Friday and only KR off to work

 He took me towards Calle.  Mayor and Angel  and  I walked/ran back

I really like it when he has  to go to work and I am home alone,  Kind of like FREE TIME

I took Angel to Kurt's and took the van and picked up cat food.  The garage door would not work.  I told Barbara.  Then it started working again.

I also went shopping and made meat loaf and baked cauliflower and baked the egg rolls too.  Dropped off a lot of this at Kurt

KR came home and ate dinner and I finally went for a ride and there was nothing in the alley  Maybe today as it is the end of the month.

My cough woke me up and I took a benedryl and went back to bed

Both of us work

 Both of us had to work.  KR 8 30 and Maribel text me I didn't have to show until 8 but she text me early and said that my 8 am showed up at 7 20.  I got there by 7 35 and left at 12 35

Jefferson Campo's crown fit better.  No adjustment.  He must have moved his teeth with the first impression.

I first biked the alleys.  NOTHING

Then I ran 2.9 miles.  KR came home about 5 30 and smelled like a beer.  I mentioned it and he got all mad.  He ate a YMCA frozen meal and watched a little TV.

I went to Costco PLUS Sam's and spent over 180 dollars on all kinds of stuff.  Dropped stuff off at Yeye's.  They really needed peanut butter pretzels.

Wednesday and KR has to work

 So KR has to work and I had THE DAY OFF  !!!!

He had to go early as the hygienist had to numb someone  He dropped me off at the rental house and Angel and I walked/ran home.  At least today she is ok with running home.  2.5 miles

I did laundry and Kurt took Angel to Chuck's.  He invited Corrina to come down and  Angel did not want to swim so Kurt brought  Angel home to lock her in the crate.

I went for a run about 3 miles

KR came home about 2 30 and brought a check home.  Finally, from Terri  Over 3700 bucks

Then it was dinner and bed

Tuesday and we are both off

 It is not as warm today

KR and I walk Angel down at the beach.  Then it was cleaning the garage.  I left the trash in the garage and the ants found it so I had to spray and vacuum and do all kinds of stuff to clean.  

I went for a ride and saw some vacuums and I drove back and picked them up.  One was a stick Dyson.  OH WOW  My other Dyson charger works on it too.

Farmers Market had lots and lots of cauliflower and broccoli and I made cauliflower rice.  So delicious.

We went out to dinner at the Brewery by Ralphs.  The Ackerman and Francis and Leanna and Gooches showed up.  It was great.  Angel got out of the glass back window to run back to us.  It was hilarious.

Kurt had school and an essay due.

I tried calling EBT, no good.  I tried calling MediCal  No good

Tomorrow is another day.  We also got pho from Sarah

Monday and Andrea comes KR works

 So KR got up first, as usual.  He did about a half hour of Monday Morning group before going to work.  Angel and I got a ride to the rental house and we ran/walked home.  I did a  bit of clean   up before Andrea came.  I   called Medi-Cal for Kurt, found my bone density test  date, tried to look up Medi-Cal doctors and finally went to the pool with Angel and  Kurt.    

The Bergers  are  out of town.  Angel did  not want to swim.  I walked her around the  neighborhood to make sure she was dried.

I  sat out side for about a n hour.   It was a warm day 

KR came home about 5 30

Kurt had school and then Jack in the Box

We were in bed by 9 pm

Sunday and Pastor Paul out of town

 We were up early and KR transferred bees to John's and then tried to surf.  NO GO

We walked Angel at the Fire road and then to church.  Violet and Yeye were over at Mimi's condo and dd not go to church.  The weather today was 87 HOT HOT HOT

After lunch, KR watered a bit.  He had weed whacked yesterday and today's heat, things were wilting

Kurt got him a GIANT fatburger and he had it for dinner.  We walked Angel to Veteran's Park.  It was still warm down at the beach

My neck has been bothering me a bit more lately, kind of like MdDS without the vertigo.

Saturday

 KR tried to go surfing but no go so he took Angel to the golf course while I did laundry and tried to clean up.  GOT a lot of food from Sarah.  Including a WHOLE meat from Ono Hawaiian .

They went to Farmers Market and got some strawberries and some more parsley and a little chicken lettuce.  That is ok, we were not able to handle more food

I biked about 4.1 miles around the neighborhood

We had some left over from Claudia's and I cooked the steak, frying first then oven bake.  It was great.

Kurt went to Corrina to do some studying  or some such thing, and to register for class?

We walkedAngel at the beach.  

I even watched MMA before bed.

Friday and GOODBYE to Claudia

 KR had to work, he dropped us off at the rental house and Angel and I ran home.  Only 2.25 miles

I did a lot of cleaning and cooking for tonight's party.  I made roasted beets and cream spinach.  I also ordered stuff from Walmart.  I biked about 6.2 miles at 3 in the afternoon.  KR came home about 5 and we all went to Claudia's.  Corrina came to pick up Kurt and had a little to eat and net everyone.

It is the end of an era that she is renting the house and moving to Germany and maybe Big Island.

I had gone to bed at 9 30 and woke up at 6 but the watch says not 8.5 hours of sleep but only about 7 much of it awake !!

Angel was a wild dog at the party.  Wanting to beg everyone !!!

4/21/22 Workday for both of us

 I was up before KR  HAHAHA

Got to work early, and my 7 am came at  6 45 as they didnt want to miss school.  Dr S from Western was there.  We work steady and I got out of there at 12 45.  I took impression on Maribel's grandma and also tighten her denture too.

Jim Ferris, what a dweeb.  He s upset about having to get the oral surgery report and the implant parts for KR to take an impression on his crown.  I just cannot understand some folks.

WHERE am I gonna to find a place to work?

I really don't wanna work at Dr Catalan's.

I went for a run

After Panda dinner (the girls bought me a box) we walked Angel to the park and then it was BIBLE STUDY

I THINK I need a few drinks before the bible study.  Daniel, our leader is so so DRY and what to do?  We were in bed by    hmmmm  watch says 11 30?  No way so late  OH right, I didn't put my watch on until I went to take a pee

Easy Wednesday ANGEL GOT HER FIRST SQUIRREL

 KR had to work and I changed the linens in the downstairs bedroom and sorted and cleaned and cooked vegetables.  He left for work about 7 30.  I went over to the garage and got the old sling dog bed to post and other stuff.  Threw out some of the old frames and other stuff.

KR worked from 8 30 to about 1 30 and got home about 2 15 AFTER HAVING A BEER and lunch at the beach. 

In the middle of the day Angel got a squirrel !!  I don't even know how she did it.  She loved it

Kurt and I had a nice talk about his school and drinking and working at Yeye and finishing by May of next year or no living here.

We walked Angel at the Fire Road and she would not come AGAIN

He went to school

We stopped at Ralphs and had sushi for dinner

NO work Tuesday

 KR  was very happy not to have to work today.  He went to the Bible study at Fred's and came home and we went to Fire Road to walk Angel.  She disappeared into the bushes again, and we had to get her.  It was FARMERS market and we got so much radish and cilantro and parsley and kale and broccoli and some cauliflower.   

Denise came over and brought us ham and cheese for lunch and chatted a bit.  

I rode around distributing food and checked the swarm trap.

KR and Kurt took a nap.  Kurt went to school and we had dinner with the Gooch's at Brew Hall by Ralphs.  They like that place.  

KR got a swarm of bees from the industrial center.  He picked up after dinner.  No dog class tonight.  He has to work tomorrow

KR work and I went to the airport

 Kathy and Mac had an 8 40 flight so we left about 6 15 to go to the airport.  KR went to work.  Got back and I took Angel to the Boundary Road.  SHE WOULD NOT RUN after about a mile and half.  I did a 5K what I thought was fast but turns out only about 11 30 per mile.  I had to lock Angel in the car and go out for another mile.

Stopped by the bank on the way home, and then Safety Bicycle for an inner tube.  I managed to change the tube and pumped up the bike and rode around.  It is a bit high, so I don't know if I am going to keep it.

I also washed my car and Kurt rinsed his car a little.  It was a lot of work.  Car was so dirty

Had some left over for lunch.  Also called Wells Fargo about the student loan.  Also called EdFincial Services about Kurt's other loan.  He has over 4000 worth of loans I guess he is going to work at Yeye to pay off.

KR came home about 5 40.  He went to play outside with Angel and she bit his fingers HARD !!!  Very bad.  Lots of bleeding and I hope he can work this Wednesday !!  No work tomorrow for both of us.

We listened to  Jeff Gill sermon and went to bed.

HE IS RISEN Happy Easter

 We were up at 5 30 to go to sunrise service at COTB.

There was a lot of people there.  We even saw our neighbor Tony Ruiz and RONNIE HILL  WOwowowo

Kurt went back to bed and I walked /ran to church  KR had host service and Violet drove Yeye 

We came back and turned around and went to El Burrito Junior to meet Kathy and Mac and Scott and his wife Yasuko.  We had a great big lunch and came home.  I was asleep in no time flat FOR AN HOUR !!

We then went up to the Fire Road for a short walk with Angel.  She was running into the bushes again !!

We drove over to pick up Yeye and Violet and Mimi for dinner and YEYE REFUSES TO GO !!  He is so so weird sometimes and Violet was upset.  BUT we all went out after I heated up some YMCA meal for him,  We had a great time eating a lot of food and all.  They changed the style.  Now you order up front and then sit and they bring the food to you.

We went to bed early.  They had the downstairs

Saturday and no surf for KR

 I was not up too early.  KR took Angel to the golf course.  I coughed and pulled a muscle in my upper back.  SO WEIRD.  Violet says she is feeling better.  KR puts on a patch for me and it is getting better.

I change the sheets and do laundry.  KR and Kurt go to the FM.  We get lots of parsley and broccoli and carrots.  KR juiced the carrots right before dinner. 

He takes Angel to the golf course, and I stay home.  I ran about 4 miles plus found a bike   Back tire won't stay pumped.  Will get a new tire soon and see if I like this bike

Corrina came over for a movie.

Adele delivered some delicious food  SO MUCH FOOD. boneless BBQ chicken, 10 BBQ chicken legs, and gefilte fish too.  All the stuff they had too much of BUT NO DESSERT  HAHAHA  We don't need it.  So the boys ate some stuff and KR and I went to bed and they watched a movie.

GOOD FRIDAY

 First time in over 20 years, we are NOT going to Good Friday service.  KR had to work and I am cooking for Passover.  We are going to Adele's/

KR didn't get up until about 6 10 which is really late for him.  All that work must be exhausting.  He drove me and Angel to the rental house and we ran back.  It was about 2.2 miles going the back way via YNot.  

Then Violet text me.  Her back went out.  I went to Korean market first and bought some Korean melon, one Asian pear, and some kiwi for the fruit salad I am making.  I went over there with three back braces and some patches and some pain meds.  She took some and said it is much better.  She might not go with us to Adele's tonight.  Kurt said he didn't wanna go so I asked Violet.

Puttered around  Tried to figure out how to send money to James.  Finally got a hold of him and sent him 3000 USD.  He said he would pay back as soon as he gets back here end of April or sometime in May

KR came home around 4 45 and I baked the spaghetti squash and the asparagus and we went to Adele's by 5 45.  We were not late.  We finally started  started reading from the books and ate dinner.  There were about  20 people there !!!!!  Mostly Julie's friends.  It was so so good, the briskets, BBQ chicken, green beans, asparagus I baked, spaghetti squash I baked, two kinds of fruit salad, potato salad, and all kinds of desserts.

We came home and went to bed.  KR had a long day at work and he was tired.

We got ribs from Royale.  I dropped off beef tongue for Sarah and picked up the phone I left at Adele's

BOTH of us working Thursday 4/14/2022

 I left at 6 30 and KR went  to work too, but I got off earlier than he.

Our Extern called in sick and it was not too busy.  I worked on Doug, Maribel's nephew and did two fillings.  Then her brother Cesar came in and I took out a tooth, #18.  Complete decay.  He said has been hurting him and his mouth is a wreck.

I didn't get out of there until about 1 30 

I went for a 5K run, and it was slow.  Angel was in bed with Kurt again.  Then I drove down to meet Aria Asemi who is buying Bill's practice.  I left first to go to Marjorie's going away party.  She is leaving the company to work for someone else.  We met at Table Manners on Catalina.  Marc, Lisa, Marjorie, Tracy Maribel KR and I were there.,  It got a little cold

We came home and KR had BBQ chicken and went to bed about 9  I was in bed by 10

KR working Wednesday 4/13/2021

 So KR had a short work day.  8 30 - 2 30.  I puttered around until about 10 and took Angel to the Boundary Road and ran her.  Total was 3 miles at 13 min mile.  SO SO SLOW.  But the hard pack dirt is kinder on my knees.

Kurt came home and  was  a bit depressed about something.  Said he  had  too read a whole  book.  WELL  GET TO IT

I  met Mary at the office and took her impression for the Nesbit partial.  She had more skin cancer removed.  I also took the case to lab 

KR came home early at 2 30 and 5 pm after his failed nap we took Angel down to the beach for a walk.  Still windy.

Easy Tuesday

 KR does not have bible study

We go walk Angel at Fire Road and it was very very windy.  Like howling wind. Total  of about  1.8 miles

Then it was farmers market and we got a lot of asparagus and broccoli and some kale.   I gave a lot of it away and deliver some all over.  The radishes almost all went to the New Horizon folks.  Danyah got a bunch.  Her daughter really likes it.  Wow.  Most kids don't like that stuff.  I rode for 6.5 miles.   I also picked up a Lincoln Log in a box.  I am going to give to Lovely

I went over to Yeye's and did some cleaning and fed him dinner.  He can be so weird.  I told him to pick his teeth and brush longer.  He says he will but his breath is bad.  Too much food debris around.  I gave him some chocolate cake that Freda brought.  He just sat around when I was cleaning.  I don't understand him sometimes. 

KR went to Dog class with Angel and I did paperwork.  Kurt still at Yeye  Will be home tomorrow when Violet comes

WORKING MONDAY

 So I had to work today

What a long day, but at least it was NOT crazy.  I got there by 7 45.  Was a mad rush as KR went surfing.  I put the pork in the crock pot with onions and celery and then took Angel to Yeye and went to work.

Lunch I went for a run.  Maybe about 4 miles.  Got off work at 5 15.  Went to Big 5 and bought shoes.  I am going to donate to the homeless.  Got home and ate and rested and spoke with Dr Aria Asemi who is buying Dr Phlips' practice.

OH BIG NEWS, Dr Levin had a heart attack and now KR has to work almost full time.  Dr Levin had a stent put in and cannot work for A MONTH  HAHAHA   I can't believe it

So I text Wellington and he said he cannot have me there as he has only ONE assistant

Palm Sunday 4/10/2022

 KR went to walk Angel at the Golf Course.  My back was really bothering me so I stretched a bit and went on the inversion table.  I also did a bunch of paperwork.  Put the taxes away downstairs, and sorted through the stuff on my desk.   I stll need to file mom's paperwork for Medi-Cal.  

KR made the salad for the Elder Meal and we went on our own, with Angel.  Kurt took Yeye.   I had a coughing fit so I sat outside for a bit.

KR went to Mike Gooch's to see about the bees in the shed.  I rode my bike back to the church as I had put the lasagna in the oven when we left after the service.  I also started baking the garlic bread and got everything set up for the meal.  It took awhile 

I rode home and picked up my wallet and rode to Sprouts for nutritional yeast.  I also picked up the cat food from Newton Street.  Mini - Moo liked it.

We went to walk Angel at the beach, first stopping at the church to pick up the bowl and clean up and wash dishes.  Almost all food was eaten.  KR had the last piece of lasagna for dinner.  I got things ready for work tomorrow.  A LONG DAY

Saturday NOT TOO HOT, just 80

 So I could not get up, had a dream about sewing something with Serena, I think  I was asleep at 9 37 and woke up at 7  

KR went and walked Angel and I did laundry.  He went to Royal Family and picked up Nathan.  There was so much to do, like paying the IRS and getting the kitchen clean.  Mary came and gave me some onions from the garden.  The floor is so dirty but I didn't get a chance to get it done  

Kurt and I went to FM and we got a lot of asparagus, not much else, but that is good.  I cooked a lot of it.

I also went running in the heat at 1 40 for 3 miles at 12.22 pace.  SLOW  My hip started hurting me.  I also went for a bike ride after as I was so hot.  Went to Trader Joe for some gorgonzola cheese and some wine for KR

He came home and took a nap.  We walked Angel to Kurt's and gave him some cooked asparagus and some salad.  He went out to Din Tai Fun for dinner with some friends.

 I got over 8 hours of sleep.  Seem to need a lot os sleep.  Kept waking up too.

Friday First Beach Outing for Angel VERY HOT 97* in Torrance

 It is HOT  High of 97 and was very hot.  We were up and decided, well I decided that we should and we did go to Rosie's Beach in LB.  We passed by the Grand Prix all set up and Angel met a dog she wanted to play with and after awhile this dog, a Wolfdog, wanted to rest and Angel kept at her so KR had to leash her.  We left after about an hour and she was TIRED.

KR also stepped on a STING RAY and got stung on his left foot between his toes.  He said it was not as painful as Costa Rica but still hurt.  He managed to drive home, stopping at Jack in the Box and then got a nap in.

Julie came and picked me up for lunch, we went to Local Kitchen in downtown Old Torrance and I had meatloaf and mashed potatoes.  It was a bit salty but I didn't say anything.  It was nice to see her.

I went for a run at 2 30 when t was 96 and did 14.25 min per mile.  KR was still asleep.  Had a LARGE budweiser.  Very hot.  Then I went to the pool and walked a bit and jacuzzi.  

After dinner, we walked  Angel to  the park.  She was  tired.  

9 am and only 74   HAHAHA

Tomorrow is suppose to be only 77

WORKING Thursday ALSO HOT HIGH OF 99

 I was at the office by 6 45.  KR had to work too today  He took Angel for a walk to the park and then dropped her off at Kurt's  He had school but Yeye was watching the pup.

He worked from 8 30 to maybe 1 and then went straight to his Valor Board meeting.  I got home and went for a run.  It was NOT and I went to the pool to cool off and to use the jacuzzi.   AND I went for a short bike ride down the alley.  Got THREE kettle weigh bells.  KR picked up Angel and came home and rested.

We had Bible Study at Dan and Angela's.  It was so NOT like Mike Gooch and his group.  Too much like a real study class.  I don't even want to go back but we shall try it for a bit.

We picked up Angel from Yeye's as Kurt had night class too and was in bed by 10 20

First Wednesday of the month and it is OFFICE MEETING and KR working too

 So KR leaves before I for work at Dr Philips.  He got off by 12 30.  I leave for office after dropping Angel off at Yeye  as Kurt is there and we didn't want to crate her.

Office meeting was fine

Went to El Super for food and came home to cook and KR walks in.

I go for a 2 mile run and is hungry  I guess the brussel sprouts did not count.  I cooked some rice balls and eat them. 

We go to Katherine and John for food and drops Angel off at Yeye.  Kurt class canceled for the night.  We had yummy chicken breast sandwich with salad and cream puffs and it was YUMMY

We picked up Angel about 7 45 and Kurt says he MIGHT HAVE SHINGLES AGAIN !!!

Really?

I also spoke with several realtors today, and sent the contacts to Alden.  I do not want to get involved.

Easy Tuesday Car not Repaired

 So KR had bible study with Fred and he took Angel to Yeye and  I took the  bike and van to  Independent Repair.  The garage won't work, but I managed to get it open.  KR went surfing after I rode my bike back.  I cooked breaded pork chop.  VERY GOOD

We went to the FM and got some strawberries, and a lot of cilantro but I didn't eat them.  One head of lettuce and I made some salad.  We also walked Angel at Wilson Park.

Denise Paulson came for a visit and then KR took a nap.  I  rode back to get the car and they didn't even charge me.  OH WOW

It was 5.15 mile back and 4.59 mile there.  10 mile ride today.   VERY GOOD

KR took Angel to the fire road and  Angel Go and I went to the mall for some Ramen.  She really likes Ramen.  I just sat and had some Yogu with her.  She is such a germaphobe that she will not hug nor shake hands and wears a mask all the time, except when she eats

KR had left over chicken and I got pho from Sarah.  He cut his hair.  Has to WORK tomorrow  HAHAHA

Monday 4/4/22

 So KR does not go to Bruce but transfer bees  He said they were fighting after transfer and maybe half were killed.  Darn   We drive down to the beach and walk Angel.  She is not really limping, as was yesterday, from her excursion to the bushes.  Her nose looks better too from carabiner clip removal via her teeth.  That dog

Then he goes surfing and I get rid of a lot of paper on my desk.  Also tried to get some time to work to see Reza.  I just cannot find a place to rent to see my patients.  What to do

I do another load of laundry

KR eats and naps and weed whack and I did a little weeding too.  Then I watered

I made delicious Nei Nei chicken and broccoli, using some corn starch on the chicken meat i got off of the legs and  I boiled the bones  Of course Angel begged ferrociously

I was in bed by 9 23

Sunday Church day

 KR takes Angel to Fire Road and she gets lost !!  Yup she is not lost just went down some hills to look for squirrels and won't come back.  She has abrasions around her right eye and scratches around her stomach.  KR walked almost 50% more since she would not come out.

We picked up Yeye and Kurt and went to church.

There was Congregational Meal but KR didn't want to go  back.  I cooked all kinds of broccoli and brought back to church, and then drove to get an Apple Camera cord and my knees were sore and my hips too.

Church was REVIEW REVELATION  oh man, I just about fell asleep.

KR took a  nap, or tried and didn't work, so made some more support for the dragon fruit in the back and transplanted a tomato for Charity.

We walked Angel to the park.  She has a slight limp.

We took food over to Yeye for dinner.  I cooked curry and rice and cauliflower rice and it was yummy.  Kurt has an interview with CalFresh tomorrow.   Hope he gets the ebt card. 

Saturday

 A kind of cold and gray day.

I went to bed at 10 last night and got up at 7 and started laundry.  

We went up to Chadwick Canyon and it was great   fun.  Only one guy we saw and Angel had a fun run  Alan called me about renewing his CDL and I have to give him some codes from the DMV

I cooked steak and eggs for brekkie and KR did some weeding and I  did the paperwork for the CalSTRS IRA and sent it in.  

KR got me a LOT of broccoli and Brussel Sprouts GALORE and I cooked some and gave away some and went for a ride in the alley and got a lot of TEXTBOOKS, math or TUSD.  

He took Angel back to the post office.  I was too tired to go  My feet hurt from standing on it for hours cleaning Brussel Sprouts.

I gave the weigh bench to Charity, and she came and picked up

He had steak and BS for dinner.

I had a great night sleep from 8 30 to 7 am, total of 8 hours and 51 min.  

Kurt starts working at Yeye and KR lunch with Howard

 I was not up too early again.  KR went surfing and he dropped me off at the rental house and me and Angel run back.  It is a nice and sunny day.  I picked up three Carwash signs.  Danielle's house has three offers in ONE WEEK and is in escrow already.  I text Terri and she says the offer she has is good and office should close in May sometime.

OH WOW

KR goes to L & L and has lunch with Howard Gellerman.  Suppose to have lunch with Jon Remy this week, but Jon says too much work.  HAHAH

I clean the linen closet some more.  Put up another shower curtain, and try to clean the garage.  So much stuff.

KR take Angel to the Post Office

Doug comes over and chit chat a bit and takes two bee hives.  Nukes really.  I talk to mom for 30 minutes and Kurt calls grandma for a bit.
