggage was overweight and I drove to the airport to pick up the piece that would cost her 150 USD.  Traffic was light, and i think i got there in 15 minutes, driving fast all the way.

I also did two loads of laundry, and redid Sarah's room.  Brought the dresser down to the garage.  Listed them to give away on BNT.  Also Chuck brought over 44 milkweed plants, and a dozen were given away.

My pumpkin plants are sprouting again.

KR went down to see Jon and Dick Remy at Balboa Island.  He did a paddle first.  Kurt went to work.  KR did the border by the fig tree before he left.  We did NOT go to the farmers market.

After he came home, we went to Costco to buy pea chips and other stuff. Was not crowded.  I also got a bunch of pictures printed.  But I forgot the passport photo.

We had very light dinner, me not eating much and KR had a salad.  We watched SBCD and it was great.  Throw up your hands when you are WEAK and when you are STRONG.

Kurt went to Taylor's for D & D. KR talked to him about drinking and working.

Sarah arrived ok.

SHOULDER still hurts

Last night my shoulder was still whinging me.  I placed a sheet of lidocaine patch on and hoping it would go away.

KR had ZOOM with Monday morning group.  No surf.  I did laundry.  The SUN CAME OUT BY & !!!!  Maybe no June Gloom today

I cooked some turkey/hamburgers for lunch

I tried ordering cat food for Lovely's friend Esther Tang but could not buy prescription food from another state, as the food is not to be shipped here.  Took forever to find that out

I spoke to mom about 5 30

I went to bed and tomorrow Sarah is leaving.

Church Sunday

We walked Gracie to Hickory Park and then got ready for church.  We picked up Nancy, and Kurt was barely awake.  Pastor Paul was great.  We dropped her off and started to work around the house.  KR was putting the round cement borders in the front, and I planted a bunch of pumpkin seeds.

THEN JOHANN RAN OVER SCREAMING, and yelling, and just acting like a crazy man.

He was crazy.

We tried to figure out what was going on.  Christine said he had been smoking pot and today something happened, he just flipped.

Mark Paulson had come over and was visiting.  He brought the calico he caught and some yellow tail and a six pack of beer, and was drinking one with KR when Johann came over.

We tried to calm him and finally had to call the paramedics and they took him away to Torrance Memorial.  Turns out he was only smoking pot.  It is called Balance  premium cannabis.  RIGHT

Yikes.

He actually poured a cup of guava juice on KR, and it was pretty sticky.

Christine finally brought him home and hopefully he is better and resting.  NEVER SMOKE THAT STUFF AGAIN

Kurt cooked minute steaks and we had lunch/dinner at 4

Then we watched ARMED sermon, and went to bed after I cleaned the coop yard and watered the yard.

WHAT DID I DO SATURDAY?

Sometimes if I dont post, the same day, I cannot remember what happened

So I had to reconfigure Friday and Saturday and need to put more 'topic' on the topic like Lovely does.

KR and I went to the FIRE ROAD for a walk, and to take pictures for the enlargement of Gracie pics that I wanted to make.  Same pose every year.  It was nice to be up there, early, and no sun.

KR did the boarders on the sidewalk in the back by our newly poured cement.  I put away the tarp in the back, and we are not driving on the driveway for at least a week.  Very little stuff to eat at farmers market, but lots of compost.

Buffy is still broody.  Honey is no longer broody.

Sarah put on her dress and showed me.

I got kicked off the MdDS site again, and was called a LURKER.  Wow me a lurker.  I give up.

I did laundry, and most was Sarah's stuff.  She is leaving next Tuesday and I am sad.

Her sister's wedding was today, and she could not let Sarah watch.  What a terrible sister, Rachel is.

Adele baked us some bread, and Kurt ate half of a loaf.  It was so good.

I spoke with Eddie and family for about an hour.  So nice to SEE them and Sandy looked great.  So did Em.

I went to pick up Mike and family.  Hardly anyone at the airport.  Maybe 16 at Bradley.  Oh man

Friday It is gutter guy

KR and I go down to the beach to walk Gracie.  She finds another gopher and just almost bouch nose with it, and do NOTHING !!!!

The gutter guy, Edwin comes and does the gutter.  Weather is cloudy almost all day.  It is end of July and we have June GLOOM !!!!

The gutters look great and Boon wanted his number to put a little piece on his garage door area.

KR got a little something from the dumpster.  I saw some stuff when I went to Korean store to buy garlic.  There are two guys living in a tent in their driveway.  Homeless folks.

I went to see Chris Bruno and he worked on my shoulder, which has been hurting for about two weeks now.  Don't even know how I did it.  I THINK it is the rubber band exercises when I was watching ARMED church podcast.  Don't know  I ran a little before appt

I spoke with mom and Abby about 9 pm.  So nice to 'see' them all.

Working Thursday

KR got up to swat at a moskie and didn't go back to bed, and it was 4 20 AM !!!!

I got up for work.  Made it there by 6 40 and the girls were shrieking.  There was a DEAD RAT in the walkway up to the office.  I cannot believe they are afraid of a dead rattus rattus.  I got a glove and picked up the dead rat and threw him away.  O them girls were just aghast.

Kurt was suppose to be there at 6 50 but he showed up at 7 and I had the other Becero brothers, Jair, Ivan and some other brother name I cannot remember.  He got x rays, need some sealant repair.  I scaled his teeth and polished.

He went to work.  I ha asked him to bring the Biofreeze and HE FORGETS !!!!

Then I had a bunch of PITAS, who were real pain in the arse.  I finally got done at 1 and I was so so tired.  Went to El Super to buy avocados per HONEY request.  Came home and put the foods away.  Also got more chocolate milk.  Went for a ride, KR came home.  THE RFK beach party was not today, so he and Bubba and Mathew were the only ones at the beach  It is NEXT WEEK.

KR went to bed by 8, and I stayed up a little typing this and working on posts for MdDS group.

POURING CONCRETE

The guys showed up early this morning, and the concrete started pouring.  First is the back yard, and since they mounded a lot of rocks and dirt on the top of the concrete pile of the sidewalk to the pad area, the new concrete was poured on top of the mess.  They then started to edge it off and take out the support, and the whole thing was an amazing feat.

They smooth the top, founded the edges, and I had Gracie run across.  First she would not go, then just going from the north stairs to the back door.  She made some prints and they had to smooth off a little, so not so much remained.  I also had them set the old kitchen fish tiles on the little patch of concrete by the garage door.  Then Hugo stamped the concrete and it looked beautiful.

We need to water it daily.

Boon said we should have had them place stress relievers like the wood sticks so the concrete don't crack.  Oh well, Ben said no need.  And we won't know until years later if the crack starts.

KR went surfing, then to Jim's house for dinner.  Didn't come back until after 9, I had gone to bed,

Kurt came home and did some home work, and didn't stay up too late, I think.

Working Tuesday July 21

I got up by 5 45.  It is Eddie's 58 birthday.  Wow, we are all getting up there.  James took a trip to De Nang, and said it is like old Vietnam.  He went to Hanoi last week, is thinking of moving there.  High rises, like Hawaii, but less built up.  Said cheaper than Saigon.

KR went surfing and I worked from 9 - 1.  Donna Crawford, DiNesha, Brandon and Leah Bernstein.

After work I went to the beach for a run.  A little over 3 miles, at 18 min a mile.  What a crawl.  KR took Gracie to Rosie's and she had a ball, as usual.

Kurt came home in a better mood and went to Taylor's for D & D.  Told him not to be too late.  Sarah went to the Gooch's.  Chris even had to work last Saturday and Sunday.  Michael and family are having a good time in Florida.

We had the pork meat, as carnitas for tacos for dinner.  I didn't eat.  Still getting fatter.  Need to slow down the snacking.

The workers put in dirt over the broken pieces of concrete and laid down heavy duty wire mesh.  They will pour tomorrow.

Monday CEMENT DAY

KR 'woke' me up.  We walked the dog to Hickory.  I did laundry, of the rug I got from the alley.  Cement guys came and started hammering the back patio away.  They stacked up the patio and made it the base for the cement pour.  Then they started on the front driveway.  Got that half way done and left for the day about 3

I went to pick up more food, choco milk and pork patties.  KR had lunch of rice and meat, and Sarah ate some too, and went somewhere.  Kurt was late to work.

I rode around the alley and got some bottles for New Horizon recycling, and not much else.  I also rode up to Crest for some BBQ pork patties.  So much food.  Made sandwiches for dinner for the guys, BBQ patty with the grilled cheese. 

Kurt drank himself to sleep and slept from like maybe 5 pm until the following morning.  KR and I need to do something with him, to get him out of this funk and just out of here.  He is working just to pay bills, yet the bills are not high enough.

So KR had Sarah Phan made soup and cooked cabbage, and sandwich.

Tomorrow should be the rest of the cement removal and then frame and maybe pouring cement.  Could hardly wait until it is done.

Sunday

CHURCH IS STILL OPEN

I changed the sheets and did laundry.  We went to church.  Kurt didn't want to wake up, but finally went.  He paid me 400 VENMO dollars.

After church, KR and I dropped off the salisbury steaks, chicken and pork at Saddleback Church office on Crenshaw.  We went to Home Depot and was going to buy these metal sleeves, but decided just to pour the pad in the back, and put the railing in later.

KR took a nap and I went for a ride.  Jon Liu came by and brought us dumplings.  I gave him potato soup, some fish, some carrots, as I got more food from Sarah Phan.

Then Jesse came to visit with Abby.  They stayed for about an hour.  KR got the stone dividers out, as the driveway people are coming tomorrow and the pad/driveway will start.

Kurt napped for like at least two hours.

Dinner was left over, pho from Sarah and mac and cheese and chicken leg and fries from Sarah too.

Went to bed by 9

Saturday

I got to the Gooch's by 6 15 to take them to the airport.  We came back by PCH as Sarah has never seen that stretch of road before.  Traffic at the airport and on PCH was light.

Got back and walked with KR down a the beach.  VERY WINDY TODAY

We go to AAA and transferred the title of Tacoma to Kurt's name and got insurance in his name at a grand cost of $929.00, plus his AAA membership, of $26 which he is paying it all.  No bathroom allowed at AAA, and there are two tents outside, and you go there first and then to either insurance or DMV services then you go inside with pexiglass galore.

We go to Farmers Market and get three heads of cabbage, five onions.  I took the compost out to YMCA and spread it around.

Chris Gooch worked all day, so Sarah hung around until he got off work.  He is doing over time all the time.

I went to Sarah Phans for potato and ham soup.  It was amazing.  We finished what she gave us.  Kurt was up until 12 30, doing goodness knows what.

I was in bed by 10

Friday

I did laundry.

Kurt said, "Hey, the sink handle is kind of wonky!"  So KR tries to tighten it and the whole thing just came off and all corroded.

Trying to get another one in meant that the whole bowl of the sink needed to be removed from the wall and the drain part no longer comes with the stick that you pull and push.

KR got the faucet from Lowe's and took it back and got another one from Home Depot, and the first one was 3/8 and we have 1/2 so he bought an adopter and then had to take it back.  Then we had ants in OUR BATHROOM !!!!

So it took 45 minutes to get the sink off the wall, and the patching the drywall.  KR is saying Kurt needs to paint his own bathroom tomorrow.

I saw Chris Bruno for my feet !!!  The arches have been cramping.

KR cooked minute steak for dinner and I cooked fried rice for lunch.

KR managed to mud the wall, and will sand and paint before putting the sink back.  Kurt will have to paint the rest of the wall.

WORKING Thursday

KR walked the dog, at the beach, he says.  He worked around the house, with the capping of the hose.

I got to work early.  It was a fairly easy day.  Got done by 12 40.  Marjorie was one of my patient, for crown prep #2. 

Came home and the cheese was waiting for me from BNT and I took that to Saddleback Church, along with some Salisbury steaks from Sarah Phan.  I made chicken with this yummy sauce. 

Bill came over and I gave him a box of N95 plus a box of regular masks.  He was very grateful.

Wednesday

I got up before 6!!!!

We took Gracie down to the beach and had a short walk.  It was still overcast.  KR went down to surf after we came home, and I cooked chicken legs.  The ants are back, a little, through the plug, so I rode over to Kent street and picked up some flea bombs so we can use them under the house to hopefully get rid of the ants for a little while.

KR came home and weed whacked.  The back yard weed was pretty tall.  I tried planting some pumpkins and will see if they grow.

Kurt didn't want to go to work, and was late.  He came home and said he is glad he has that job, as it is a tax free 15 dollars an hour job, that he could not get elsewhere.  Patti's kids have nothing to do and they are driving him nuts sometimes.

We had zoom, i almost forgot.

Tuesday

KR left for surfing and a BEER by 6 !!

I did a load of laundry, and went to work to see Kirk Crawford.  Shawn came to fix the kitchen sink and I dropped the 14 pounds of cheese off at Saddleback Church office off of Crenshaw.  Plus a large bag of can goods.

The bill for the upstairs bathroom and downstairs was 400 bucks total.

Kurt went to work and came home by 3.  He venmo me 400 yesterday.

I rode up Crest for some pizza kits and then to 235th place for apples and carrots.  SO MANY CARROTS.  I ate three apples and four bags of carrots.

The YMCA is closed AGAIN.

KR took Matthew and Bubba to the beach for royal family beach day, came home about 2 30 for a nap and then to the BBQ at 5

We listened to another podcast and went to bed

Monday

I didn't get up until 6 am.

KR went surfing.  We brought the van back so Bill Johnson can borrow it.  He came by and we had a little chat.  Meagan Lloyd borrowed KR's blue board.  He did tell her to rinse with water and no sand when it comes back.

We went down to Rosie's and Gracie of course had a great great time.  It was not crowded.

King Newsom closed all gyms and hair salons, etc AGAIN  ~!!!!!   What are those businesses to do?  I just feel so sad.

Kurt went to work at 9 30  He came home and was drinking again.  We are trying to figure out what to do.

The sink STOPPED up in the kitchen.  OH MY  I suctioned out the water, after trying to clear it for over an hour.  Called Shawn.  He is coming tomorrow.

The cement guy, Hugo Chavez came by and measured for driveway.  Said he would be starting next week.

KR took a nap, and I went riding around a little.  Met Wendy by Sepulveda and Anza for some apples.

I cooked ALL the red apples and the peaches and canned them.

We watched Pastor Thrash before going to bed.

KURT'S 23rd birthday

HAPPY BIRTHDAY KURT

We got up early.  Kurt did not come home last night.

We drove up to the Gradney House and saw his car there.  KR and I walked the dog.  He did not answer texts.  We got some flowers from Doug's farm.  Went back and rang the doorbell.  He text he was coming.

We left because he didn't come out and KR didn't want to be late.

We picked up food from Sarah and Naby Ak who lives on 235th.  Apples galore. 

We picked up Nancy for church and Kurt arrived looking BAD 5 minutes late.  Nice to be able to attend BRANCH OF HOPE.

I drove Nancy home and ended up Kurt drove home with BAC .10 !!!!

NO NO AND NO

KR and I went down to the beach and I ran again, he surfed a little.  I fell asleep for about half hour.

Came home and went to BRIDAL shower for Sarah.  It was at De Portola Park.  Chelsea and Paula did a great job. 

Came home and had dinner at DENNY'S FREE GRAND SLAM !!!

So fun.

THEN THE ANTS................  I spent an hour killing them.  They were everywhere in the kitchen and some in the living room.  KR had gone to bed already.

Saturday

I didn't wake up until 6.

I FORGOT TO LOCK UP THE CHICKENS !!!

But God is good, they were roaming around.

There were ants last night so it took awhile for me to wipe everything down.  NO ANTS this morning.

KR finished a bit more of the bathroom and we walked the dog.

We went down to the beach and I ran on the sand and then went 'surfing' with KR.  Saw Donna down there with her friend.  It was nice and HOT.  So many people around too but good social distancing.

Feeling pretty good.  No dizziness, and minimal eye shimmering.

We had left over for dinner.  SO MUCH FOOD. 

I tried to get an appt with Taiwanese consulate on Wilshire, ended up with an appt in Taichung.  OH MY

Kurt went to a party, at the Gradney House in RPV, swim and drink.  Said he will NOT drive home if his BAC is above .04.  We told him we can come and get him.

Friday

We worked all morning, KR painting, and me cleaning the garage.  By 11 30 we were tired, so I made him a burger and we went to the pool at mom's after.  I guess NH has pool open 11 30 to 3 15, as they need someone there to 'monitor' the pool with sign in's in and out.  Like we cannot monitor ourselves.  There is a 12 person limit, and there were about 9 at the whole time.  People coming and out.

We got home and I had to rush off to chiro.  I had forgotten it was 1 15.  I thought it was 2 45.  Next week is 2 45.

I also ordered a bunch of N95, for office off of TDSC page, and KR got some too.   Chris would like some, as it is so so expensive right now.

After chiro, KR took a nap, and we worked some more on the bathroom walls.  LOOKING GOOD.

I went to pick up  A LOT O CAN FOOD.  Must have been at least 20 pounds worth.  WOW  Some people get a lot of stuff and don't eat.

We had Zoom, and just snacked a little. 

I didn't go to bed until 10 !!!!!!

WORKING

I didn't get up on time, well, KR woke me at 6 26 and I was on my way by 6 35.  Worked until 1 45.  I WAS TIRED.  Peter Gooch was one of my patients today.  HE HAD TARTAR !!

We were very busy and I didn't get to write any eNotes until we were done, at 1 and it took me 45 minutes to finish.

Went to El Super for avocados.  NOT 4 for 99cents but 3 for .99.  I bought 15.  I rode to Wells and tried to get cash out, but they wanted to charge me so I went to B of A with my EDD card and took out 1000, and put it in Wells.

I went to 99 cent store and bought lettuce and diet coke.

Picked up some grill cheese sandwiches and some muffins BNT is so great.  The cooked pork patties were great.

Kurt worked, and was a little late pops said.  He will be 23 this Sunday.

Spoke with mom at 5 40 and she was very alert.

Dinner was salad for KR and I didn't eat.

Wednesday

We walked the dog to the park, and there were several squirrels.  Kurt was late to work.  AGAIN.

KR went surfing and I clean and cleaned,  Found paint at mom's and mixed the paint for the bathroom.  KR did the mudding yesterday and it is ready for paint.  I found a walker and posted online.  Cooked a bunch of carrots and peas, the earthquake food.  Took over 6 hours to get them soft.

Activated the EDD debit card.  Don't know why they still have not contacted me from my email 6/20/2020.  There is over THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS on the debit card.

We had zoom with the gang, but no Donna.  It was nice seeing Patty and Mike.  She looks ok, and Mike still has no result from the Covid test.  Seems like it is taking way longer now to get result.

I spoke with mom at 5 40 pm again.  Nice to see her.  Seems to be alert.

We had dinner and it was stir fry pork strips.  Very good.  I also cooked some mac and cheese.

I didn't go to bed until 9 30.  MUST GO TO BED EARLIER

Tuesday

WORKING today

KR went surfing and we didn't get to go to Farmer's Market.

I did more laundry.  Saw David Wilson and Carole for delivery of crowns.  I had to numb both of them as they were very sensitive.  Carole started to cry with the pain. WOW, but I guess some are more sensitive than others. 

I then stopped at the beach and went for a run on the sand.  MAN I was tired and hot.  I ran 2.66 miles on the beach at 13 52 per minute pace. 

Came home and went to pick up a bunch of milk and ox tail from Sarah.  YUM

Seems to be going to bed later, like 9 pm, and not getting up until at least 6  Spoke with mom at 5 40 pm, which is their 8 40 pm.  Much better than 3 AM.

Monday

I did two loads of laundry.

KR went to Bruce's for Monday morning prayer.

Kurt didn't hear his alarm, and didn't get up til 8 so he was about 25 minutes late !!!  I thought Patti had text him to come in later.

Andrea and Maribel came to clean.  I rode my bike to pick up the hummingbird feeder, and Dena, off of Crest dropped off some milk and bars and food.

KR started on the drywall.  Took awhile

I started and finished most of the cushions for the dining room chairs.  I used the material Jon Liu gave me and the Hawaiian stuff I found in an alley.

We had more left over.  I made chicken legs. 

Quiet Sunday

We got up and walked Gracie and then got ready for church.  I went to pick up Nancy and when I got there she said she had text me to say that she was not going because she was in pain.  I never got the text, but sometimes they never come through.

I drove to church.

Kurt looked like he was still drunk. 

Patty text the ladies and said that her mom passed away yesterday, fourth of July in the afternoon.  WOW  I cannot believe so fast.  I am sad.  Thinking that I won't get to see mom anytime soon. 

Pastor Paul gave a great message.

KR went surfing after we came back.  Kurt used the BAC and he was STILL AT .04 !!!!!!  Last night he might have gone to .20!!!!

Kurt went to bed, and I cleaned around.

I rode my bike.  I cycled 6.2 miles. 

We had left over dinner.  KR ate a big salad.  I had made them three meats sandwiches at lunch.

We went to bed, but don't know when Kurt went to bed.

HAPPY 4th Saturday BEACHES CLOSED

We walked Gracie at the beach and no one down on the sand.  It was a beautiful day.  KR and Kurt tried to go to Leftover but it was marginal shape so they came home.  They went to the Farmers Market while I went for a ride and to Rita's to move all the boxes to the garage.

They had lunch and KR went back to go surfing in PV.  Said there were cops yelling at people not to walk on the bluff.  He thought they might give him a ticket but he stayed out and several people came out to surf.

Kurt had Jun Soo and Taylor D over for cards.  Alex Pao also came.  We lit off a few fireworks.

Sarah and Chris went out early, said they were going to De Portola Park.

The gang downstairs were drinking and playing cards.

I made them bean and cheese dip and mac and cheese.

They stayed until 3 45 AM, could not believe it, I woke up to pee and saw Kurt and Taylor and Jun outside talking just before they left.  The den was full of bottles, they drank all the beers, which 2s about 2 -12 packs, and some vodka.  I assume Kurt went to bed, hoping not for pain in the morning,.

KR got up at 4 20 and I went back to sleep.  He 'woke' me up at 6 15.  We walked the dog at the beach, now the west side parking lot is CLOSED again and for the whole weekend.

We went for a bike ride.  We thought the bike path would be open from Ave C but by the time we came back to the beach the cops or fire or life guard had placed caution tape all on the bottom of the ramps so we rode on the esplanade all the way to the pier, and then through the parking lot and to Hermosa and it was pretty good, the barricades were not closing the strand.  We went all the way to El Porto and back.  It was great weather.

Kurt was at work almost all day, got off a little early, and we had dinner and listened to a sermon and went to bed.

WORKING so hard Thursday

I didn't get up until 6 20!!!!  Yikes

Got to work on time 6 45 and got off 2 15

It was HARD WORK.  Kevin Rivera was crying and not wanting a tooth removed, that was abscessed, and Dr Sata was filming again, and so there were other people in the office.  I had to do Karina Chavez' bonding of 6 - 7 - 8.  7 had no root and was really loose and Dr Sata wanted me to use titanium mesh, as we did not have ribbond.  Took me awhile to bend the mesh just right and bonded to the lingual of those teeth.  Looked Beatiful

Maribel, Tracy, Marjorie Karina and Yvonne went out to eat and bought me a delicious taco.  I drove home and KR had gone to the beach with Matthew and Bubba, RFK stuff and didn't get home until about 4 30.  I went for a ride, nothing to get but a heating pad.

We had left over.  Sarah gave us some food too and it was shank dish, plus spaghetti and meat sauce Vietnamese style.  I went for a run about 7 pm, and took a shower and went to bed,  I did NOT need to pee until about 4.  That is what I like about exercising late, don't drink liquid and will be ok with peeing in the middle of the night.  KR ha left over and went to bed,

What a day.  Tired of working.

Office Meeting Wednesday

I got up about 6 15 and KR already left for surfing.  I did a loud of laundry, and went to office meeting.  It was very good.  David Wilson came by and I cemented his temp back.  He was eating an energy bar with dates and it yanked it right out.

After the meeting I went to El Super and bought almost 100 dollars of food.  I was hoping someone would be home to put away but no one was here.  KR took Gracie to Rosie's and she was a complete WRECK when she came back.

Tyler also called after I got gas at Costco to ask us take Toby for a few months, as he wants to work in another state and Erin will be moving home when the lease is up.  I told him no and he got all aggro and I said talk to pops.  He said he would call back.

KR spoke with him and said no to Toby.  His phone keeps cutting in and out and he got more and more upset, so we don't know if it was his phone or he hung up on us.  Oh well.

I text Will  'ma loves you'  no reply, oh well.  Just read the daily devotion to keep loving your children, especially the recalcitrant ones.

We had Zoom and there is no zoom Friday celebrating Chris' birthday.

KR was pretty tired from surfing and Rosie, went to bed early.  I came up later
