Thursday must be WORK DAY H63 L54

 So I  was up   early a nd we had  A TALK

Yup, he agreed that he was over the legal limit  for driving, and THANK YOU GOD that he didn't hit  anyone or get a ticket.  I asked him to not drink for a month , as my BIRTHDAY present.  He said he would think about i t.  

I went to work a nd it  was busy.  KR came in to do the apexification and the kid was having none of it.  KR  refused to work on someone with nitrous so they all left.  I had a lot of  charts to write at the end.

Corrina  called  and asked me  to pick up  her  mom from the dentist, which is  right off of Carson  and   Hawthorne.  I took her home but she had to stop at the Pavillion Pharmacy for tx for bladder infection.  They didn't have it ready so it took awhile. 

I came home and went for a 2.12 mile run.  First mile was  9.45.   Felt  pretty good.  Then went downhill

We went to Norm's and had a yummy steak dinner.  

I also took an HOUR  long nap

Wednesday 2/28/2024 KR golf with Jon H67 L49

 It  was somewhat sunny and windy today.

We were up early and KR took Angel to the Fire Road before his golf date with Jon.  KR had bought a round of golf at Terranea for the both of them and off they went.  I did two loads of laundry and then the garbage disposal quit, so  I had to take everything  out from under the sink to fix it.

AND I FIXED IT

But then I had to wipe  everything down and put things back and throw things out, like empty spice containers.  I had a whole head of cauliflower for lunch.  I rode to Einstein to use the last of my 5 dollar gift card on a brisket sandwich.  There was nothing to be had in the alleys when I rode around.  Kiera came to mom's to pick up the Christmas stuff from Maria W and some weights.  

I also gave away the last of the cauliflower plus some of Chuck's cilantro.  Very fresh.  He  also baked some lemon cake with blueberries that was just  amazing.  

KR came home about 4 40 and had MANY drinks.  He wanted to take a nap.  He was reeling a bit.  Could not put Angel's collar on straight.  I talked him into taking her for a walk, and a lady came to pick up the knee scooter so we all  walked around NH  and then came home.  

KR had some smoothie and went to bed early.

Kurt had work all day.

Sent me a snap walking his kiddo with an electric fun kid car with a dog on the back.

So after shower and smoothie, KR was still stumbling a bit so I had him do the BAC.  It was .07 at 6:40, two hours after he drove home.  I got mad at him, but you cannot talk to a drunk person when he is still buzzed.  He tried to read Route 66 but went to sleep by 7 pm.  I didn't think he can actually concentrate to read.  He has to work tomorrow.   So do I.

I think I need to speak with Jon about  this.  KR says Jon had just as much to drink.  But Jon out weighs him and probably can drink more than  KR.   That is not a good excuse to drink and drive.

Tuesday 2/27/2024

 Foot doctor appt day  FINALLY

KR had his Bible study early, and I have been stretching on the bed every morning for almost a month now.  I  don't know if i t is helping, but my head seems to hurt less when I lay down on my stomach and  turn my head either left or right.

I need to go clean mom's house more.  Just seems to have not much energy.  Like my dizziness is making  me so tired all the time, that I just want to lay down and do nothing.

I am still waking up about 108 pounds lately.  Can't seem to eat much either.  A few bites and I am full.

Sometimes I think about 'OLD AGE".  I mean if I am complaining now, what is going to happen in  another 10 years?  I think of Mom B at 93, how is she handling it all?  Lovely would say PRAY about it and I am.   Is  GOD saying NOT enough?  Youa re not  praying enough. 

I think about Kurt getting married and having kids.  By the time those grandkids come, will KR and  I be able to baby sit them like my mom and dad used to?   What about when Diamond and Will have kids?     

So I spent about 2 hours cleaning mom's house and garage.  I gave away the dog crate I got from a neighbor and the Christmas tub and some weighs.  Freda came and looked at some of dad's books and  took maybe two.  I threw out father's calendars.  There is pages and pages of lists of the ostrich eggs he painted: Monet, Degas, Matisse, Kinkade, Rembrandt, Vermeer, and so many  more.  I wish I had more  of the painted eggs.  

I wish he was nicer.

Monday Raining day H 64 L 53

I didn't  think it was suppose to rain today, but rain it did.  KR had the Monday morning group and then we went to the park with  Angel.  He went down to Westminister to visit someone and to stop at the gun  shop.  He then went to the fish taco place and had some and brought me some.  

I went to pick up Mable Duncan's chart from Isaac Huang and then KR text me to buy bagels.  I didn't have  any money so I had to go  home.   I rode back to get bagels but it started raining so I turned  around by mom/s and brought the car.  

KR came home and I had an asada taco.   Very good.

Andrea and Maribel came to clean but no one was here most day.  Kurt had work  at 10 his 8 30 canceled.

It  didn't rain that hard so KR took Angel to the golf course and he said there was still golfers on there, even in the rain.

I spoke with Ellen she is having foot surgery next week.  I spoke with Melissa, she is still working at Old  Navy, but they cut her hours again.  

I am still dizzy.  Sometimes I think I just lay around because it stops the dizziness.  But not good as I  don't move enough.   I wish this would go away.  13 months already

Sunday SKUNK day

Yup,  KR let Angel out to pee and she went straight to the skunk at the corner avocado tree and got  sprayed.  It smelled so bad.  He woke me up to help. We mixed the solution of peroxide, baking soda and  dish detergent and washed her outside.   Then KR took her to Mom's to sleep.

I went back to bed and had a hard time getting back to sleep.

Kurt spent the night at Corrina's and they went to Eat at Joe's for breakkie but the line was too long so he got an Acai bowl and came and picked me up for church.

It is  Kevin Rehm's birthday.

I was really tired and sleepy.

KR stayed for Q&A and came  home and ate and Kurt and KR both went down f or a nap.  

KR had usher duty,  Kurt and I went later. 

I rode a round and found a dog crate and brought to mom's garage   Plus Step for working out.  All  needs to go.   All the glasses Patty gave me went.  Many want the crate, and Dani came and got the pogo stick. 

KR and Kurt brought the head board to the garage, and I ran there and back.  

We had the bratwurst and pickled cabbage for dinner.   

Saturday H 76 L 54 2/24/2024

 It really didn't feel that hot today.

We were up early and KR took Angel for a walk.  I did a load of laundry, as KR had peed on the mattress pad that went all the way to the mattress!!!!!!!  He needs to get the procedure done again, as he is not peeing too well and is leaking at night AGAIN !!!!   ARRRRGGGGGG  He  is wearing a diaper again every night.

Kurt also did a load of laundry.  He went to Corrina's for dinner and spending the  night,

They went to FM and got some lettuce for the chickens and some beautiful strawberries and a head of cauliflower,  Not much else.  

We  both  went for a  walk up the fire trail.  My  knees were hurting.  I went for a 10.7 mile bike ride.  Delivering the scrubber to Maureen.  Not much to be seen except a set of Steps for working out.

I also went grocery shopping and bought some pork ribs.  I made some very delicious ribs plus bratwurst that they can have tomorrow.

Ciclavia is tomorrow and WE ARE NOT GOING   WWAAAAHHHHH

Tomorrow is also Corrina's dad's birthday.  I wonder how they are going to handle that Helen said she is doing better with the recovery of the surgery.   

Friday WHAT HAPPENED?

 So it is always nice on  Friday as I don't have to work  for another week.

KR went to walk Angel and I went over to mom's garage with him on his way out, he took the stuff to Steven and I started cleaning the garage.  I got the edge cleaned so we can take Maria's headboard over  there until we figure out what to do with our current bed.  Her  bed is King and ours is Cal King.  I don't want to  buy all new  sheets but KR likes the carved wood and stuff.

It was hard  work and then I walked home after bringing some stuff into the  condo.  I also posted the potty chair of Maria's and someone is coming to get it soon.

KR came home and had  lunch.  I went for a run of 3.54 miles but the pace was very slow.  13 1/2 min mile  Man shuffling all the way.  Not much to be had in the alleys.

I cooked shrimp for dinner after Kurt came home.  He was suppose to work at 8 30 but his first kiddo canceled so he went in at 10 30.

We played poker for an hour.  It was a lot of fun and I  first  won a lot and then I lost EVERYTHING !!!

I also went online and found my Napa Valley Marathon results: 

       THREE HOURS FORTY MINUTES !!!!   WOWOWWOWOWO

That is about 8 30 per mile for 26 miles.

I was up early, could not sleep,  and got to the office early.   KR slept in later than I but was up before I left.  It was BUSY and we were done at 12 30.  When I got home, KR was not here but the sofa was.  I like the shorter sofa, by 5 inches and less deep too

Kurt had work about   noon, KR said.  He  also walked  Angel this morning

KR had a nap and I went  for a ride.  He then took Angel to the golf course.  He  also brought back the  very heavy head board.  We need to figure out what to do with i t.

Same meds, still dizzy. 

Kurt came  back and we borrowed his truck and delivered our old sofa to Sailaja  Boda who lives by Gable House.  The garage looks better.  I need  to clean it tomorrow

Wednesday H63 L51

 The rain continued at  night  and finally stopped.  By 8 it was nice and sunny.  Kurt went to work at 8 and KR tried to go surfing.  I stayed home and FINISHED the taxes.  Penny G from WF said that there would be NO IRA statements, which   means I could have sent it all weeks ago.  So I sent everything to Iris.  In  searching for  something   for  Iris, I  looked at our 2022 tax return a nd found paperwork from another of Iris's client, Glenn  Tanaka.  I emailed her  and see if  she wanted me to   mail  back.

KR went surfing and I stayed home and cleaned.  Kurt went to work early and I made him some yummy sandwich and a coke.  KR was doing some grafting and managed to cut   himself.   A  bit of  blood.  

I went biking at about 10:30 am for about 8.5 miles.  My knees were bothering me a bit.  KR had lunch and took a LONG nap.  He had a large IPA.   I spent a good amount of time at the garage cleaning up.  I posted the Easter stuff and someone had asked for Amazon containers, which I had 6 that I had saved  from a dumpster.  So a bunch of stuff  went out the  garage, but  Jill Reed brought  over two Taiwan end tables that are now the garage.  I still need to down size.  

I cooked burgers, and sent to  bed by 8 30.

Tuesday IT RAINED ALL DAY H 60 L 55

 At least it is not too cold when it rains all day

Kurt was up at Corrina's all day  Sunday and  he  stayed there  Monday  and went to  work  directly from there today.

KR had Bible Study so he was up early and out.  I didn't even hear  him.   I normally hear him.  I got up at 6:15 and fed Marmi and Mr Gray.   We went to Ralphs and  got some milk and  then  to Maria's house  to pick up some bullets  and other  stuff from  the "dog  house".  Jeff Amberg the realtor was there  to  meet us.  He is pretty uptight.

We didn't go to FM KR said there  ere not too many vendors out there when  he drove by this morning. 

We were home and had some lunch.  KR took a nap and then took  Angel to the golf course.  I went to see Chris Bruno, and of course promptly fell asleep in the Heat and Stim table.  

Kurt came home.  KR told him NO NITROUS CARTRIDGES in this house.  He is ruining his brain cells.

We had bible study.

Deron called KR.  He got his car broken into last night and he is just a mess.  The poor guy.

Lovely put away all the stuff, Alan got home yesterday ok.

Monday

 I forgot all about Monday

KR was up early  and had  the group meeting but it kept kicking  him out so finally at 8 he gave  up.  

Actually I w as up at 5 am and did my stretching.  I have been doing that every morning for about 20 minutes trying to get everything limber up so my joints would feel better.

Then KR went to Bill Brand's Invitational Only memorial service.  I told him that Janice Han would be there and she  was  plus other big wigs.  KR met Gloria there with one of her daughters.  Gloria was helped by Bill to come to this country I think.

Then there was a reception at Kings Harbor or somewhere.

KR came home and picked up Matthew for Dave and Buster.  They had a good time and ate at Panda Express.  He brought some left over home.  

I didn't feel well most day.  I started doing paperwork downstairs.  Starting with Yeye's MediCal stuff and James' stuff.  There is so  much stuff and I need to down size.  And I finally got rid of the cat pee smell downstairs.  I  washed the comforter and the two pillows.   Mopping the floor under the bed was  hard.

I also went for a run with the umbrella, but it didn't rain too hard.  I went for 2.5 miles at 12:30 per mile.  SLOW  

Then in the rain I drove up to Alta Loma Park  at the top of Crest for the council candidate meet and greet.  I asked a question and  no all of the three members answered my question on high density projects coming into  the city.

Finally got home at 9 and  went to bed.

Sunday H66 L53 Founder's Day at ARMED church

 So Kurt actually gets up to go to COTB.  He was out with  Corrina and Dillon at the rodeo and looks like  they had a  great time.

I dropped Alan off and went to bed, he is transiting through Korea and James and Emma also left for HK.  Sleep score says 73, NOT good, 9:41 PM to 7 AM.

KR was up early and went surfing.  We went up to Pastor Thrash Founders Day celebration.  It was  a great time.  We talked to Diamond a bit.  Will is up to his old trick and not  paying  his portion of the rent.  She said they owe maybe about a thousand dollars.  I asked her what they need to do and  she will let me  know.  Will needs to know he needs  to man up and get a GOOD  job, at least an  8-5 regular job  so they can pay rent.  How can they EVER have kids??

The menu was fried chicken with mac and  cheese and  green beans with turkey, plus rice and then cake.  Pastor Thrash said he is handing the reins of the HEAD  pastor to his daughter, Nicole.   KR is not too thrilled about her preaching.  

We  had  a  nice   chat with Christine and  Larry too.  

We came home and I tried to nap.   NO GO.  KR had a good nap  as he had a  nice surf session. 

This computer is driving me crazy with the spacing issues.  I should take it to the Apple Store and see what can  be done.

Kurt went to COTB and then to Corrina's.  As of past 8, nary a word.

I got rid of all the voltive candle  holders on FB free stuff.

I SAW  BOTH  MARMI AND MR GRAY TODAY !!!!!!

Saturday H 63 L 53 Alan goes home

Saturday was nice, not too cold.  We were up and then changed sheets. KR and I went to walk Angel and  then KR went to the Scion Exchange.   Mary was there and and Jerome went too.  He  brought  some sticks and got some  back.

Then I drove KR to the  FM and we didn't get much.  Some strawberries  and  some lettuce.   That is  it. 

Alan  went to play tennis and then he packed  everything.

We went out to Norm's for dinner and we had great porter house.  Kurt went back to Rodeo with  Corrina.  Dinner was great and we didn't have any left over.  We shared two  dinners for the three of us. 

I drove Alan to to the airport.  The traffic was really bad, so I dropped him off at arrival, near terminal 3.

Got home and did this blog and went to bed.   

Friday H 65 L 54

It was not too cold this morning when we got up.  Actually was rather nice.  KR says it was 62 inside but  I turned on the heat a little

He had a meeting with Coach Phil at 7 so he went, then he went surfing.  I tried toinish the taxes and I  did send all our stuff to Iris, but not the Wells Fargo stuff as it was NOT ready yet. 

KR came back and did some cuttings  for  his  meeting of scion  exchange.

I went for a ride 7 miles but nothing to be had in the alleys.  I forgot to wear my watch so no sleep scale.  

Did not see Mr Gray.  Marmi came to eat  brekkie but did not  seem too hungry to eat dinner.  

We picked up  Alan and I could not  find the Norm's coupon t o eat  buy one and get one free so we w ent to  Chicken Maison.  Alan got the sole  and  KR the salmon  a nd me the whole chicen.   I found the coupon when we got home.  Just where I left it on the small counter. I just didn't see it. dang. 

KR didn't have to report for jury this whole week.   Monday is another holiday

Working Thursday H 64 L 48 Mr Gray gets fixed 2-15-2024

 It was an early morning as we had to get  the cat to  the vet

So  I go in the room and tried to catch him/her as we didn't know which it was yet.   I finally  got a hold   of  him after running under the bed, by the book shelf and he bit me hard, through two pairs of gloves.  But I got him into the cat carrier and KR drove him down there.

I went to work.  It was BUSY !!!!  I had to do a difficult crown on 20.

I went to pick up wipes and hand sanitizer up Crest and was late picking up Dorian Gray. 

He went into the bathroom just fine and ate all the wet food.  Then he ate a bowl of dry food too.

I will not let him go until at least one whole day, maybe two days.

Marmi is still coming around.  Now I just have to catch the other cat, that looks like Moochie.

Kurt stayed over night at Corrina's and went to work from there.

KR was asleep (nap) when I got home.  I went on a 2.8 mile run.  Very slow, took 33  min and some stopping and stretching   

Valentines Day 2/14/2024 H64 L 50

 WELL, I  caught Greta/Dorian

I was up and out there feeding the cats and I  snatched the gray feral and brought him down stairs.  He got loose from my arms, and tried to run through the downstairs sliding glass doors before he ran into the bedroom and  hid down there the whole day.  First he  hid on t he  shelves and then  went  under the  bed.  KR will have to b ring him down to the shelter tomorrow as I  have to work.   

We  then went  to the beach to walk Angel to Veteran's Park.  We were  going  to  visit Kurt  but he   was not at  the  center.  There  were plenty of squirrels to  keep Angel  happy.

I then called Grace, the company that handled the air for our Kenya trip and booked  it.  We then went to  Norm's for breakfast/lunch and it was great.  I had a free breakfast and KR's  fish and chips was only 12 bucks.  

Came back and KR napped while I road around and delivered  cauliflower and picked up collagen powder.   

Dinner was  Patty's left over.

Tuesday JUST CAULIFLOWER

 So the title says CAULIFLOWER  We  got so   many heads of cauliflower you would not beieve.

KR went to Bible study and I spent HOURS trying to ge the flight to Kenya.  Well,  just after I entered everything, including the Global Entry and Delta FF numbers,  AMEX kicked me out.  Dang.  I could not log back in as Doug was calling about his tooth hurting.   He  finally got an appt with Dr Kelliny, who  is in  his plan this Thursday.  I hope it is not a RCT.  I told him 14 needed work, and  29  needed work but he  never came back.  

KR tried to go surfing  and was no good so he took Angel  to  the u pper Fire Road.  He also went to FM and got a LOT of CELERY and CAULIFLOWER.  There were at least 40 heads of  cauliflower.   I gave so much food away.    

I went for a ride of 6.1 miles all over the neighborhood.

Kurt worked  about  noon and was home early, like 5 15.

Today is Mark's Birthday.  Oh Mark.  We  sent  love texts to Denise.

We went to bed not  too late.  9 - 6 but only 7 hours and 30 min of sleep according to the watch.

Easy Does it Monday 2/12/2024 H66 L43 Presiden'ts Day

So we got a ton of left over food from Patty for her party.  WOW SO MUCH FOOD.  I gave some to the cleaning crew.

Well, so the Chiefs won Superbowl, 49ers were out again.  I just don't get the hoopla.  So I read my papers and talked to people yesterday.

This morning was cold and KR had the  group with Chris  Cannon.   He took Angel walking somewhere while I cleaned up and took things over to mom's and waited for the cleaning crew.  Kurt had work early so he left about 8 and I made his lunch.

I went up to Helen's and took her to Von's to shop for food.  We came back  and unloaded everything and KR and I met in the village to sign the documents for our Will and Trust.  It took almost an hour, as there was a lot to sign and some typos.

We got home and and had left over for lunch.  KR took a nap and I went to drop off the wooden slats over by El Retiro park, and then pick up makeup.  I am going to try some eye shadow and stuff.  HAHAHA  

We had very little dinner.  Still full.

I spent some time watching Instagram reels and  some of it was SO SO funny.  I see how people can be glued to their screen.  

KR did  NOT  have jury duty tomorrow.  Today was President's Day holiday.  

Super Bowl Sunday 2/11/2023 H65 L42

It was COLD this morning, but I got KR to drive me down to Kings Harbor and parked at Bank of America lot, and I ran the 5K.  Can't believe two years ago I was able to do the 10K.  Well, I  did it in  about 10:30 per mile.  I started after the 10K start, which was 7 30.  The 5K start was 8 30 and I only got three bottles or Pocari Sweat, the great drink from Taiwan.

I got a banana and an apple and we came home.

I drove to Bread of Life with the box of shoes and some of dad's books.  Then to the jacuzzi and sat for almost 30 min and took a shower and came home and streamed the sermon by Paul.  

Kurt had gone up to Corrina's last night and he stayed up there all day for the Super Bowl party.

I cleaned the garage some and KR took a nap and then we went to Kaplan's.  KR was grumpy  as he says that Neil does not say one word to him and he was upset and we came home during half time.

The game was really lame until the end 16-16, then 16-19 then 19-19.  

Saturday H 65 L 46 Happy Chinese New Year

 Yup, today is Chinese New Year.  Or more PC:  HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR

Year of the dragon

Emily is a dragon  We were up early and it was COLD, like 57 inside the house.  Had the  heater   cranked  on good.  Then KR took Angel to the  fire road, and  I stayed  home and worked on clearing the  house.    I  keep getting stuff from the dumpsters and I got a lamp someone was throwing away, and none of the lamps  went so I guess I gotta throw them out.  I hate throwing  things out if they work.

KR and Kurt went to FM got a lot of celery.  They were ALL given away.

I went for a 7,6 mile bike ride and my knees have been bothering me. Dang.  Kind of like father always complaining of his knees.  Tomorrow I am going to attempt the Superbowl 5K.  NOT the 10 like I did two years ago.  What happened?  I can run less and less.  

I had 8 hours and 39 min of sleep.  WOW  

GAKS Friday H61 L46 NO rain

 It was COLD when we got up.  No rain until next Saturday, when  Alan goes back to Taiwan

KR took Angel out for a walk.  I waited for Alan.  His plane was a bit late and he missed the 8:30 bus by a minute when he walked from Bradley to Sepulveda.  I picked him up at YNot and took him to the condo.  He tried to get Abby's birth certificate done, but he said it was impossible.  

KR had a little brekkie and rested before we went to the office for Give a Kid a Smile day.  He worked the afternoon, I just came for lunch and added some pads to the bottom of  the chairs.  He got out early, and was home by about 3 35.  

Kurt went to work early.

We all went to Black Bear for PRIME  RIB !!!!

I tried to get ATT to fix the data  thing but could not   so Kurt and I  are  going to the store  tomorrow.  

Working Thursday H 59 L 47

 Man it was  cold this  morning

I got up and rushed to work.  Maribel first said I had no patient at 7 then there was so i was there by 6 50.  I  only  had three patients, but one of the three was a difficult prep.  I had to prep 12, but the whole back side was buildup/endo, so I ended up doing a 3/4 porcelain onlay and praying that the tooth won't crack in the future.  

I was done at 11 and came home and bough some salad from Korean market.  KR went to Maria's and  brought back the dryer and the end tables.  He had to get a new gas hose.  He also had Valor school meeting at 11 30 for  two hours.   Then Tony said that Klaus said not to take the end table, and Tony then said the realtor, Jeff was upset, so KR called Klaus and Klaus said to keep the end tables.  I think they are worth a LOT of money.

I went for a short run.  My hip was pretty sore.

I had an appt with Chris Bruno at 4 15 and his building lost electricity for about half hour.  It was REALLY nice to see him, my shoulder felt much better.

Kurt worked from about 10 KR said.  He then  went  to Corrina's.

Wednesday Officer Meeting

 It was NOT suppose to rain but it did a little, at night

We  were up and KR took Angel to walk and I went to office meeting EARLY, Maribel text me to  c ome early to talk about x ray protocol so we did, and there was so much to talk about.

She also asked everyone about their "Gripes"  Very interesting

We were done  at  11 and  I  found out Norms has a 5.99 special for a month so I text KR and we went there  for  lunch.  I had quisedilla, and he had ribs a nd  fries.  Very  good.

We were home and all took a nap.

KR then took Angel to the golf course.   I w ent bike riding all a round.  First time in a  week

WE ALSO LET MARMI GO !!!

Tuesday RAIN and Bible Study H 54 L 48

Well, still raining as I type, but suppose to  be no more rain by 3 then about 5 it started pouring again,  and now suppose to be no more rain, but I see tomorrow night gonna be more rain?  REALLY???  The chicken coop is too wet and the chickens do not like this weather and I am tired oft his rain.  

KR had Bible Study and I stayed  home and  tried  to sort  the  rest of Maria's stuff.  I had KR call Claus  and asked  fort he  dryer.  Ours died.   Claus said  the dryer is 50  years old.   The timer  does n ot w ork but  the  heat works.   So when it  dries up we will bring it over here.

KR took  Angel to the  golf  course  and i t  was really wet.  He  had  spaghetti for lunch and so did Kurt

We walked Angel t o Hickory Park and  it s tarted raining, so  I ran home

 It has been raining for the WHOLE DAY !!!!

We were up early, KR earlier than I of course.  He got on with the Chris Cannon group and  then he went to take Deron Leibow to Torrance Memorial for his colonoscopy and endoscopy.  Kurt went to work early, like 8:30 and I made his lunch of course.  

I went to Sumi's and brought her all the glass jars  she wanted.  I got some chocolate cake from her.  I just needed to clear part of the garage,  as there is so much stuff from Maria W.  

KR took Angel to the golf course.  I did some exercises from the Reels online.  A lot of it Chinese exercises.  KR got half a crab from Sarah.  I gave her some cauliflower.  Plus I made her a table cloth from the material that I had.  

Kurt went to Gen to eat with his friends.  

I made spaghetti for our dinner.

RAINING Sunday H 59 L 51 One Inch of Rain

Well, Sunday we supposedly had about a inch or rain already and it is going to rain into Wednesday.  There is severe flooding in several areas, and last storm San Diego had lots of flooding.  As I look outside, the rain has been going on since maybe 2, and stday and  at times very heavy.   

While KR was at the beach with Angel, I went running 3.45 miles at 10:46 per mile which is not too bad.  

We were up early.  Kurt spent the night at Corrina's and didn' t want to come to church.  He texted  me and I told KR to text him and  he showed up.  KR had security duty so we all drove.

There was a meal at church too but I didn't feel like going.   We had l eft over here.  I had more braised beef from Sarah.   

Marmi is still being kept in the downstairs bedroom/bathroom.  He is not too happy.  Sometimes venturing out into the bedroom.  But with this rain,  I am going to keep him in until after the rain quits.  Which is suppose to be sometime Wednesday.

I slept a little this afternoon.  

Saturday 2/3/24 H61 L45

Well, I was 106.7 this  morning.   Don't even know how I got down so low.  I think it is not eating dinner  that push it over.  We gave a fairly good lunch and then neither one of us eat a lot at dinner.   

KR went to walk Angel  at the beach down at  the  sand.  Said there was only  one person there.  Was cold and windy.  He picked up some more food from Sarah.  She has lot a lot of wt and started to give her large clothing away on BNT.  

KR went to FM and dropped me off at the Main Post office.  James needed me to mail him his old passport as it had China Visa on it and he needed it.  I got kind of mad as he need to do his own thing and I don't have time for  that.   And  that  he  has not paidme in  full  YET.

So I waited almost an hour in line and then the lady said that they didn't HAVE THE  FORM FOR THE EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL !!!  

WHAT????

You don't have a form?  Why was that  not stocked up?  I walked / ran home and rode my  bike to Fedex and quickly got the passport mailed to James.  Arrival on Monday  and cheaper than USPS.  65 bucks.  

I continued to give away Maria's stuff on BNT and  most got picked up.  

Kurt went up to Corrina's to spend the night,.  Helen got  out of  the hospital yesterday  and s aid she   is slowly  recovering.  

Friday H 62 L 51 2/2/24

 I like Friday's.  It is the day a fter  work and  I can always relax

We were up early and I did a load of wash, changed the sheets.  The dryer quit working so we must figure out why.   I wonder if there is a governor so that there is no heat.

KR also stopped at Sarah's and got some braised beef and half a fab sandwich that he ate for brekkie. 

KR went to walk the dog down the beach and I stayed home.  We then went to Maria's house  while  KR helped Tony  load the  furniture that  he wanted and drove over  to  Tony's  house.  I took some more of the  bathroom stuff and came home.  

He took a nap and then we went for a walk to the park.  I rode the bike. I had gone for a 2.8 mile run, knee and hip sore.   

He went to Dan's  gathering and  had  THREE  BEERS !!!  When  he  said he would  only have  TWO

Thursday H59 L49

 BOY  did it  rain   cats and dogs. 

I was up early and  drove very  carefully to work.   y  7 am and  8  am did  not show up.   It  was raining very  hard.   KR  took Angel  to the  golf  course and  it  was  like a  lake.  The  rain  quit about  11  and  I got  done about 12  and went to Ralphs and got some food

I tried  taking a nap and then we went over to Maria's  and got all  her  frozen food and a lot of  other stuff.  We  cooked ribs  and frozen  vegetables for  dinner 

Kurt  worked half  day

We went to t he  jacuzzi

Marmi is still  d ownstairs   At  least  he is not  hissing at  me  anymore.   He is also  not  hiding in the corner  anymore.

Wednesday

 So I don't even know what happened Wednesday because it is Thursday already.

I have to see  what  I  did on my watch to be able to recall

Doug came over in  the morning  and we had a long chat.  He took KR's fishing  reel to  fix too.  Said Todd had a heart attack and he was over at the grandkids house.

All I know is we tried  to get ready for the downpour tomorrow

We were over at mom's putting some soil from Jerome in  her  yard and me sorting through the  stuff  in  the  garage.   

KR went surfing and I went biking all over the alleys.  

Marmi  is still  downstairs recovering from his surgery.  He is hiding  in the corner most of the time and still hisses at  me  sometimes.  At least he  ate a little

I was going  to  go  to  Candidate  Forum but was  too  tired.  We went  to  the jacuzzi instead.
