PT Wednesday with Matt
Well I thought with the NightLase sleep would be better, NOPE, 39
Saturday I did get a 71. What happened? Who knows
KR went surfing, or he tried. I went to the office first to deliver Maribel's roses and lunch and some candles. It was her birthday last Sunday.
Then it was PT with Matt. We spent quite a bit of time getting down to brass tack. There were other people that seem to be getting accupressure and massage. One guy was there without a shirt. Interesting.
Then it was pilates class at 11 and I was a little
late. There was an incident, a lady knocked over the trash and hit her in the head. I told Tina that she needs to tell everyone that there should be four rows of mat and that people that take up too much space needs to move.
KR had a beer, but he asked if he can. That is nice.
Alan has cellulitis of the leg and the docs there put him on doxycycline plus augmentin, and a topical too. His leg has been swollen for a few days before he went to the doctor. I thought he should be on IV antibiotic but Lovely didn't want that.
I hade some cream spinach, from the chicken alfredo sauce I had from the Ralphs stouffer meal that I bought earlier. Should have bought more, Also cooked the wagu steak. It was VERY good. I did get a costco chicken too yesterday when I got gas.
KR went to Dan's class and I took a shower and got my party stuff ready. First the dress and when I cannot handle the high heel anymore I will change into my ghost jammies with slippers.
KR also tried to fix his bumper, but several clips are missing. So I bought the super strong 3M auto tape for him at Walmart and some socks for Will and Diamond. Just to get the 35 dollars min so I can skip the shipping.
Teeth cleaning on the porch Tuesday 1/13/2026
KR had his morning group and I was up early too. My nose is still very irritated from the CPAP so I switched to the nasal cushion last night and seems to be better but hissing more. I have a zit on the same left side again. I started using benzyl peroxide and seems to help Also there is a little blood when I blow my nose in the morning. The reflux seems to be better, but my right hip is still bothering me.
Sleep score was BAD 38
I had yoga at 9 and then pilates at 10. Andrea and Mari came to clean. They do such a good job. KR went to FM and got some cabbage and cauliflower and I gave all to Andrea plus the mushrooms he got out of the bin from KT and Katie.
I had to leave for Dr Chavez the NightLase for my throat. It was a bit more painful this time and I had some coughing fits but we got it done quick and I came back. Since I had no gas, I stopped at Costco and then shopped for milk and bananas and salad dressing, etc.
Donna brought her mom over. Donna said she had something stuck in her gums, she thinks it is a piece of chicken, turns out to be tarter and she developed some gum abscess. I got a mirror and then scaler and cleaned her lower teeth on the porch the best I can. She had some LARGE CHUNKS. Also gave her some peridex solution to use.
They were very thankful.
I went for a quick bike ride. Nothing in the alley, just 5.84 miles
Went to bed by 9 but sleep score still bad.

Monday home via Julian
We were up early and went to the SLOT !!!
I was barely able to get down the hills, and Angel was just running amok. We made it all the way through just to the area where we climbed up last time. Angel and I stopped and sat down and waited for KR to bring the car back. There was one car waiting for us, and no other car came in.
We went back and KR washed Angel, we packed up and went to Julian. We got three pies and and went home. I ate some strawberry rhubarb on the way home. That is MY FAVORITE pie from now on. KR got the no sugar apple and it was kind of bland, plus the bumbleberry, which is three berries pie which was a little too much sugar, I think.
Kurt was home and not feeling well. We were home by 2.15 pm. We unpacked and cleaned some and put the boxes I told Kurt to stay in his room so that he does not infect anyone. I cannot be sick before my surgery next week. HAHAHA
KR had bible study at Joe Bark's house with Chris Cannon at 6 30 and I was in bed by 8. BUT the watch said I went to bed at 9 and was up for almost three house. REALLY??
Sunday On our way to Borrego Springs
Final week of 'freedom' hahaha
We were up early and started packing and getting ready to leave. We got on the road to Anza Borrego about 8. We were hungry and stopped at Farmer Boys in Lake Elsinore and had just one sandwich. I stopped at Aldi's for some juice and some chips and we were on our way. We got to the desert at about 1, and checked into the Stanlunds Motel. We were the only car there.
We rested about half hour and KR wanted to go to the Rock House. We got there and the star gazing house was half way down as the rain was bad two weeks ago. Clark Dry Lake bed was slightly wet, but we can see a little of the rain. We dropped off the stuff we had brought to the desert and took a bunch of pics and drove back to tow.
We stopped at DG market, also known as Dollar General market, and I noticed that the bumper on the 4runner was GONE gone and GONE.
We bought some salad and then went back to the rock house (even though we had gone to coyote canyon too) and found the bumper, with the license plate. We stopped at the Mexican Place and ordered two burritos and then back to the motel. There were three more cars.
We had a great dinner and went to bed.

Dinner with the Kriegers Saturday
What a day
Started out nice and VERY cold. It was so cold that I could not take it staying outside. KR left with Angel. Andrian came to work at 8 - 3 30 and I paid him 15 bucks an hour for 7 hours. KR worked with him for a bit. Saying he is pretty slow. BUT at least he is willing to come and work. It took him an hour to get six flats of sunflowers from across the street and plant in the YMCA lot. SHEESH
KR went to FM and got some lettuce and cabbage and an acorn squash. There was a sink hole at the Southeast corner of Maple and 226 resulting in water shut off for over four hours. The pipe under the sidewalk on the 226 side callapsed, with broken pipe and the only thing holding the sidewalk up was the tree roots. Glad no one got hurt.
I went for a ride after morning PT with Matt. We decided on some exercises and I will see him twice next week and then it is Dr Petti time. My bras came and they are nice and only one pair of KR's shoes came, and they are all manmade material upper, I don't know if he would like it. The other one is coming TOMORROW!!!!
Since the water was off, we went to the jacuzzi, and showered. I COMPLETELY FORGOT the dinner date at the Kriegers so we were about 10 min late. SHEESH We had such yummy pork ribs and salad and corn and beans and pie and Tillamook peach ice cream which was amazing. I must have dropped KR's wallet there so we will have to go back and get it tomorrow on our way out to the desert.
We got home and I was so tired. Maybe because I took a tramadol before leaving as the right hip was really whinging me.
TRIP TOMORROW !!!!
