Halloween 2024 WORKING !!!

 I got dressed and thought why not wear the  skeleton jammies. 

It was slow but i had so many charts I didn't sign  so it took a long time.  Also my last patient was Tracy's cousin Gloria with a large decay  on 30.  I didn't want a pulp exposure.

Came home and KR was asleep and so was Kurt.  He worked only  half day.  I did a bit of the Smart Driving Course and tried to nap but did not.  I went for a ride.

VERY  DIZZY today.  Just donn't seem to be getting better.

Also Lovely said not to bring Kurt to Taiwan in January if he is still vaping as Isaiah started vaping and she can't stand it.  HMMMMM  I guess her kids are not perfect. 

We had many  trick or treaters tonight.  Corinna came over and they w ent to see the neighborhood.  KR and I walked Angel to the park.  There were so  many  people.  They  watched a movie.  I was in bed by 9

Wednesday Game 4 World Series

 The watch didn't even record my sleep  f rom 10 to 12 45 so says I didn't sleep much.

KR took Angel out  and I stayed to clean house.  Kurt went  to work.  I  asked Lovely if Kurt could come to Taiwan and she said only if he was not  vaping.  I guess Isaiah picked up that bad habit and she is mad at him.  What can a parent do?

KR had turkey patty with cooked vegetables that I made.  Eggplant and tomatoes with carrot and a little corn.  It was very good.  

I rode my  bike to  Amazon grocery   and bought lots of ground beef.  The   door buster was 2 bucks a pound and three pounds together with six limit.  

KR went to Matthew's game and they  lost to some Torrance team.

Kurt and I both went to the Y and I took the wt class.  They had  taco salad and I went to bed early. 

WORK TOMORROW

Tuesday Bible Study and KR comes home H 69 L 55

 I only got 6 hours of sleep.  Went to bed at 9 38 and got up at 4 46.  Terrible.    Sleep score was 66

Kurt went to work and ha and a bunch of meetings he said.

I had a class but I canceled it.  

Still very  dizzy, especially at night.  And during any class I have to be careful getting up from supine position.

I went to pick up some oats and brought Rachel Chin some tomatoes and eggplants and brussel sprouts.

I went to the FM by myself and the lady  there helped me carry.  I could not get all the cantaloupe.  TOO HEAVY.

The  chickens liked the lettuce and I gave away most of the tomatoes and eggplants.  I also trimmed some habaneros and gave them away too.

KR got home a little after 6 and ate a quick ham sandwich  and took a shower and everyone showed up f or Bible Study.  It went long.  KR was so tired and so was I.

I am hoping to get some cheap tickets to Taiwan to  visit Mom and Lovely

Monday

 I lost  MONDAY

Kurt  went to w ork and I went biking  at 10 for about 6 miles.  Oh, I went to the  bank to deposit Lovely's check and pay a little of James Visa bill.  

I also cleaned the house of course.  Went for a run at 2 30 for only two miles.  Very slow.

Took Angel up to Fire Road and she walked all the way up 

10 am was pilates class

6 30 was strength training.  Kurt had work all day

I only  got 7 hours of sleep as I could not sleep past 5 am !!!

Sunday KR off to the ranch 10/27/2024

 KR was excited to be going to the ranch.  Somehow he thought Flip was gonna pick him up at 9 am.  Well, Flip showed up right on time at 7 am and so they  packed up and left.  I didn't hear from him all day.

I cleaned all the Roomba's.  Unfortunately, I didn't see a pee puddle by the living room Roomba and sent the machine all over.  So now smells like pee and I  had to mop the   floor and everything.  Plus wipe the Roomba down outside with disinfectant wipes.  I also used the compressor and cleaned all the filters.

I also decided not to clean the spinach.  Too  much to do.  Kurt was up early   to  take Angel for a walk  with Ollie and Corrina and some other folks.  

He napped and then  went up to Corrina's for a D&D party.  I went to Ralphs and bought sandwiches and other stuff for the  next two and half days.  I also cleaned the garage and went over to mom's and cleaned some of the books out and took to the library.  I had to redo the garage to the clicker too.  Don't know why that went off.  

Marmi and Mr Gray both  came to eat.  I stopped at Walmart and Petsmart to get MiniMoo some of the  foods she seems to like.  The one with broth she will eat.

Saturday H 74 L 55 SBCC 5 pm

 Because Kurt wanted to go hiking tomorrow and KR is leaving for the ranch, we went to SBCC 

We were up early  and Kurt was at Corrina's.  KR went to walk Angel and I went to the yoga class.  It seems like that  after a WHOLE month, the  class is no easier.  Today was a new lady.  Slim , tall Asian.

Then it was TWO small beers and FM.  We got a LOT of spinach and  some lettuce for the  hens.

I slept a little.  Kurt came home and we went to 5 pm service.  He went out to  dinner with Bobs and we had left over.  KR ate chicken salad and I had pork chop.

Friday and Kurt's event in Wilmington H 69 L 53

 It was foggy almost all  morning.  I changed sheets and KR took Angel out.  I went to  the CORE class and it was interesting.  Very different.  My left knee was NOT happy.

I got the 'wheel' from the Eufy and it did the trick.  NO MORE clacking sound and Error 7 about the wheel not in alignment.  I  think I am going  to return the two wheels.

Mary ended up in the ER with AFib and is wearing a monitor to see what is what.

I was so tired that I took a nap about 11 30.  KR also took a nap.

Kurt worked 1 - 8 30.  We got dressed up as Superman/Superwoman/Superdog and went  to his event on   L street,.  It was fun.

We came home and after shower  I picked up food from  Whole Foods and dropped some off at Lowe's for Will.  He left and was not looking for me in the parking lot and then had to come back.  Said he had a  brain fart.

KR trimmed more of  the  trees in the back.

Working Thursday H 73 L 53

 Half of my patients didn't show up but I was still busy.  

Cesar came in and he had a bomber of a tooth on 27.  I took the filling out and replaced with GI and he will need a crown.  I also did 26 DL.  He is waiting to lose another 15 pounds before he can have bariatric surgery to reduce wt.  Poor guy.  He is so big.

Mary and I worked well together.  

Sleep last night was 8 hours and score of 85!!!

Pretty dizzy today.

Met Wendy, Renee Chang's daughter annd saw her remodel.  Very nice.  Waiting to see the other one done by Bryan Sampson.  Wendy can talk.  

I went to my Core class at 5 pm

We were going to church and decided to go Saturday night at 5.  Kurt worked ALL DAY  !!!

I went for a bike ride 9.6 miles

Wednesday and the trees got WHACKED H 79 L 54

 We were up early and I had a bad bad dream.  Tyler killed someone in my dream and I was going to report that somewhere and then I was in a band and the instrument I was playing was a kind of weird trumpet.

It was all so confusing and weird.  Tyler would never do that.

Marmi and Mr Gray didn't show up for brekkie.

BUT THEY BOTH SHOWED up for dinner.  Three whole days Marmi is gone and Mr Gray did not show up last night.

The tree trimmers were here.  Only two of them and took only four hours.  They did the podocarpis and the mulberry and some black pine and little of the back pine and packed it all up in the truck and drove it away all for 900 dollars.

KR water proofed the back deck.  He will have to do it again tomorrow.  One can was not enough.

I did a lot of cooking.  Made salmon, and turkey burgers and zuks with eggplants.

Kurt had work all day and and went to the Y for a work out.  FREE month this month. 

I also sent his info in for hopefully more discount than 10 %

Tuesday Taco with Ackerman and Gooch

 I only got 7 hours of sleep last night and s core of 73.  NO GOOD

Plus my legs and hips all hurt.  Too much exercise?  Not doing that much really.  Just maybe five classes a week at the Y.  Hmmm

KR had his Tuesday group and I went to Mat Pilates at 9.  He took Angel for a walk and then to Home Depot for concrete spray.  FM gave us a LOT of squash and eggplant and some lettuce.  I gave most away.

It was warm today.  H 78 L 55

I went to the city office to register for Turkey Trot.  I should have done it last week, would have been five bucks cheaper.  I signed up both for me and Kurt

Got a step stool from the alley.

Went out to Kalveras for dinner with the gang.  It was great.  All six of us for 80  bucks.  Corrina  came over after work and hung out  a bit with  Kurt.  I am going to try to get him cheap YMCA membership tomorrow.  

TREE trimming is tomorrow too.

Monday 10/21/2024H 77 L 55

 It is cold in the morning.

KR had his Monday morning group and Andrea came to clean.  I canceled my 8 am cardio dancing class and went to the 9 am yoga class.

Kurt had work but he came home early, like 1 pm and then went to the Y for a workout.  He wants to join.  We had two other tree company come and give us a bid for the trees.  KR hired one.

Marissa Danny's wife had a panic attack, long story  short, I went to pick her up and drove her to NH and we played ping pong and talked.  They a re having issues with the marriage and I drove her home.  KR cooked some pot stickers and Kurt had some Taco Bsdll.  

Sunday

 and I forgot what happened again

We went down to the beach and they got Mark's plaque back, and it is kind of like marble with engraving. 

So we were up and all went to church.  Kurt said he didn't mind going some Sundays.  It was a guest speaker.  KR did not stay for Q and A.  We had Yamacho for lunch which was katsu chicken.  I went down to Will's job and dropped some off for him.  

I went for a bike ride and dropped off Sumi's tomato plant and her zuks  Then I went to Hannan Chain Korean market for more jujubes except they didn't have any at the old Sports Chalet place.

I came home and KR had taken Angel to the golf course

SBCC event Saturday at the Proud Bird H 79 L 52

 So Kurt had to work early, but he came in late and many drinks I am sure.

However he got there by 8 am at the Proud Bird off of Aviation.  KR walked Angel while I went running and did a load of Kurt's blankets.  3 miles at 13 min mile  SO SO SLOW

We then did FM and got a lot of okra and zuks.  I gave away all the zuks, and there is still a bunch of okra.

We left for the Proud Bird about 11:15 and got there right before lunch.  We did the team building event.  I think we won.  KR got the idea and we built the tallest structure with the paper  and tape.

Then it was chicken wrap with chips and cookie. I was so so dizzy all   day.

We  then had break out room our was "RESOURCE"

We could not figure out what the purpose of the gathering was.  Oh well.  We met Gina, the controller of the company.  We told her a few things about how SBCC should run BREATHE.  But hey, what do  we know?

Came home and KR took a nap and I went for a short ride. Went to Sarah's to pick up food, spaghetti, with very good sauce

I was in bed  by 8  VERY  TIRED

Easy Friday and shooting at LAX Gun Range H77 L55

 So KR tried to go surfing  while I did sheets and laundry.  No Go on surfing so we went to walk Angel up fire road and she disappear for 20 min !!!

It got warmer.  

I canceled my yoga class.

We ate a little and went to the GUN RANGE by Randy's donuts off of Manchester.

It was a lot of fun.  NOT that easy to load and shoot a target that is not even 25 feet away.  So we shall go again some other day.  Got home and ate some lunch and took a nap.  KR took one longer than I did.

Kurt worked all day but got home a little earlier.  He has been putting in almost 8 hour day.  He has to work at the Proud Bird tomorrow, their 'event'.

We are also going

I went and picked up two dinners at Yamacho at the mall, for dinner.  Chicken katsu and noritake chicken plus four rice balls with chicken.  I gave one to Teresa Ho and a tomato plant too, she came by to pick up.

Kurt went out with Corrina and we were in bed by 8  30

Fast and Furious work day Thursday 11/17/2024

 I was up at 5 and then I closed my  eyes  and it  was 6  Got to work on  time

It was fast and furious as there was only two of us.  Me and Mary.

Robert Brown had an appt and he no showed and no call.  These kids we can't see them.

I got home about 1 and KR had his Valor meeting.  He came home and I went to pick up candlestick holder by Calle Mayor.

I tried to nap but could not.

The Eufy wheel came and I ORDERED THE WRONG ONE !!!!!  I didn't read the description, and thought you look down on the machine and right is right.  Nope, right is left as the website says look down on the machine and order the correct one.  JEEZ

So I gotta order another wheel.  I put  the 'left' one in and the vac still makes a ruckus.  So I am praying my diagnosis is  correct and the  problem will be fixed when I order the other wheel.

Kurt had work all day annd brought home a bunch of egg rolls .  They had pot luck at the office.

I had Core class at the Y with Kyle. 

KR had a Whole Foods wrap and Greek Salad and we were  in bed by 9

Wednesday 10/16/2024 H 70 L 62

 And it drizzled a little.  I don't think the sun ever came out here.

I got the Fitbit Sense 2 last night  and the screen is all screen is all scratched up.  The band looks really worn.  Jeez.  I should not have bought this one.  At least the one Kurt got is BRAND new !!!! 

KR and I made up !!!  I went to the Y cardio class and he tried to go surfing.  NO GO !!  So he took Angel.  I only did half the class and then did weighs.

I had cooked shank last night, and had some.  Sarah dropped off some chicken floss and fettuccine with chicken and KR had that for lunch.

Kurt worked all day.  I packed his lunch of course.

He is having pot luck tomorrow and is bringing some chips I bought today.  I also got him chocolate milk.  I should have waited for the weekend, if I spent 35 dollars would have gotten a case of water free.  Oh well.  

KR took a nap (only one beer) and then to Matthew's game.  I was so so dizzy  this morning.  I forgot to take the klonipin.  

I went to Whole Foods to pick up the order and dropped one off for Will.  

Tuesday and what did I do?

 Weather not too good.

KR had his class, and I know when he goes he always get an attitude adjustment so he came home and apologized.  Which is good.  Because  I just  kept quiet and let him stew in his whatever.

I went to the pilates class at 9 with Lilly.  Always good.  She is like Maureen very  thorough.

KR went to FM and we got a LOT of vege but I gave all away.  Tomatillos and also the toaster oven and the trash  can from mom's went to Lulu Pena of south bay pantry group.

I also brought a lot to Junko, who lives by AAA.  Sarah  also wanted some tomatoes and tomatillos and I dropped off.

I biked the alleys and nothing to be had.

We had bible study.  It was HOT TOPIC and very lively.  Peter didn't come.  

I finally got TWO Whole Food orders  TooGoodToGo and I will give one to Will tomorrow as he is working.

Kurt slept as soon as he got home and then he went out with Corrina to Hermosa Beach

Monday and KR is still grouchy

 So last night after we went walking and was ready for  bed, KR got mad because I wanted to talk about my trip  to see Jesse.

Well, this morning he was still mad.  Oh well

He also had at least three shots before he took a nap.  I  just  need  to pray to GOD about this and  let it be.

He tried to go surfing, PV, Ave's, El Porto  and  nothing.

So he took the  dog.  I drove the Tacoma to Freddy's  muffler and rode my bike back.   OH MAN, it was so so loud driving without a catalytic converter and so so so slow, so I had my blinkers on.

I stopped at the office just to chat.  It was only  a  5 mile ride.

I also rode the alleys  NOTHING to be had.  I got a Roomba from Junko  She said it  was  not working right but I put our Roomba battery in it and  was just fine.  Maybe it is her docking  station.

I  cooked zuks and tomatoes, rice and  KR had dinner.

Kurt worked all  day and said he was EXHAUSTED after work.  Well, with a weekend like the one he had in San Diego, no wonder.

I was in bed by 9

Sunday almost Funday

 So I kind of bought a car.

I did pay 800 USD for a car for the Johnson's that I told them was FREE.  From Jesse Brown

KR tried to go surfing.  No go.  Walked the dog and I did laundry.  Went to church and then home no Q and A, Tracy gave the sermon.

Kurt is in San Diego with Corrina visiting Inaya and Rene

I drove out to Cerritos to see Jesse and meet the Johnsons's and see the Lexus.  They are going to meet tomorrow at AAA to transfer the car.  I stopped at ATM and got 800 USD.

KR had SEVERAL drinks, as 3 hours later was still .04.  We went to the golf course and he got golf balls and we got chased out by a Pro.

I had dinner before we left for golf course.  KR had knockwurst

Healing California Saturday Long Beach

 We were up  earlya gain.  I  can't sleep well.  Kurt  had  gone up to Corrina's last night and spent the night.  He came home this morning.

I went to  a yoga  class annd my  back and  my knee   was hurting me.   Dang.   Andi ti s  830  pm and   my left  knee  really h urts.

KR took Angel out.

We  went   to  FM and  got a lot  of   tomatoes  and  some  lettuce and  some  zuks.

We left  for Long  Beach  New Hope  Church o ff of New York  Street  and there was a lot of people  Let's just  say  the clinic was a bit  chaotic.  Not  enough surgical instruments  and  small gloves  were  not  to be  found.  We saw  Jeff,  of course, plus Dr Han and Dr Tom and Evelyn  Wong !!!!

We worked until there was no more chair and no  more  patients other than hygiene.  I took out one tooth and did some cleaninngs.  

We came home and I tried to nap.  NO GO  KR took Angel to the golf course and I cooked eggplants and pork.  Mixed it with the udon from last night and  KR had a great dinner

Friday 10/11/2024 Our 39th Anniversary STOLEN catalytic converter

 We were up  early and what  a day  it  was.

KR wrote me a RAP SONG, and he read it to me in bed !!!!  He took Angel out  and I went to a Core  class  at the  Y.  It was very good with Maureen.   

I also went on a bike ride to bring stuff over to mom's, all t his clothing I have been collecting for Steven.  

Kurt had work.  I  picked up TooGoodToGo order from Mitsuwa.   It  was good.  Chicken bowl.  Charity came and  picked up the clothing  rack from downstairs.  I got a shelfing system from Patty  and I put that downstairs.

Kurt lost his  catalytic converter last night.   I heard the  dog bark  at about  1  and I  got   up and  look  outside and didn't see  anything.  He started the car and heard the rumble and thought I did  something.   Nope,  it was  gone.

I took him to NH to get the other  car and he  went to work.

The Brush assembly from Eufy and  KR spent an hour  putting it in and it was STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT !!!!!   We need the  wheel assembly.

I called several places and the cheapest was about 1800.  Steve Lopez said that he can prolly get it  done for about  1200

DANG THAT IS A LOT O F MONEY

Thursday WORK and CalvaryLife with Kurt and Pops

 I was up by 5.  Can't seem to sleep  in anymore.  Sleep  score was 85 tho for today.  Weird.  Never know.

Got to  work on  time, and Diamond had said  she  was not coming then  she was coming and KR cameand had his crown  adjusted, and hopefully the  hot  sensitivity would go  away.

KR took out Diamond's crown and we tried to fix the three way syringe  but it  was still not spraying water.  

I went for a ride but nothing in the alley.

KR took Angel for a walk at the  beach  when I  went to my 5 pm Core  class.  

We went to CalvaryLife  in Harbor Gateway Thursday night service.   There  was  ALOT OF PEOPLE!!  Kurt wanted to go to a week day service.  I liked it.  They thought it was kind of like Feel Good kind of  church.  

Wednesday 10/9/2024 H 71 L 61 CPR !!!!!

 It was foggy most  morning.  I only  had  7 hours of sleep.  

KR and I went with  Angel to walk and stopped at Ralphs and got some chicken wings.  I did a  lot  of paperwork.  Filling the  recycling  bin.  I made Kurt a very nice burger for lunch and he worked  9  - 5.  I think  he is not liking this  full time stuff.  The  wings were good, and KR had for lunch.

We had CPR TRAINING today  at  McMillian Center on Skypark. n

KR took  a nap   and  went to Matthew's game at Narbonne.  I went for a bike ride to drop off the  neck warmer and then  the  alley.    Didn't get anything.  Dropped off some books and Beanie Babies at the little library.

KR had turkey  taco salad that I  made. 

Tuesday

 I need to  do this  daily  or else  I  won't  remember what happened

There  was Bible Study and FM and I went to Pilates  with Lilly at 9  while KR took  Angel  out

There was a lot of  tomatoes and some eggplants and I gave away a lot of food.   Some broccoli too.

KR and I went  to mom's  and  I cleaned a  lot of  the  paperwork, recycling  and  bringing  some stuff home  to give away, like  the toaster oven.   KR did yard work.

I  was  really tired. 

I  got TooGoodTo Go  food for dinner.  Teriyaki bento box.  Kurt  and KR  could n ot finish  one.  It was great at 6.70 !!!

I  will try to order more   Like from Whole Foods

Monday almost Funday 10/7/2024

 Weather foggy  all morning.  Suppose to  be 115 in the desert. 

KR had zoon with group and Andrea came to clean.  I went to cardio dance class at 8 and biked 11 30 for only 2 miles and ran at 4 in the afternoon for 2.8 miles and the hip hardly hurt.  Maybe it is all the YMCA exercise classes I am doing ???

KR went and walked Angel.

I cleaned the chicken coop and repotted some plants.

Sleep was good 8 hr 15 with 86.  Sometimes I  just can't fall asleep

Kurt had work ALL DAY and didn't get home until after 5.  Said he spoke with his 7 new clients.  SBCC is having an event at the Proud Bird and we registered 19th, October.

I juiced the carrot and the beets with ginger I bought. 

Also signed up for a new app  TOOgoodTOgo and ordered food from Mitsuwa.  We shall see.  Interesting concept.

Sunday

 I slept for 8 and half hours!!!!  WOW

We welked Angel at the beach and it  was foggy.  Church without Kurt.  He was asleep until we got home from church.  Said he was VERY tired.  He did some cleaning.  We stopped at Ralphs  and bought a pizza and other stuff for dinner/lunch.

Corrina came by and we watched their Hawaiian pics on TV and we showed them some of our Kenyan trip.

Church was Hot TOPIC

Kurt went to sleep about 6 when Corrina left.  THey had a wonderful time, they say and  wanna go back

Saturday

 Beach walk, 9  30 yoga, 12 30 bike ride.

What else happened?  We went to FM and got a lot of squash and carrots and beets  I am going to juice them.  

We went to Black Bear Diner for yummy  prime rib.  Kurt and Corrina came home.  Helen  picked them up.  Their flight  was half hour  late but they  had a great time.

I went to  bed by  7 30.  I was very  tired.

I asked Patty  to  order the battery for the Eufy and there is somethinng wrong with the wheel and I can't figure it out yet.

Friday BAD sleep day

 I only  got 4 hours and 47 min  of sleep last night.  Could not stay asleep once I woke up about 4 50 and stayed up too late for KR to come home from Lobster Diving.  He went to the break wall and said that it was a REALLY hard dive.  He got four.  Nice ones.  He boiled one up and I went to bed last night about 11.

KR slept in as he got a lot of exercise.  I also cooked some very good  soup and he had some before bed last night.

He went to walk Angel and I went to 8 am Core Conditioning class then 9 am yoga.  My left knee kept locking up and I had to use the foam roller in the main  gym to loosen it up.

KR went to June's memorial.  Matthew's foster mom.  Then the lunch was at VFW.  How sad that she had to pass now Alfred and Aaron has Matthew there  Who is going to do all the women stuff?

KR went and walked Angel again while I talked with Jesse Brown.  I was gonna nap, but I got busy  fixing the Roomba.  It was not charging for some reason.

I also ate half a lobster, with lots of butter.

Getting fat.  Need to stop eating all this stuff

THRUSDAY working 7 45 - 1

 I barely got done on time

It is day of work, and I got there at 7:45.  The first patient was bondings on 8 and 9.  She had cracked her teeth horizontally in half by hitting the pool at her apartment complex Monica had placed some MTA and composites.  The composites were a bit lumpy and got stuck together so I ground most of the facial off and then did two beautiful bondings.  

I rushed to BCO for my left shoulder injection of steroid.  

Got home and took a nap  for hour and half.  KR tried to sleep, but  could not and took  all the  halloween stuff out and decorated the outside.

I went to my class at 5 and my shoulder was good.

KR took Angel for a walk and then he went diving.

Wednesday and the last load of plants H 73 L 60

So Bea Alagata says  El Cajon is getting warm the last few days, not here.  We had fog all along the coast and cold, at least to me.  

KR got  up before I did and I went to Cardio dancing, at the Y and with my head phones on, it was not too loud.  I actually  got my heart rate up to 150 !!!

KR walked Angel to the service road.

We went and got the last load of plants and put them out and EVERYONE came to get them.  I told them on the BNT site NOT to double park, nor park in my neighbor's driveway, nor mine, but people just CANNOT behave.  I had to ask two people to MOVE THEIR CARS.

KR had tamales in soup  for lunch and I snacked.  Need to snack less.  Getting up  to 110 again.

Need to go down to 106

I took an hour nap and so did KR.

He took Angel to the golf course and I did two loads of laundry  today.  I rode the alleys and parked the truck back at NH.  Nick got the  three cones up again.  I am going to have to call the office and find out what is what.

I  took a bunch of clothes over there so that our closets are emptier.

Kurt  and  Corrina  went to  Oolomana and climbed the first peak.  They  and  Mac and Kathy went out to dinner.  Looks like they are having a great time

Tuesday and SO MANY PLANTS 10/1/2024

 I  forgot to mention, Kurt and Corrina had dinner with Adam and Atalia at Pounders after they went  to Pupukea for a swim, and saw North Shore.

KR got up  before I did and went to class.  Brought me some apple fritter.  I am getting FAT

He then went back to the house on Talisman to get more plants.  I put them all out on the driveway and they were taken FAST.

We went back again for another load and tomorrow should be the last load !!!   Charity took the  bells and the totem !!

We had bible study

We also had lunch with Denise at Kalvaras.  $1.49 TACO Yes !!!

Monday

 What happened yesterday????

I got plants from Tony Yeh.  He text me and says he sold  a house and come and clean the plants out.  I went over by Jefferson middle and brought back a whole truck load of plants

I also called NH and had Nick B move his van that was blocking me.  

KR had his morning group and I   went  to YOGA while  he walked Angel

THen I went to get the car to run the plants

After KR went to nap, I rode the alley  and found stuff for Steven that I brought over to the garage

KR had training for TRAK and I went to the Cardio class.  IT WAS SO LOUD I had to leave.  Neer even got into the room

I did a little stair climber and then some weights and came home.
