Sunday first day NO FEVER in the afternoon H 74 L 58

 I slept in the other room last night and with the prednisone the sleep seems to be a little better.  And today NO fever in the afternoon.  KR walked Angel and I did the laundry, changing our sheets.  Corrina stayed over and said she smelled pee on the downstairs bed.  YUP, BunBun must have peed on the bed.  I had to strip everything and wash.

They all went to church.  KR didn't think I should go as he can hear me cough at least 40 feet away.  I did the  live stream and could not understand some of Bob's points.  Or I disagreed actually.

We all went to Denny's for lunch.  I had steak, and Corrina had chicken fried steaks and she ATE THE WHOLE THING !!!  Kurt and KR had some kind of sandwiches.  Tracy gave me a 25 $ gift card and we used it, the whole bill was almost 100 but I got a AARP discount.  HAHAHA  10 bucks

We came home and KR took a nap and Kurt and Corrina watched some movie and then Kurt took a nap and Corrina went home.

Saturday and COUGHING forever H 74 L 61

 Geez I am still coughing and sick

Today the temp went from 99.5 to 100.4 to 99.1  and just won't go down.  When I lay down I cough so hard it is so difficult to breathe.  I did go for a ride.  I went to pick up the Dentist Frame picture by Hero's Park.  Then I went and rode the alleys, and there was no other stuff to be found there.  Total of 6.5 miles

KR and I went to FM and got a LOT of corn, plus some lettuce.  Melli came by and picked up a bucket of lettuce and other stuff.  

Corrina came by and went shopping with Kurt.  He got a pair of flip flops.  They went to see the firework show and I stayed home.  My coughing all afternoon and all night was so so bad.  

I took some hydrocodone 5 and some prednisone 30 mg.  Hoping that tomorrow will be better.

FRIDAY and still sick WHAT IS UP??? H 76 L 61 KR Burbank doctor visit

 So I woke up without fever and feeling ok.  KR took Angel to walk and she inhaled a fox tail.  KR took her to see Dr Emily, Jerome's wife.  They sedated her and  could not find the fox tail.  She must have sneezed it out.  He did have her  remove the tissue tag that keeps on bleeding on her chest.  I didn't even see the bill.  He needs to NOT do that anymore.

I went for a ride, to mom's to bring clothes to her garage, for Steven.  There are five or so bags now.  I also watered her yard, and getting things ready for Alan next week.  Lovely must be so sad that Abby and Alan are both leaving next week.  

KR had a hot dog and then a nap and then drove up to Burbank for his consult with the UCLA urology group.  He said there was scar tissue so bad that the doctor had to put through and so he was peeing blood for several hours after he got home.  GEEZ louise.  He would have to  have either a CT scan or ultrasound to determine the size of the prostate to see what kind of procedure he is to have.

My fever returned in the afternoon, and at one point hit 100.4 again !!!!  Then the rest of  the afternoon and evening was 99.5.  What is up with that?  I don't know.  So total I have been sick for three whole days.  I rode only 6.4 miles and it feels  like 16 miles.  My knees are still  sore from the fall on Crenshaw. 

THURSDAY BUT no work H 79 L 62

 I slept in the other room coughing all night and spitting.

No fever this morning  HURRAY!!!  However fever returned, 99.5 in the afternoon.  What is up with that?

KR took Angel to Fire Road and then went down to the beach for a swim.  HE BOUGHT A BEER TOO !!

I told him not to and he said he didn't say OK

I went for a run, it was REALLY HOT !!!

I sat outside for an hour after KR went to nap.

We walked to the park, and I was too tired so I came home earlier than they did.

Kurt had work all day but one of his kiddo canceled.   He brought home a little jumper and I need to fix it  and  give away.

Wednesday and I AM SICK FEVER 100/99/100.... H 74 L 52

 I was up and did not have a  very good sleep.  Coughing hard I moved to the  other room.  KR went to meet with Phil and  I had my consult with Brian Mayeda, at 8 30.  

I got the CHILLS WHEN I GOT HOME.

The temp says 100.4, and I am not feeling well.  All day I cannot get the temp below 99.4.  I just laid around all day.  I called in sick for tomorrow.  I didn't want to but there is nothing I can do as I  need to work next Monday and Tuesday.

KR went to   Matthrew's baseball game and went out to dinner.

I cooked  beef ribs.  Kurt had one cancellation in the  afternoon so he  went up to Corrina's and had lunch.  I made him lunch of course.

Tuesday my knee hurts !!! H 78 L 64

 Weather getting warmer.  

KR went for his Bible Study.  NO apple fritter, Bill Johnson  out of country.  That is ok. I just stayed home.  My knees hurt, but what do I expect for falling over.

KR went to FM and got a LOT of brussel sprouts and some cabbage and I gave ALL AWAY.  Yes !!  Sumi came by and brought some dessert and picked up some vegetables.  I didn't get more than 6000 steps.  I did ride back to Dr Moy and gave her five of the cautery pens I got from EBay

Kurt took the day off and went to urgent care and said that he just needs to take Zyrtec and Flonase and his post nasal drip would be better.  RIGHT  So I  gave him a pill box and had him put stuff in it for daily reminder.

NOW we all have our own pill boxes.

My back is still sore so I iced it most day.

KR had Taco Bell for lunch, Kurt bought it, and went for  a swim.  Then he had the left over L&L BBQ.  He also bought the FM guys some BBQ and took it down there.  Just one for the two of them as there is so much food.

Easy Monday H 82 L 65

 What a day

KR took the bees over to John's and then walked Angel at the Boundary Road.  I stayed home and puttered.  There is always much to do.  I finished packing up James' stuff from downstairs room and had KR bring it over to mom's garage.  I also have four bags of clothes for Steven.

KR had lunch date with Danny and Howard.  L&L BBQ again.  I stayed home.  I rode to Dr Moy's office to give her some Bovie cautery pen and on the way there right before In N Out I took a spill and scraped my left knee pretty good, and the right knee a little.  Just going over a 2" gap and my front wheel went sideway and I didn't catch it and went down. 

Also this morning I had such bad vertigo I took a little, .25 klonipin with 10 mg amitryptoline, didnt feel any different so I don't know if I would take any tomorrow.

KR had cleaned the work bewnch and looks really nice.  

I had bad cough today.  Not just the post nasal trip kind of cough.  Don't know why.  It woke me up last night too.

I ate a lot more of the Indian Sweets that we bought last night.  GETTING FAT

Usually waking up between 108 - 109, guessing tomorrow is gonna be 110

Kurt worked all day and saying that he is tired of his job.  At least he submitted the job application via SBCC the company that works with foster kids.  We will see.

He wants something that makes a lot of money and don't have to work much  RIGHT!!!

Sunday H 80 L 61

 It was SUNNY early, and KR took Angel to Fire Road for a walk.  I stayed home to clean around.  Kurt was at Corrina's and brought her down for church and then went to the splash pad at Wilson Park.

It was  VERY dizzy for me at church.  Joy and Walter Beckman said that the inspection for their house was by a very tedious inspector, who had a hundred criticism.  GEEZ

KR had the last cheese burger and I cooked turkey for taco salad.

He took a nap and I went for a ride, dropping off the staple gun at Freda's.  Only 7.6 miles !!!

We went down to the beach at 5 to walk Angel.  There were lots of people there as it was a very nice day.

Saturday and GOOD DAY but no bueno on dizziness

 We were up and walking Angel to Veteran's Park.  So many squirrels and so little time.

The surf was fun so when we got home KR woke Kurt up and they went down for a few waves.  It is good that Kurt would do that with KR.  Also KR's face is getting less red, and still peeling a little.  It never did peel alot, like I thought it would with a chemical peel facial.

Then we went to FM.  Got some tomatoes and some corn and that is about it.  Plus strawberries.  They had pizza and soup and then Kurt went up to Corrina's.  Helen is still in Nebraska I guess.

KR had a very good afternoon nap and I went for a 7.3 mile ride on my old bike as my new bike is at tne shop for new tires and won't be done until Tuesday.  They are very busy for the beginning of summer at Sprocketts

We walked Angel to the park after KR COMPLETELY cleaned the work bench.  He says DON"T PUT ANYTHNING ON THAT 

He had BBQ chicken taco salad for dinner and I was too dizzy and queasy.  I was in bed by 8 16.  I tried eating crackers and all kinds of stuff to calm the queasiness but no bueno.

I LOVE FRIDAY H 73 L 58 *

 I love Fridays especially if I don't have to work for another six days!!

I got the Bovie Cautery today.  I thought I bought 10 tips, well, I bought 10 WHOLE SETS of cautery.  Maybe I should try to resell some as 10 cost me with tax 30 bucks so 3 dollars each.

Maybe I can trade for BOTOX??? 

I did laundry, washing the comforter to put away and washing Kurt's blanket so we can use on our bed.  I changed our sheets too.  KR and I went down to the beach to walk Angel.  We also brought Gracie's ashes and spread them down there.  It was a nice sunny day, early on.  No more June Gloom maybe.

KR went for a bike ride, as he said he needed some cardio work.  We also stopped at Ralphs and got this nice pizza, which KR doctored up with extra tomato and cheese and onion for our dinner.  The pizza was only 4.31 and it was great.

Kurt worked all day.  This morning he went to Caliber and had an estimate on his car done.

Thursday must be WORK 6/20 2024 H 74 L 60

 So Angel bit me last night and gave me a small bruise, about the size of a dime, and broke the skin.  I very lightly slapped her to make her move and she didn't like it I guess.  I made her sleep in the other room all night.

I could not get a sleep score for some reason

Got to work on time, and worked HARD all day.  Got done about 12 35 and drove home.

KR went to Don Neesby"s memorial, at Rolling Hills Covenant Church and got home about 2 50.  Diane Krieger came by after her cleaning appt with Alan Jones' office at Skypark.  We had a nice visit for about an hour.  

I went for a ride right before she visited.  6.3 miles

I cooked turkey cheese burger for Kurt and KR.  We were in bed by 8 30

Wednesday H 74 L 61 Vertigo no bueno

 So my vertigo is really weird this last three weeks or so.  Morning pretty good, then it is really wobbly, but my neck is not so sore just that the gravitational pull sometimes makes me 'stuck' in a position for a second or two until I can get myself back up.

WEIRD:  The Tong's next door installed a back gate.  Yup, they don't do anything to take care of the yard or the house but bought a brand new steel looking gate and this Chinese guy cut the cinder blocks and installed it.  Almost done.

We went down to the beach and walked Angel on the top.  KR had his post op with Dr Matsunaga and he is going to go for second opinion with UCLA doctor.  He is still wearing a diaper, and said that he is not peeing everything out, something about the medium lobe.

Tony text Lovely and Alan is going to get the suitcase.  Hope  she likes pickle flavored potato chips.

Tuesday and FOOD galore (FM)

 KR was up before 5 and went to his Tuesday group.  Then it was his facial surgery.  He got the Erbium Laser treatment for his scar on the left cheek, by Dr Moy and she did his whole face, plus a few kerotosis like under his eye.  

He was back by 9 30 and with this shiny goo on his face and he can't shave for five days, and has to be careful out in the sun and use vaseline and all.

He went to FM and got a lot of squash and some carrots and celery and lettuce,

I made dumplings for lunch and then bbq chicken for dinner.

He brought me an apple fritter and I ATE THE WHOLE THING TODAY !!!!

Kurt had work all day except about an hour at noon and he came home saying he needs a new job.

DUH

We went to the Fire road in the morning and then to Hickory Park at 7

Monday KR has Valor meeting with Phil and Sarah

 KR tried to go surfing, and he went down there and was no good.  He came back and we cleaned until Andrea and Maribel came to clean  We went up to Fire road and I ran up and down.  Over  three miles and the run was HARD on my  knees and hip.

Went to Einstein Bagels and then came home and had lunch. 

KR took a nap and then went to Valor meeting.

I cleaned and then  went  for  a  short ride.

Kurt worked all day and said he is tired of working and needs a new job.  Well, that is what we have been telling him.  

We went to bed by 9 pm.  I was tired.

Still  dizzy and some snot not too bad though the snot, dizziness no bueno.

Great FATHER'S DAY 2024 6/16/2024

What a nice day it  was.  We started with * then a walk around New Horizon.  I could not get up and got a lot of sleep last night.  We then met Kurt at Church on the Beach and saw many folks that we knew from such a long time ago.  We had to rush off.

KR drove the little Honda with Kurt and picked up Will on the way down to Newport American Legion to meet Jon and  friends for lunch.  They had a great time,  celebrating dads.  Jon is still having a hard time with  Dick's passing.  

They took a  nap and I went to put the car away and clean  the garage and then  a short 5K run.  I  was so  slow but the watch says 11.5 minute mile.  My knees and feet hurt.  Jeez

KR had left over Philipino  food for dinner with a salad.  Kurt had spaghetti and cauliflower and ribs for  dinner.  KR says he is going surfing tomorrow

Saturday H 77 L 59

 It is getting warmer.  I don't wear pj pants to sleep anymore.  We changed he comforter a month ago at least, and now  it is no longer  down comforter.

BunBun got  half a  worm pill.  I found another  worm on her fur near t he bottom.  She was  hiding all day yesterday as  Kurt left around dinner  time and  was gone all day at Corrina's.  

Mr Gray is still so sweet and lets me pet, Marmi is  way more standoffish and sometimes will let me pet.  I did get them some flea drops on the back of their necks.  Marmi started licking some off, but Mr Gray didn't make a peep/

We went down to the beach to walk Angel.  KR then went to Costco and bought juice and stuff.  We went to FM and got a LOT of lettuce.  Nancy came by for some lettuce.  I sent some to Patty and Steve.  KR took a nap and I rode around, and then he went to TRAK event at KHC with Matthew.  5 -- 8

I made LEMON BARS !!!!  Took forever and was a lot of work, but delicious

Friday H 71 L 59 Walking like the cockroach man

We went up to Fire Road with some of Gracie's ashes and spread it with some flower seeds at near the top where we normally take a pic with her.  She was such a great dog.  Not a mean bone in her body.  She loved rocks and the water,  unlike Angel.  She lived  only  to be almost 8,  which is so so  short.  

It was sunny early and we stopped at the Ralphs and got milk and some ribeye  steaks.  

I tried to nap, but  no go, went to my MRI at Coastal appt at 2.  There was about 3700 bangs, and they had me take everything  off except my underwear and socks and the tube got a  little warm, believe it or not.  

KR took  Angel to Lower Lunada Terrace while I  rode  to  Sandra's  to  get some plastic  bags.   I also  found some orange netting for my grass.  I rode almost 10 miles, but Mesa street,  just past Steven Ruston's defeated me.   I had to walk a bit up that hill.  

I cooked the steaks and they were amazing.  We had that with garlic bread and asparagus.  

Kurt worked all day and then went up to Corrina's.  Helen is still in Nebraska

Exhausting day at work Thursday H 71 L 59

 OH I ate too much garlic bread, as I write this I am gonna barf, just  kidding,   but  I did  eat  too  much

So the day starts with a bang Maribel, with crown buildup #15.  What a wreck of a tooth.  She broke off part of 15  L due to recurrent decay.  And I had to do  gingevectomy on the lingual and mesial. 

Then her niece  Sophia had an undiagnosed 19 that I did that was so deep and I had to use  MTA on it.  

I  didn't get done until about 1 30 and I came home.  I was so tired I  had to go for a ride or else I would never go.  After,  I just laid around and tried to sleep.  

KR had Valor meeting and then Bill Johnson came to visit.

Wednesday ENT and ORTHO 72 L 61

 What a day

We went to the beach and walked the top portion.   Saw all  kinds of  people,  like Stu and Natalie.  She was in the hospital for almost a week with penumonia.  Man and she is now on oxygen.  Geez hard to get old.

I had 11 am appt with Dr Nina Lee-Tall off of Torrance Blvd, this little medical complex behind 7-11.  She told me a few things I didn't know like there is no point taking Benedryl for my cough as it dries me up and I want to make sure everything is moist, she also looked down my nose and throat, and says  all look ok.  So she suggested GI doc to do an endoscope and see if it is just reflux.

So I guess I will stop taking allergy meds as they don't do anything anyway.

Then it was 1 30 Mayeda appt.  I went to BCO and as I was going in the door I wondered why they don't have Mayade's name on the door, DUH, because I went to the WRONG place.  Mayeda is with  ORTHO, NOT BCO.  So  I  drove out there.  He  spent quiet a bit of time with  me  explaining everything  from the report.   Bottom line is I need MRI  of my back to see if the pain from the hip is from the back.

So, I have an appt for Friday for MRI.

KR got mad because I would not be accomodating right before he went to sleep.  So  he went out and got a large 7.7 IPA and had himself a  good time and was mad all night.

I cooked very good cauliflower rice, with kale, and celery and carrots and onion.  I gave some to Patty.  She also took the  four donuts that Kurt brought back.  I got some bread from Teresa via Nancy Hayata,  and I  gave Patty a loaf and will bring the bread and cabbage to the office tomorrow.

Tuesday H 70 L 58

Kurt went to work.  KR had Bible Study and I cleaned house.  Did more Zoomba all the rooms and gave BunBun a shave.  Too much fur all around.  We went to Veteran's Park and Angel had a great time chasing all the s things.  High school started the cross country training already, as soon as school is done.  Hickory is not out yet, maybe Thursday.

I cooked bacon and asparagus and KR took Angel  for the afternoon walk.  I had an hour and 40 min nap.  I would not have  gotten up except I had to pee bad.   So  I took a shower.

Kurt was home for about a half  hour around 2.  

KR is feeling much better.  The mysterious sickness is gone

Monday 6/10/2024 WHAT a work day

Yup, even though it is Monday I had to work.  KR is feeling better and NO fever today, and coughing is better.

My first patient needed 'new diagnosis', and it took me about 40 min to take more pictures and x rays and do the treatment on two teeth and take out the remaining of  #L.

I barely got out for a short run.  I ran 3.55 miles and the pace is so so slow,  12.51 per mile.  My 3 PM canceled but I still didn't get to leave until about 4 15.  I was tired.

KR walked Angel and had  L&L BBQ for lunch and I made some light dinner.

We managed to sleep together first time in 7 days !!!

Sunday we don't got o church KR still sick H 70 L 61

 It is getting a little warmer

KR still has a fever and I finally called in a Zpak for him.  We don't go to church and I took  Angel to Veterna's Park.  She did go for a walk, as I ran from and  to the car with her.  There were many squirrels and she tried to chase, but the lady that feeds the squirrels were there so we could not really chase the squirrels,

I stopped at Ralphs and got a bunch of good  food.  Tacos and  chicken  strips and a  bunch of corn from the vegetable man who was going to compost them.  I got MORE than 10 ears of corn!!  The chickens were  very happy.

After church on line we had lunch and KR took a nap.  I took a ride and saw a bunch of stuff in the alleys but I could not bring stuff back.   Seven miles

I picked up mom's prescription, and dropped off the suitcase for Tony Yeh to take to Lovely in Taiwan.  He also got the trust documents for Lovely to keep.  The suitcase is 49 pounds so I  had to have him put the smoothies powder in their suitcases

KR  took the ZPak and had some dinner and went to bed early.  Praying he feels better tomorrow

Saturday and KR is NOT better H 70 L 60 cleaning the vacuums

So KR is  still sick   He got up and felt ok, sleep score went up a little, to 77 from 72.  We went to the park and then he was tired.  We also went to FM and  got  a lot of cauliflower.  I  grated 6 and cooked two different batches.  I gave some to Patty and Kurt took some up to Corrina.

He did come home for a few hours and went back.

KR took apart both Roomba and cleaned.  They were so dirty.  I asked him to clean the upright and it was stuffed to the gill so there was  nothing coming through.  He got some out of the main hose and thought he was done and I started to clean the garage and could not get anything to suck up so I disengaged the hose and found another feet of dust that was stuck.  Oh man, it was dirty and dusty work.  

However, the vacuum is now VERY clean.  

I also went to Walgreen to get some COVID tests.  KR tested negative, but I think he had it, and that is why he is hovering between 98.4 and 100.7.   Yup, right before  bed, he had a fever of 100.7

I did some weigh workout in the garage.  Washed my large pillow and the kitchen rug, plus KR's rugs in the bathroom.

Friday KR still sick H 72 L 59

Well, KR felt much better, AT FIRST, and then....

We went to Fire Road and I ran up, then down, each a mile, and according to the watch, the up was exactly the same time as down.  NO WAY.  I thought  I ran much  faster down, but I think my knee was bothering me so I was careful.   Besides, it was REALLY foggy on the trail, and very damp from tree drips and I didn't want to slip.

We came  home and KR started his temp again.  It was 98.4 or something this morning, and then went back up to 99.5.  He slept a bit in the morning and the afternoon.  

He was still coughing as he ate dinner.  I gathered up all clothes for little girl from Patty and a lot of food and the rice cooker and the crock pot and brought over to Andrea, who was living at Harbor Rock Lomita and moved out, and needed stuff.  However her twins are boy/girl and only less than 2 years old.  So I drove over to the other house and dropped off for Marina.  

I tried to nap but could not.

Kurt went to work and then went up to Corrina's. 

Thursday and must be WORKING !!! H 70 L62

I was up early to put the beef shank in the instapot so KR would have something to eat.  Work was BUSY even though there were not that many patients.  I didn't get out of there until after 1.  Dr Leo, the new extern was good.  He helped out alot and was easy going.

KR is still sick, hovering about 95.5 all day.  He did take Angel to Lunada Bay for a walk and then this afternoon to Fire Road.  

Kurt worked all day but came home for half hour in the middle.

The beef shank turned out beautiful.  

I do NOT wanna work next MONDAY !!!!

Wednesday Office meeting and KR still sick H70 L62

 SO we  were  up and went to Fire Road to walk Angel.  I rushed to get to office meeting.  KR started getting the fever  back so he stayed in bed most day.  Kurt went to  work all day.  He says he hates his job, but is not doing anything about it.

Office meeting was 9 - 11

I got home and KR was at 99 and went up to 100 and at one point was clammy so he stayed in bed almost the whole day.  He made himself some noodles with fried chicken I bought.  I went to the store to get chips as Fritos was on sale, and saw orange juice and chicken so I bought some.  I forgot my EBT card as it had about 49 dollars !!!!

I read the papers for a few hours and took the cans out and got ready for bed.  Tomorrow is another  early day

Tuesday and we are not feeling well H 73 L 59

KR went to bible study and he is not feeling well.  Tired and coughing.  Kurt went to work after I really encouraged him and he took some meds and went.

We went to walk Angel at Veteran's Park, so may squirrels and so little time.   We stopped at Ralphs to buy tomato soup and chips.

KR runs a temperature and is in bed most day.  His fever went up to  101 and I went to  the FM by myself.  Got a LOT of lettuce and some swiss chard and some green  onions.  I  gave away some dill and a bunch of  lettuce to Jim around the corner that  has a tortoise.  

We  had bible study,  me George, Anita, Karen and Pam and Christian.  I served watermelon, smoked salmon, cheese and crackers  plus  some cookies and strawberry newton.  It was a delightful  discussion on the Hot  Topic:  Do  you lose your   salvation?

I  put  everything away and had to mop the  floor a little as I  saw ANTS !!!!

Monday cleaning day with Andrea and Maribel 6/3/2024 H 70 L 58

Well, I guess it got up to 70 but didn't feel like it.  Canberra high is 53 low of 38, no thank you.  Taipei H is 81 and L 69, but next few days will be warmer here and Taipei too.  KR took bees to Johns' and then had his bible study group.  We waited for Andrea to show up and then went to Service Road to walk Angel.  My knee nor hip hurt but it was pretty dusty,  and I hate grit in  my shoes. 

My cough is a little better today.  Didn't have to take much cough med, just some benedryl.  

Kurt stayed home from work today.  He is  sick, coughing and congestion.

KR and Kurt had pastrami and soup for lunch.  I had all kinds of junk, like gefilte fish which was kind of fishy.  I opened a can of Kirkland roast beef and it was in chunks in soup.  Not too good, but Angel loved it.  Kurt had some top  ramen.  And slept most afternoon.

KR made chicken salad and had a sandwich and we went to bed early.

Sunday still gloomy Fellowship meal H 68 L 58

 Well, I did get 8.5 hours of sleep.  The sleep scorf is 81.  The vertigo is weird.  Way worse after I get out of the car or after a bike ride.  Not really that bad like last time, but still, kind of different.  I didn't get up until 6 50.  We walked Angel down at the beach and a life guard said to take Angel away, so we did.

KR had host duty so Kurt and I went and h was late so we had to wait in the foyer.  Then I forgot my hearing aids so I had to wear my headphone and listen to the live stream and then had to go outside to cough. 

I came home and then made the crackers and cheese and smoked salmon platter for the meal and went back.  Joy and Walter came back and dropped off a lot of food plus sheets and stuff.  I went and dropped off for a lady in Harbor City who was asking for food.  Her name is Katherine Hart.  

The fellowship meal was great.  We sat with Bill and Elainne and asked Pastor Paul to sit with us and we grilled him on Q&A questions.  The guy could hardly eat.  I came home with a plate of food Kurt.  

They all took a nap while I went for a ride.  Also Tony borrowed a rolling suitcase for his trip to Taiwan.  I need to pack all kinds of stuff for Lovely.

We had very little for dinner.  Too much food at lunch.  Oh, there was a lot of desserts too, like lemon bars and bread pudding and cookies.

JUNE 1, 2024 Saturday H 6ths 8 L 58

 June gloom is upon us after May gray.

We took the recycling and the mini frig to the Torrance shred and recycle center.  It was great to get rid of the mini-frig that has been in the garage for months.  We then went to Veteran's Park and Angel chased a lot of squirrels.  The military families had a walk celebrating Memorial Day walking from the park all the way down  to Torrance Lifeguard station and back.

I felt really strangely dizzy after the car ride today, and not like the usual MdDS dizzy.  It was weird.  Like a real vertigo.  

I just didn't feel too well.

Kurt and KR went to FM, didn't get anything except a head of celery.  

I got 8 hours of slepe and the sleep score was only 75 and FAIR

I biked to the city hall again as I forgot to pick up Christine's ewaste so I dropped off with my bike.  Then I biked another 10 miles all around town.

We had date night at ChickFilA free food for dinner

Friday a slow day

 So KR and I went down to the sand to walk Angel. I can't remember what else.  I did laundry.  Kurt went to work and got off early.  He also rear ended someone although the other car sustained very little damage but his right bumper is caved in.  For someone that has been driving for 10 years and his first accident that is actually pretty good.

KR pruned more dragon fruit, and some folks came by to pick up.  I made cheeseburgers for dinner.

Kurt went up to Corrina's to spend the night.  Helen is still in Nebraska.  

I went biking all over the alleys and didn't find anything.

Went to bed at 9 30 with medication on board.

20 cc of the cough meds plus one benedry.

Woke up coughing at 1 and took another dose

Slept pretty good but the sleep score says FAIR 76
