Thursday IT is WORK and Lovely and Isaiah left

 Oh they are gone

I was up early and left for work.  It was BUSY  I  did  not get done  until 1 30

I went for a short run (3 miles at 13 16 pace) and and a short ride (3.85 miles).  Lovely met with Angel.  She mended some more clothes  at my sewing machine  and we went to La Zeez Pita for food but the  wait was going to be 40 min so we went to Maui Chicken instead.  We have not been  there for a long  time

I picked up Lovely and drove them to  the  airport.   It was crazy busy.   Many  people were dropping  off passenger at the  arrival downstairs as the  upstairs was way  too  crowded.

I  got home  and Buffy was  still with  us.  I  gave her 4 morphine   pills and  she did not  go  to sleep.  I  guess  tomorrow I have to give her more.

Wednesday and Abby leaves

 We went  up the  hill to walk  Anger and  stopped at  a estate  sale.   This   guy worked as  an engineer  and  had all  kinds of  stuff.  I asked the  guy what  he was  going to   do  with  the  clothes,  he said  I  can take them.  We  walked Fire Trail

Lovely brought  in   and  out  burgers for all of us !!!!

Then   I went   up there and picked up a  whole truck load of clothes  and dropped everything  off at Steven's on  Via Lado.  There was so  much  stuff.  I kept all the 'reader' glasses.  There  were some 3.25 which is too  strong  for us.

Melissa  and  Wyatt  came over to  visit.  It w as interesting  seeing Lovely  interact  with  Wyatt,  who  Lovely  thinks should never had been allowed to  change her 'sex' from female to  male

We drive down  to  Cowboy Country dancing place.  Isaiah  does   NOT bring his passport  and  finally  finds  a taiwan  ID  and the   bouncer compares it  with Abby's,  as the  Taiwan  year   for their birthday is  88, not  1997.  HAHAHAHA

It was loud  and  fun.   We ordered some food and  there was line dancing  and two stepping  and teacher  teaching, and we  left about 8 :30.  I had to  the  next day

Lovely drove Abby and Isaiah to t he airport and Abby left 

Kurt didn't get home until about 1 30 and Isaiah came over and fell asleep on his bed.  He said  Kurt  was drunk and so Isaiah didn't  spend the night

Tuesday and I forgot FM

 KR  had his  bible study and I tried  to sleep in, but  finally got up, way before 7

I tried cleaning the house and getting  the garage in a little  bette shape.  Had to get the  ladder back from Memood, across the street. to put stuff up in t he  top of the garage

I w ent  running  at 9  for 3.18 miles  and  very slow, almost 13  min mile.

KR and the kids and  Lovely went down to the beach.  Lovely ran and they went surfing and everything.

I forgot  to go to the FM

I  did cook some short ribs

I also took a short nap

I also went to Madison's preschool and picked up 7 boxes of stuff that I need to give away.  Lovely is using some of the containers for Abby's luggage.  Guess she is going to pay for extra as she has too much  stuff.

We went to Tom's Tacos for dinner.  It was a bit expensive but tasty.  We should  go to El Galoso next time, cheaper but the music is  tool oud.

Lovely went back  to meet a friend, Tina.  They were going to play Ping Pong. 

Monday WE PLAYED PING PONG

 We were going t o walk  Angel and called Lovely and she   agreed to come down t o  the  beach  with  us.  She ran while  we walked her  I was hoping  to chat with her but she wanted to run at the beach.  We got  home and Kurt and Corrina and Abby and Isaiah were going to In and Out first, but the line was too long, so they had JolliBee fried chicken and  then went  to 

          SKYZONE

Finally

I had saved  them  the four tickets from our  run at the office  and I  borrowed the socks from Freda  and they finally went.  They said they  had  a GREAT time.  Then they went to t he Jacuzzi and sat  and got all cleaned up

We went to Black Bear Diner to  meet Christine and  Larry for dinner.   It was  great  the  9  of  us chatted and we ate  A LOT.  We were kidding at  Corrina that  we needed to  take  HER left over home.

We did have some left over, pot roast and salad and half a sahdwich

I had wanted to stop after dinner and play ping pong so we did.  It was so much fun.

The kids gamed a little and we went to bed. 

I only had 7.5 hours of sleep. Need more sleep

Sunday and no church

 KR woke up with very sore feet.  Last night he could hardly walk and was limping from the bee stings.  This morning his feet are swollen and he is still in pain.  Kurt tried to take Angel to the park and said he made it half way before she said NO

Buffy  is not well.  She would not move today, and I forced some food down but I just don't know

Alan text that Mom is lethargic and not wanting to move or get up.   I am sad.  My chicken and my mother.   

Lovely and Abby and Isaiah are on their way home from San Diego. The Padres lost to the Nationals.

I went for a almost 10 mile bike ride 

I slept 8 hours and 42 min   When I woke up KR had came back to bed saying he was cold and not  feeling well.

Kurt went out to lunch with some friends today.

Saturday and FAILED at harvesting honey

 We, or I  was not  up too early.  I don't  seem to wake up until  7 these days, no matter when  I  sleep

KR took Angel  to walk  and  I went running.  I told him that  I  have not run in many days.  I ran   4.5  miles but really slow, like 13.5 min  per mile

KR and I went to  FM   got a   lot  lot of  broccoli  I gave a lot away still has some left.

KR tried to  start the honey harvesting but he could not get the supers off of each  other and the bees stung him like 15 times so he gave up,  Will have to wait until Kurt can help him.

I went up by El Camino to pick up some  free cereal and then stopped at Numero Uno to shop for meat and cooked some ribs and chicken.  

Kurt  got off work and went down to Redondo fair.   KR  and I took Angel down  there too but we didn't see him.  There were too many people and it was too hot for Angel

We came home and rested and went to the fire work at Lomita

I also took an hour nap

AHHHH Easy Friday

 I usually love Fridays as I don't usually work.  Today I didn't work

KR was up early and wanted to surf but there was none.  We went to the beach to walk Angel.

He did a little yard work  out  in  the  YMCA lot and I did  a load of laundry.  All the rags that Kurt  brought back from work that Feris was going to throw out after cleaning

Kurt worked from 9 -  4.  I made him some fettaccine alfredo with meatballs  and KR had  some too.  I drove it out there.

Sam came to fix the garage door,  the spring had broken so 350 bucks later there is a  new spring.  Now the garage door goes up smoother. 

I went to mom's to get a box and get stuff ready for the harvesting of honey tomorrow. And the firework show is tomorrow

Kurt went to Corrina's to help with  some tile work.  

WORKING Thursday 6-22-2023

 I was up early for work and got there by 6:44

It was not that busy but I didn't finish the charts until 1

Went to pick up the birthday balloons off of Ladeene and stored them in mom's garage

KR had  TWO 24 oz  beer and  was  asleep   BUD

I biked 8 miles and found a Bowflex weigh system that I slowly biked home with it.

Then we went walking to the park with Angel

Wednesday SUMMER SOLSTICE

 I had 8 hours and 42 min of sleep last night !!!

I changed the sheets and cleaned up.  Gave away the cat carrier and the dog bed.

I  ran .66  miles at 9 going over  to  mom's.   Then I rode 7.45  miles at 11 42 after KR came home  from surfing, then we walked the dog at Fire Trail

Kurt went to the beach with Corrina for a bout a n hour and  then slept and then went to work

KR and I went to Blue Salt Fish for dinner.  VERY GOOD

KR made apricot cobbler.  VERY VERY  GOOD

Days are going to get shorter now.   Weather still cool and some days not sunny much

I went to bed early preparation for work  8:37 I was asleep and KR was still reading the bible

One patient Tuesday

 KR had his bible study and I  am always wondering where   he is on  Tuesdays.  HAHAHA  I was  up  before 7 with only 7 hours of sleep.  KR and I walked  to the park with the pup and then he and Kurt went SURFING AT THE BEACH    YEA

I w ent to work and delivered Brad's crown.  Fits well.  Just a little occlusal adjustment

They went to the FM and  got a lot of strawberries and some chicken lettuce.  We got some choco cake from Sumi and  I gave a piece to Chuck

Then I went  on a 9.2 mile bike ride.

Kurt did not have work.  He slept a long time in the afternoon.

Monday

 KR had  Bible  Study  with the Monday morning group.  I returned Naby's bike in the  afternoon, Patty's in the morning.  

I  rode 11.45 miles to go pay the bill for the tree trimmer

Andrea  came with  Maribel to clean at 9. The tree people, American Arbor Care came at 8 to trim the  podocarpus and the pine in the back.  It  took  them about 2  hours, to  prune, cut and clean up and chip all the stuff away.  440 big ones.  I figure 220 and hour for I  think four guys and truck .  

KR took Angel to he vet to get blood work for heart worm.  I got meds for her fleas that is suppose t o  protect that too but she needs a test first.  She is negative for heart worm so KR gave her the flea/tick/everything med.  She would  not take it so we had to bury it  in some sausage.

He had just some smoothie and I had a little cottage cheese for dinner.  

Ciclavia Sunday June 18- 2023 FATHERS' DAY

 So today i s Fathers Day.  Kurt made KR a card.  Will and Tyler both text Happy Father's  Day.  That is it.  So he replied,  Thank you.   

Lovely came over right  on time but we  were not  ready.  We all picked costumes and  KR pumped the  tires up.   I borrowed a  bike  for Abby from  Patty and another from Naby for Isaiah.  Lovely  rode the Patty bike and Abby rode mine as KR said the  tires might  not support her weigh.  

We drove off in KR and Kurt's cars and parked about  89th and just west of  Vermont.   Vermont is the major street that was closed.  It was rather  chilly but a pair of shorts was good enough,  We had a WONDERFUL time riding and collecting all kinds of stuff.  I danced to the music of the DJ, and there  were performances at two hubs.  

After the bike  ride, Kurt and Corrina went home, as Angel was home alone.  Mary had come to visit her after church.  We went to Charlie's Chicken  and bought the 20 piece special, but they got our  orders wrong, was suppose to be cold slaw, they gave us potato salad.

After a yummy very late lunch, we watched John Wick 4.  YUP  all the killing, and the Ip Man was the nemesis.  There was so much shooting  and all, wowowowo.  Lovely took a nap and after they all went home and drove to San Diego.  We cleaned up, or  mostly,   I cleaned up and went to bed.

It was a GREAT  DAY  !!!!!!

Saturday

 OH what a nice day. Woke up to SUN  Abby and Isaiah wanted t o go to play tennis so I  drove them to Hickory.  There was someone there so we went to Wilson.  I drove back and found Lovely by Hickory and gave her the keys so I can go home and she can pick up  her kids

We  went to  the  FM and got a LOT of cauliflower.  Lovely went out  with Suz and Pam for lunch.  They all stopped here.  Kurt took Abby and Isaiah to the beach but it was cold although it was nice here.  They had Jack in the Box.

We  all took a nap.  Suz  dropped Lovely off at South Bay Community Church and we  had a nice service.  Kurt went up to Inaya's house and they were having a party.  Lovely and I drove KR home and then we went up the hill to drop off Abby and Isaiah at the party.

I borrowed a bike from Naby and from Patty today for tomorrow's Ciclavia

Friday

 So  this is now Saturday night and I am writing about yesterday.

Neither one of us remember where we walked the dog.   I think we went to the park.   

I took  them  to the  San Pedro DMV  and Lovely got her license.  Then it was a  BUREAUCRATIC  mess of a  day.    We then went to Chase and tried  to  open  an account.  The  friend  referral was online only. So  we came home and tried to do that, but it says you have to have a California ID.   Back to the  DMV we go, except to the Torrance DMV.  The line was so long so I left and ran home and Lovely drove Abby and Isaiah to the Social Security office to get their HARD copy of their social so they can open a bank account.  

So they came  home  after several hours  of  frustration

Uncle Jesse and Abby Brown and Zoe came by and  we went to Black Bear Diner.  Prime Rib all a round.   It was  GREAT food

I was in bed by  9

Same med.  Same dizziness  .75 klonipin  and 10 mg ami

Thursday and it is WORK and coffee on the bed kind of day

 I was at  office by 6 45.  Maribel had ]\ interview with Global Entry and was not there.  Tracy was off on vacation.  We did well by ourselves.  I did Angel crown delivery and Christian crown prep. I went to Ken Miller Center  to  give blood UCLA donation and was TURNED AWAY.  Said at 111.6 pounds with my shoes was too light.  I had had  to be 110 REALLY?   Give mea  drink  of soda and I will  be 112.

I  came home and Abby  had text me earlier that she was DRINKING COFFEE  IN  BED and spilled the w hole thing.  Then  she tried to rinse off and put some baking soda on it,  and spread it  out i n  the   garage.   What a mess.  I told KR he should  have made the  executive decision  to GO T O THE    LAUNDROMAT  and wash t he sheets and comforter and all that.  NOPE  he did not.  So I had Abby   vacuum the garage and I w ashed the comforter and  dried and  she  made the  bed.

Kurt went to work

Lovely arrived and  landed by  4.  I waited for her to text that she is done with immigration  I wanted to pick  her  up at  terminal  1 and  bypass t he whole loop.  She got there  just in time and we zipped home.   She came over  and dropped off  a lot of food  for m.  KR cookeda  beautiful dinner  and  set  the table and we  h ad  steak and all kinds  of stuff.  and I drove t hem over there and  Lovely  went through the  stuff and  decided what s he wantedt ot ake  and  what  not

I came  home and  went  to bed by 10

Wednesday and Abby is here

 KR took Abby up to the fire road to  walk Angel while I cleaned a nd woke up

Kurt  slept  in and  after Abby got back he took her to Curry at Coco's

I biked 3 miles and ran 4.  Still don't feel  like I can run more than that.  My right knee hurts.   We went over to  mom's and got Abby's two  suitcases and she  tried t o consolidate and she was talking to Auntie Corenne and Bella.  I think she really likes it there and said she would be there for four years!!!!

WOW

Kurt went to work at 4.  I  bought s ome meatballs and we had salad  with  meat balls.

Still   dizzy.  I upped the med to .75mg klonipin and still 10 mg amitrypyline

Maybe I should try 10 am and 10 pm of the SSRI

Tuesday and TRYING TO FIND ABBY

 What a day

KR dropped the whole display in the bathroom in the middle of  the night  and the noise woke me up

He  went  to  bible study.  Had to buy bagels first.   I tried to sleep  in but  no go

Kurt worked at  4 and KR and I went  to the park to walk Angel

KR also went to farmers market  and got a lot of lettuce   He made a big salad for dinner

So Abby landed at 1 and I told her to walk out to the street, Sepulveda and take Torrance Bus 8.  NOPE she does not  She takes Bus  6 CULVER  CITY !!!  She borrows a lady's phone and  calls me.  LIKE  why   are  you in Culver   city transit.  So  I  told her to go  to LAX/AVIATION TRANSIT CENTER

She does not

I drive there  and  half  an hour later, she  is NOWHERE to  be  seen.  I was just about to go home but I  drive just a  little NORTH on Aviation  and there she is WALKING SOUTH ON AVIATION.  She w as  not  listening and  thought she  should  get off  on  Aviation Ave.   

Dang that girl.  I  cannot believe she  didn't listen  to  a thing I said about the  transit center.

We got  home about 5 30 when we should be home by 3 30  if  she  caught the correct bus

Monday

 So I was working today

First we go walk Angel  after KR has his  morning  meeting with Mike T, as  everyone else  was not  around.  I had a LLLLOOOONNNNGGGGGGGGGG sleep   According  to  one fitbit, the  Charge 5,  it w as  8 hr  40   min,  according to  the  the other Versa 3,  it was 9  hours.

KR  then went to Po Po's to do some weeding and putting the cabinet handles on.  Abby is coming tomorrow.   I went to work at 11 30 to do Brad's crown  #15.  Then i t  was Quinton's fillings, then Karen's three  fillings  and  then Reza was suppose  to come, but  he thought it was JULY  12,  I told hime Monday June 12.  But that means I get to go home early

Kurt didn't have work but  he is working Tuesday through Friday,  as he is taking Saturday off to hang with  Abby and Isaiah

I was pretty tired.

Church Sunday and concert for Kurt and Corrina at the Greek

 We were not up early, at least not me.  Past 7  30  We walked to the park and then to church.  KR stayed and met the new elder.  Kurt and I came home

Kurt then went on a picnic with Corrina and then nap and then Greek Theatre for The  Driver  Era, whoever  they are.

I biked for five miles.   Nothing  to be had.  EXCEPT a large bag of top ramen.  Then we walked Angel to the park and I cooked bacon and zuks on the new used air fryer I found in the alley.  Works great

We were in bed by 9

Saturday PARTY at the Crookston

 We were up early,  at least KR was.  Me sleeping in

We took  Angel to the beach  for a walk and later just went to  the FM and got  a lot lot of  broccoli and some carrots.  We gave away a lot.  and I made cauliflower  rice with the left over cauliflower.   I  gave  a lot  away too.  Kristine next door  got  some.

In  the  afternoon when  KR took a nap, I  rode for   8  miles.   up and  down t he alleys.  Got  this  interesting   blender and some pyrex bowls.  Two with  lids

I made broccoli with cheese sauce and we went to the  Crookston  BBQ.  It was a great party.  They had this guy come  and bbq chicken and pulled pork.   There w as  a lot of salad and dessert and all kinds of  food.  We stayed about an hour and half and  came home.

Kurt worked  and then went out to Corrina's for a get together?

Easy Friday

 KR and I walked up the fire Road with Angel

Then he worked on the sprinklers.  There  were many heads that needed to be changed.  Ramon next door gave us a bunch and KR  did a great job.  I  made him a chicken/egg sandwich

Kurt was at work and then a  nap.  Said he was going to Corrina's tonight

It is nice not to have to work.

Hip and knees and everything hurt

Thursday a regular work day WYATT graduation

 I was up early but still seems to rush to get to the office by 6 45.  I met the new extern.  Seems to be nice    I cannot  remember his name.   We worked until almost 1.   Cameron came  and I was able to at least check his mouth and brush his teeth and make sure the SSC is still ok

Came home and KR was gone to Valor for his end of the year meeting. I went for a 7 mile bike ride.   Didn't see much.   

KR  ordered some chicken maison and said it was not very good this time.

I took an hour nap and made a leis for  Wyatt's graduation.  50 min drive turned into an hour.  OCSA is really big and there were so many parents and friends.  We had a nice seat. After an hour and half,  I came home.  It  was really loud and very dizzy.

Wednesday and it is BIG DINNER with Emma and James

 So KR is up early  but not me.  We walk to the  park  as  I  have  OFFICE MEETING  9  - 11

I didn't stop  anywhere for food and came home.  I went for a ride,  then to see Chris Bruno.  IT HAS BEEN TOO LONG  He gave me such  a good adjustment

James and Emma came in from Denver, says the market is TOO SMALL 

I went  for a short run,  then we went to Frida's Mexican in the   mall and  had BIG  FOOD

Showered and ready for work tomorrow

Tuesday BIBLE STUDY

 KR had his  bible study so he was up early.  I didn't want to get up but  I didn't know i f he let the chickens out so  I was up about  6 30.  Well, they  were out already.   He came home and we went down   to the beach.

He went  to  Costco to  get  some bird seeds and stuff.  I  went  to Ralphs and got some  milk and chips and stuff.  He  went  to  FM  and  I cooked some  artichokes  and then cauliflower rice.

Kurt  was home  and  did  some  sweeping in the back  mostly with the blower.

I went for a bike ride, dropping  off some cauliflower rice  at Donna's and picking  up a purse

He and  KR took a LONG nap and he  went up to Corrina's when we had bible study.

I also TOOK A  NAP  AN HOUR  !!!!  

Everyone  came except for Anita

MONDAY and it is a day of YARD work

 KR had his Monday morning group and I started laundry , changing James' room sheets getting ready for Abby next week.  

We w ent to the park,  and Andrea came to clean

KR and I went to  Lowe's and then Home Depot looking for borders to make on the fig tree so we can get the dirt level leveled so water does not  run off the top all the  time.  We bought a bunch  of stuff and it was so so heavy and brought them home and then Kurt and KR decided to return some stuff and buy something else, and KR started the project.

He did a great job how our fig tree area is about the same height as Martin's yard.

Kurt and KR took a nap. I went for a bike ride.  I also went over to mom's and reset the Roomba in another room to clean

Then we went up to the Fire Road and walked Angel

Eleanor Michael gave me about 14 5 gallon  buckets of dirt that she  is trying to get rid of  in  her  yard.  KR says we  need a  little  more like another 14 buckets, Kurt  says no, but  we shall see where we  can get more dirt.

KR had the l eft over burger patty and we went to bed early 

Sunday and what A CHURCH SERVICE

 So   we take Angel to t he   park and Kurt l eaves for church LATE, like 9 05 he leaves, saying he does not  wanna go

The topic at church was LBGTQ+ and what a hot topic.  I submitted some question but Paul did  not get to it

We also  went back f or  Pastor appreciation lunch of taco cart, and KR made guac

Kurt came home took a shower and left to go hiking.  Seems like they went up to Alta Dena and hiked upper Millard canyon, and there was sever water falls of something.  He didn't get home until almost dark.

At 3 I went over to  mom's to  start the  Roomba to clean the house.

When I came back I went for a bike ride almost 7 miles.

Then I r an about 1.5 miles and got a clothing drying rack.  And then I ran about 2 miles very slow back from moms  about 2 miles

Then I  did some  weights outside  on the weigh bench

Saturday 6/3/2023 Mark's Memorial Bench Dedication

 I did  laundry and we went down to t he beach to the dedication of Mark's Memorial Bench.  It was nice and sunny and many  people came by.  KR stayed and went to Hennesy's for a beer but I came home.  I  was really dizzy.  We had Angel with us and had a short walk

He went to the FM and I was at mom's doing what I d on't remember

Kurt was at work, and I  brought him some  yummy food from Sarah.  I made the rice.  KR  came home and ate the pork she made too

Sarah twisted her ankle and it was so swollen and she was in so  much pain.  I told her she should  have called me as soon as it happened.  I gathered up all my medical stuff, compression  stocking, meds and ice packs and helped her get more comfortable.

Kurt went up to Corrina's af

Friday and a waste of a work day

KR and I took Angel to the park  He then went to see Curtis Lee MD for his TB reading   NOTHING of course.  He submitted to MMA

 So I was suppose  to  see Brendan  Baltimore at   9 30 and then   Karen Yu,  our neighbor at 10 30.

Well,  Brendan's  case turned out  to be so   complicated, he had all  this work done  at Western  Dental  and  a crown fell  off  and his   implants are looking suspicious

Then Karen FORGOT

So I said I  will call you later  and came home.

Went on  a 10 mile bike ride all over the neighborhood at 12 40  when  KR t ook a  nap

Also r an at  6  all over the alleys for 3.69 miles, very slow, and stumbling around

THIS MDDS IS DRIVING ME NUTS !!!!  I  am  dizzy  all the time and I cannot s eem t o type,  

What a day of work, or NO work, or little work

 So I  am up early and get to office by  6 45

Schedule  is sllllloooooowwwwww   and slower after 7  am NO SHOW

I did  do a crown  prep and ended  up seeing  Michael Gibbs for cleaning

I was done about  12 15 and went to Ralphs for some fried chicken, and frozen food  and   came home  took  a  nap

Went back to work, Chavez office from  4 -  5.  Working TOO  TOO MUCH

KR did  half  of Serenity Garden weeding and Kurt worked 9 - 4  Then he went up to Corrina's to watch some TV
