LONG work day Kurt comes home

 I woke up by myself at 6 am and was at work by 6 45.  Today is Dr V's last day.  KR came to work from 9 - 11.  We saw some of the refugees again.  The diagnosis is pretty wonky. So I left her a note.    I  hope she is not mad.  I got done at 2 PM  FINALLY

Came  home  and went to pick up some women's vitamins.   Part of my stuff from Walmart came in the mail.  The stuff I ordered from Dad's YourHealthyBenefit card.  He gets 100 bucks every quarter I think.  Mom also gets a hundred every quarter.  I am going to maybe buy another Fitbit with her money.

KR and I walked Angel down at the beach.  It was COLD and windy.

Kurt came home maybe around 5.  Said he had a great time but very tired.  Of course his stuff was all over the garage and he was in BED.

He is going to work at Yeye's tomorrow.

He leaves everything in the garage and in his room for hours.  I just don't know what to do with that boy

KR goes to bed at 9 30 and I think it is Ed Dergosits birthday tomorrow so I send him a msg on Messenger and he responds and it is.  He is still working because he HAS to and I told him we were retired and doing well.  I am so so sorry he is not, and he has a slew of health problems too.

I went to bed so grateful.  Me and KR are such a team

Wednesday and just me and KR

 So I could NOT get out of bed this morning.  KR went surfing and I cooked some more vegetables.  Violet came and got more vitamins.  Olivia text me and said she cannot work April.  Telling me NOW?  Kind of late?  I text her what her May schedule is like and she said she does not know until she gets home.  Home from where?  I need to have a back up caregiver.

I rode my bike around and picked up a sports bag for Alan.  KR said he might want it.  I also picked up a lot of the signs.  All over Sepulveda.  We walked Angel at Boundary Road as she was not walked this morning.  Weather is crisp, a little cold but sunny.  

This week weather high in the mid 60's and low in the mid 50's

I tried getting rid of papers near my desk.  I cooked more cauliflower, mixed with spinach.  KR  had Sarah pho for dinner and salad with beets and turkey meat. I ran the dishwasher and KR was in bed early to read.

Kurt coming home tomorrow.  I kind of miss him

Tuesday and Kurt is off to Jalama AND NO CAR WASH

 So KR decides to surf, the bay and Kurt packs up everything but the kitchen sink to go to Jalama.

He picked up Joo Soo from Koreatown and got up there.  I had to go to Yeye garage to get him the pots and pan and dishes and stuff.  I also dragged out everything and vacuum and cleaned the garage.  KR went to FM and we got what must be 40 heads of cauliflower, and a lot of broccoli and cilantro and kale and stuff.  WOWOWOWO

I distributed a lot of food.

MY ORTHOTICS came.  Dr Feit office called and I picked them up.  They did the  whole bottom over and   it feels great. 

We went tot he Post office to walk Angel as she did not get a walk this morning.

I cooked cauliflower rice and it was delicious

WE WON NO CAR WASH

We were on for about two hours, and got a lot of congratulations on the presentation of the neighbors against car wash.

I picked up some soup from Sarah and picked up several signs to recycle.  I didn't get to bed until 10

MONDAY AND BIG RAIN

 So  t he rain didn't  start at midnight, but about 8 in the morning.  KR had Zoom with the Monday morning group, then tried to take Angel for a walk.  It was too wet.  He went to get check from Camila and to Costco to return Flonase.

Maribel and Andrea came to clean

It wained HARD for several hours.  We were stuck at home.  That is ok  I had plenty of computer work to do.  KR went and got gas, and forgot to return the Flonase.  I went to city hall to submit the petitions for those that are against the car wash.  I wrote another email to the city.  I also got  the 50 pages that is related to the car wash.  Oh, man.  Some folks really spent some big  big money on the plans. 

We went to the Boundary Road during the lull in the rain.  About 2 30 and then the rain came back by 4, had some heavy stuff for about two minutes that looked like a movie set.

I   got this HUGE egg from one of the girls.  I think it is Blackie or Vulchi II

We had cheeseburgers I cooked for dinner.  VERY GOOD

Sleep was from  8 47 to 6 53.  A whopping 8 hours and 43 min.  Man I like to sleep

Sunday at A.R.M. Church

 Yesterday we decided to go to ARM church in Inglewood so I text Christina and we both asked Will and Diamond to join us.  Yeye had said yesterday he didn't want to go, but this morning was ok going.  KR took Angel to the post office again, to run some of her Zoomies away so she can sit in the car.

We got there at 10 15 and most folks have not arrived.  It was very nice to see the Johnson's.  And the last time was two years and two months ago.  I had to leave the worship last time I was there because of the dizziness.  Today it was SO SO GOOD.  AND I got to run around the outside and dance in the isle.

We went to Charlie's Chicken after and we were so so hungry.  We stopped at Jesse Owen's park and ate almost all the food.  We took Yeye and Violet back and they had a nap and KR had a nap and I went for a ride on my bike.

We took Angel to the beach and walked to Veteran's Park.  It was getting cold and windy.

Kurt made a nice salad for dinner.  We were not hungry after that huge chicken meal

I was in bed by 10 and woke up at 6 45  Did not sleep well.  Thinking it was going to rain and it did not

Saturday

 I keep telling myself that I don't need to do the daily bl;og, as I WILL remember what happened.  NO CHANCE

Can't even remember what I ate for breakfast.  WAIT I can.  Coffee  I always have coffee for breakfast

We went to the beach to walk Angel.  She sniffed at all the pee.  That is one thing there is not much of at the golf course.  PEE

I did laundry and hung them out to dry.  KR and Kurt went to the FM got LOTS of romaine and beets.  I posted and gave most away.  We are eating so well these days.

He took a nap after working on his spear gun and my back is sore so I have not run at all.

We went to the post office to walk Angel.  That was about a mile one way.  KR had soup and sandwich for dinner.  I had boiled some of Mary's vegetables, she grew some interesting spinach and napa kind of cabbage.

I was in bed by 8 40 and I slept for NINE HOURS, waking up at 7 05.  Hipeeeeee

Easy Friday3/25/2022

  KR went and walked the Angel.  My legs are still tired from walking all around Wednesday putting up the signs.  He went to Home Depot and got a sprinkler head, to replace the one he accidentally cut off in the back yard.  It was too tall so he went back to ACE to get a shorter one.  He also went to Sam's to get some Sumo tangerines and delivered to Bill Johnson.  They are about $1.12 cents EACH  WOW   So expensive.  He got Bill TWO BOXES

I saw them at Ralphs for 2. 99 a pound.  I had to get yogurt and pickles and other stuff.  Gonna make more yogurt. 

I went for a ride at 10 45 only 2.24 miles.  Got pickles and yogurt at Ralphs.  We had lunch, and he took a nap and I rode 3.31 miles up and down the alleys, NOTHING to be had.

We also went to Fire Road to walk Angel  SHE DISAPPEARED and was at the end of the road, and some guy called us from the tag on her collar.  She had managed to bypass both of us and went to the road.

KR had lasagna and we went to bed by 9

Working on the Afghans

 So today we are scheduled to work on the Afghans at the clinic.  I got there by 6 40 and KR got there about 6 50 and Dr Sata was there with two hygienists from West.  We were very busy.  They had very messy teeth.  I tried taking Michael Chavez' #32 out and I could not, KR came and rocked it out M-Dly, as there was no B and I was trying to grab it  B-Lly, good boy.

Dr Sata also took out a #32 that was almost completely gone.  I was done by 1 15 and KR left at 12 and Angel was locked up in a crate when Kurt went to school.  I was very tired when I got home.

I didn't take a nap

I went for a ride at 2 45 for 4.3 miles.  

I was working on the computer and I saw a lady driving a CITY TRUCK removing the NO carwash sign from our front lawn area.  She said it was CITY property and we cannot put sign there.  I made her give me mine, and she would not give me the other ones she had collected from Sepulveda.  Wow some mysterious power at work.  I still have maybe 10 left.  I will put them up later.

We walked the dog at the Post Office.  TOO DUSTY

We had left over and I went to bed late at 10 20 and got up at 6 40

VERY busy Wednesday

 We walked fire trail and KR hung a swarm trap.  Came home and he went to check the Gooch nuke box and Calle Mayor swarm trap and pick up curtains from Charity.  

The blue birds are back and making a nest.

Ian came over and had some SDF placed on this teeth  I got it all over my two fingers, must have been when I was cleaning up, and I got it on his lips in the corner.  Kurt helped and he got some on his fingers too.

Madrona car wash worker Shan came and delivered some signs to be placed on Sepulveda against the carwash.  I spent several hours placing them all around the neighborhood.  I set some in front of the guys house that backs up onto the proposed site.  I wonder if he would put them up.

KR got two swarms of bees,  First one at Fire Trail and another at the rental house.  He brought them home and transferred them.  Doug is suppose to come and get them SOON   The bees don't seem to like John Crookston's nukes.

I cooked some asparagus/spinach/broccoli for lunch and then some turkey meat for taco salad dinner.

Kurt had school

NO work Tuesday

 So KR goes to Bible Study at Fred's and then surfing.  I thought he was coming home in between, but no.  I did laundry.  Last night when KR washed Angel, she got so excited that she peed a little on the bed.  Had to wash the top sheet and the snoopy blanket.  

I talked Kurt into walking Angel.  He took her to Lago Seco Park.  I went to pick up Gatorade from Winlock drive up near PCH and Hawthorne.  That street construction is a mess

I went to Camilla's and got my charts, she said just to bring them all home.  I also brought her a lot of vegetables from the FM.  They were working, I guess Dr Chavez got more doctors working there.  I wonder how much they pay the doctors. 

KR and Kurt went and got FM.  Lots of vege, like kale and cilantro and parsley.  I dropped some off for Violet and Naby came and got some.  She made us some delicious African food.  We ate it all, along with the steak.

We went and walked Fire Trail and saw a bunch of bees checking out a tree next to the golf course.  KR wants to get them

Kurt had school.

I have had two weeks with just one day a week work which is unusual, and an interesting respite from work.  Talked to Terri today.  We will be starting work there for maybe a month in April.  Should be interesting to be back to private practice and see how Bill did his office.  

EASY Monday

 So KR went surfing and he dropped us off, me and Angel that is, by Alta Vista School and we ran/walked home.  

Last night I went to bed by 9 54 and got up at 6 30 But was awake for an hour and half.  

And I do not have CORONA

I had the weird headache two days ago and today I had bad stomachache so I took a test, nothing to it.  No Corona

I went to Camilla's first and asked her to copy the charts of the patients I saw there.  They were working on patients.  I thought they had no doctor but I think Rebekah was just taking x rays.

I then drove up to Ian's and got some furniture, and table and legos and a bike.  I gave most of the stuff away.  

KR took Angel to the post office and they were gone a long time.  She was really tired when she got home.  I went around the neighborhood and got many neighbors to sign the petition for NO CAR WASH.  Also met some nice neighbors.

KR had corn beef and cabbage that Patty made.  It was great.  Kurt had school

Sunday

 We were up early and KR took Angel to the golf course while I went running.  FOUR miles at 12 minute mile.  VERY SLOW

We then went to church.  Angel sat in the car so we didn't have to crate her.

We had lunch and KR had a nap and I went for a bike ride at 12 30 and delivered the petition to Marianne on Sepulveda Place.  They defeated the Bikelogy car wash three years ago.

I had some neighbors sign the petition.

Some said NO, I guess if it is not in their back yard they don't care.

We went to the Fire Road for a walk with Angel

Dinner was El Pollo Loco except I didn't have my EBT card.  HAHAHA  We ate at Yeye's.  Sarah had given us a lot of food and we ate it all.

Saturday and trip to Airport KR

 We  went for a walk early with Angel, at 8 30  

FM got a bunch of beets and we cooked some and I gave some away.

I saw on FB that church of latter day saints were giving away food and stuff so I drove to Artesia and Van Ness and picked up a lot of stuff.  I called Dolly and she came and picked up a lot of food to give away. 

Will and Diamond came and brought us some coffee.  STARBUCK  Yes, she works there and gets a pound a week.  KR had taken Angel to the post office right before they came.

The Macy's came and they took a little nap and then KR drove them to the airport.  I went to bed by 9 50 and woke up Sunday at 7

Friday

 So i could not get up to go get gas and KR WENT  WHAT A SWEET HEART

I was tired from not getting enough sleep.

KR went surfing and I walked Angel to the bank to get money for Olivia.  I dropped Angel off and took the money over to her.  Violet came at the same time and it was nice to see her.

I called Gary again to have the lights fixed.  Jaime came and fixed the light and turns out to be the switch.  

I met Maribel's grandma and delivered her denture.  Puche had put the mesh in the break and polished it and fits like a glove.

Ian came in the afternoon and brought some clothes for donation.

We went and walked at the beach and saw Mary D and had the walk with her

We came home and had left over.  I took a shower and was in bed by 9

Thursday must be a WORKDAY

 So I didn't get much sleep again.  In bed by 10 40 and up at 6.  Out the door at 6 30 and KR was not up yet.  He walked Angel and then came to the office to do endo

Work was slow and easy. 

Came home by 1 and went running.  KR had a large beer and was asleep.  He smelled like one too

We went to the Fire Road to walk Angel

Dinner was left over rib for me and burger for KR

Kurt had school

The Macy's come and visit Wednesday

 So I didn't get up too early as bed was late about 10 35 last night.  I got up at 6 40  We went and walked the Boundary road

I spent a lot of time making cream of broccoli soup.  It was very good.  I used three chicken legs for stock and blended it.

Got a birthday card from Eddie  HAHAHA

Got a dog toy from Debbie around the corner.  A squeaky donut.  Angel loved it

I went for a 3.1 mile run.  Average 11 46 per mile pace.  SLOW

The Macy's came.  John and Yvonne and Samara.  They dropped Sam off at the airport and we had Maui Chicken.  They were not open for seating so we came home and ate.  It was good, as Angel got to beg a little   Kurt went to school and came back

EASY Tuesday and CALLING city council

 So I didn't get up until late and late.  Almost 7  KR went surfing and he dropped me and Angel off at Sprouts so he can buy nutritional yeast.  Angel was tired by the time we got to AAA.  We made it home before Roger came.  He came by to drop off the 400 dollars of the last of the payment I got from his office.  I found out that he is carrying some of the loan of the selling of the practice.  The run was about 2 miles.

After he left, KR came home and they went to FM and got a LOT of broccoli and a lot of parsley and some cilantro.  I went for a short ride distributing food.  KR ate the cheeseburgers I made and took a nap.  

We went down to the beach for a walk and Mary came by for food.  She made chicken enchiladas and we made salad and asparagus.  IT WAS SO GOOD

I then waited over THREE hour to speak to CITY council about the carwash that the council wants to approve on the old Sizzler site.

THEN they decided to postpone as the car wash company didn't have the latest drawings of the proposal.  OH MAN    So the law says if you speak on a line item, you can no longer speak the NEXT time the same item comes up.  YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME

I went to bed LATE

LONG WORKING MONDAY

 So I had to work  for Dr Desai  who was working for Dr Sata.  Started at 7 45 and  went to 6 15.

I even went to Costco Business to buy paper towels as we were out.

I was tired.  Ran a little at lunch time, but didn't have the proper clothes.  I  had  left the clothes in the office  and when I got back, everyone was GONE 

So I did a walk  in my work clothes.  TOO HOT

Maribel wanted me and Dr V to do extractions at 5 30 and we did.  I took out #I and Dr V took out #J  Brothers they were

I got home and ate a little and had to finish the  work  SEXUAL harassment video  got 96% without  watching much of he video

Went to bed by 10,  which was 9, but KR went to bed by 9 which was 8

He also went surfing this morning and then walked the pup

Sunday

 We walk Angel towards Levy but she charges around at the entrance and almost got hit by a car.  She was doing her Zoomie and a car drove into the back lot and she had to break hard and hit the tire side way.  The guy was so nice and didn't yell at us.  We didn't go back to the back ball fields, instead we walked the access road behind NH and around the medical buildings where Ellis Endo and all the other offices behind China Tea House.

Then it was church.  KR had usher duty and we were a few minutes late.

It was REVELATION again, and I tried not falling asleep.  It was successful.  We took them home and KR started some weeding.  I went to drop off some radishes and lemons for Sarah and then found another hot water heater, the type for the counter and gave them away.  I also dropped off the books for Beth over by Villa Hermosa.  KR had a long nap and took Angel to the post office so she can get her Zoomies out.

Saturday and it is KLUB day

 We go walk Angel to the park as KR has Club.  He left to pick up Bubba and I started cleaning.  There seems to be always so much to do.  Lovely is having issues with the Senior Housing and she is bringing mom home.  Mom can hardly stand up, and has gained some weigh, or a lot of weigh  

Kurt and I go to the FM and got a lot of radish, not much else

KR and I both take a nap and we go to the memorial at the PV Swim club.  I have never been there before.  There must have been a couple of hundred people  We had to drop off Angel at Yeye's as Kurt went out with Corrina.

It was done about 6 45 and there was taco but we were too too cold to eat besides the dog needed to be picked up.  Sarah had made soup with beef so I cooked up the noodles and KR had a nice dinner and we went to bed.

Friday KR returns

 So I didn't get up until 6 19  Watch says I didn't go to bed until 11 56?  Impossible

Jacky came by for his two week allergy shot

I take Angel to the park and around the neighborhood.  Goofed around too much before hand to drive her to the beach.

I went to Botox and I got two hematoma's

Went out to eat with Diane at Sea Empress, in Gardena.  She gave me a compost pale, so so nice and I LOVE IT

KR came home by 1, I think.  He ate and took a nap.  I went for a 2.5 mile ride. 

We went for a walk at the Post Office  Angel just ran and ran

John Macy called  He had to fly from Houston to Palm Springs and will be ubering here and getting our car and driving to Carlsbad.  OH man.  He arrived about 8 pm and took the van and went down to Carlsbad.  His dad's reception is tomorrow.  I am tired just thinking of his trip.

KR went to the conference at church

Working Thursday

 So I got to work on time and they had flower and balloons for me !!  FOR MY BIRTHDAY

Wow

And they had flowers for Tracy too !!!!  

It was not too busy and I stopped at Jon's to buy beef tongue.  I saw it was on sale there for 9 99 a pound but the cheapest one they had was still 27 dollars.

Kurt was home and said that Angel broke a zip tie off the crate but did not break out.

I went for a bike ride, dropping off the present for Rebekah and then to the Gooch's to drop off the puzzle and Easter craft thingy.  6.5 miles

Then I went for a slow run/walk with Angel through the neighborhood for 1.75 miles

Kurt went to school and I had some boiled beef tongue.  SO GOOD

Angel is missing KR just want to follow me everywhere.

DAY 1 KR's Ranch trip

 So KR left this morning at 6 30 to drive to the Ranch  I started try to unlock the old phone that Isaiah had brought over years ago that he could not unlock.  

I ran Angel around the neighborhood, about 2.2 miles

I finally did some work on the computer and we lost some MORE MONEY on investment.  I tried to get the Calstrs money to Brandon, and I thought I had Calprs.  OH man

I took Angel to the Fire Trail and I ran the  whole thing.  At the end, Angel ran up to the house at the beginning and up to the street and back to the trail.  THAT RAT OF A DOG  The trail was 1.85 mile

She is so so sweet and missing KR.

Kurt went to school   He slept all afternoon about 12 to 3 30.  That boy needs to change

My 63 Birthday

 WHAT A DAY

We started with me running Angel and KR going to the Bible study at NH Fred's house and then he came home and weed whacked.  Then it was FOOT MASSAGE time at the place next to Dr Catalan's place.  Then we picked up FM stuff, not much and then lunch at Sue's Kitchen.  EXCEPT they were closed on Tuesday so we went to Peter's Place, which was great.  

A hundred bucks later and free boba and soup and delicious we came home.  KR started cooking and dicing and i just did more house work, cleaning the closet, etc.

Brian M came by and and said stuff got stolen out of his car,  He went into Von's for just a minute and they stole his back pack and all his ID and his phone and his money and keys and etc.

Oh man

We went to Lazy Dog's with Angel to eat.

Then it was obedience class for Angel

Then Lovely HAD BAD NEWS:  The elderly place is giving mom more pills than she is suppose to have and she thinks that is why she is so sleepy

NO TEXT FROM WILL OR TYLER  can always text to borrow money but cannot remember my birthday, sigh

Working LAST DAY Monday

 So I am to deliver Mary's crown at Dr Catalan's

I also saw an emergency patient that had a broken crown #4.  When I took off the crown, the three little gutta percha came out of the crown.  She will need the root extracted and new bridge.  Oh man.  Dr Catalan should have seen the decay last year when she came in for the cleaning.

KR has zoom but he decided to go surfing and NOT zoom so I ran Angel at Levy.  SHE GOT INTO THE STINKING MUD and I had to rinse her off at NH by the tennis court and then at home I gave her a wash outside with shampoo and she still STUNK.  I tried dry shampoo and still no go.

KR came home and we went to Wahoo's with the Ackerman, Mike Patty and Leanna, the Gooch, Mike and Carole  Had a great treat time

Church Sunday but no REVELATION

 KR went surfing early.  STILL IN BAD MOOD

I took Angel for a run at Levy Schooland then dropped her off at Yeye.  Kurt wanted to Zoom as he didn't get home until 4 am from birthday party last night.  That MUTT rolled around in the sewer water near the edge of the school and smelled so bad I had to rinse her first at NH by the tennis court and then home I hosed her down in the front yard.  I then sprayed her a little with Dry Shampoo, but she still smelled.

KR had ushering duty.  FIRST TIME  I drove by myself  He picked up Angel and had roast beef sandwich for lunch.  

He took a nap and I continued to clean the linen closet.  Got a bunch of stuff to give away.  Cleaning some of old handkerchiefs from when Daddy George went to Asia.  And saw some of mom's old neck bracelets that I want to give away.  

Lovely thinks this place is not taking care of mom well and she is looking for another,  I pray there is a good solution.

We went and walked Boundary walk and then I rinsed her in the shower and used some conditioner.  She still smelled a little

KR had El Pollo chicken and watched some tv and we went to bed.

CARE HARBOR Day 2 Saturday

 We took Angel to the park and I ran her home after a lady started yelling at us for having Angel off leash.

SHEESH

We dropped Angel off at Yeye/Kurt and drove back down.

WHAT A DAY !!!

We were suppose to have more than 20 doctors, not just students, but I think Megha said only 4 or 5 showed up.  KR and I were really really busy at triage and x rays.  The other lady that did triage asked for so many x rays per pt that it was ridiculous.  Also the laptop was occasionally mirroring the image.

We finally got some lunch, and drove to Dr Catalan's to recement my crown.  Camilla came and met us and KR used some Ketac and glued it back down.  It didn't hurt as much as when he glued it in the first time.  I took two advils when we left The Reef

Came home and he took a nap.  I laid down but could not sleep

We had salad for dinner.  El Pollo loco lunch was without salad.  By the time we got down there, they ran out of salad

Friday CARE HARBOR

 We left for Care Harbor after dropping Angel off at Yeye's and arrived downtown about 7 am.  KR was in charge of triage and I was in charge of x rays.  What a day.  There were not too many doctors there and we finally ate lunch at 1 pm and came home.  

No conversation  with  KR

He is  still in a funk.

We both  took a nap.  He took Angel to the post office again and I went for a 2.8 mile run

I FLOSSED my crown off right before bed.,  #18

So I have been having some occasional pain, turns out not to be stress from grinding, nor perio issues but a loose crown.  

Working Thursday

 Got there at 6 45 and worked until 1 pm.

Dr V is getting a little faster

KR came and did a RCT but had to redo two of the canals as they are short.  He said the sealer set too fast so he was really upset.  

I ran almost three miles after work at 4 20.  KR took Angel to the post offie.  I don't like that trail, too sandy for me

KR remained upset and rude the rest of the day.  What ever is the matter with him

Wednesday March Office meeting

 We have office meeting.  KR dropped me off at Sprouts when he went surfing and I bought some nutritional yeast and ran home with Angel.  I dropped her off at home and went to meeting.  Kurt was still home.

I went for a ride at 2 15 for 4 miles

We went for a walk at the beach at 5 30

Can't remember the rest of the day.

Writing this SUNDAY afternoon, very late in posting

I dropped off the orthotics as the back/bottom was peeling off.  The receptionist said she will get back to me about if there is a charge.  I picked it up on July 30, so it is only 7 months of wearing.  None of my other orthotics did that.  I told them should be no charge

 We were up early and KR wanted to leave for Trial Canyon Falls, off of 210 north of La Canada.  We drove up 110 to 5 to 2 to 210 , off on Sunland   Up Big Tujunga Canyon Road and parking off of the road took us six miles round trip to get from the road to the water fall and back.

We almost missed the turn off, the sign was not very clear

The hike was so interesting, but we could not get to the bottom of the falls because of the rope climb, which we could have done no problem, but Angel would have had a bad time trying.  WE ARE GOING TO GO BACK JUST TO DO THE ROPE CLIMB

It was HOT HOT AND HOT

Angel had a hard time wanting to rest and we wet her down a couple of times so she was fairly cool

We went to Eagle Rock to LA Tacos and Kabobs and had burrito and mediterranean plate and drove up to past Mayo Street to Moon park to eat.  It was great.  We drove home and KR took a nap.  

He had class with Angel and I went to bed.

I also cooked some burgers

Last day of work at Dr Catalan's

I went for a run at 7 15 with Angel and she would NOT come back to me when she saw a squirrel.  Took a bit of time to get her back so we can go home.

KR had zoom with the gang  

So last week we decided Wednesday would be too busy so we scheduled a work day at Dr C's and was suppose to start at 9 but Danielle our neighbor could not make it so we started at 10.  I had almost an hour so I came home for lunch.,  KR went surfing and Maribel and Andrea came to clean the house,  I always love it when they come.  At least I saw them today, for the last two months I have not seen them as I had to work on Mondays

Got done at 3 and asked Rebekah and Camila to gather up all of Dr Catalan's stuff, like her loupes and rx pads so they get removed and Dr Chavez does not have access to them.  

I went for a bike ride about 4.5 miles and didn't see anything at the alleys

Then I went running at 5 15 down to the park at 12 45 per mile pace.

I went to sleep at 8 27 and got up to talk with mom at 11 30.  Lovely was taking her to Yilan Elderly care center and I wanted to speak with her so she was able to call 

Went back to sleep at 12 40 and got up at 6 12
