Monday

 AND  I still  don't feel  good

I  was  in bed by 7 34 and up at 6 15 and still did not get  enough  sleep  I  had   almost  NINE  hours  of sleep but the sleep score was NOT good

It  was  a day of doing NOTHING

My back still feels bad and i  am still coughing and congested

James adjusted  my back twice and  it felt much better  each  time

I  did cook some bacon and tuna and kale and lengua  and a chicken leg

I just laid around all day  NO EXERCISE except my 500 crunches which was really hard to do with a bad back.  Also did the 50 squats and lunges
