I had the best night sleep last night, without coughing awake or spitting or anything, maybe a few squirts of the sore throat med. So, I thought today is the day I would be well
WELL
I am not well still. I got up with no energy, and then coughing started, spasm of the bronchus it feels like. I finally called Dr Lee who said need to try Dulera an inhaler, and steroids to start 40 mg today, and if I don't feel better tomorrow, do 40 again, then 30 / 30, 20/20, 10/10. If I felt better to do 40/30/20/10. I am really hoping I would feel better as I have OSHA and office meeting tomorrow.

Doug comes over and brings the THC thing and the tincture for me to try. Hey, it can't hurt, right? Shirley comes too, and Doug gives me a bunch of statin med. The steroids or something makes me shake and I feel tense. I gotta go to the sauna and steam room again tonight. I went last night and felt much better.
KR is trying, blowing on the BAC for me. We finally agreed no driving at .03 or higher, which I think is still not right.
