Sunday and Kurt starts moving out. 1/18/2026

 What a day.  I was up early and KR took Angel down to the beach and I stayed home and got stuff ready.  Most of the room is set up with little table, wedge pillow, vacuumed, air freshed.  Corrina had spent the night after he picked her up from the airport.  She had a tournament in Sacramento.  They had an appt with the apartment agent and went at 10.  We went to church and then I came home and then KR came home.  

I gave him a beer from the trunk of my car.  HAHAHA. He planted three trees and went to play pickleball.  I stopped by the condo and put some stuff away.

Mark's plane was late so he got here about 3 and we drove over there and got him situated.  Gave him the key to the condo and the car.  

Kurt moved the bed and the dresser and some lamps and will do more tomorrow.

Corrina is coming over tonight, and we went out to Black Bear's diner.

HA Saturday blog posting on Saturday

 I could not sleep again and was up by 5 am.  I kept waking and then sleeping and all that and finally got up about 5.  I worked a lot before my PT appt.  Matt reminded me that there are five exercises I am suppose to do.  I had forgotten and only did two.  It was a good session.

Came home and worked some more.  KR had left for Exposition Park, Science Center with Elijah.  He has never been there before and was so much fun he said.  Kurt and I went to FM and got a lot of lettuce.

By the time KR came back my back was whinging me.  Also I planted some sunflowers, 8 this morning, driving over with Kurt's truck.

Kurt was going through his stuff and packing.  He is meeting the manager of the apartment tomorrow at 10 and I am hoping to go and see the place tomorrow.  He thinks he is just taking the large furniture tomorrow, like the dresser and the bed. and frame.  He is trying to figure out how to get the other guy to pay more for the larger room.

Adrian came to work today and he was SO SO SLOW.  I wanted to tell him to speed it up but he was on his phone and then taking breaks and trimming the plants so so slowly.  KR bought another tree from Armstrong and he is going to plant THREE MORE TREES.  He did trim the plum and will take out the Asian pear as that always have worms.

Kurt went to the airport to pick up Corrina.  She spent the night.

I washed everything on the computer room bed and is ready for Monday.  I don't think I am anxious.  Just want to get it over with.

Friday with Bill and Friday Night Lite

 HA  I am writing Friday on FRIDAY  HAHAHAHAHAHAH

We just got back from church and we provided the snacks, cheese, crackers, grapes, cookies of the girls scout persuasion, sausages and tangerines.  Elaine drove Bill down and stayed so KR did not have to take him back home.  KR had offered to bring him but he declined.

I went to cardio dance, doing not much and then to yoga.  I thought I had PT that I was late, but Positive Energy called me back and said it was TOMORROW  HAHA

I stopped at mom's and took the stuff that might go to Isaiah into the house.  Took a pic of the bed frame for Kurt and posted the fruit/stuff bins.  Many people want them.  KR went surfing.  I also stopped at Aldi's and got prunes and other stuff, dropped some off at Becky Nobles house in Lomita.  

Came home and KR bought TWO FRUIT TREES!!!  I had gotten him some beers from Aldi.  Carlsberg.

I went for a bike ride, and then picked up a Winix air purifier and bought a filter from Amazon so we now have another.  Kurt is going to take one I am sure.

Work and SBCHC PARTY !!!!!1/15/2026

 Well, so we were up super early, for you know WHAT !!!   I text Maribel and she said I would be done by noon about so I drove myself to work and got there right at 6 45

The day was BUSY, with the kids coming in that have a dad that is a banger and he was in and out of jail and now he is back in jail and the kids are with grandma.  And Gabby, whose real name is Myra was in and out of juvie and she was smoking dope and according to grandma, popping pills.  Her eyes were half ptosis.   I did a lot of cavitron work on all the kids.  Sheesh, just makes me sad

I was home and tried to lay down for a little nap, but KR woke me but I did not sleep.  KR had me up and getting ready.  I put on my eyelashes, yup, fake ones, from Nancy and KR picked up the eyelash glue from Sarah.  He also picked up the auto tape from Walmart that he fixed the bumper with, and hopefully that would stay on.  He added four or six screws to keep them stable.  AHHAHA

We got there at almost 3 and KR played golf the whole time and had a great time.  I did NOT swing at all.  We ONLY had me, KR, Maribel and Dr Sata.  Monica is still out of town and Tracy said she didn't feel well and Johanna said she had a doctors appt at 4.  Dang, we were so under represented. 

I snuck some potstickers home and Kurt had them for dinner.  We ended at 5, and the food was taken away by 4, and they throw everything away.  I felt so sad.  I should have snuck more food home.

We didn't have much dinner.  Ate too much at TopGolf.

PT Wednesday with Matt

 Well I thought with the NightLase sleep would be better, NOPE, 39

Saturday I did get a 71.  What happened?  Who knows

KR went surfing, or he tried.  I went to the office first to deliver Maribel's roses and lunch and some candles.  It was her birthday last Sunday.  

Then it was PT with Matt.  We spent quite a bit of time getting down to brass tack.  There were other people that seem to be getting accupressure and massage.  One guy was there without a shirt.  Interesting.

Then it was pilates class at 11 and I was a little 

late.  There was an incident, a lady knocked over the trash and hit her in the head.  I told Tina that she needs to tell everyone that there should be four rows of mat and that people that take up too much space needs to move.

KR had a beer, but he asked if he can.  That is nice.

Alan has cellulitis of the leg and the docs there put him on doxycycline plus augmentin, and a topical too.  His leg has been swollen for a few days before he went to the doctor.  I thought he should be on IV antibiotic but Lovely didn't want that.

I hade some cream spinach, from the chicken alfredo sauce I had from the Ralphs stouffer meal that I bought earlier.  Should have bought more,  Also cooked the wagu steak.  It was VERY good.  I did get a costco chicken too yesterday when I got gas.  

KR went to Dan's class and I took a shower and got my party stuff ready.  First the dress and when I cannot handle the high heel anymore I will change into my ghost jammies with slippers.

KR also tried to fix his bumper, but several clips are missing.  So I bought the super strong 3M auto tape for him at Walmart and some socks for Will and Diamond.  Just to get the 35 dollars min so I can skip the shipping.

Teeth cleaning on the porch Tuesday 1/13/2026

 KR had his morning group and I was up early too.  My nose is still very irritated from the CPAP so I switched to the nasal cushion last night and seems to be better but hissing more.  I have a zit on the same left side again.  I started using benzyl peroxide and seems to help  Also there is a little blood when I blow my nose in the morning.  The reflux seems to be better, but my right hip is still bothering me.

Sleep score was BAD 38  

I had yoga at 9 and then pilates at 10.  Andrea and Mari came to clean.  They do such a good job.  KR went to FM and got some cabbage and cauliflower and I gave all to Andrea plus the mushrooms he got out of the bin from KT and Katie.

I had to leave for Dr Chavez the NightLase for my throat.  It was a bit more painful this time and I had some coughing fits but we got it done quick and I came back.  Since I had no gas, I stopped at Costco and then shopped for milk and bananas and salad dressing, etc.

Donna brought her mom over.  Donna said she had something stuck in her gums, she thinks it is a piece of chicken, turns out to be tarter and she developed some gum abscess.  I got a mirror and then scaler and cleaned her lower teeth on the porch the best I can.  She had some LARGE CHUNKS.  Also gave her some peridex solution to use.  

They were very thankful. 

I went for a quick bike ride. Nothing in the alley, just 5.84 miles

Went to bed by 9 but sleep score still bad.
