Monday last day of July

I was not up too early.  I had wanted to sleep in but could not.  KR is still leaking and needing the diaper!

He is embarrassed by it but hey time waits for no one.  

He had Bible group and I cleaned and got ready for Andrea.  Then it was PT with Justin for me at  ProSport PT.   KR took Angel for a walk.  Kurt spent the night at Corrina's after last night's s'mores.

He said he also helped Helen trim some bushes.  I first went for a 2.3 mile bike ride, then at 9:25 I went for a 7 1/2 mile bike ride. Andrea cleaned the house very nicely and I stayed home while KR went to the beach for a swim. He came home for lunch and took a nap.

We took Angel up to the fire road for a walk at almost 5.

Kurt took a long nap. Kurt is with a K not a C. Does auto correct is driving me nuts. I cooked a couple of pork chops and KR had it for dinner.

Sunday and church day

 This computer is still driving me nuts with the double spacing.

Maybe it is MdDS that makes me tap more than once . We took Angel to the park. KR had to go to church early as he has security usher duty. Kurt had said last night that he wanted to go to church on the beach. He came home really late from the musical Chicago in El Segundo, so he did not get up in time to go to Church at the Beach by 9 AM. So he and I drove to church together.

The speaker at church was not Pastor Paul. He is still on vacation and will not be back until first of September.

We came home and had some lunch.  Kurt went down to the beach with some of his friends. KR and I also went down to the beach. It was a pretty warm day. KR wanted to go swimming but I said the water was too cold so I just sat on the sand. We came home and I cooked barbecue chicken. KR took Angel up to the fire road for a short walk.

Kurt went up to Carina's for a bonfire and making of s'mores.

I am not as dizzy as yesterday, as yesterday was really really bad. I still am pretty dizzy. Taking the same meds.

Saturday 7-29-2023

 I was not up too early.  We went  up to the fire road and saw the HUGE wasp nest, getting bigger.  I sent an email to the city of Palos Verdes and Luk Hellinga answered and said he will pass the email to road crew to g et that nest  removed/killed.

KR and I transferred the plumeria from the bucket back yard to the front next to the other plumeria.  It was hot and dirty work.  We then went to the FM getting a lot of cantaloupe and not much more.  After lunch,  I went for a 7 mile ride.  

TODAY I AM VERY DIZZY

KR went to In-N-Out for burgers.  Kurt went to a play in El Segundo (Chicago).  He told us that he got  the  job at Stepsforkids.com, hopefully full time job !!!  Training is August 21, and he should give notice soon.

FRIDAY and it is a LONG work day

 Well, I guess  most people won't say that 6 hours is a  long work day,  but for me......

Then I went for a run.   TRYING to beat 10 min   mile.  WELL  I did  a 9  

KR and I went to walk Angel this morning at the beach and the weather was warming up already.  Kurt went to work.  I started work at 11 with Kelby.  We decided on 19 as the first crown.  She is not easy to work on as she needs to rinse everything out.   ALL THE TIME

I finally finished at 5 15 and came home.  

KR had left over pizza and I had  a few brussel sprouts and was not hungry and after a while went to bed

Thursday and it is a CLINIC work day

 So I felt like I had a lousy night sleep,  The watch says I got 7 hours of sleep, felt like no sleep at all.

Got to work on time.  Thank goodness first hour only one patient.  However, Amman Pasta was in and he  gagged on me a bit.  I had to do crown #14, and the old crown came off awhile ago and he didn't come back.

Jacqualine, Lovely's friend from Taiwan was here and she had a bag for me and I have a bag for her so I met her at the condo and we exchanged.  My last  four patients canceled.  HIPPPPPY happy

KR was asleep.  I went for a ride and then to my 4 PM PT at ProSport PT on Crenshaw/Sepulveda

I cooked pizza and Brussel Sprouts for dinner.

Kurt had work and then a job interview at 4 30.  He is  hoping to get the job,  hopefully  30 plus hours. Working with autistic kids.  

Wednesday and ANOTHER MEDICARE dinner

 HAHAHA  

I was 'woken' up before 7!!!  But  I did get 8 hours of sleep

We went to Veteran's Park as Angel LOVES the squirrels there and sure enough  there  were a few for  her  to  chase

I biked at 10  40 and did  5 miles of  alley.   Not  much  to be  had

My watch ran out of battery so I switched and did another bike ride at 3:15 for 5 miles   KR bought some fertilizer  at HD and  did some tree work.  

Kurt went to work at 4 and said he has an interview tomorrow afternoon at 4:30 for a full time job.  Wonder what kind of benefit.   

We went to a Medicare dinner at El Torito and learned a few more things from Jason. He was very  informative.

I did two loads of laundry. Same dizziness. Had shrimp enchilada for dinner. Very good. KR had the combo and I forgot to bring  my  camera to take pictures. 

We were in bed by 9

Tuesday and KR is mad again and WORK !!!!!

 Sometimes I just think he gets  bored and gets mad

Kurt and I were talking about something and he wanted to ask  a  question, but I didn't hear him so he  storms off.  He always says I interrupt and I should wait until he is done,  so I guess I should take the high road.

I could not   get up early and so I did not.  KR had Tuesday morning men  group  and  then we went up to  Fire Road.

He went to FM while I stayed home and rode  around the alleys and went to drop some  stuff off at mom's  garage.  

Then I went to work.   It was REALLY busy all afternoons.   2-6

Dinner  KR  cooked in crock pot very good.   There was a  lot  of vege,  mostly  brussel s prouts and carrots

Monday NO work, Lunch with Jeff

 KR did not have zoom with the Monday morning group.  They were going to Good Stuff and he didn't  want to go.  I  had PT at ProSport PT on Crenshaw and Sepulveda at 8 40 so I rode my bike there and then ran around Wilson Park to warm up.  Justin  was my therapist and he measured a bunch of  stuff and gave me  some exercises.    There is hope

KR went to Trumps with Angel.  He wanted to go down with Phil but Phil T said it was too early for him. So KR went alone

I went to the Fantastic Cafe off of Narbonne with Jeff and talked a bout our impending transfer of  patients.  I  had half a burrito.

I rode around a bit but didn't see anything interesting.  Sat  outside for a bit.  KR went to the pool and didn't ask me to go and he came back about 5.

Kurt went out to work out  at some club in Manhattan Beach with Bobby and Ryan.   Then a long nap

Sunday Mom Bea's Birthday

KR was up early, not me.   I was up and then back to sleep until about  7:15!!!

We went down to the beach but walked towards  Veteran's Park.  There were so many squirrels.  

We went to church.  Kurt met us there saying he was going to be a bit late.  He was not too late.

KR had cooked an omelet before  church.  He went on  a bike ride with Phil Traeger and had some Mexican food with him.  Saw Eileen O'Neil getting married at the beach.  

It was cloudy most day.  Melissa said it rained a little down in Orange County.

Sarurday and not too sunny

 The summer is  suppose  to  be here, and today i t is not too hot, mostly cloudy.

We were up and I  had this  really weird    dream about   Tyler  falling  into a  canal or  something, and Shreya's  mom  was there  along   with Megha who found  him  in the water in  an  alcove or something  like that and  there is a  time warp that  I thought five minutes  had elapsed while  they said an hour had passed.

GEEZ

Then Rocky text me and said he wants to sell his sister's car.   I  had been  thinking of  buying a  car  for Diamond and  Will.  Mostly for Diamond.  And today I get the text.  He   said  he  is going  to buy some  new tires and will  be ready some time in  August.

Lovely said to pray on it and KR thinks God was listening and  that is  why Rocky text me.

I  had 8.5 hours of sleep.  Yup, that much

I t hen  rode almost five miles on my bike.  Not much to be  seen  in the alley.  At lunch time, I tried to  run hard, the  first mile was 10.07.  I tried to  break 10  no  go.  The second   mile  was 11, not  too  bad.   

We  also  went to see Abby swim at the  TOrrance swim  stadium by  Wilson Park,  then to FM not much food.

Friday

 I didn't haver to work today.

KR took Angel to the Fire Road and I stayed home to clean.  There were 100,000  ants coming out of  the  stove trying to get to the compost bin.  Buffy is still with us, eating cat food and chicken food mixed.  However Blackie and Vulture are bullying her so we had to have her outside the cage most of the  day.  I  even got her some grub and she ate them.  She wants to sleep inside at night.

Kurt went to work, and I brought him a salad on my bike 

Thursday

 Well, supposedly the POWERball is won by one person that bought the ticket DOWNTOWN LA

We forgot to buy

I was at work by 6 45 and it went pretty smoothly.  Today was Brandon Hanna's last day.  He was ok as extern.  I came home on fumes, put in half gallon this morning and has 24 miles left, I think.

I rode to Robert Street to pick up a flask for Kurt but the GPS on watch  would not work right.

I must have ridden like maybe 10 miles.

KR went to TRAC meeting at 5 30 and I went to dinner at Mimi's with Helen to learn about  Medicare.

Wednesday OFFICE MEETING

 Yup, a weird Wednesday for office meeting.  We could not have it the first Wed so it was today.

We walked Angel to the park and I drove to the meeting.  KR went for a stand up paddle.  He said he didn't go the usual length as the wind already picked up so he got to the pool and then came back and did some body surfing and came home.  

He cooked some good pork chop and the fish.

The meeting ran late, 11 30 and I stopped at El Super and bought some meat and stuff.  He was asleep by noon.  I went for a ride and picked up the cat food from BNT.  Then the sleepies got me and I was so so tired I went down for an hour nap.  KR woke me to walk and I didn't go.

I also scheduled work, man gotta work Friday August 4, and July 28 Friday and then 18, and most likely 25 too.  Now our Santa Barbara Trip has to be just Saturday and Sunday

KR went to the pool and I had already taken a shower so I did some more unclaimed property search and James has a lot of residual with Paramount Studios

I will submit paperwork tomorrow and see when the $$$$ starts coming in

Tuesday 7/18/2023

 Same dizziness.  Same meds.  Praying to God DAILY for deliverance.

I went to bed at 10 and woke up at 6 but only got 7 1/2 hour of sleep, too much time awake in between

HOWEVER, I hit all time low of 107.1 pounds.  Maybe would have been 106.9 if I waited to drink coffee and had my second poop.   hahahah

KR went to Bible study at church.  We walked to the park with Angel.  I then went to Target to get two gift cards, one for  Lea and one for Camila it was her birthday last Saturday.  I delivered card to the Gooch's and to the office.  Carole was at Knotts with Chelsea's boys.  I also rode to pick up some cream from Maria.  

KR went to see the UROLOGIST and I went to see Chris Bruno.

I finished sending ALL the  GOOD BYE letters to the patients.

I cooked more bacon and tofu.  The Pan family left and I went to the condo to clean and pick up the left over food and stuff.  They did not  put the dishes away, and left some bottled water.

We went down to the beach and walked Angel.  Kurt did a little bit of application for job and gamed and slept 

Moonday

 So  where  did  Monday go?

Because  it is  Tuesday  night and  I just don't  know

If I don't set  up  my watch when we goo walk the dog I cannot remember what  s  happening.  

We  walked Angel after KR's  zoom meeting  with the Monday morning group up the fire trail.  It was  nice weather.  I  rode my bike at 12 21 when Kurt was at the   beach somewhere with   Corrina.  He speared 2 little fish and I cooked it with the BBQ chicken that  I made on the grill. 

KR and Kurt both had the pork chops and BBQ chicken I made.  

I also RAN 2.6 miles at 10 30 pace.  NOT BAD! It was very hot after I was done.  Nothing like Taiwan hot  i am sure.  

We watched Constantine with Keanu Reeves and it was very good.  GORY but good.  Gabriel the angel was a bad angel.  HAHAHA

Then  Corrina and Kurt watched another movie.  We went to bed

Sunday and it is Beach day for KR and kids

We went to the beach to walk Angel and then picked up the Pan family for church.  Pastor Pan does not speak much English so his son translated the sermon.  Joy also helped introduce  hem around as her Chinese is much better than mine. 

We came home and KR went to the beach, the church had a beach day.   Corrina and Kurt also went.  I cleaned and cleaned and sat outside for a little bit.

I rode around in the alley and found a dog stroller.  So far no taker.

I also went by the house that has the statue of liberty.  He is giving away a lot of candle holders.  I will  go  by tomorrow to get a bunch home.  I text Cameron Paulson to see if she wanted some.

We had left over for dinner.  Buffy is flapping around like she is having a fit.  I just don't know what is up with her.

Saturday Service of Gratitude at UCLA July 15, 2023

 I just can't stay asleep  in the morning.  We went to  walk Angel and dropped  Donna's bins off at her house on the  way  home.

I drove to UCLA for the Service of  Gratitude at UCLA 10 am start.  It was at the med school.  Almost all  of the first year medical students were there thanking the families of the donors.  I brought a picture of dad and one of the med student said  he remembers that Dad was one of the bodies at the anatomy lab. 

The med school was still in session and will be over soon.  They are now on the "brain' section of the dissection.

I drove home and  it  was pretty   warm today.

KR was asleep.  Kurt was gaming.  I went for a 8 mile bike ride all over the alleys and got a bread maker.  I gotta give that away.

We went back to the dumpsters at Almarosa street and only found the top of the pyrex dish and the two dumpsters were FULL OF STUFF.  So sad that they were throwing EVERYTHING away.  Even new stuff.

KR walked Angel while I went to the Korean Store and then Ralphs for food for Pastor Pan and his kids.  They were suppose to arrive at 7 and ended up landing at 9 20 and  Larry Jones went to pick them up at the airport.  

We also went for a 15 min jacuzzi at  mom's

Larry Jones went to pick up the Pan family and the flight was suppose to get in at 7 landed at 9 30 and the traffic was so bad that Larry didn't get to mom's until 11 15 pm.  I WAS SO TIRED.   We got them settled and came home.

Pastor Pan had said that they wanted dinner and we had dinner ready from Seafood Town, then they said they ate at the airport.   GEEZ

Friday

Kurt and Corrina came home late and Corrina stayed the night.  We went to the beach which was foggy but not cold to walk Angel.  She   does  much better in  cooler  weather.

Kurt went to work at 9 and  Corrina went home.

KR weed whacked and  I went to  Rite Aid to pick up his   viagra  rx  and  bought  him a Fosters beer  Then my watch  battery died so  I  had to switch to the versa  3

I did two  loads of laundry.   Mostly Kurt's stuff.  I  dropped  off a  salad for   him  and  went back to t he bins.  THEY WERE EMPTIED !!!   We should have  gotten all the  black storage bins.  I gave 22 bins away

Did  not run.  Back of  my right knee  hurts

I also biked the  alleys but didn't get anything but a bag of recycle bottles for New Horizon

We went to Fire Trail in the afternoon and fed both Prince, the peacock and Rusty the  dog

KR had more wurst and sourkraut for dinner and was in  bed by 9

Kurt went to bed maybe 7  and......?  By the time I went to  bed he was  still asleep

Thursday

 WORK DAY

I  was in the office by  6:45 and it was busy.    I didn't get done until 1 30 pm

Dr Hanna did a  goof  ball thing today.  He did 11 D, 12 MO and 13 MO.  I TOLD him to fill 1 1 first as  that was a slot prep, will he didn't  He filled 12 and then came and told me 'NOW  WHAT?" I  can't access 11.  So  I had to do a conventional  prep on 11 and fill  it.

KR also came in and did my fillings.  He did 6, 11, 15, 18.  I did 30, 19, 10 on him and he needs 18, 20, and something else.   

I stopped at El Super and bought a bunch of meat plus avocados. KR was asleep.  I went for a ride 10 miles.  Then we went  to Fire Road and I fed Prince, the peacock that we befriended.  He comes with our calls now.

We stopped at this dumpster by Mrs Shirai house.  They are clearing the house and we got 15 HDX bins to give away.  We hauled them all home.  

We ate left over for dinner.  KR had bought fish taco on his way home for lunch.

I didn't go to bed until 10 and woke up at 6.  Not very good  sleep.

Wednesday Kurt's 26th Birthday

 HAPPY BIRTHDAY KURT !!!

And he is not even here.  He did Facetime us last night that he was somewhere north of Zion at Kolob Reservoir.  Looks very nice.   They are not sure if they are going to hike Zion or not.  It looks very nice and the water  was so  clear

We went up to the fire road to walk Angel and  saw  Mary up there.  She has not found a place to move to yet.  

I did the laundry and KR was weeding.  He took a nap and I could not sleep.  We walked Angel to the park and then drove to Ralphs for some sushi.  We were going to go out to dinner.  We invited Helen but she said in the afternoon that the workers left too much cement dust and she better clean it up.  So we did not go out either.

Buffy is eating and is still with us.  Although she stumbles a bit and seems to not be able to see. 

We picked up two bookshelves that were still in the boxes in front of one of the New Horizon units and I gave them away on Free Stuff South Bay.  They were nice and heavy and brand new

Tuesday

 So  we  thought  they were going  to head off  like  5  am   NOPE   they did  leave by   6 40

I was up about 5 and  finally they were up and packed up.  Corrina has a packing list which she reminded Kurt to follow.  That is always good.  He likes to take the kitchen sink so there was so moving things back and forth and finally they were off.

KR went to FM and got a lot of carrots and beets.  I gave away some beets and he will juice the carrots

I went to see Chris Bruno at 4 15 and he did some scar tissue release that was painful but great.  I w ent running right after and managed to run sub 10 min mile.

KR had a Valor meeting at 1 and he was home by 4

We went to Taco El Goloso for taco  dinner.  I  had this  thing called Mulita which  was like  two tostada  shell sandwich  with   meat and stuff in  the  middle.  It was very good.  We  had it to g o  so  Angel  would have company.

Monday 7/10/2023

 Office is closed today.   Maribel said they were putting all the stuff away.  What a mess and a lot of work.

We went  to  Fire  Road  with Angel

KR then went out  with  Phil Traeger  all day, bike ride then lunch  and hang out as they ran  into  Doug Holker.  Derek's anniversary of his death  is coming  next month.

I  ran 3 miles.  I   was  really trying to push it, but ran 10 39 per  mile.  Dang.

Kurt applied to another job.  Harbor Regional  Center.  I tried to help and  finally he finished.  He also  packed a little for his trip to Zion National Park tomorrow with Corrina.  She is spending the night so  they  can get  an early start.

KR gave  Angela  bath

I am still  pretty dizzy.  .5 klonipin with 10 mg of  amitriptyline and no relief.  Some days better than  others.

Sunday

 We all go to church,  after walking  Angel at the  beach

It was Tracy who gave the  sermon.  Not bad.  We come home and I helped  Kurt finish one more online  app ICAN, just close to  his current work.  We also did another box of stuff in his  room.  Too much of a mess.

I go biking at 12 and biked 8.28  miles.   There was not to be had in the  alley. I did  bring home some clothes to be given a way.

We decided on Gaetano for  birthday dinner for  Corrina and Kurt.   I invited Helen too.   It was nic  to  include her.  We went at 5 and there were lots o f  people there already.

Saturday and it is Corrina's 24th Birthday

 Kurt bought her a combo bracelet/necklace silver thingy

He also went to work 9 - 4 and  NO NAP.

We went down to the beach to walk Angel and the sun was out and it was warm.

We went to FM and got some lettuce and stuff.  Not much.  A basket of strawberries from Gaytan Chinese lady.  After lunch,  KR and I went down to the beach for a bike ride.  AVP Volleyball was in Hermosa and we went down just for the FREEBIES.  We got a lot.  The weather held and not too hot and no fog.  There were lots of people down there.

We picked up some diapers and KR got mad at me for asking them on BNT.   Geez, I didn't say they were for him,  and he wouldn't talk to me for hours.  

Kurt went on a picnic with Corrina.  Guess they are an item

Friday and I AM GOING TO RETIRE SOON I HOPE

 So today is  another  work day

KR took Angel for a   walk  while I  went  to work.  Anne Cannon had  called  me  yesterday saying  her  grand son  had  fell  on his front  teeth and what  should  they do.  I  offered an appt  today at 8: 45  and Emily said she would ask her husband if they should come in.  Well, no one calls, so I text them to see if  they are coming and they said NO

JEEZ  I  should not  do them  any more favors  

REALL, you could not call me to  et me know that????

So I see Stephen, Wyatt, Maggie, Jesse Crawford, and Margarita today.   I am tired, and only five patients.

Got  home and KR went surfing, so I had to stay home with t he pup.  I took a short nap

I went for a nine mile ride.  Got a carry on suitcase in the alley

KR  pruned some more dragon fruit  The bees are  still bothering him.  One was buzzing me today.

THURSDAY Not a work day

 So I thought  the  office would  close after work to  get  the  flooring  done.   BUT I  was  wrong.  I  got to the office and there  was no  one  there.  I  called Maribel,  she  said she  TOLD us that  the  flooring starts with  Patterson moving the stuff FIRST thing Thursday morning.  So I missed that  memo

I came home and we went for a walk up the FIRE trail, of course. 

We stopped at Freda's  and  picked up Sarah's dragon fruit cutting.  We also found out where she bought the trellis for  the cuttings.  So KR  picked up and drove out to Hawaiian Gardens to the Chinese folks that sold the  stuff, and bought three tubs.  KR started to do the work back in the yard, but the bees were going  for him big time.  He gave up and decided that he is going to have to do it in the dark!!!!!!

KR took a nap and  I cleaned the house, some more.  

Wednesday 7/5/2023

 So it is not too sunny the day after Fourth of July

We went up the hill to walk Angel and after I went to the office to  meet the lab guy for a custom shade.  Stephen Kinney was there too and the lab guy picked B2

KR trimmed some trees and filled the green can

I sent the letter via email to Lovely about  if any of the kids are using another name,  like Tyler using Estrada as his last name on any social media,  he is to get only 20,000 dollars.  We feel if he cannot use Bingemann, he does not need the Bingemann money

Also if anyone  engages a lawyer, he is automatically OUT out and OUT

Buffy is still with us and I am still feeding her.  Maybe she will start moving tomorrow????

Kurt spent the night  at Corrina's and then went to s ee Robert Babb and then went back up  to  clean and bring down the  rabbit cage and the dog crate. Then  he took a nap and went to work.

We had more ribs and left over  food.

HAPPY Fourth of July

 Well, I  could not get the boy to get up and  run so Ig ot  up and got dressed and  had KR  drive   me down t here,  he  walked  Angel

I  did  it in 30 min and 50 sec.   I was hoping  to go under  30 but no   go.  Mike Gooch  s aid  he   did abougt 23 something  Oh man

We came  home and KR  took Kurt  on  a  bike ride  down to Manhattan  beach.   They got some probiotic drinks  and  said i t  was a  nice ride.

I stayed home and  went to mom's and cleaned the garage some and came home and  tried to nap. But no go

We went up to Corrina's house and had a hot dog or two and saw the very interesting house that Kevin made.  

We then went  to Christina and   Tim's BBQ and came  home and  lit off a bunch  of  bombs and Ramon also lit some off.

Patty also gave us TWO FULL racks of ribs and mac salad and pulled pork and corn on the cob and empanadas.  SO MUCH  FOOD

Monday CLEANING day

 I always love it when Andrea and Maribel comes to clean.

This computer is still vexing me with double spacing

KR walked Angel and sent all the honey spinning stuff to John as he wanted to do a harvest.  There is only about 1.5 gallons of honey, but enough for now.  I stayed home and cleaned around and went to get the Minion Monopoly game, plus looking for the Paey's cat food but I was too late.  Someone got it.  I did pick up a wooden ladder for Memooth across the street and a vacuum that BNT is going to get.

KR bottled the honey, Kurt did a little workout.

I went to Ralphs to use my dollar coupon.  Kurt and KR took a nap after lunch.  On the way  home,  I  stopped  at the Mobil station and asked the lady what all the cars were lined up for, and DANG IT, it was the HONDA free gas, and I could have filled up the Odyssey,  but by the time I rode back from Ralphs,  the promotion was OVER !!!  Dang it Would  have been about 50 bucks worth of  gas. 

Kurt went to buy some fireworks in Harbor City. He is going up to Corrina's for a party tomorrow. We  are going to go have a hot dog or two.

John Crookston came over  fort he strainer.  He is shaking more, the Parkinson or whatever he has is a little worse.  I cooked some ribs and zuks and that is what we had for dinner.

BUFFY IS STILL WITH US and I had to feed her four syringes full of food today.  Mash chicken food with  pedialyte.

 The sun is finally coming out, not just a peek in the afternoon.  

KR and I go down to the beach to walk Angel.  It was misting a bit.  He was worried that it won't be warm enough for honey harvesting.

We all go to church, and  Paul is off for three  months. 

We didn't go to the community meal as KR wanted to start the bee thing.  Kurt got all taped up and they got one honey super off, and did the spinning.  Ramon next door said he got stung twice!!!    Kurt did not get stung.  KR maybe half a dozen times, the three times he had to go out.

I went for a ride and a run.

 Can't believe it is July already

KR took Angel to the beach and I had to wash the chicken placemats, and the opium den covering.   PLUS Buffy is still alive.  I gave her 60 mg of morphine yesterday thinking it would 'put her to permanent sleep',  but she just took a nap and is still with  us.

SO I AM DOING FORCE FEEDING AGAIN

I gave her a plum so the morphine won't stuff her up.   She  did poop.

Sarah is leaving for Hawaii so I  picked up food  this morning and  there will be more food tonight.

I was gonna bring a plate to Kurt but he said just salad as he is getting FAT  !!!!  If he would only quit drinking all those calories,  he  would not   be.  He does  NOT  exercise

KR took a nap and I went for a run 3.54 mile at 10:18 min mile.  I don't think the Firbit Charge 5 is actually correct.

Kurt worked 9 -  4 and of course took a nap.  I gave away the cabinet he brought home to May Fong, and the stair treads I put in the garage so we can decide what we want to do with  it later.

Friday and it is a work day

KR takes Angel and I go to work. First is Grace and I cannot tell what is wrong with her tooth, somewhere upper left.  Then it was Stephen Kinney, who needs a crown on #8 and I guess everyone else is too expensive.  He is coming back next Wednesday to see the lab guy for custom shade.

Then Jesse Brown, and Reza and Sean Ferris. Eddie wanted to come in late and I didn't want to be bothered.  

KR took a nap, Kurt was working, then went up to Corrina's to help Helen move stuff.  Didn't come home until late.   I went for a 3.75 mile ride.  Also ran 1.6 miles, around mom's.

We had the Bible Study meal.  George brought meatballs, Anita a beautiful cake, Karen and Pam KFC, we made a large salad and drinks, and Mike brought salami and cheese plate, and we had a great time.  They  didn't want to leave.  Finally leaving at 10 and  I was in bed  within  minutes
