Friday Opening Night Lobster

 But  KR is not going.  There is surf.  He is  bummed.

We went to the beach to walk  Angel.  Then he went   to visit Maria  W at  Torrance Memorial.  Afterwards,  driving up to PV to check the dive.  It was mud holes all over he  says.  

I cooked two flats of  bacon.  

Thursday and WHAT a day

So the title does not reflect work, which was not bad.  I started at the usual time and got done by noon.  Well,  Dr Michael from Hawthorne Ortho is suppose to come at 1 so Maribel, Tracy and I all went to El Super to shop.  I  got 57 dollars worth of food and  he finally showed  up with  In  N Out !!!   NOT shawarma like I had  hoped.  We talked for over 45  minutes and I  went home.

I got the estimat for the VAN  $5411.96  they will pay me.

I stopped in at Independent Repair and got the bill for the monies I paid last September,  so in the last 2 1/2 years I paid over 7000$ to have the van repaired  as to  keep it for a long time.   Britnee at Mercury  said  that she  will submit  the paperwork, and get back to me as to the increase in amount,  MAYBE that Mercury will  give me to SALVAGE the  car, which  means a  TOTAL loss.

Dang

I went to the acupuncturist Stephanie Liu at Dr  Wong's office and she said my TMJ was VERY tight.  Who would not be  for talking to an insurance  company. 

She worked on me for over an hour.   I cannot tell if it helped or not.

Came home and KR had taken Angel for a walk.

We had dinner, me finishing my lunch  burger, and  KR had ribs.

Kurt had work all day.  He had to push his ABA kid up and down the scooter all afternoon or  something.  So he was very sweaty.   We went to the jacuzzi. 

I had a hard time falling a sleep, and staying asleep.  INSOMNIA again

Wednesday A DAY OF REST

 I forgot to mention KR went shooting with Dan G and Larry Jones out to Sylmar yesterday and Angel was home alone, and Kurt had a break between 10 30 a nd 11  but she would  not go  outside to pee so she peed on our carpet.

KR dragged the carpet out to wash and rinse with soap and I listed on BNT and Rebecca  is coming  to  pick up tomorrow.

KR took Angel to the beach for a walk and I stayed home and puttered.  Actually I spoke with the Farmers agent and the AAA agent on our homes policies. He then went to Valor to have his picture taken for the Board.  Then Michelle DeLand came by and picked up the mulberry tree that KR had made.  He then went to Big 5 for his lobster license/card.  Friday night at 6 is opening night.

Kurt went to work about 10. He didn't get off until 6. Said he is really tired from his weekend in Catalina.  

I  cooked some really good ribs with squash.  

We had Bible Study.  Everyone was there.  It was a very good  meeting.   

Buffy is still having seizures.  My sweet sweet chicken

Oh, I also had a chiropractic appt with a new doctor.  Dr Thomas Wong on Torrance  Blvd.  VERY GOOD visit, he really worked  my neck and hip

Tuesday and it is WORKING ALL DAY

 So  Monica and her family went to Mexico  City, or maybe just  she went  so I worked for her.  OH MAN WHAT A DAY

My dizziness is bad and the schedule was not that heavy but man, I was so so tired.  I cemented Maribel's crown and I also cleaned Tracy's teeth.  Which  got me into the lunch hour.  I ran 2.3 miles and  stopped at El Super.   THEY DID NOT HAVE GUAVA!!!!  PASTRY!!!   I went to El Molino  and nope, and I w ent  to the bakery  by Marisco and  NOPE

We were done by 5  30 and I came home with a blazing headache and it would not go away.  I tried going to bed early but my insomnia that has been bothering me for about a week kept waking me up.  Then I had to pee again every 3 hours.  So I am  waking up at least twice a night.  

I asked Monica if she can work the afternoon next Monday when I am working for Dr Sata as she will be in Chicago for the ADA meeting. 

Lunch and Learn Monday NO KLONIPIN VERY DIZZY

So in dentistry, there is the thing called Lunch and Learn.  Usually a company wants to sell you stuff and they will bring  lunch and hopefully the office will buy the product.  In this case it was Oral  B.   We are  getting  toothbrushes f rom them and I got a NEW ORAL B ELECTRIC  BRUSH

And it is very nice.  I didn't think I would like the brush but it is a lot more like a sonic toothbrush

Kurt had a very nice time in Catalina and is on his way home as I type at 7 30 PM.

KR had his Bible study group and then after Maribel /Andrea came to clean the house we took Angel up to Palos Verdes for a walk around the Cliff

Then Maribel from the office text me and asked if I was coming. I had completely forgotten about the luncheon learn with Oral-B. I got there just in time and they were talking about the new products. I also got a sandwich box from Panera which was very good. I didn't eat any of it and saved it for Kurt's lunch tomorrow.

I then went to Costco business Center to buy toilet paper. However they did not have the kind I want, so I just bought the marathon brand which was the cheapest. I also stopped at Northgate supermarket to buy avocados. But there's was not that cheap so I only bought three.

I did not take any Klonopin today and I was very very dizzy. I went for a bike ride and then stopped at Mary's to  talk to her.   She is leaving for Washington tomorrow and need to know where her car key is  so I can move her car every few days.  

I grilled  some chicken legsa nd zuks  and we had that for dinner.

Except I had only zuks and some turkey lunch meat earlier.    

Sunday 9/24/2023

 Kurt is having a  good time in Catalina.

KR and I went and walked Angel at veterans Park she chased a lot of squirrels there it was very excited. KR had his duties so he loved first.  I drove there myself and got there just in time.  Pastor Paul was back and he talked about Luke. I was really dizzy all throughout the sermo

We came back and KR had the croissant sandwich that Sarah gave us she also gave us some very nice noodles.  KR took a nap and I rode over by Sprouts and picked up some sheets for Naby and drop them off at her house. My knees were sore so I did not go walking with KR and Angel.

I cooked shrimp for dinner. We read a little and went to bed.

Saturday 9-23-2023 Kurt to Catalina for two days

 We were up after 6, a bit later than usual.  

I put the laundry in and  then we took Angel to Veteran's Park.  She loved it, so many squirrels and so  little time.  

I cooked some eggs.  I  was  hungry and we ate.  K urt was up early, before double digit, I guess he  was getting  psyched for  today's trip.  KR and Kurt went to FM and didn't get much except for few corn,  and two baskets of fruit  from the Chinese lady.  

Sarah gave us  some spaghetti  with  meat sauce, very good.  And Kurt went and shopped for his trip.  Some sushi, and pin wheel sandwiches, grapes, blueberries and bananas.  

Kurt drove up to Corrina's and Helen drove them down to San Pedro, Catalina Landing for their 5 pm departure.   We took  Angel to the park, as  her chasing the s-things got her shoulder a bit wonky.

That dog has a one track mind for squirrels.

Also three bottles of FlowMore pills came for KR from James.  

I got the SpectraShield for the Apple Watch today.  I also learned how to put my own photos on the watch face.  

Friday

 We were up early.  I wt myself, and it was 106.2  pounds.  I didn't  even try to be that low.

KR took Angel to Boundary Road and I stayed home.   Kurt went to work at 11 and KR wanted  Philly Cheese so he went to Subway and Kurt had half of one.  KR still had some tummy grumbling and did not  drink any beer and slept a bit.   

I went riding at 11  trying to go up Mesa Street  but I gave  up,  it  was too  steep.  I  was  trying t o deliver  some  cards to BNT person

I  also went to Avenue   Autobody, and spoke with  Brian there.  Mercury Insurance wanted to salvage  the  car as  the repair is about the worth of the  car,  supposedly. I  am going to  have to figure out what to do.  We just   put in over three thousands  last September fixing t he  car.   We will s ee.

I also went to s ee  Chris  Bruno   Such a   nice  adjustment

So I went running,  hip s till hurts.  Went  to the  jacuzzi,  it was 96 and COLD

Thursday no work

So this morning,  KR is  doing better but s till  does not feel l ike  eating.  I did not go to work as it was PTN.   BUT I am all confused about which day I went to pick up scalers,  and I am writing this on  Friday

I did go for a 10 mile ride.  Returned Fariba's pan and dropped off some more scalers for Dr  Chavez

So according to the watch, the walk around Honda was Thursday

We canceled Bible Study.  

I w ent over to Jeff's and delivered the charts and  explained  about some  patients and the rationale of  some charts as some have notes from  Long Beach, then Redondo,  then Skypark, then Redondo (Weston)  then Torrance, (Catalan,  then Chavez).  So very confusing.

I got some fish from  Jeff.  Very nice stuff.  He catches nice tuna

KR  went to bed  early.

Wednesday I am alive but KR is down again

So we were up and after KR's bad night sleep last night.  He threw up all of his dinner and had diarrhea.   I drove Will home after picking him up at Amazon and KR was still lying in bed kind of feeling bad.  I gave him some Pocari  Sweat and he felt a little better.

Kurt went to work early and I stayed up while KR was just lying in bed almost the whole day.  We canceled Bible  Study. We were thinking we can have it with  him just in bed up stairs.  But he really was not feeling well.   

I made chicken soup.  Kurt bought two jack tacos and came home for about half hour before going back  to work.  I also called Mercury Insurance and  Wendy admitted that it was her fault that she hit Diamond.  Diamond went to the doctor and said that she should just rest a few days and take some NSAID and she would be better.  

I also went to PTN to pick up all the scalers.   Well, it took me three tries to find the place.  First I went to Cabrillo, and it was on 213th street but I could not find the entrance.  Finally.  I also took Angel for a walk and got kicked out of Honda Headquarters.  I guess they didn't want anyone walking around.

Kurt came back and it was a s low night.  Will called me and I picked  him up from Lowe's and drove him to PCH and Crenshaw where he took  the bus home.

KR was in bed by 8 and me soon  after.

Tuesday and alive again

So I slept in  the other room to make sure Angel does not steal all the  blanket and in case I was cold  I can turn on the heating pad.

I woke up and felt way better.  Temp 97.8 and got up and KR was gone.  I thought, where did he go and then realized that it was Bible Study Tuesday.  

KR took her down to the beach and I stayed home.  Actually I went for a quick run.  However, the 2 watches did not match.  I wore the Apple watch and the Fitbit watch.  I finally figured out  the clasp on the watch band I bought on eBay.

KR went to FM and got a LOT of squash and tomatoes.  And picked up tacos from LBJ.  We spent about 48 dollars for two meals and that is not bad.

He took Angel to  the fire road for a walk and I stayed home.  I tried to nap but could not. 

He napped really good.  All equipment is working ok after yesterday's urologist appt.  He is still peeing a bit slow but the stream is good.  The healing is suppose to be up to 6 months or something.  My back is reallysore from something.  Maybe cleaning the  coop or just laying around all day yesterday.  

Kurt worked 11:30 to 5:30

Monday 9/18/2023 catheter comes out and I get the flu

So we were up and KR had Zoom with the boys and then he took 1.3 about mg of klonipin.  Said he didn't feel any effects.  I drove to the appt and Alex the PA got the tube out.  Very nice Korean guy.  We had Angel with us so we went down to the beach for a walk.  

Came home  and KR had  TWO BEERS !!!!  Told him to take a easy,  and he ate.  Then I started  feeling kind of weird.  I was gonna to take a nap and then go to work at 2.  Well, the chills started and the temp went from 99 to 100 to 101.2.  I slept most afternoon and felt better, not a lot. It is not covid I tested, guess  I  have t o test before I to go to work Wednesday afternoon for Dr Desai. 

Kurt had to work at Hawthorne Middle School.  I made  him a good lunch  and he left by 7 45.  Said  he got a ticket though.  I  guess he didn't read where  he CANNOT park.  KR took Angel to the fire road for a walk.  She was too hot to run this morning on the sand at RAT.

We got bitter melon soup from Sarah.

Sunday NO CHURCH

We were up about 6:15 and we didn't go to church.  He is still coughing, but no fever.

I cleaned Buffy's feathers, she must have had more seizures as there were feathers in the living room.   I looked for the phone glass, and could not find it.  I had bought it from the 99 cent store.  FINALLY, i found it by the birthday cards.  

We watched church service via Apple TV.  KR had some eggs for breakfast, and he had some tomato soup around 3:30.  Adele and Neil came by on their walk.  I went for a ride, 8 miles.  Not much to be found in the alleys.  I went to Sumi's and dropped off beans and broccoli.  I also went to drop off beans at Naby's.  

Weather is cloudy, and will be only in the 70's all week.  Slight drizzling this morning too.  

We just hung around the house and KR slightly better.  Sarah cooked some great noodles with chicken  and shrimp and ribs.  Kurt text and saying that he would be home about 9 30.

I gave away the rest of the beans and the clothes (all girls about age 5) from Patty.  Also all the foam to go containers that I found in the alley. 

 

Satrurday September 15, 2023 MMA

 I was up by 6:10 and g etting ready for MMA

I left by 7:10 and got down there and gotthe last parking spot in the lot across the back alley.  There are so many more tents out there now.  Not like it was in May. The pandemic kept  them away and now it is all  over Wilmington.  And the noise coming from the tents,  lotso f music  and not the kind  I  like

Eddie Kao, Brandon and Vanessa   Ho, Gary Mar were all there along  with Dr  Grace  from BOL.  So  it was not too busy as there were plenty of doctors t o d o the work.  Eddie caught on quick and can handle the NOMAD just fine.  I  am glad,  he  can now do  triage and  Jeff nor I  have to go  every time.  

We had this  great chicken kinds of all purpose salad for lunch, with bread and watermelon and cookies and  chips.   I only ate salad so by the time we finished I was pretty hungry.  I got home around 4 and KR had  a fever of  99.5  He was feeling a little clammy.  So we  are not going to church  tomorrow

Kurt left about 2 pm KR says.   He didn't ask Kurt to take Angel out for a walk so she didn't get any exercise.  KR did cook some yummy yellow tail and bacon.  I had some food, and cleaned up a bit.  I  finally got the passcode for the iphone i bought on ebay.  He had it locked down to 111111.  What a  jerk.

I got the phone set up, but many passwords are gone, that is what I hate about a new phone.  I will take some pics and compare the two cameras.  

I stayed up until about 10 before I went to bed.  KR is still sick and took some Nyquil pills before bed but he still coughed at night.  

Friday and KR is recovering

 We were up after 6.  I  thought I won't be able to sleep i n but 6:20 we both got up.  KR made coffee and I tried to take Angel down to the beach.  We parked at Dolphin Park and walked to the end of the parking lot.  First she saw a gopher hole and started digging.  We walked toward RAT and  then she decided that since DAD was not there,  she was NOT gonna go.  I finally walked to the end and she came, and we returned to the parking lot.

I stopped at Trader Joe's as KR wanted tomato soup and I was SO SO dizzy.  We then stopped at Sumi's and I gave her the lights she wanted and picked up some crackers.  

KR had sandwich and soup.  I made pork stew with eggplant.  Turned out really good.  Bill Johnson came for a visit and then KR took a nap.  I went for a ride.  Using the Apple Watch and the fitbit.   I am  thinking I like the  fitbit better !!!!

Kurt worked at South High today.  He followed a kid around that was autistic.  It was a long day for him and he came home about 6.  Hope he is making some money.  He is going to San Diego with Corrina tomorrow and will be back Sunday 

I got the new iphone today but there is a passcode on it and I cannot open it.  I message the guy/gal and asked what that code is and  why was it not opened before selling?  Really?

Thursday Valor Meeting for KR

 We were up early,  and I did laundry and  did  a lot o f cleaning.

I also  got gas for KR. 

Kurt had to work early,  9 am but he didn't get up early enough, I woke him up and he was still on time.  

I took Angel to Fire Trail, but she hardly wanted to walk.  We made it  up to the long  drain then we turned around and came home.  

KR had  his meeting online with Valor.  He is still uncomfortable and had to drain his bag regularly.  

I  took a nap and went to Wilmington to meet  with Jeff.   I was late.  I overslept.  Glad I went and saw the condition of the trailer.  There is a lot of work to be done this Saturday.   I stopped at Target and got a new band for the Apple Watch James got for KR.  He didn't think he would use it.  I then went to 99 cent store and   bought a few things,  like bread and salad.  I  made KR a sandwich and salad.

Wednesday no work, nice day

So I was up early, and  KR too.  He could not sleep too well on his back.  He is always sleeping on his  stomach,  so he said he had a backache sleeping on his back.   He had to get up three times to empty the  bag.

I went to the laundromat to wash 6 pillows.  It took 29 quarters to wash the stuff.  I walked  Angel around Petsmart and Walmart and she was sniffing the whole time.  KR just  hung around and  was in   pain.  His  whole private part was swollen and he just stayed in his pajamas all day.   

Phil Traeger came by to pick up his carrot juice and for a short visit.  I cleaned the garage, put some stuff  in mom's garage.  I also  rode around, got a lazy susan and posted all kinds of stuff on BNT.  

Kurt went to work.  He had to drive to West  LA for a session.  Then back to Redondo.  Says at least  they pay for the  time and  miles.

I  cooked shrimp on  Air Fryer for dinner,  plus EGGPLANT  !!!   Haahahahh  no one ever did it  like that  I  bet

Was in bed  by 9

KR NOT a  happy camper.   Says his penis hurts at least whenever he moves.

Tomorrow he  starts  at 9 in  Redondo

RESUM for KR He is not a happy camper

 So we were both up really  early.  I asked KR to walk Angel to the park  with me but he said  no.  So I  had  him drop   me off at the civic center as he went for his  PROCEDURE !!!!

Angel didn't really wanna walk but  I finally dragged her home.

Oh, before we left she was just yapping and yapping at the squirrels and the noise drove me nuts.  KR thinks he got one, but it got stuck in the tree.

I did the sheets.

9 30 and he came home.  He walked like he rode a horse for three days.  The catheter looks BIG coming out of his you know what.  He had to empty it all day long.  He was NOT happy.  I wonder why he chose this   method  instead the TERP.

Jeff Yamane came over and  stayed about an  hour  talking.   I think he really likes us now.

We also saw Dick Remy's little broadcast on  KCal TV and  you can see me dancing in the back ground. 

Monday Work day and James/Emma go home

So we  were up early and KR goes to Bolsa Chica with Phil again and I drive to Charity to deliver  some covid  tests (6).  She  is  almost not positive any more

I also  picked up a watermelon from  Nyssa.   She grew a whole  bunch.

I cooked burgers for the boys.  Andrea and Maribel came to clean.   James and Emma took Uber and went to airport about 11.

I went to work and saw Corrina about 1:30.  Her tooth is still bothering her, sometimes and only when she chews a certain food.  The day was  not bad.  But Maribel and  Tracy want me to be back  on   Thursday so we text Dr Sata and said that I would like to switch back.    EXCEPT October  19  I am on vacation.

I got  back and the sunset was amazing.  We  had dinner and went to bed by 9

KR SURGERY TOMORROW !!!!!!

Sunday and James and Emma come back

 So it  RAINED this  morning.    Just lightly, but still  wonder where the rain came from

We walked the pup  down  at the beach and  she loved  chasing the squirrels at Veteran's  Park

I  also ran to see Kurt's work  place.  His office view is amazing

We all went to church.  Then KR went for a swim at the beach.  Kurt didn't wanna go.  I stayed home.  

I went for a ride.  Found a trash can.  Not much else.  Also delivered the corn hole bags that I made.  

James and Emma finally arrived about 6 and they ate the smoked salmon and cheese and a lot of left over. 

We gave the  APPLE watch to  KR and I fixed it so he can wear it and learn how to use it.  

We  all were in bed by 9

Still dizzy after  all these months.  Same meds

Maybe I should up the  klonipin?   

Saturday and my 5K RUN

 So   we were up a nd KR decided it  was not worth  it to go  down to Huntington to surf.  Was suppose to be 4 - 8 but turned out to be piddly. 

So he drove me and Angel down to the village and I ran the King's 5K.  The  hockey  team sponsored the run.  I d id it all three miles UNDER 9:30  HURRAY

I came home and  immediately went to the jacuzzi.  It was n ice to sit in hot water

Came home and did  laundry, mostly Kurt's and he hung it out.  THey went to the FM and got a lot of watermelon,  and some broccoli

We went to the Kaplan's for a BBQ  and we ate  ALOT

Some of  the Kaplans went to  the  Stanford  USC  game and we came home.

Kurt went to  Bobby's birthday dinner in Manhattan

Friday

 I jsut cannot  remember what happened friday

I am sure we walked Angel.  Kurt  went to work and came home for lunch.  KR went on a bike ride and had a great time.  I s tayed home and  cleaned and then went for a ride at  9:45 for 5.75 miles around t hen  ieghborhood.  

Sean   Houle came and tried  to  fix the plug that quit working.  Also had a  BLT  with  KR.  KR took a nap.  I  didn't  We walked Angel up the fire  road, and of  course she   had a great time.

THURSDAY and NO WORK The New Schedule

Well, so today is the first day of the 'new' schedule.  Dr Sata works Thursdays and I work Monday afternooon.

After they were done, I text Maribel and she said NONONONO she don't like that, I need to come back to work on Thursdays.  Well, I did say I would try for a month.

We walked  over to mom's garage and I drove the Honda to get gas.  KR took Angel for a walk all around NH.  He did some yard work and I went biking at 12:45 to drop off some COVID tests for Charity.  She tested positive.  I also ordered some via Kurt's Medi-Cal and got 8 new ones.  I  rode almost 10 miles.

KR took a nap   We took Angel to Fire Road for a walk and then picked up TV dinner kind of meals from Sarah.  Her insurance Aetna, sent her frozen meals after her hospital stay.  They didn't want it all so we took some.  KR had one for dinner.  It said chicken but tasted like salisbury steak

Kurt worked al day.  Said he tested 96 at his work, and the practical was 90 so tomorrow is the evaluation

We went to the jacuzzi and had a nice soak

Wednesday Office meeting and Dick Remys 100th Birthday Party

 Yup, he has  lived to be 100  TODAY   !!!    WOWOWOW

He was born in 1923, when cars were not so common, and t oday there  is  so  much technology, and so much has  happened.  I am reading a book,  Life of  Charlie, someone that  lived  to be 109, and it is  so amazing.  Great   depression, dust  bowl, WWII,  landing on the moon.

I went to office meeting first,  then drove home and  KR and I left.   We had Mary come by to visit  and let Angel out to pee and Sean  also  came o ver  and  tried  to fix our plug on the left side of the counter. 

The drive to Newport Beach was not even an hour and the party was going.  There were maybe 20-25  people.  The theme was Hawaiian, so I wore Kurt's grass skirt and some silk  flowers  leis and  flower in my hair.   We had a grand old time.   Even Channel 2  came by for a bit and Dick got some kind of proclamation from the City of Newport Beach   or  state  of CA, I can't remember

We  were home  by 4  and  Angel was glad to s ee us.  I went biking at 4 while KR tooka  nap.  He did have 3.5 mai  tai's.  

We  had very little to e at as the  lunch was very filling.   We had tuna tartare  and t hen he had fish tacos and I h ad a meat ball hoagie, which I brought home.

I did about 30 min of weights while KR was at Mark Regan's new church, Hope Chapel Redondo Beach.

I w as in bed by 9   

Tueday 9-5-2023 Bible Study

 Well,  Will  could NOT  be  convionced to wish  KR a  happy birthday.

KR  had bible  study  

We  went to the beach t o walk t he mutt and then I  did a   load o f  laundry.  

He went to the FM a nd i t was  the great ROUND sqush give away.   We   must have  given  away 20 pounds of squash

I had  steak  for  lunch and  KR made a  pastrami and turkey sandwich and  Kurt had  work.

I also road  around and got some clothes which we dropped off to Steven (this morning)

We  had Bible Study here

Monday KR's 66th Birthday

 It was a grand day

KR walked the  mutt and  I drove James   and Emma to Enterprise to return the car.  I drove them t o the airport.  It w as such easy traffic.  Because it is LABOR DAY, no one w as on the road.   However we  did have to go down to arrival to d roop them  off.  Peope were s tarting t o fly  away.

I  came  home  and  KR  and Kurt went  on a  bike  ride.    They had a great time.  I  did two loads o f laundry and picked up the bagels and  the free sandwich that KR  got for his birthday.

We  had eaten a  little left over.

Three PM we  went to Bill Johnson's for dinner.  Sward fish a nd  asparagus and wild rice.  AND I T  WAS great.  We had bought  a  pie from Hof's Hut.

Came home  and  went to bed.

Sunday and Terranea Dinner

 So I was sleeping in until 6 50 almost 7  !!!!  

We  went to the park walking Angel, all four of us went.  It was cloudy and a bit warm.  

We  went to church,  the  three  o f us, James and Emma stayedh ome with  Angel.

We had some steak and eggs and cheese for breakfast, before church.  Church was Karzan,  Cannon's son  in law.  Kurt took a nap and KR did a little brick walkway for me from the gray walkway to the chicken  coop.

I rode around in the alleys and got a comforter.  I washed it and will donate.   

We went for a drive before our Terranea Catalina Room dinner.  

Saturday

 And it  w as  RAINING

Yup, no where does it say it was going to rain;   Kurt spent the night at the condo.  Mary is out of town.  Said she ended up in the ER with migraine headache.    Poor girl.  I think she is coming back tomorrow from Washington.   

This  computer is  driving  me  nuts, giving  me two spaces a lot when I just  want oone.  i  think  maybe it i s the MdDS that  is making me type weird.

James  and  Emma  and KR went to the Fire Trail and I  stayed home and puttered around.  Cleaned  up a lot of paperwork, threw mom's real  estate license  from the  90's away, plus fathers insurance cards and other stuff.  

I  cooked  panko shrimp for KR for  lunch  and  Emma and  James hadi t  for dinner. I t was  very good.  On salea t Ralphs.   Should have bought more bags.  We just  didn't have the   rooom in t he  frig

Kurt went to  some birthday party in  Los  Angeles.  

Friday and saw WILL WHO IS WORKING FOR AMAZON

 I was just too sleepy to get up early.  6 20 is  all I can  sleep in.

KR and  James and Emma went out to Fire Road for a walk and I stayed  home  and did  laundry and cleaned up and just tried to WAKE UP.

SO  NO WORK for the week next 10 days  !!!!  Except cementing Quintin's crown.  And  office meeting. 

While I was riding my bike I saw WILL DRIVING an Amazon truck.  He got a job with them and is a  delivery person. What a great day to see him. 

I had chiro at 2 and it was nice to be worked on.    My back feel so much  better.  

Thursday and it is my LAST Thursday work day

Well, so I was there on time and first patient is Jose and the  crown  was about  2 mm  high !!!  I looked at the  mounting and it  appears the bite was  off. THANK God the margins were great,  according to the x ray.   So I had to use  a  diamond to  reduce, as the carbide  was NOT doing anything.  

Dr Amer and I   worked  until about 12 30 and I stopped at  El Super  for some hamburger meat  and avocados.  After coming home I biked  for 8.7 miles.  I also took a nap (for an  hour and 15 min!!!!) and  everyone else did too.  KR  had gone to Costco and  grilled some steaks.  They were really  good.  I also grilled some bacon.  

The weather was  not too hot, but   we  still  needed to turn on the fan at night.

Kurt worked all day and came home and was in bed by 6.  I  think he slept for over 12 hours.  I was in bed by 9:38
