Working AM Tuesday

 Yup, I had to work the AM shift.  NOT AGAIN.  I was up early, and realied I didnt put my watch on until late but the sleep score is still good, so I am not sure what is up.  KR had to move to the other bed, AGAIN.  Maybe I will start sleeping in the other room or something.

I was at work early, and Dr Q was there.  It is his second to the last week.  I brought my airpods into the office and they still cannot connect and do hearing test either.  I guess I have to bring my airpods to the hearing aid office to hook it up.

Work was so busy that I didn't write a single chart until 1, and took me about half hour to finish.  Dr Sata had arrived already and she could not connect either.

I got home and KR was just getting ready to go play pickleball.  LuSieng came by and was really troubled from a text from Christine Jung, telling her she should not do her posts all FLASH, as the horders will ask for too many things.  She was really bothered by Christine's msg.  I would too if she sent me that text.  I told her not to be bothered by it, and just ignore it, she didn't.  She replied back that it was rude of Christine, which I think so too, and Christine read the msg and did not reply back.

I went for a ride and my hip was ok.

No rain Monday

 Back to regular work week.  We were up early and my sleep score is now 61  WOWOWOW  I guess the CPAP really work, or something.

HOWEVER, my hip is a mess, right side the butt really hurts. 

KR went surfing early and then pickleball.  That man is a beast.  I had yoga at 9 and then could not move.  HAHAHA  I did do some more pictures, and threw some stuff away.  KR had left over curry for lunch and a nap.  I went riding to Walmart and the card I got for anniversary was NO GOOD.  I have to call them tomorrow to see what the problem is.  I bought sandwich bags and some more croutons.

I made fried chickens also and KR didn't eat, neither did I.  Maybe a little cabbage salad that Sumi made.

Took a shower and was in bed by 8

I got my AirPod Pro 3 the one that is suppose to have hearing aid capability.  

More Rain Sunday 1/4/2026

 Well, so the pickleball was not a good idea, but hey.

KR tried to go surfing but no go.  He came back and took Angel for a short walk and then got gas and went to church.  I stayed home and zoomed as he was the usher in the library and Kurt stayed at Corrina's so I didn't want to sit alone.  Besides my hip was hurting real good.

I cooked some chicken with curry and acorn squash plus bell peppers and onions.  KR had some left over first, spaghetti with meat sauce plus two meatballs before church and had a good lunch after.  He did not stay for Q & A and went to check the surf but said it was no good.

He went to play pickleball but there were too many people so he called me and we went to jacuzzi and then home. 

Tomorrow is another day, a FULL WORK WEEK !!!!

Rainy Saturday 1/3/2026

 So it was not suppose to rain, but it did rain.  I was doing photos, and frames again, and KR took the tree down, all by himself.  He took Angel to the beach and I went to a yoga class.  My hip is still sore, from the cardio class yestereday I am sure even though I didn't do much.  I limped along and came home by 10 30.

We had lunch and went to NH for a little pickleball action.  Well, I lasted about 15 min before my hip said no more.  KR also pulled a little muscle in his left calf so he was limping a little.  We came home and I had a nap, nice one, and KR didn't sleep much.  Chuck came over but don't know what he wanted.

I finally spoke with Arthur Tong, his mom Stella is coming back on the 7th, but her mail is over flowing and I told him I will bring them over here so they don't get wetter and flies all over too.

We had more left over for dinner, me only soup and a little steak today.  Maybe I will stay 110, instead of creeping up. 

Kurt was at Corrina's all day, and will come home some time tomorrow.  I did some of his laundry, plus some of ours.

Both Marmi and Mr Gray came to eat tonight.  Yipee

Eddie is flying out to Perth for a meeting.

Nic and Celine had the gender reveal.  They are having a girl.  

Friday 1/2/2026

 It rained most day

We were up very early, seems like I wake up at 4 30 or so and can't get back to sleep.

KR confessed that he LIED to me again, that he had a large BUD and then another beer at Steve's Rose Bowl party yesterday.  He needs to get with GOD about this, and I need to stay out.

I went to a cardio class at 8 and then a yoga at 9.  I was sore when I was done.  KR was pruning the tree and he smelled like beer.  Yup, he went and bought a LARGE BUD.

I thought he would give drinking a rest.

I also got my car smogged at Lomita Smog.  Bassey was great.  I brought some chocolate for him and he was so impressed.  I passed of course.   I also paid online so should be getting my sticker soon.

KR thought he would go play pickleball as the rain was suppose to quit after about half hour maybe.  Well, it started at about noon and it kept going and finally quit about 6 30.  Kurt went up to Corrina's.  KR had In n Out for dinner, I had half a burger and Kurt had one.

I washed my hair and took the usual med, PLUS a tylenol, extra strength.  We walked Angel to the park, almost and my hip was REALLY sore.  Guess I am not to do those cardio class.

Sleep score was 54 only because I slept 8.5 hours.  

Got to bed at 9 15.  Used my CPAP HAHAHA

Happy New Year 2026

 Today is the beginning of a new year.  What will this year bring?  Only GOD knows.

It started with rain that had been going on for hours.  Pasadena Rose Parade had RAIN first time in 20 years.  Yup, 2006 was the last time.  It was hilarious to see everyone WET.  I was up at 4 could not sleep, and we watched the parade,.  Then we went to NH gym and WORKED OUT!!!  

Me and Gup had a nice workout.  I sat in the sauna for a few, then to the jacuzzi and then home.  I tried to cast ESPN via DirecTV on my phone but it would play on the phone but won't cast on to the TV.  So KR went to Steve's and watched it there.  Steve cooked ham hock and white beans.  THAT guy knows how to cook.

I didn't go but for a bite, went for a ride and rested at home,

New Years Eve 2025

 I cannot believe this is the LAST day of 2025.  What a year it has been  I was talking to KR about how many doctor visits I had this year and I should go over my phone and find out.  We were up early as I had hard time staying asleep.  KR slept in a bit longer.  Sleep score still in the 30's.  

After a successful session I went for a bike ride before the rain.  KR went to check the surf, no go.  Maybe diving but if the rain is too bad, would be too too slippery.  He went to play pickleball at 9 and I started the prime rib roast.  I forgot the garlic powder until Kurt woke up and said that roast smells good !!!  I just sprinkled it all over.  I also baked the last two potatoes from Adele.

By 11 30 I was really hungry and we had 'supper' at 11 45.  We scarfed down the roast and they had potato and I had Sumi's salad and KR had regular salad.  I had gone to the store earlier and bought OJ, salad, bananas, and apple juice all for a little over 10 bucks.  I had the free OJ coupon.  For years it was free may coupons and now it is free OJ.  I don't care free is good.

We took a nap.   I had the bad cough for a bit.  KR went and dropped off two lobsters for Elijah and foster mom.  Kurt is gonna take one up to the party tonight.  KR had a nice long chat with Tyler.
