 Always a church  day. 

This computer is driving me crazy.  I should just get it cleaned and the sticky keys would be a thing of the past, no?

Kurt went out to Chris' and didn't get back until 4 KR thinks.  He also slept most of the afternoon away.  

KR took  Angel out and  then  he went to church first.   Kurt  and I  went  to church together.  I w ent  for a   bike ride at about 12 40  for 6.6 miles   We took a  nap,  I think.  We walked to the park about 5 pm.  Then i did the 10 stretching exercises. 

I also  cooked some   yummy kale and cauliflower with some bacon
