Wednesday 8 - 31 - 2022

 Had my early appt with Dr Shrader.  He took an x ray and says everything with hardware is ok, must be soft tissue and gave me a script for diclofenec and rx for more PT.  He was fairly on time maybe because I was his first pt.  Not like waiting for an hour.

Came home and James walked the dog and KR went surfing.  I went to Sprouts for more nutritional yeast and found a golf bag.  KR  brought it home after he surfed.  

James met someone for lunch at the Cheesecake Factory and is bringing home a piece of cheese cake.  TOO fattening.

Kurt had school all day

I did the laundry and went for a ride all around town.  Today is the last  day of the month but nothing in the alleys.

Got a return text from Will about getting a job at somewhere other than music, and his reply was:

EVERYTHING I DO IS GOING TO BE RELATED TO MUSIC.  I WILL NOT BE HAPPY OR HAVE A FULFILLING LIFE IF I AM NOT DOING MUSIC.  I KNOW THERE ARE WAYS TO BE FINANCIALLY SUCCESSFUL AND STABLE IN MUSIC/AUDIO.  IT IS NO LONGER A FEAST OR FAMINE INDUSTRY.

AND in the mean time, he has no money and living with the in laws?

We can't even comment on that

KR and Phil went fossil hunting in the afternoon.

I cooked the brussel sprouts and they were yummy.  Made KR a ham and cheese sandwich and he had some cheesecake that James brought home  James also took Angel for a walk  

Tuesday MUST be farmers market

 So is Kurt dating Corrina  or not??  WHO KNOWS

We were up early and went to the beach to walk Angel.  It was only 78 today but tomorrow 81 and then 88 end of the week.   Heat Wave, just  in time for Labor Day

I went for a ride to pick up the 'skull' that KR forgot only 7.3 mile  Then KR went for a bike ride by himself down the beach.

Kurt and I went to FM  got a lot of Brussel sprouts and old corn that the chickens liked.  James clean the brussel sprouts.  I rode to see Yuan Yuan and got a yoga towel, whatever that is.  

KR went to get some top soil from a lady on BNT and spread then all around.  Kurt helped him a bit and then I helped.  We cleaned all the ginger from mom's back yard and spread the good smelling dirt

We went to the jacuzzi and I cooked some fish and brussel sprouts and we had a yummy dinner

James went to Lake Forest and had Mexican lunch

FREEEEEE MONDAY First day of School for the last School YEAR!!!

 Well, not  free, but no work at office kind of day

We went to the beach  to walk Angel.  It was overcast and not too hot today  Yesterday's high w as 78 and today was only 77.  I did laundry, and came home and hung them up.  Andrea and Maribel came and James went to San Dimas and we went over to mom's to clean the condo on the outside.  We put the vegetable growing thingy in the back.   I put the shoe rack outside for the plants.  I have to find a shoe rack for the front that is rather small.  We removed the water heater cover and there was a POSSUM living there.  We managed to get it out of there and I  swept up all the poop and other stuff.

While we were cleaning out side, Lynn Friend who is not very friendly started giving us the third degree about having Angel out there.  What a witch.  She said Angel threatened her months ago.  THEN WHY DIDN"T SHE DO IT TODAY?  We just told her, yea yea yea and yada yada yada.  We cleaned and swept and two and half hours later, we came home.  KR had a sandwich before so he was not starving.  I was.  I had a stuffed pepper and KR had something and went to nap

I went for a ride and then to PT with Selena

Kurt was at school all day  It was FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL for him

I went and got Jack in the Box food  17 bucks for four sandwiches and there are still sandwiches  left

 8/28/2022  KR  didn't go surfing, we went to the beach to walk and picked up the back up from  Lisa Chao.  I cooked a little food and KR went to host.  I  drove James and  Angel  and  Kurt to church

I cooked the fish I picked up from Jeff Yamane yesterday.  Blue fin and Yellowtail.  VERY GOOD

I went for a bike ride and saw a traffic accident.  One person was coming out of the alley off of 235 and another was pulling out from 235 going north.  CRUNCH.  I gave them my phone number as I saw what happened

KR ate some fish and took a nap and then the weed whacking

We went to Wahoo's with Carole and Mike.  Always nice to have dinners with them.  They are driving to Colorado next week to bring Leah  some stuff.

 KR goes surfing.  Says it is not very good

I go for a 6.3 mile ride.  Went to get the COVID tests that I ordered for the Sepulveda House.

Alan and mom B drive down to El Cajon.  KR and I went to FM and get LOTS of broccoli.  Sarah has more food for us.  One is pig feet soup and James eats it ALL

KR goes to the memorial for John Velazquez and I stay home.  I walk Angel to the park.  She didn't wanna go.

I drove to Jeff Yamane to pick up yellowfin and bluefin tuna.  Marinated  it

I get to talk to Yenny and mom was asleep for a nap.  Yenny said mom misplaced her Partial and finally found it in her pocket.

Kurt worked today.  10 - 5

He went to the cowboy bar in Long Beach again.

Friday

 So I get up and KR goes surfing  Alan goes to Pasadena to play golf with Jonathan.  Mom B eats a YMCA meal and I go and sit with her a bit.  I go for a 7.2 mile ride, all around, but not much to get in the alley

We go walk the dog at Fire Road with Angel and KR and James

Dinner was Chinese food and left over

Thursday work and ABBY LEFT

 I got to work early.  Maribel pulled me aside and said that Dr Sata got all mad at her and Tracy for some wrong posting and they were wondering what she and I talked about.  I dont'  know why Dr  Sata does this and make the staff worry.  I told them there was nothing going on and not to worry

I got off by 12 15 and went to Mitsuwa Food court.  They were eating ramen there.  There was ALOT of different kind of food.  I thought there was just ramen.  They had ramen and curry rice and hot dog on a stick and ham and cheese with egg sandwich and salad and pot stickers, oh my.  I ate some of their food plus the guava pastries that Maribel's grandma brought me

And  then Abby was  gone

She is flying out at 6 and Alan brought  her  over and printed out her boarding  pass and then we all said a prayer  and  Alan drove her to the airport.  So quick five weeks was over.  She was  down with Alden's family for a long time but that   girl is something special.  She is no wall flower and can speak her mind.  I I told her that if there is anything she needs, I will be here if she calls.

I went for a five mile ride

We had Bible study and I was just losing my mind thinking I don't like  this so I asked KR to speak with Dan but he is reluctant.  We were home by 9.  So late too.  KR can really talk too

Wednesday and it is COUNTRY Western bar in Long Beach

 Nope, not for us but Corrina and Kurt and Abby

I ride at 8 50 am delivering the paper holder to Chelsea of BNT  total of 6.63 miles

So KR goes surfing early and James walks Angel and I do laundry.  I then go to the Last Chance Store, didn't see any coffee but there was a lot of people there  Then it was Ralphs for sushi and cheese for the stuffed peppers, then Jack in the Box food for lunch

Alan and mom and Abby come over for lunch.  I go see Selena for  PT at 1 30  and ride some more, like 5 miles.  

Kurt and Abby went down to the beach and Corrina was riding  by with her bike.

Then  I spent several hours cooking stuffed bell peppers.  It turned out BEAUTIFUL  Everyone ate some  

Then the three of them went down to Long Beach to the country western bar to go line dancing and all.  WOW to be young and free

I went to bed early.  GOTTA work tomorrow.  AND ABBY IS LEAVING  me sad

Supposedly they didn't get home until 2 am

Tuesday and of course it is TACO Tuesday

 So I go with James and KR to walk Angel  James is on the phone the whole time, almost.  He has many business contacts and with time change in Asia, he often has to call late or very early

We came back and I did Kurt's laundry.  Except he forgot to put his pants in it.  

KR pruned the apple tree.  I tried to do some paperwork.  Still too much work.

We went to FM and there was a lot of broccoli and some poblano peppers which I gave to Maria, the lady that lives on Ocean. 

I went for a 2 mile run before my appt with Chris Bruno.  He hurt me good

Then I stayed home and James and KR went to walk Angel.  I picked up mom B and we went to Taco Goloso on PCH and Hawthorne.  The whole bill was 60 dollars and was so so good.  Glad we didn't go expensive.  We all had all kinds of tacos.  I took Mom B home and went to CVS and bought cereal, five large boxes for 10 bucks.  I had several coupons.  If you do them right, things can be cheap at a place like CVS

Monday Kurt and Corrina and Abby to Knotts

 So they were going to go to Six Flags but the price was 90 bucks or something and didn't open except from 10 30 - 6 so they decided on Knotts and they had a great time.  Opened at 10 and closed at 6 and they actually left about 9 15.

I went to pick up clothes from this lady on Free Stuff Los Angeles.  And dropped everything except two rabbit coats at Steven Rushton.

KR went to Chris' and James took Angel for a walk

I went for ride at 1 for 3.8 miles to pick up the planting thingys and then after Alan came by for  lunch I rode the alleys for 7 miles.  Got some straps for the back of the truck.  

We came home from walking Angel at the fire road and KR had to grab the food  he wanted to eat before Alan got to all of it.  HAHAHAHA  And James was gonna eat more salad and I told him no to save for KR.  I made a whole tub but James can eat.   

I had some nutritional yeast and didn't really eat dinner.  Need to keep my girlish figure

Kurt finally came home, said he left the park and got to the car at 7 20.  Corrina ate a turkey sandwich but Abby said she was gonna eat some instant noodles.  

Kurt went to smoke shop and hopefully went to bed early.  He has to work tomorrow

Ciclavia Sunday and dinner at Lucille's

 We were up early and James took Angel for a walk.  KR took me over there to get the white bike and it has a FLAT !!!  I can't believe it, we brought it back and pumped it up and it won't hold  So I took it back and had Alan help me bring the blue bike down and home with the truck, but the steering wheel is just not right.  So I text Patty and asked to borrow her bike.  She has a nice bike

KR went to Derek Traeger's paddle out at Royal Palm in San Pedro

Corrina came and we all wore our TUTU's and Kurt wore the Superman cape and we drove up to West Hollywood.  We parked at a lot off of Melrose and San Vicente and started  our one way 6.4 mile ride.  It was nice and cool at first and not too many people and then it got HOT and a lot of people.  We had a nice time   We had chicken sandwich at Angry Chickz, a Nashville chicken place that had chicken that was so so hot.  We didn't finish everything and brought some home

We got back about 1 50 and I drove up to Bruce's Memorial  I spent only about 15 min there and we came home   KR took a nap and Kurt took a nap and went to work at 4

Jesse and family came over and we all went out to Lucille's BBQ  The bill was about 224 dollars and James paid.  We all ate too too much  It was so so delicious  We had pork and beef ribs and pulled pork and bbq chicken and cold slaw and greens and corn dish, and tomato pie and desserts, lemon cheesecake and ice cream cake and peach cobbler

Easy Saturday

 KR went surfing and I had to get gas  No line at Costco

KR came back and said  surf no good.  James walks Angel.  We drove  down to have a bike ride  We parked at Ave C and rode to El Porto.  There were so many people at the beaches in Manhattan surfing.  The AVP was also going on and we got 12 bottles of drinks, and some snacks.  We drank a Yerba mate it was pretty good.

Came  home and went to FM.  Got some cantaloupe and other vege.  James cooked the green beans and eggs and KR had the left over sandwich.  Kurt went out with Corrina and friends  and  didn't come back  until  late

Angel and  James and  KR  went for a walk on the fire road.  I  went for a work  out a t the  gym and then waited  for KR at mom's/  We all went out to dinner at Gaetano's.  The  four of us.  We had to wait about  half an hour and the food was

Friday and ANOTHER work day

 So KR goes surfing.  James was n t he phone  for quite a bit working and he takes Angel for a walk to  the park.  I go for a ride before work

I saw  Joe Ward, Faye and then Donna.  

KR went on a bike with Phil Treager.  He found out how Derek died.    So he was on the freeway and the lady in the next lane had another car in front of her brake suddenly and she swerved into Derek's lane and hit him and killed him.  

I just cannot believe the sadness that the Treager family is experiencing.  I cannot even imagine.  My stomach would hurt every morning when I woke just thinking my kid is not here anymore.  Just too too much

KR took a short nap at 5  James took Angel out for a walk

James cooked this yummy cabbage and KR only had smoothie for dinner.  I had a few bites of cabbage plus the yummy cookies that Lovely sent back, the duck egg flavored cookies.,  Trying not to eat carb

I am still 109 110 pounds in the morning

Thursday ANOTHER work day

 I was up and ready to go.  The day went pretty quick.  VERY busy.  I was done at 12 35 and quickly drove over to Dr Chavez office in Torrance.  It is her birthday today and the office had so many balloons and the food.  Many of her office staff came over and had lunch.  There was lumpia, steak skewers, chicken skewers, fried bananas, shrimp and fish meat ball noodles, rice, salad, and cake.  I ate too much

Came home and went for a ride

I FORGOT MY P T.  They called me and I was almost home but I was not going to be able to make it.  They said call back and reschedule.  I can't believe I forgot

Well, so i did

I made lots of pesto with the basil James cleaned.  And it was so so tasty.

I also distributed the bananas I got from the church give away.  8 bunches of bananas and all gone

KR had the office left over and James had the brussel sprouts that Tony Yeh cooked with some pesto.

I am getting too fat

 HAHAHAH  More work, means less eating

Lovely hired someone to work.  Now mom does not have to go to Nursing home

 I got there early after doing the sheets.  7 45 to 5 45

It was pretty busy.  The staff had a meeting in Redondo so they all left by 11.  I went to a food bank at a church on Rosecrans.  Cabbage and romaine and milk and bananas  LOTS OF BANANAS  I need to give them away

I also went running.  I first went 2.25 miles at 13.22 pace then went again walking at 36 min pace for 2 25 miles  Pretty slow.  My hip was hurting.  Made an appt to see Todd Shrader

Went straight to dinner with Mike and Carole at Chicken Maison.  It was great seeing them.  KR met us there and we went home and I was in bed by 9  

Another work day tomorrow

Tuesday Lovely has bad news

 So when Lovely went to confirm Mom's stay next week at the Christian Boarding place, the guy says to her that HE DID NOT TELL HER there is space for mom

WHAT???

So I text Violet and Mimi and maybe I can send Violet to Taiwan.  Lovely said she is going to interview some people  

Oh man

She is not getting enough rest and I don't want her to get sick on the trip

I speak with Alan finally.  I guess he  and Albert and Abby went to Tijuana and had a good time

And Alan is going to try to load the Tap Cards that I got.  

We got so much food from FM and I cooked a lot of tomatoes and I didn't get to the basil.  Don't know if I can as I have to work tomorrow

Then KR went to Bill Brock's house and got a bunch of vegetables.  He lives in Lomita and has a great garden with chickens and everything

KR does not like the new scale.  Says he is fat.

We ate left over and went to bed

Monday What did we do?

 If I don't write the same day, I just don't know what happened

KR went surfing and I went for a 11 mile ride all over Torrance.  James takes Angel to the park.  Andrea and Maribel came to clean and they do such a good job.

James also went to get a TWENTY SIX DOLLAR haircut.  I told him I could do it and we have the clippers.  OH NO he says  Man oh man

Afternoon they all nap I go run 1.5 mile and that is all I can do before the hip is sore.

I have app with Chris Bruno  Always feel better after.

Sunday and KR comes home

 It is still hot.  So hot that I decided we should crate Angel. 

First I went for a ride when James took Angel to the park

Only 4.34 miles  We went to church and I had James use his old phone with camera and we watched Angel

SHE GOT OUT in about 10 minutes.  She chewed up the zip tie and went through the side gate.

I drove home and stayed home listening to Pastor Paul at home and doing a little chore. I went back to pick them up and watered Rocky's yard.

We got some yummy food (pho) from Sarah

We got the second scale too.  Renpho.    AND I AM SKINNY and good BMI 

Tony came by and stepped on the scale and HE IS FAT at 190 pounds and James says he is fat too and need to get more lean

I went to the pool for a walk about  Maybe 30 min and then some stretch.

Kurt said he was gonna go down to the beach for 20 MINUTES WITH CORRINA AND FRIENDS.

GHAHAHAHAHAHAH

Nope, came back in like three hours And went and took a two hour ap.  

KR came home about 5 15 and picked up his car and went to  church for dinner.  He said Phil Treager's son died last night in a motorcycle accident.  That is so so sad.  I cannot imagine what the family is feeling right now.  Jackie must be so so devastated.  

I went to Numero Uno and bought 83 dollars of food with Kurt's EBT card

Saturday and it is hot

O gpt a huge mosquito bite on my forehead.   OH MAN

 James takes Angel to the park and I am home.  Kurt has no work but he goes to FM with me.   Lots of brussel sprouts and some lettuce.  He goes to the  beach with Corrina.  Guess they are still kind of seeing each other.  

James goes to Baldwin Park and has huge lunch he says

Eddie says he was on a 5 day water fast and is now 128 pounds.  Way too skinny if you ask me

Our new scale came but not the kind i thought gives you the muscle mass and other stuff.  Just gives you the weigh and BMI.  Mine is about 18, which I think is a bit off.  More like higher than that.  I asked the ebay guy and he says I should have read that it only gives BMI and weigh.  He is right. Oh well  We have another scale now. I must take one over there

I rode around the bike and ran only about a mile and my hip hurts.

I cooked a lot of brussel sprouts.

I got a letter from John Dougherty today  Thanking me for his birthday card

Easy Friday KR at TRAC

 James took Angel to the park.  Good to have him be the dog walker.  I went grocery shopping.  First to our Ralphs and then to the one on Carson.  I wanted to get mom Bea some peanut butter cereal. They didn't have it at our  Ralph and also there is spicy crackers  at the  Carson store.  Maybe because it is closer to Mexican  people they have different flavors.

Got home and Kurt was still in bed.  I said to him hey aren't you working?  He thought 11 And I  had put down 10  HAHAHAHA  I was right

KR is at camp I find it kind of easy when he is away.  I think  he prolly thinks this way too.  I can do whatever I want and eat when I want and do nothing when i want.   AHHAHAHAHA

I had some sushi and went for a ride.  Only 5.5 miles  I also went over to mom's and brought the Reese cereal that I bought for them.  

I was going to ride to PT but I was sitting outside and I forgot so I was 15 minutes late and had to drive and got some gas for Kurt.

We had very little dinner and I did some watering and went to bed by 9 15

BUFFY IS STILL WITH US and is eating now

Maybe she is just old and had a spell of ill health  I am making hard boil egg with salad and cheese and cat food for her.  But the large naked necks are always butting in.  Blackie and Vulchi all wanna eat what I am preparing for Buffy

Working Thursday

 I woke up at 5 and went back to sleep and next thing I know it was 6

It was not busy then it was SUPER BUSY

My 8 am didn't show and the Carlton twins were 15 min late.  One was a screaming meemie.  Then Dr V was taking awhile to do a class 2 prep  I had to step in there.  She also got a part of the wooden wedge stuck and I got it out  Brian Real was a trooper

I got done at 1 and came home and KR WAS GONE

I don't know why he left early without telling me.  I called him and he said he was at Morgan's House.  James had driven him and brought the car home.  This morning I had left my purse at home and I text him and he never replied.  When I asked him about he it said he didn't see the text.  Well, on his phone, it shows "READ".  hmmmm 

Some kind of passive aggressive move

I went over to mom's and cleaned the garage and moved KR's car in the garage for the weekend.  No need to be out on the street for three days.  It was a very tight fit

I found a blender and a bucket and some other stuff not too much in the alley

James took Angel for a walk

I read a bunch of the old paper that I have been saving and finally went to bed at 10 20 and woke up at  6 50

Wednesday

 We go down to the beach to walk Angel.  KR picked up his new board.  I went to the pool for a walk about and a little nap.  I had a nice chat with Neil Katsura.  He is no longer at UCSF, they unceremoniously fired him as he was volunteering four days a month and he wanted to go down to two days a month and they said NO !!!  He also said the program is not too good.  Dr V from Western wants to apply to the peds program, so I told her Neil said not to.  Besides, he said they are gearing towards men.  Really?

The WE GOT SWATTED

While I was at the pool Patty called and asked if everything was ok.  Evidently, the fire department and the EMT all came to the house.  No idea who called and swatted us.  

I biked around the alley for about 2.5 miles.  Nothing to be had

Dinner I cooked some kalbi ribs and I was in bed before KR

Gotta work tomorrow

Monday Buffy is still with us

 So KR goes surfing,  and Kurt goes too.  No Monday morning group if the surf  calls

James  is in country.  Going to go  to Orange County tomorrow, MAYBE

He goes shopping and at Sprouts, the guy says he does not think they take that kind of card there.  WHAT?  NO EBT?

I go over to mom's and do a workout at the gym.  Pecs sore.  I also go for a ride about 7.75 miles.  Went to pick up the Golden Gate Bridge from Emy.  She is doing a massive cleaning

I cooked lengua. 

BUFFY IS EATING a little  I gave her some cat food and some eggs and some chopped greens and she ate some.  Maybe she will pull through

Kurt went to work after SLEEPING ALL AFTERNOON

I had PT at 4 with Dalton

We went down to the beach at sunset, then had late dinner.  Kurt and KR had the pastrami/bacon/cheese sandwich that I made and James had lengua

Sunday BBQ at church

 KR went surfing and called Kurt and he actually went down there to join him.  It was not very good KR says.  James took Angel to the park and I did laundry and changed the sheets.

We all went to church and half way through I went to sit with Angel.  When I sit out there I hear the sermon so much better and I concentrate more too.  I wonder why.

I came home and cooked the green  beans with  bacon and brought back  to church.  We had a nice BBQ and Kurt came.   James said  he is not eating so he stayed home with Angel

I went for a 6.7 mile ride.  I gave the FitBit  away.  The Inspire 2 that Lovely didn't like.  I cannot see the dial either, so I guess it is meant for someone else.

They went for a walk

KR cooked the brisket and I went to the exercise room for a work out.  My pecs are sore from working out a few days ago and I should just keep it up

The brisket was so so good and James cooked the green beans, as I found two more bags in the FM buckets.  I threw all the okra out

KR was in bed by 8 and I went to bed by 9 

Saturday and Buffy is still with us

 Barely

Buffy is ailing and we don't know why.  I tried force feeding her few days ago but she is not doing well.  She is not eating or drinking.  This morning will not come out of the coop.  I brought her down and she just wants to sit.  She can barely walk

We walked Angel, me KR and James , at the beach and then tried to get Kurt to go on a bike ride.

NO GO

So KR and I went.  It was the Charlie Saikley 6 man volleyball tournament.  It was hilarious.  Cape and caps and funny/matching outfits. We rode 13 miles !!!!!!!  We got lots of drinks and some sunscreens and bug sprays.  Kurt even went to the Farmers Market

We saw the Abrahamson's  Both Laura and Alan look older.  Of course, everyone looks older.

Kurt was not doing much at home, he finally trimmed the bushes by the hose.  I trimmed all the bonsai juniper bushes.  I asked him to rake up and he did

I went to Costco and spent 145 dollars, only 26.75 of which was EBT, mom's.  And the rest was kitty litter and birdseeds, and a pair of shoes for Kurt thinking he  needs it for work.  He says the manager says only black.  I will have him ask tomorrow to see if ok

One Patient Friday

 James and KR went to the beach.  I went over to mom's and got the towels and did a load of laundry and then dropped them off later

I went to  work seeing Jesse Crawford.  He had 6 cavities, and there is a broken filling too that Magicland didn't see and took me about an hour and 15 min to do all of them

My assistant name was Mizzy, I think

Came home and James and KR went to the Upper Fire Road.  Very dirty  I stayed home. I biked almost 6 miles

KR BBQ this fabulous tri tip and filet mignon and we had that and brussel sprouts and salad.  Kurt is trying to lose weigh, or get more fit.

Kurt went to work from 11 - 5

We had dinner and was in bed by 9

Thursday 8 - 4 - 2022 and Emmie's 21st birthday.

 I was up early for work.  It was not busy but I was still late by at least 15 min.  KR also came in to do RCT.

I came back and rode my bike to PT.  Dalton had a nice vacation, Big Island and saw the volcano bubble a bit.  KR and James went to walk Angel and I went for a ride first, about 5 miles.  Then I went for a run/walk, very slow almost 20 min mile around the alleys.  Saw some hand sanitizer but when I went back with the car the box was gone

We had brussel sprouts for dinner.  So much brussel sprouts

Wednesday

 and it is another FREE DAY

KR and James go walk the dog and I go to office meeting.  It goes on 9 - 11 and everyone there, except Angelica.  Tina comes too and we are starting the Lawndale School screening in November.  I go home to take out the tomatoes and brussel sprouts for BNT and then go to lab for Tiara Joseph's custom shade case.  

We had to wait at least 15 min for Jason to come and bring us upstairs to Mr Kim who does the shade.  I glue the temp back and bring the case home, as she is coming tomorrow before I can cement we need a film

James goes to Arcadia and has Chinese food with some friends

We had left over food and went to bed.

Buffy is not well, and I met Will and Diamond for more stuff in the garage.  I also cleaned the stuff inside and also watered the plants in the back and fed the squirrel, a big fat female

Tuesday and MORE FOOD Buffy not doing too good RED CROSS BLOOD donation screw up

 I don't know what is wrong with Buffy.  She is not eating much and very light.  I don't know how old she is exactly  I just looked it up looks like I got her sometime August 2016 which means she is no more than 6.  I need to try to get her to drink a bit more and maybe keep her away from other chickens

I went biking at 10 am and went about 6 miles only.  

When KR got back from FM with Kurt, I went to the pool  They got a lot of tomatoes and brussel sprouts

I  went to see Chris Bruno at 12 and Alan and Abby and mom came over and had a very light lunch.  Alan and Abby only had donuts they said

Then KR tried to give blood, but Red Cross was too busy as they had to shut down for some jack hammering activities.  I had an appt yesterday but they could not see me because the computers went down.  I had an appt today at 3 15 and they finally called me at 3 30.  Then when the lady got the needle in but she forgot to release the clamp and so the blood did not flow and just came out of my arm, and dripped down the arm chair so I had to reschedule because they cannot do the other arm as there was blood in the bag already

WHAT A MESS

So I came home and Angel and James and KR were away

We went to El Pollo Inka for dinner.  TOO MUCH FOOD

I am 113.5, too fat.  NEED TO REDUCE and not eat tomorrow

Alan and Abby and mom B finally left about 9.  Will and Diamond came at 8 30 to put more boxes in the garage

Monday

 So it is another day of big eating

James and KR went to walk Angel  I changed the sheets and did  the laundry.  Boy the sheets are dirty.  Angel gets into so much muck when she chases whatever she wants to chase

I rode around for over 9 miles all around the park. and the alleys.  Didn't see much

KR went to Chris' for Bible Study then he tried to go surfing.  NO GO

Alan and Abby went to the Chargers Practice down in Orange County somewhere.  I went over to the  garage and cleaned some more and also visited Mom Bea

They came over to eat 

Everyone took a nap

I didn't

I went for a 2.7 mile run, very slow, 13.28 per mile

We went to Cheesecake Factory for dinner.  IT WAS WAY TOO MUCH FOOD

The cheesecakes are like over a thousand calories EACH and we ordered 6
