MONDAY and both of us worked

 KR zoomed with his group only for half hour.  Weather was kind of cloudy all day.

He went to work and then I went to work.  KR to Bill and ME to Beverly

They had too many patients, but I managed and just got them to wait for me.  Mary Eileen's crown is not easy.  Mr. Luna has pain with his dentures.  I just don't understand how Beverly did her dentures.  She seems to do a lot of it and have not problems?  Then Camilla says Mrs Shaw is having problems again with hers.  WHAT TO DO?????

So I sent an SOS to Megha and Monica, but neither knows what to do

KR came home at 5 30 and says he is done, Dr Tseng will work tomorrow

We went to the jacuzzi after dinner and it was grand

Roger called KR and wants him to work.

He also called me and asked me to work tomorrow.

Violet says that dad has a cough and a running nose and maybe we should not go to dim sum.

Sunday

 Well, I woke up with a tummy ache again.  Last night it was bothering me, burping and coughing.  What is going on?

KR took Angel to the post office while I rested.  

DIARRHEAVILLE

We went to church.  Kurt has this shingle like thing on his head, and a bump on his left side of the neck.  He is going to see CSUDH health center 

I had to run to the bathroom twice.  Kurt did not go with us.  He zoomed at home.

REVELATION  ugh

We came home and I biked around and got some avocados from Amy Gaston.  

KR watched some football and ate some left over

We went to the jacuzzi again.  It is so so nice

Saturday Breakfast with Roger

 We were up early and KR took 

We met at Hof's Hut and had a great breakfast.  Roger is really stressed.  So much going on with Bev's family and the sale of the practice.

After brekkie I hung the laundry and they went to FM. THERE WAS 18 heads of cabbage.  I started giving them away.

KR napped and I biked all around the alley.  NOTHING to be had.

THen we went down to the beach and walked Angel.

We went to the jacuzzi.  VERY GOOD

We met the Gooch's at Chicken Maison for dinner.  It is so so nice to see them.

Friday Bill Philips passed away

 Oh I like Friday.  Usually NO WORK

We went up to Fire Road and walked Angel.  KR cooked an omelette.  Saw a last egg of PC  She has been gone for over two months. 

Got a couple of bottle of wine from Charity.  KR brought the clothing racks and storage container to her.  What a great gal.  I cleaned the garage some.  Gave away some Amazon fresh containers, and some food I found in the alley,  Chinese plums that are just too salty for me.  Freda wants them.  She is so sweet.  She brought over some pastries, Chinese kind, not too sweet, don't know what they are called.  I think they are steamed instead of baked.

I went to the garage and cleaned a bunch of stuff.  Giving away the washing machine tray of Rita's and throwing out some old rugs and sweep the whole thing.  Much better now.

We had left over ribs etc for dinner

WORKING THURSDAY

 I woke at 5 and I thought I set my alarm for 6 but nope 6 10 KR comes and says don't you have to work

So I went and got there at 6 45 and worked until 12 45

It was not too busy except Yvonne was not there and I had a hard time with a SSC on Jewelyssa.  

Ate some and sent to see Chris Bruno had a short run ( 1 mile) before and then a short run run after (2.24)

KR made surf and turf.  Well, he cooked the shrimp and scallops and I cooked the kale and steaks and he made the salad and rice.  Jamie Murray came over for dinner.  He made apple pie  and brought beer.

It was a very nice dinner

I returned the van.  I drove it today and went to bed by 8 45

I had over 8 hours of sleep.  Fitbit says I was AWAKE for almost two hours !!

Wednesday

 We went up to Boundary Road with Angel and she just ran around and around.  KR had remember to bring two pumpkins so we rolled two of them in the gully so the critters can eat them.  We shall remember to bring more before they start dissolving on our front steps.

KR also weed whacked the yard.  Looks very nice.  I gave way the cast iron pan and the three tier shelfing and the piano dolly, and the heart pan.  ALL TODAY  Very good

My tummy was still a bit wonky.  Just to eat, I had gas and bloating feeling.  

I asked KR to drink no more than the STANDARD two drinks a day, average.  He said he is NOT sure he wants to do that.  BUT WHAT will the people at your bible study think???  Hmmm

We listened to Pastor Thrash, the sermon was very good.

We went down to the beach at sunset.

Royale made us a whole rack of ribs and it was JUST AMAZING.

Tuesday KR at new Bible Study

 KR goes to new bible study, and my stomach hurts.  I managed to go to work.  BAD DIARRHEA

all morning long.  I worked 9  - 1 and did not see Roger who was my last patient.  I didn't feel well enough.  

I was at work from 9 - 1 and saw Kelby too.  There are some things that Dr Catalan does I don't like.  But she can really take out wisdom teeth.  She did this full mouth rehab on this guy and it looks very nice, but he has a cracked tooth on #2 I think she missed and now is extraction mode ASAP

I came home and KR had a two hour nap.  I ate some salad and has a light headache, and tummy still hurts with diarrhea.

KR and I went down to the beach at 5.  Angel has her class tonight so we didn't walk too much  I was not feeling too well still anyway.

Monday

 So KR has zoom and we take a easy.  

We go walk Angel we go to post office then up the hill to check the surf.  We come back and go to Sam's and I ride around after KR goes to nap.  We go down to the beach for a walk, and we had pho by Sarag,

By evening my tummy was hurting and I went to bed thinking am I going to be able to work?

I get up in the middle of the night to take some baking soda

Church Sunday

 Violet said she had a headache so they stayed home.  Kurt went to church on the beach.  Patty Ackerman said her test finally came back positive.  But she does not know what DAY 1 should be for isolation.  Yuan Yuan said she did not get her result yet. 

We walked Angel at the beach.  She just wants to sniff gophers and not too people friendly.  It got warm pretty quick.  By the time we were done, it was almost short sleeve time.

Paul gave the sermon on Revelation. AGAIN  It was pretty fire and brimstone.

We came home and after lunch, KR had a nap and I went for a bike ride.  7.15 miles and didn't pick up anything in the alleys.

Then we went to the fire road for a little walk.  We also stopped at Trader Joe's for some wine and cheese and lunch meat.

Then I went to the gym for some weigh work out and then to the jacuzzi for a lovely soak.

KR watched some TV.

My stomach started to hurt and no matter what I do, it is just pain.  I went to bed praying for relief.

In the middle of the night I had to get up and take some baking soda mix, as the tums didn't help any.

Maybe I cannot drink coffee anymore.

Also diarrhea

EASY Saturday

 So the cases are up and up.  Lovely said that Taiwan is shutting down all indoor eating and churches, etc again.  She hopes she can still go to her trip.  

We went to Golf Course to walk Angel.  She just loves to zoom around.  We dropped her off and went to Sam's for food, and bird feeder and 8 Christmas mats.  I will give them away as gifts next year.

KR and Kurt went to FM.  Not much edible food, but still we are blessed.  I swept the floors and made pot roast and KR went to Mary"s to look at her air layering avocado tree.  One for sure, one likely and one maybe.

I went for a 5.7 mile bike ride.  

IHSS GAVE VIOLET 500 more dollars !!!  I should have applied way earlier and I would have gotten 500 too.  So this month I am actually coming out ahead.  She is going to send me 1070 this month, so I can actually pay Olivia without really putting out money.

BUT the EBT for mom still not come through.  

We went to the jacuzzi.  SO NICE

I went fora  run at 6 15 with Angel to the park.  She ran around and around.  Chuck brought over some freshly made egg rolls.  I ate one and Kurt ate two.  Sarah also made some lamb noodles and her kids didn't like and we got it all  WOWOW

Seeing Diamond and Will

 Friday  So last night on my run, Diamond called and said that they are having issues with their cats and the fleas.  Well, duh, if you don't give them flea meds and don't vacuum, how are you suppose to keep them under control?  So we are set up for them to come over today at 1 30

We went to the Boundary Road and Angel had a ball running up and down and chasing the S THINGS.  Of course she has not gotten one yet.

We come home and Kurt does laundry, and I pick up ChikFilA sandwiches for them.  I had a coupon that is about to expire, so they each got one.  I ate a lot of kale. 

Diamond and Will were suppose to be here at 1 30 and KR says they WILL BE LATE, and for sure they were.  2 pm  We gave them some flea meds and talked a little and I gave Will my free phone and they went on their way. 

She then called me and said that she took the cat to the vet and she is paying 60 dollars a month for flea treatment, and for spaying/neutering, etc and she cannot cancel for a year.  OH WHAT A SCAM

I guess they have to figure out those things themselves.

Will seems ok.  Long hair.  Seems fairly good with us.  Just never know about him.

We had steak for dinner.  KR kind of overcooked it.

I went for a run at 7 46 for 5K at 13.5 min mile  SLOW

I went to bed way later than KR.  

Working Thursday 1/20/2022 NEW ALLERGY MEDS

 I had a strange night sleep.  I would wake and not able to get back to sleep.  Finally up at 6 and out the door by 6 30.  Work was ok, this extern needs more help. Time management was an issue with her again, according to Yvonne.  Dr Desai supposedly had a talk with her.

I got home by 1 pm.  YIPEE

I also bought more guava paste and made more yogurt.  Home made yogurt is very good.  Just heat the milk to 110 degrees and add yogurt and cook 10 hours.  VIOLA

I went for a 6.6 mile bike ride around the neighborhood.  Nothing in the alleys.

We drove down to the beach and walked Angel to the north of Knob Hill

I tried to run her to the park but she did not want to go out the door so I went for 2.42 mile run at 12 .25 min mile, so slow

So the regiment is Allegra, and Montelukast, in the morning and then Omeperazole in the morning with flonase and ipratropium nasal sprays twice a day.  I HAD NO HACKING NO SPITTING NO POST NASAL DRIP all day.  WOWOWOWOWOWOW

In bed and sleep by 9?  Last night was 8 hours of sleep.  Didn't feel like it.

MARK's anniversary ONE year gone

 I woke up thinking of Mark.  Today one year gone.  KR went to have breakfast with Doug and Jon and Phil T, at Hennesey.  Denise did not make it, she had an appt with doctor about her shoulder.

I checked SS, still no money for KR yet.

KR went surfing after breakfast and REALLY HURT his back.

I had telemed with Dr Julia Lee the allergist at 11 30.  We talked for about 35 minutes.  We shall try a few things.

Then I had appt with Chris Bruno.  I made one for KR for tomorrow.

Diane Krieger came over and we had a lovely bite to eat.  Violet had dropped by some dim sum when she came by this morning.  

Angel didn't get a run this morning so I ran her to the park.  13 min pace still for 2 miles.

Went to bed by 8 15.  GOTTA work tomorrow

Easy Tuesday

 Up by 6 and we went for a walk on the Fire Road.

KR defrosted the little freezer and put it back after it dried.  Kurt got up by 11.  His Knotts day was great but the lines were long.  They went to FM and there was so much kale and radish and lettuce so I gave as much away as I can.  KR had an appt with Chris Bruno, and said felt much better

KR drove me down to the beach and I ran back at 13 minute mile for 3.87 miles.  Kind of slow

He had class with Angel.  I ran her to the park before he left.  I was in bed asleep when they returned.  She must have been tired, just came up and went straight to bed.

Monday working at Dr Catalan

 I had scheduled working today starting at 9 am.  KR had Zoom with the boys and I cleaned furiously.  Well, actually put things away getting ready for Andrea, like washing Kurt's blanket.

Kurt went to Knotts with a bunch of friends, and it is MLK so all the schools are out.

I went to work, and Rebekkah did not show up, something about daughter and COVID so Camilla and I were like chicken without heads trying to get everything ready for a filling !!  The fist patient was Christine.  I did 18, 20 Occ and 20 B.

I finally got off at 1 pm, and went to Ralphs for food, but the sushi chef said the rice flour wraps are not available so I got some other kind of sushi and some OJ and was going to get yogurt, but none was on sale,  i had made some on the yogurt machine and I loved it.

KR napped a bit and I went for a 7.7 mile bike ride.  

We went to Trader Joe by Denise and dropped off some flowers and food.  She was NOT HOME, went to see doctor for her shoulder.  She fell two or three days ago and got stitches on her head and messed up her shoulder.

We took Angel to Entradero Park off of Tower.  It was beautiful.  We have never been there before.  HOW about that.  Duck pond and everything.

Came home and I made him a yummy dinner and smoothie and all that.  I was exhausted and went to bed by 8 30

Church at HOME

 So we go walk Angel at the beach in the morning and it was REALLY warming up.  Today's high was 75 and low of 57 but when we were down at the beach, it was just about short sleeve weather.  For me that is pretty warm.

We got back and I had a headache, and my right eyeball was kind of hurting.  Seriously I am thinking I cannot possibly have COVID symptoms.  I text Patty and Forrest has a 101 temp and she is NOT feeling well and they just had enough with this COVID thing.  

So we zoomed the service.  And it was ok this time, NOT like last week, bandwidth issues and kept lagging.  KR took a nap after and I went for a ride.  Then we went up to Post Office to run Angel and there were LOTS of people walking up the hill, and then we drove up to PV.  There is plenty of surf.  And of course KR's back is still HURTING him a lot so no surf for awhile.  The surf is still coming in, maybe from the volcano eruption in Tonga.

I got some dishwasher rinse agent.

I made more airfry chicken and also some home made yogurt.  Hope they come out.  I put guava paste in it.

I also ran and got some Finish, which is a dishwasher additive that is suppose to help get the dishes not so 'cloudy' looking.  We shall see.

The Ackerman's are still feeling bad, Forrest has a fever, Patty with body ache and Michael said he is coming out of the flu like symptoms, Leanna is getting better, she had the flu like issues.

Saturday IT RAINED

 SO IT RAINED

Was not suppose to rain.  Cloudy and then started sprinkling.  

We went up to the Fire Road, in the mao mao yu, which means light rain in Chinese.  Came home and KR went for a nap.  His back is still hurting him.  We went to the FM,  and got a lot of very nice broccoli and lettuce and some cilantro.  We had left over ribs and also air fry chicken.  I am going to make more tomorrow.

Kurt is still in Big Bear, having a great time.  He is coming home tonight.

Denise had asked us to walk Gaia and we said yes and then she said she got someone else.  KR took Angel to the beach about 3 while I stayed home.  He then watched a bunch of MMA.  I ran Angel to the park about 7 pm.

Brian came by all mad about Olivia in the shower when he came by.  We had some heated exchanges on text.  He asked to use the shower here and then was going to use my towel, and I told him that is not what polite people would do and all hell broke loose.  I almost said to him if he didn't like it to go some where else.

KR was in bed by 7 30

Eary Friday

 So KR is hurt enough not to go surfing.

We went up to Boundary Road and KR limped along.  Usually he walks faster than I and today he was lagging behind and listing a little starboard.  HAHHQ

We stopped at Trader Joe's and bought Denise some stuff and KR dropped me off and I got ready for work to see Mable Duncan at the lab and KR went and took the food to Denise in Redondo.

I came back and he had already eaten and was taking a nap.

I made some airfry chicken and took it over to Carissa whoo just had a miscarriage.  The chicken was so good that KR ate a piece that was in the air fryer.  THAT rascal

I had a 2 pm appt with Chris Bruno and he text KR instead of me that his 1 30 did not show so I got there a little early. 

Olivia called that Dad wanted to go to some office.  I have no idea so I told her just to let him go.  He came back in about half hour.  Where did he go?  Who knows.  He needs money again.  So I stopped at Chase and got him 100 dollars.  He promptly gave Olivia 40.

We went down to the beach and I ran Angel a bit while KR limped along.  We had a taco and a torta by Taco Mancilla

We listened to Dan Parkins, YouTube was funky, and then listened to Jeff Gill and went to bed.

WORKING THURSDAY

 So I  need not worry, I  was up before I needed to, as I had not worked on  a Thursday since December 16, a whole four weeks ago.  I did work at Roger's but to be up so early.

I had plenty of patients but many of them did not show up, including the girl with the recurrent decay Pamela Mansur and I wrote a note to Dr Sata about we should charge them for the fillings

At our yesterday office meeting we had discussed a little problem with the intern, Elyse.  She did ok with me today, but the hygiene still needed help.

I stopped at Sprouts, as I wanted to get some yeast for the salad dressing, and I bought milk and also eggs for Olivia.

KR walked Angel and then had a session with Kevin Carter's chiro as Chris Bruno had only a cancelation at 9 am and KR could not get there on time.

KR also had a meeting at Valor School, with the principle leaving, and all.  It was only an hour  I made chicken in the air fryer, pretty good, kind of like fried chicken without the oil

I also had a great night sleep last night 8 hours and 32 minutes !!!!

I also have a tooth that is starting to bother me.  Well, maybe at least a week or two now.  #18, cannot eat  hard food.  Thinking it is going to be endo.

Office Meeting Wednesday

 KR goes surfing and his back is WORSE !!!  But a few advil and he is just merely limping

I take Angel out before office meeting as she needs some exercise every day.  We go around the park

Office meeting was good.  Talked about protocol, etc.

I stop at El Super but FORGOT to buy eggs for Olivia.

I take Angel for another run about 1.7 miles  Very slow  17.33 min mile

I cooked the left over Wellington Steak, and it was fab.

Kurt took the tree down. 

TUESDAY so what did I do?

 Seems like the best way for me to remember what happened is to sync Fitbit

So first thing we do is go up to PV to check the diving, but there was actually surf

KR goes to FM with me and goes surfing after.  We get a lot of radish, and I bring to the guys at NH.  I cook the lone eggplant with kale, and I made some for Olivia and Yeye with century egg and brought over the next day.  There was a lot of lettuce and cilantro too.,  

I go biking for 7 75 miles while KR surfed.

He messed up his back !!!

I go walk the dog around the park and KR takes her to her FIRST DOG OBEDIENCE CLASS !!!

I go to bed before they come back.  They had a good time

Monday 1/10/2022 started doing taxes

 We go up to Boundary road to walk Angel.  SHE JUMPS over a fence.  And could not get hack.  KR had to climb over the fence and throw her over.  That dog is just an escape artist and has NO SENSE.

We are all recovering well.  Kurt has no more cough.  He went over to Corrina's all day to do homework.  I did SOME TAXES and KR DRANK a bit.  He seems to get a little more nasty when he drinks.  WOULD not give me a fish stick.  What is up with that.  He did come over and apologize. 

I went to Sam's and bought ice cream for Yeye and some stuff for us.  It was pretty crowded.

KR watched a lot of football,  I went to bed before he 

CHURCHLESS Sunday

 We went to the beach to walk Angel.  All the way from Knob Hill to large parking lot at end of Torrance Beach.  That dog can walk.

We started the online church, but the lag was so bad, maybe so many more people doing online church that it kept stalling we finally quit.  Kurt came home after Olivia came about 11.  He said he got delayed because Fatso, his squirrel, came by to eat.  He can now comb Fatso's fur.

I cooked cheeseburgers for lunch.  Kiera from BNT came by and borrowed our tree pruner and a saw.  

Olivia brought me some durian cakes.  They were sweet but a little smelly.

Wait, I think we went to the Fire Road in the morning and the beach in the afternoon.  I am getting my am and pm walks mixed up as this dog needs so much exercise

KR had taco salad and watched a little football.  Charger lost. 

OH WAIT

We walked at the beach in the morning and then up to Lunada Bay in the afternoon.  KR was thinking of diving and the SURF WAS GOOD !!!   HAHAHAHA  Then we drove by the beach

I also went for a 11 30 mile bike ride at 1 30 pm

Went to bed at 8 22 and got up at 6  GOOD 8 hours of sleep with one hour of awake

AND an easy Saturday

 There is no surf so we went to the Post Office.  Seems like we have to go somewhere Angel can run off her energy.  She is such a hyper and active dog.  We were home and I hung the  laundry.  Doing sheets Saturday.  KR finished my shelf  in the hall way so  I put all the blankets back after donating a bunch to some guy on BNT who brings the stuff to the homeless downtown.

I also got most of the clothes out of mom's garage that Suz had given us and gave that away too.  TOO MUCH STUFF AROUND HERE

I did NOT start on the taxes as I wanted to

KR had a nap and I had a ride around the neighborhood.  Picked up a lot of food from Naby and gave some to Kurt.  Patty Lopez made yummy chicken soup and brought us a LOT with bread and soe lemons too.  Mary Eileen brought us some butter lettuce too.

I went to Ralphs and got a free mayonnaise and bread and some naked juice.  Something happened to the machine and it did not take the EBT money and gave me some change and I got all this food for free and some money back, like 49 cents.

What a day

We went to FM and locked Angel in the crate and she went nuts  We had her on facetime and I called Kurt to go over there to calm her.,  We gotta figure out how to crate her when we are gone.

KR went to bed by 7 30 and me by 9 15

COLD and gray Friday

 It is Ashley's birthday today.  I wished her a happy birthday.  Did not hear anything back.

KR and I walked Angel at the fire road for 2.11 miles, then I started to try to deposit tuition for Isaiah and took a bit and had some difficulty, and hopefully got it done right.  He started doing the shelf in the hall closet.  Got several pieces of wood from Doug and started to sand and cut and paint.   I went for a bike ride when he went down for a nap, at 12 53 and I rode for 6.7 miles.

I made some chicken salad for lunch and was very good.  Took some over to Yeye too.  I hope he does not get COVID from Kurt or us.  Kurt said yeye liked the chicken salad very much.  So I made them a little more and KR said when he looked in the box,  WHERE DID ALL THE CHICKEN GO?

We took Angel to the park after dinner too.

A very slow and easy day.

NO work Thursday

 So it is a strange Thursday  NO WORK

KR goes surfing, and comes right back.  No good

We go to the Access road, just at the PV border to Torrance, where I went yesterday,  Today there was hardly anyone because we were early.  We saw John Crookston, with Ivy.  We stayed six feet apart.  Angel had a fabulous time.  The walk was about 2.5 miles

We came home and KR finished the edge of the walk in the back and I pulled out more blankets and pillows and washed Yeye's pillows too and gave a bunch of stuff to the guy that is collecting for the homeless that lives on Via Lado off behind Sprouts.

KR took a nap and I went for a run of 3 miles.  

He had a Valor Academy school Zoom meeting.  We went to the park for a walk with Angel.  That was about 1.5 miles.

Then I registered mom's electric bill with DCare, which decrease the bill, it was still 174 !!!  THIS MONTH electricity.  VERY expensive

I still have a little bit of symptoms.  Bulgy eyeballs and some back spasms. but over all better.  Kurt says he still has a little cough and slight headache,

According to the watch, I went to sleep at 8 32 and got up at 6 49 a total if 8 46m with an hour and 31 minutes awake  WOW

WE GOT COVID Wednesday

 Like the title says, we got it.

I slept T  8 19 pm and got up at 6 18 am which makes 8 hours and 37 min of sleep.

So KR goes surfing and I do online and banking and taking out blankets and stuff for donation.  Steven John Rushton is collecting so we gave a lot away.

Chuck brings over half a ham, well, maybe a quarter of ham.  We eat some and give some to Kurt and some to BNT and I make lentil soup for our dinner.  KR says very good.  He had ham sandwich.  While KR was surfing I took Angel to boundary line of Torrance and PV to walk/run Angel.  She could run.  We were out for about 3 36 miles so she had a longer run than that

She was tired in the car

Then we got the result at 12 54 that our results were in.  POSITIVE

I texted everyone we saw the last few days and told them.

We walked the beach to the Veteran's Park and then came home.  Kurt had some soup too.  He is coughing less.  

I told the office that I am positive so no work tomorrow.

We listened to Jeff Gill but I fell asleep before it was finished.

COVID testing Tuesday

 KR and I need to test so we went out to ask Heal360 and the worker said they would test us even though there was NO WALK IN as there were not enough tests.

We went to walk Angel at Fire Road and came back to testing at 10 am.  The Rapid was NEGATIVE, and now we are just waiting for the PCR.

After testing, KR went to FM but there was not much stuff.  I did get a head of cauliflower and I cooked it.  Plus enough stuff for a nice large salad.  I sent one over to Kurt too,

KR had a nap, I tried.  My back spasm was bothering me today.  I also canceled my appt with Chris Bruno.  He said BIG brothers are watching and I better not come in.  I text Roger too and said that I was testing because of Kurt.  Office is going to get Monica to work all week and with Ryan Kim too.

We went to Levy with Angel.  She broke out of the kennel when we were at testing, but scraping her face this morning.  That dog really has anxiety about not being with us.

KR went to the first dog class.  Denise chickened out.  Said it was too cold and too late,  I went to bed

Working Monday 1/3/2022 KURTIS POSITIVE COVID

 KR had Zoom early and he went to post office with Angel and I went to work.  Got there at 9 and worked until 12 30.  Kimel came at 10 30 for adjustment on his right teeth.  Saying something about he feels like only biting on the right side, and it is true, something happened his teeth are touching really light on the left.  I did a bit of occlusal adjustments,.

KR went to Sam's and bought some food and alcohol.  He had two good shots.  Maybe the BAC \was .08.  Don't know as he didn't blow.  Until after our walk about 4 pm and it was still .03.  Patty Lopez dropped some ribs off and they were absolutely amazing !!!  She said Steve made them.  Pork and fell off the bones.  KR made some rice and broccoli. 

He took a nap and we went to Levy school with Angel.  She just wants to run and run.

We had an early night.  We listened to Pastor Thrash and was asleep by 8.

BUT I got up at midnight to pee and saw that Kurt had text me that he was POSITIVE FOR COVID !!

I could not go back to sleep thinking what I should do about testing.  Finally about 2 am I was asleep.

 So last year this time I weigh 112, and this year 115  NO NO NO  going to stop eating the fudge

We go to Post Office to RUN Angel.  She just loves to be out and about like the wind.  It was COLD !!
We come home and KR goes to Home Depot for ANOTHER tree and I go get the crate from Dena.  I asked for it on BNT to try and she said if it works, we can keep it.  How nice.

Kurt still does not have his result.

We had left over for lunch

I ride around the alley and KR did not want to keep the fake tree I saw in the alley.  We go to Levy and run Angel at sunset.  We also tried to go to KFC for dinner but did not know if they took EBT so we went to Jack in the Box.

We set up the crate and Angel goes right in.  We shink she is crate trained.

I am NOT working at the clinic tomorrow.  Dr Sata does not think she should and Dr Desai is waiting for her result and Kurt is still waiting.........

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2022

 A whole new year and what is the prediction?

I read last year's entry and it was about Ella and the Nigerian Prince scam.  Oh wow.  

KR went surfing and I took Angel for a walk to the park.  I also brought over N95 masks for Adele.  They are traveling, she might be going to Poland, and Neil might join her.  Jesse called and we went out to El Burrito Jr for lunch.  It was VERY good lengua taco

KURT JUST TOLD ME THAT CORRINA IS POSITIVE  !!!  OH MAN  WHAT TO DO

After lunch I went for a ride and KR took a nap

NEWS FLASH:  WHILE WE WENT OUT TO EAT, Angel destroyed the moulding on our new front door !!!  SHE has separation anxiety.  Now KR needs to try to find the strips and nail and seal it back.

After nap he watched a bit of Rose Bowl and then we went to Levy School and walked Angel.  She was actually panting.  That dog can run

We went out to Seafood Town for dinner.   But when we got there, it was TAKE OUT only, so we ordered and went to Yeye to eat.  Kurt said he left Heal360 a msg and still no result

We came home by 715 and took a shower and went to bed

LAST day of 2021 New Years Eve

 We go to the fire road to RUN Angel.  Diane Krieger is coming and I better exercise her before we go for another walk, or else this speedy gonzales will run us into the ground.  She loves it up there running off trail.  The trail was not too muddy. 

We come home and Diane came and Angel growled and got into it with Percy right at the door !!!  We leash them and go to Hickory.  Angel just wanted to run and run and chase squirrels.  We come home and lock Angel outside.  Diane and I have tamales and fermented rice !!!  HAHAHA  She has never had it of course.  She gave me a Lovely tea pot but what am I going to do with a teapot?  

Bill Johnson came over for a short visit too.

Jon Liu came for a short visit and brought us home made dumplings and had a little beer with us.  

Kurt said his head is feeling a bit like stuffed with cotton.

MEGHA TEXT SHE IS POSITIVE WITH COVID  oh man.  Monica was exposed to her brother who turned positive.  Kurt still didn't have his result.  Megha is asking us to work for her on Monday, and we are trying to figure out who is working.  At least Megha's symptoms are mild.  Malini also tested positive but the other kids and Nisha are ok.

Kurt and Corrina and family went out to see the lights at the Botanical Garden.  She was going to come and watch Die Hard 3, but she didn't   We watched it and I had never seen it before.  Pretty good.  We lit off some bombs at 9 PM and watched the ball drop in NYC and after the movie we went to bed by 10 30 but I guess Fitbit says did not fall asleep until 10 50 and woke up at 6 15
