Almost Better Sunday

 I HAD NIGHT SWEATS !!!!!  I woke up at least three times with pool of sweat on my chest !!  What a weird feeling.  Fever is almost all gone, but I was so yucky I took a shower first thing.  I did not take one last night.  My back is bad.

I just laid around all morning.  KR took Gracie for a walk and then went down to the cliffs to FIND  MARK.  He walked from  Pipes up to Bluff Cove, and no Mark.   He did find a hat.  

He mad tabuli salad again and I had some of that for lunch.  I had rest of Sarah's tofu soup for breakfast.  Not eating for a day (yesterday I had liquid and a little oxtail) I was down to 112.6 this morning

I tried cleaning a bit, back too sore to do much.  Don't think I am going with him tomorrow to the Forum

We ordered wings from Buffalo Wings off of Carson, since I have a gift card.  Except I accidentally ordered 20 and 20 promo, not the 15 and 15 so had to pay 18 extra bucks, with the 25 gift card I found at the YMCA parking lot.  And the line to pickup was bad bad and bad.  County just opened up outdoor dining and there were a lot of people at Lazy Dog eating and lots  of  people  picking up food at Buffalo.  We took the food to Yeye with Gracie and had a good time.

Came back and could not get comfortable to sleep.  Finally fell asleep after 9 and I had gone to bed by 8,  KR had no trouble he was asleep !!!!

MAN WHAT A SATURDAY + VAX SIDE EFFECTS

 So I woke up about 1 30 feeling bad.  Chills and body ache and could not sleep.  I had jammies on, top and bottom and was still cold.  Heated up the microwave hot pads and it helped until the pad cooled.  Could not sleep until about 4.  Tossing and turning and just miserable.

Woke up about 7 with fever, only 100.7 and feeling bad.  Got the heating pad out and it was better.  KR went to pick up Mark; boat down at the Harbor Patrol Yard, near Terminal Island.  He and Phil T hauled it back to Denise' and gave her the money that Trilogy collected for her.  We donated 5000  I still want to shout at Mark:  YOU IDIOT  COME BACK

I just laid around all day, not feeling well.  Megha didn't have that much symptoms.  Monica got her shot today at Kaiser.  '

KR went to  Farmers Market and got a lot of kale and radish and parsley.  He made tabuli and it was fabulous.

KR had taken a nap and I went into Kurt's room to talk to him where  he  was sleep and I turned a little to speak with him and MY BACK WENT OUT !!!!

It has been many months since it bothered me so I guess I am blessed for not having that problem.  But now I have the vax side effects and a bad back.

KR went to dad's to have dinner with Kurt and dad.  I just stayed home and slept.

I slept in Sarah's room, so that I can toss and turn without Gracie getting on my leg and all.  It was a hard night.

Vaccine Friday

 So we had appt at 8 30 at the Crenshaw Clinic and I got Kurt up and drove dad, Violet and Kurt down to 79th and Vermont.  They converted into vax only and the wait was only about 5 minute.  First they check your appt and your ID, then you drive in this race course like cone parking lot.  

So how they do it is a batch of cars drive up and they get your license and in my case my White vaccine card and take it to the tent where they verify your ID, then the RN comes and does the four of us, or how many there are in the car.  Dad and Violet said it didn't hurt.  Mine hurt a little,'

We drove home and I left them at the house.  

I went to Naby and picked up a lot of food, milk and juice and such,

I had an appt with Dr Bruno.  Felt so so good.  We had ZOOM Bible study.

MIKE is quitting small group.  Said he needed a hiatus.

WHAHHHHH

WORKING Thursday

 SO I am up early for work.  The schedule looked TERRIBLE, so so busy but as the day wore on, there were so many cancelation and it was not even raining.  I got done about almost 1 and came home to almost empty house.  KR had lunch with Danny and Howard, L & L BBQ again.   He had a good time.  Marisa and Denny a little tense about something, like his father and step mother living in the back unit.  Or something.

I rode around and got a small bike.  I also picked up lots of food from Daynah.  We have so much food.

KR watched a little TV and I had mostly soup for lunch and dinner.

Wednesday

 Day to lounge around.  I was suppose to go to the forum but decided not to go suppose to rain, but it didn't  We went and walked the dog.  It was pretty good surf, and the seas were calm.  

I cooked chicken and cilantro soup.  KR had a large bowl and so did I but Kurt not too interested.

I felt like pizza for dinner, and had to be Papa John's so we ordered pizza and sushi for dinner and took them to Yeye's house.  Violet said that dad had been a bit weird, started running to the store to buy paper, didn't want her to drive, etc.  

We got there about 6, Violet made soup and we had yummy dinner.

Came home and I was tired and went to bed early.  KR kept Gracie on his side so I was able to sleep better.  Work tomorrow 

Working Tuesday

 So it was cold and cold but no rain.  KR said he didn't go to bed until 11 watching some nature program with Kurt.  I had FORGOTTEN to lock up the chickens so they were out foraging already when I came down stairs at 6 30  BAD GIRL

I cooked the tendon in the crock pot before I left for work.  I saw Donna Crawford, Margarita Garza and then Kirk Crawford.  Got home by 12 30 and KR had ,09 BAC, no wonder he was reeling a bit and he cooked the steak on high heat, burnt a bit and raw in the middle.  He also went to the farmers market and cooked some kale.

I was so hungry and I ate tendon  Went on a ride to Jon's to drop off some kale and cilantro.  I am going to make parsley salad tomorrow.  Also gave Daynah some kale too, and cilantro.  

KR had a long nap, of course.

Monday

 I was up about 6, KR earlier of course.  Gracie was just all over the bed last night, drove me nuts.  

I text Denise and told her to get Mark's stuff home before she looks at it, and to ask if Mark had insurance on his phone.  She can file a claim and get money.

KR had Zoom, finally, with the guys.

It is very windy, just like last Tuesday.  Weird.  I spoke to Brandon about getting some money to pay the credit card of 20 000 for John Macy.  We go down to the beach to walk Gracie,  It was SO SO windy. Just like last Tuesday when Mark was lost. Violet goes to the urgent care with some rash in the back of her neck.  They wanted to charge her 202 dollars so she said no thank you and came back.  I gave her three items to try on the very minute rash:  chinese blue bottle itch liquid, cortizone cream, triamcinolone cream and hopefully one of them would do the trick.

After we came home, KR went down to the cliffs to look for Mark, down at the rocks.  Maybe the rough seas churned him up.  He took a nap after lunch and I went to pick up food from Naby.

We put on a fire and I did some yoga to keep my hip from whinging.

Sunday rain and movie with Bubba and Matthew

 We were up early.  I could not sleep last night, woke up about 2 had a dream about Mark, I was reading the transcript of Mark's 911 call, but the dream kind of felt like the recording was being played on some kind of machine, like a recording speaker.

I spent about half an hour up and cleaning the kitchen, then I went back to bed.

We walked the dog to the park.  It was 41 degrees.  VERY COLD, John came with us.  I changed the sheets.

John left to go down to Oceanside and we went to church.  We picked up Yeye and Violet for church.  Pastor Paul was the speaker.  When we were done, we went and fixed the TV at their house and picked up some the stew she cooked.  We came home and had lunch.  I went for a ride to Jon Liu's house and KR went to nap.  

Kurt spent some time studying for his exam for tomorrow.  Then KR picked up Matthew and Bubba and they came back and watched Scott Pilgrim vs The World.  I watched a little, it is really weird.  Kind of like a Cartoon Movie.

They were done by 9 pm and KR drove them home.

Saturday and it RAINED

 It was cold this morning.  KR and John took Gracie for a walk and it was wet !!!  Was suppose to rain  a little, well, it rained almost all day.  

Denise came over with Gaia and I had gone to the bank and gave her 3000 dollars.  She said she would be fine for about six months. SIX MONTHS?  Then what?  She had not much idea what is happening with the storage locker that Mark has with all his remote control airplane, and she does not know what kind of pension he has and they pay about 2000 a month for health insurance....

KR and Phil T and other folks decided they are going to give five thousand dollars each next week, but if they find the body this week, she is going to need immediate money for funeral home, etc....

So then I donated 20,000 to ACTION for John Macy's car this year.  He is going back to Iraq in another 10 days or so, and will need a car there.

So today I spent 23000 big ones.

We also got free food from Naby, milk, turkey, bagels all kinds of stuff.

We had Lucille's for dinner.  The website had all kinds of issues trying to order food.

Ribs and briskets was really good.

We went to bed fairly early

Friday PICKING UP JOHN MACY

 There was no surfing for KR.  He had breakfast meeting/fellowship at Bill Johnson and he left before 7  to pick up Tom J from Long Beach.  He got home and we walked Gracie to the park, and then he went to the airport to pick up John.  I did the bedding in Sarah's room and then hung them out.  The weather was nice.  I rode around the neighborhood and got a comforter, washed that and will put on line for BNT.

Kurt came home about 9 30 as Violet came and said he has a test on Monday.  John and KR came home.  Nice to see John.  Situation in Iraq is just as precarious.  I cooked some noodles for the pho and brought some over to Yeye yesterday and KR had some today and I got food yesterday from ES Chen and Danyah.  We we have lots of food.

We had ZOOM and then went to bed.

THURSDAY working

 The first thing and the last thing I have been thinking about is Mark.

Got up early for work.  Got there and met the new intern.  She is very nice.

Work was good, not too busy, and I left about 12 45.

Cameron and Gaia was over visiting KR and Gracie.  I picked up food from Esther and Daynah so we have lots of food.  He took a nap and went to see derm MD who cut some more off his shoulder and charged him 611 bucks, yikes.  

We had dinner and went to bed

Wednesday VOLUNTEERING at the Forum and NO MARK :-(

 We got a call last night coast guard found Marks boat upside down about 3 miles off shore,  and no sight of Mark  KR says why did't he tie himself to the boat?  We are so up set and cannot sleep.

We drove down to Forum to volunteer giving the shots and it w as very interesting.  They had s sign in, then orientation then we got to work.  There are many lines, and many nurses to do it and to help.  I finally got help from the nurse, put half of bandaid on your glove hand, open the alcohol wipe, wipe, give shot and put bandaid on.  

I worked until about 2 pm and took Uber home.    KR had left to go down to the water with Mark's friend Jeff to look for his body.  He left about 8 30, before even started the clinic and I was out in the hot sun for hours.  My knee hurt and my hip and back too.  He spent six hours and did not see anything.  A boy got swept out to see up north too.

THE PRESIDENT  got sworn in today.  I didn't  get  to see live, watched on TV later.

We had some dinner, burger I made and the chicken salad I brought home from Forum and went to bed.

Tuesday

 So KR kept Gracie on his side so I had a much better sleep.  He got up about 6 and I got up about 6 30.  He went surfing and I did laundry.  The weather is cooler.  I rode to see Tom Omoto and brought him Eddie C's casts to figure out what to do with his front teeth. 

Kurt's class was canceled and he finally went to Walgreen/CVS to get his adderall RX filled out.  Turns out it would cost him about 15 dollars !!!!!!  WOW

Violet let about 3 pm, and Kurt went over to work there for the next four days,  I started the videos for the volunteer position at the Forum tomorrow.  HOURS AND HOURS of video.  How to dilute the vaccine, how do document and how to give injection, all kinds of stuff.

I cooked hamburgers, and I picked up food from Sarah.  So much food.

The WIND really picked up this afternoon.  It was HOWLING

Chuck Berger brought over a small frig.  I am going to see if the office wants it before I post BNT.  I had him try some moscato and he liked it so I gave him a bottle.

Going to bed soon tomorrow is going to be a lonnnnnngggggggg  day.

THEN DENISE CALLED and Mark went out to his boat and fishing and he did not make it back and the coast guard is out looking for him and the helicopter.  We could not sleep.  How could he not be back?  Why  did he go out in the high wind?

Monday

 MLK HOLIDAY

So not much going on as it was a holiday.  I slept in the other room the middle of the night as Gracie was just taking up so so much room,-.

KR went surfing and I did laundry and Andrea came and cleaned the house.  I went over to see Yeye, and Violet.  Dad looks well.  I rode around the alleys, not much  KR came home and had two IPA beers

I went to see Chris Bruno, felt much better after.

Kurt didn't have school, just slept all afternoon.

My three patients canceled for tomorrow.  First time in WEEKS or MONTHS that I don't have to work on a Tuesday.  We went to bed pretty early

Our Amazing Weekend in Anza Borrego

 So we were up and getting ready to go Friday morning.  We didn't hurry too much as we had all the time in the world.  I made a reservation for Palm Canyon Resort and RV.  We drove via Romana, then to Julian.  We had a sandwich at the park with chips and soda, at the park just before the main street into town.  THEN IT WAS TO COYOTE CREEK

Man, that dog.  Gracie just wanted to get rocks, ROCKS, and MORE ROCKS.  We stayed until she was shivering hard, then checked into the hotel, Palm Canyon Hotel & RV Resort.  We should have stayed at the other place, like the Oasis Inn.  The pool was not heated, and there is no daily service, they will come and take out your trash, IF YOU ASK, and give you more coffee and towels.

We went for a dip in the 64 degree pool and the jaccuzi was not that warm.  We had dinner at Carmelita's Mexican and KR  had an EXTRA margarita after downing a beer, free from the hotel.

Saturday we went to the visitor center and had a short walk.  We had machaca for breakfast.  We tried driving to THE SLOT, but the line for the entrance was too long so we went back to Coyote Creek and Gracie had a great swim/rockfest.  We drove out to Sheep Canyon and to Lower or Middle Willow, and it was nice about 80 degrees.  We then went to Font's Point where we had never seen before.  It was beautiful seeing the landscaping.  We came home and sat outside a bit before we went to Center Market for turkey sandwich and more drink for KR.

Sunday we drove out to the SLOT by 7 30 and did a great hike.  No one was there, and we didn't have to pay.  By the time we were done, there were cars coming in by the boatload.  We drove to the ebnd of the SLOT and down a steep VERY SANDY short drive, and KR could not get the car back up, so we drove about 20 miles out of the way towards Ocotillo Wells to get out.  FINALLY.   We had another torta for breakfast and drove to see Mom B and Aunt Ethel.  They had cooked a lasagna and we had lunch and two great games of Hand and Foot   I teamed with Aunt Ethel and WE LOST BOTH GAMES.  We drove home and Kurt was barely getting the house cleaned.

We unpacked and had some dinner and went to bed.  What a great weekend.

MORE working Thursday

 So this is Christopher Xu's last day. He brought DONUTS.

It was buys until it wasn't.  Some folks didn't show up.  Mateo's insurance changed so he could not come anymore.  So many cavities, and I hope he gets a good doctor.

I got home and ate some duck.  Violet had brought a whole duck yesterday when she came back.

KR and Kurt watched Borat while eating dinner.  Earlier I rode over and dropped off some food at Harbor Rock.  We had too many pizza and bean and cheese burrito and breakfast rolls.  I rode around the alleys and didn't find anything.  I also picked up food from Esther Chen at maple Walk and we could not eat all of it.

We packed for our trip tomorrow.  Lovely said she bought lots of shoes.  Only 25 dollars each.  WOW

Wednesday

 We went to the beach to Gracie.  KR went surfing AFTER the work.  I started doing taxes and OH MAN OH MAN, it was HOURS of work.

I found checks I wrote to City View Apartments for Tyler in 2017.  I posted the shelf and it was GONE in no time flat.  SEVERAL HOURS LATER, I AM DONE.

KR came home and had a wonderful time.  The surf is still going on.  His board won't be patched until next week.

Violet came by 10 30 so Kurt came home and did school here.

I bought two birthday cards one for us and one for Kurt to send.  It was EXPENSIVE, 8 bucks for a pop up card, that turns into a bouquet of FLOWERS !!!!

I went to the post office and got the GLOBAL forever stamps and mailed them, after making Kurt and KR sign the cards.

Working both places Tuesday

 So I have one patient Peter Brubaker in Redondo, then I went to see Chris Brunno at 11 15, then Kurt texts me to pick up the food, so I did not do the roller board.  He should have told me sooner.

I went to YMCA and picked up food.  When I came home KR just came back from surfing, HOURS AND HOURS of surfing.

Then I went to Lawndale and worked for Monica from 2 - 6.  She was having a scope to see if she has GERD or something that is giving her stomach issues.  

I came home and ate and went to bed.

Maribel's 40th Monday

 So KR gets up early and goes surfing.  He was snoring all night and I could not sleep so I was tired but got up about 6 30.  I went to the El Super first and got a Rosca something bread/cake for Maribel.  She had lots of presents.  She is going to another funeral today.  

I got home and drove to get the soda stream from Sindja up Grand Summit.  And then I rode around the alleys and got a large glass jar.  Kurt had class at Yeye and he was going off about not having any money so I gave him 100 bucks and he said he wants the receipt and I said I threw it away and he said he cannot take free money and I said it was HIS money but he forgot he gets Social Security.  Jeez Louise.

KR got take out Coco curry for food and I got dad newspaper and some buns from JJ.  

We walked Gracie to Yeye and back.  He watch football and I had a sore hip.  Rolling around the foam roller seems to help

Penny asked me to write Jacky a letter about working for me so she can get her vaccine.  I did and she is waiting for appt at Kaiser.

No Pastor Paul Sunday

 So I woke up about 5 45 but didn't get out of bed until after 6 30  I was praying for all kinds of stuff and also stretching.  I think I know what kind of exercise is good for my hip.  KR had 11 hours of sleep last night.

We could not convince Yeye to go to church so the three of us went.  Pastor Paul is still not well we had a guess speaker.  He was ok, my mind wondered....................

KR went surfing and I went to deliver Donna's little craft bag, it is her birthday today.  I also rode around and picked up cat food, plus some bathroom mats, interesting turquoise color.  Still can't find the pharmacy card for dad.  KR went surfing and he had a great time.  It turned out to be a nice and warm day.  It hit 72 and tomorrow would be 70 with low of 48.

In the afternoon I asked Kurt to take Yeye for a drive, NOOOOo, then I told him to pick up Yeye RX and he got all mad.  That kid.  I drained most of the water barrels, and pruned a little.

BIG NEWS:  THE GIRS GAVE ME TWO EGGS TODAY   I think it is Buffy and Yellowfeet   HIPPEEEE  YIPEEEEE

We had salad and went to bed early.  KR was in bed by 6 15.  I puttered around, did dishwasher, put laundry away, wrote Jeff Lykins a letter.  The Christmas card I wrote him got returned.

Tomorrow Maribel will be 40 year old !!!!

Saturday

 KR left early for surfing but there was not enough surf so he came home,  I had gone down to the village to pick up Eddie C's CD from Redondo Oral Surgery and KR said to stay there and he came down and we walked Gracie.  

I stopped at Ralph's and bought some Christmas blankets, and I need to return a few that were too expensive.  1 dollar vs 5 dollars.  

KR took Matthew and Bubba to make cookies at Laurie's and came home at 2 and then wanted to go surfing.  He went to check and said that it was too junky.  Mark came by with Gaia and she and Gracie had a great time.  Brian also came by and chatted a bit.  It was really cold in the morning but got nice and warm in the evening.  I vacuumed the garage and tried to clean up.  Gave away the Kwikret to BNT.  I juiced some celery and it was not too tasty, had to mix with pineapple and carrot.

KR was in bed by 6 45 and I didn't go to bed until 8 30 after I did laundry.  Changed the sheets today.

Chiropractor Friday

 I got up early, well, not as early as KR.  He went surfing, AGAIN and Violet took dad to the pier and Kurt had school, and then went over there.  I had an aptp with Chris Bruno, first one in months.  And it was so so good.  I did the electro stem and then the roller table.  The timer didn't go off on the table so I was there a LONG time, I didn't mind.  Jeff Yamane went to Crenshaw Center for the vaccine and the line was SSSSSOOOOOO long, took well over an hour to get to the beginning.

I came home and didn't nap.  Tried to find the Blue Cross prescription card, but no where to be found.  Violet went home around 3 30 and Kurt was there by 4 30.  

We got soup fro Sarah and had dinner and went to bed.  

Working and more work Thursday

 So I didn't get up until 6 10 YIKES, gotta be at work  I jumped off and got dress and ready to go and there by 6 45.  It was fast and furious and then no shows.  Even Brianna Cota didn't come.  I left at 1 03 and the Maribel calls and said SHE LOST HER CROWN and I gotta come back.  I DRIVE BACK. But wait, before then, KR got 10 pounds of carrots and we tried the juicer, IT WAS GREAT, carrot juice galore.  We will be juicing forever.  all the broccoli stems and celery and everything is going to go in.

I had a glass of carrot juice and went back to office and cemented her crown.  Riva Luting.  Came home and didn't feel like sleeping.  The detective at Torrance PD called me and said they know of Ella Gagne and the Nigerian Prince scam and they have been trying to get her to stop sending them money for at least a year.  Yikes, there is something wrong with her.

We went to bed early, I am sure.  My neck is always sore now, feels more tension in the back

Mark came by with another calico, and I drove the fish and the toaster oven and the Keurig and the trash can over to Jon Liu, but he was not home yet, I gave to Yuan Yuan.

 

Office Meeting Wednesday

 KR went surfing early.  Yesterday he broke a leash and today his board got slashed pretty good.

I had office meeting via Zoom.  We talked about how the office was fairing during the lock down.  After KR came back and ate, we took a good nap.  I was really tired.

Then the TRUMPSTERS stormed the Capitol.  He helped the GOP lose Georgia.

Oh man what a mess.

Never thought we would see THUGS in the capitol building.

I rode up Crest to get this power charger for iPhone from BNT, and then drove to Plaza Del Amo for a juicer.  I will try to buy 10 pounds of carrots for juicing tomorrow.

We went to bed thinking what is going on.........   

One patient Tuesday

I was suppose to have TWO patients today, Guillermo and Faye but Faye said she hurt her leg and 14 day quarantine or something like that so I saw Guillermo at 9.  He had fallen and hit his teeth but the x rays were ok.  Kathy had a doctor appt or something with her dad so she came in about 9 30.  I told Will that we were sorry about his dad passing.  He also wanted to know how to sign up for vaccine.  I finally found the email and sent to him and to Yuan Yuan

After work, Kurt and I went to Farmers Market.  KR had taken Gracie to see Dr White about her ear, something is not right and she keeps shaking and shaking.  He went surfing so we had to go to FM.  Not much to eat.

I tried taking a nap,

We had dinner of ribs that I made and listened to a sermon Pastor Thrash and went to bed.

Working Half Monday 1/4/2021

 I got to work by 7 30.  The morning is really busy.  My back is whinging me, I think because my left hip is sore.  I left at 1.  Monica worked the afternoon.  I also have a hematoma from the injection site.  

I tried to sleep but did not.  Andrea was here.  Kurt had his first day of school, and said it was NOT 12 - 2 but 12 - 5, maybe 12 - 4.  HAHAHA  And his poli sci teacher said if someone is taking his class it should be the only class he or she takes.  OH WOW, as there will be so much homework you would just die.

Kurt and KR watch a show.  I cooked chicken legs and ribs.

Tried to get an appt with Chris Bruno.  Not until Friday.

KR came home with ANOTHER broken surf board.  WOW this is getting expensive

FIRST Sunday of the New Year 2020

 I was awake before KR and my arm is definitely more sore, but my hip is a lot better.  KR drove to check the surf.  Lovely said that mom kept waking up in the middle of the nigh and yelling for everyone to get up.  They were all exhausted.  They are thinking of putting her in an apartment with a caregiver.  That would make me so so sad, but I have to trust God and Lovely to do the right thing, which I know they would.  I miss mom so much.

We go to church and Violet and dad do not go. Said he has a little diarrhea.  Cold too.  Paul is still not well.  Dustin Karsdan is the preacher and we liked his message about wealth, health, and something else.

We come home and KR goes surfing.  I do more cleaning. Back and hip sore.  I lay down and after KR comes back he lays down too and I take a nap.

We have left over for dinner I think.  Can't remember.  Oh wait, no we cooked steak and bok choy for dinner with rice.

Vaccination Saturday Jan 2, 2020

 The DOG !!!!!  She took up half the bed half the night.  I could not sleep, trying to push her over all night long.  We were up by 6 30 and did laundry to change sheets and we drove up for vaccination in Los Angeles.  7901 S Vermont.  When we got there the line was so so long, but turns out most people were for the testing, and in the beginning the traffic cop was not letting people through to the vaccination line, so we parked on 79th and walked to the clinic.

First you wait in line to present your email confirmation and then your ID.  Then you wait in line for the shot, then you wait in line for the card that says you were vaccinated with the Moderna vaccine.  The line for the card was about 15 minutes long, which is the time you were suppose to wait to see if you keel over from the shot.

We saw Megha there and she waited with us.  Monica had the appt at 10 and we told here which way to go, off of Normandie, not Vermont.

We came home and stopped at 99 ranch where I bought some EGG CRISP at 20 bucks for 6. VERY EXPENSIVE.  But hey,  I am worth it.

KR went surfing and I tried cleaning the junk drawer so I can file more papers and get stuff off the counter.

Kurt was home all day.

Mark came and Gaia and Gracie had a good time rumbling in the garage.  He showed up just as we pulled in from 99 ranch.  

My arm is not really sore.  I took the Tylenol before and then 400 advil after.  My hip was so so sore this morning, and had a hard time walking.  Now it is 6 pm and just getting a little sore in the arm.  I took another 400

KR watched football and I went to bed by 7 but KR said to read devotional so I waited.  By 7 30 we were asleep, and my arm was getting pretty sore by then.  Both Megha and Monica said they were pretty sore all day.

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2021

I weigh 112.1 and KR 182.3

This year has to be different than 2020.  What a year with the virus and the unrest and the politics, no more of 2020

 So what is the new year resolution?  Maybe a kinder, gentler nation?

We got up and KR went surfing.  It was COLD and we turned on the heater again.  I got the temp all the way up to 70  GASP, first time that HIGH.  I was too too cold.

Then they, Kurt and KR went to Rosie's.  Mark and Denise drove there with Gaia who had a great time.  Gracie was really limping, and was not too comfortable.  They ate and we took a nap.

Then it was ROSE BOWL and then SUGAR BOWL.  I cooked the calico bass that Mark brought over yesterday and it was BEAUTIFUL.  I brought most of it to Violet and Yeye and they had it for dinner.  It was great great and great.

Then it was Twilight Zone marathon.  AND BED

New Years Eve 2020 December 31

 I get up and got msg from Megha that she got an appt with vaccine in LA so I tried and got an appt too for 9 am at 7901 S Vermont Ave.  KR says he will go with me.

It is so so cold.  KR goes surfing and I stay home.  It is Thursday and I DON"T GOTTA WORK.  

KR fires off a bomb at about 8 45.  We watched a movie on Netflix, via Corrina's account.  Jack Chan called Skiptrace, pretty funny with Johnny Knoxville.  Cant believe I actually sat around and watched a movie.

KR went to bed by 9 and I was in bed about 9 30.  Had the fire place working again, as it was cold
