Wednesday H 74 L 59

 Still in the 50's at night.  I was a little cold  Could not wake up this morning, got good sleep lately, score in the 80's.  Alan was watching a little Olympics.  Got the car ready and we left for the airport at 10.  I stopped at the office to show Tracy my tint.  Then went to Kelliny office.  He thinks all the teeth on the right are ok, just trauma from the bone graft.  Maribel brought me some guava pastry and I gave Diana and staff a bunch.

Came home and KR was weeding the whole front yard.  He also fixed all the sprinklers.  Making sur ethey all sprayed.

Kurt had work all day and stopped at Corrina's for a little while after.

I defrosted spaghetti sauce and both KR and Kurt had it for dinner.  KR did some pollinating of the dragon fruit out back.

I went to bed by 8 45

Tuesday and CANTALOUPE city H 74 L 59

 When is it going to warm up?

Kurt had work and says it is really easy and when they quit early they still get paid,  They are going through 30 pages of orientation and only got five page done, as everyone tell their story, like some have parent in penal system, etc.  He does NOT have a good story, or ANY story.

Dizziness is same, not too good.  Nauseous too

I squeezed a lot of cantaloupe juice today and I also made ribs.,  Most were eaten.  

Alan is packing for his trip tomorrow.  Sumi made cookies and we ate half of it.  THey were SO SO good.  

We watched a little bit of Olympics

Monday WORK AGAIN!!!! H 73 L 59 July 29, 2024 Kurt's first day on the new job SBCC

 James asked me to pay his Visa bill tonight.

Said he was gonna send 2500  I don't see the money

I was at work at 7 45.  Schedule was not too bad.

Oh, and I started taking almost .5 mg klonipin at night again.  It is helping just a little with  the dizziness.  I hear this low buzzing  and also nausea is worse.  I don't feel well and I just wanna quit.  Work that is.

But I have to work next Monday again.

I think I should ask the other two to sub for me for a bit in September.

I didn't get out of there until 1 15 and KR had two beers and was asleep for at least two hours.  He still gets weird when he  drinks.  He thinks he is funny, but he  is not.

I  asked Alan to take the car in  for  tinting and he went about 11.

Kurt worked his new job.  Says he has about 100+ clients.  YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME

I gave the body pillow away.

I cooked this fabulous shank for dinner.  I also started cooking the ribs for tomorrow's dinner.

Sunday dizzy Church day

 KR went surfing early and then we went  to church.  Kurt wanted to do Zoom we said no. 

I was really dizzy.  While KR was out I went running  for 3.52 miles and took me 40 minutes.  Which is  almost 13 min mile.  Very slow

After church,  I made cantaloupe juice and KR made lemonade.

Alan came in at night

I got Peacock TV so we can watch some Olympics.  8 bucks a month.  

I was in bed by 9

Saturday and VERY VERY DIZZY H 75 L 62

 I didn't feel too well today

Slept ok, for a long time it seems.  KR went surfing, or tried.  Then he took Angel to the fire road.  I didn't go.  I went to Elsie to pick up the pool floatie for Kurt and then rode the alleys and found some sand mats that would be great for their trip.  Took me a whole hour to ride 7 miles.  Jeez  so so slow

Then KR went surfing again, this time better.  Kurt and I went to FM and got a lot of cantaloupe and not much else.  I am going to juice them tomorrow.  I also blended the whole bag of almost mushy greens into smoothies.  GHAHAHHA  KR won't eat them but he would drink the smoothie now.

I just laid around most of the day with queasiness.  Kurt went up to Corrina's for a few hours.  He was home by 8 30 as Corrina had game night with the girls, which included Amanda and Emily Hemingway.  

Friday H 76 L 63

 An easy day

We went walking at the beach.  I forgot my watch so no idea how many steps

I only slept 7 hour and 10 min, even though I got up only once to pee, I think.  KR went to see Jeff to pick up fish.  We got white fish and seabass and salmon grouper .

KR ate lunch and had a nap.  I went for a run for 2.88 miles 32 min.  I went back to  pick up these floaties but someone had picked them up.  DANG

I then rode to Dollar Tree to see if they had some for Kurt's trip but they didn't

We walked to the park and then I cooked the fish.  AMAZING sweet meat.  Jeff is such a great fisherman.

Kurt had his LAST day of work at Kids First and went out but his office workers stood him up so he came home with a 12 pack of Coors.

Thursday 7/25/2024 WORKING H 79 L 64

 It didn't feel like 79 today.

I was at work by 6 45.  It was not too busy but I had TWO nitrous.  No Bueno

No Dr Leo, but Johanna was here and it helped.  I saw Tracy's  cousin and it looked ok her crowns 2 and 3.  I got done by a bout 12 30 and came home.  KR had a beer and was asleep.  I put some stuff at mom's garage and went for a ride.  Didn't see anything, KR planted the fig at Adele's.

We went walking Angel to the park.

I cooked shrimp for dinner.  Kurt worked all day and had a half hour gap.  He and Corrina went to KTown for BBQ.

Wednesday VACUUM CLEANING H 77 L 63

 So four more weeks and we a five weeks away from our trip.

AND I missed the bidding on the new used sewing machine.  I  think I will donate the  small  machine  as the foott/high  control is too low.

KR took Angel to the s ervice  road and then he started cleaning the Roomba's.  We now have FOUR here and three Shark and one Roomba.  Corrina  wants one so KR took them all apart and cleaned them and they all work well now.  He also cleaned the Bissell I got in the alley and I am  giving that away.

We had lunch at home.  KR had chicken salad,  and I had some mushroom.   He  is losing  weigh  and I am getting fatter.

We went out to  dinner at the Old Marie Calendar location, there are several restaurants.  I had kebab and KR  did too and the rest of them had  s andwiches.   If I wanted a  sandwich  I would just eat at home.

I was suppose to bed on a sewing macnhne and I forgot to look at the time and I missed it.  He got it for 5 bucks.

Kurt had a little bit of time in between clients and he went back to work.

He is starting on the new job next week.  9  - 4 each day or something.

Tuesday and juicing celery and cantaloupe H 78 L 65

 So KR had a good bible study and then he went to meet with Phil.  I guess Sarah sent in her resignation about working at Valor.  What a weird lady.  KR  invited Phil for dinner.

I went to meet the  plumber and they snaked the shower again and got a bunch of hair out.  So they say.  I still think the roots are making the things not go down the drain.  I did another load of the floor mats and hung them out to dry.

KR went to FM and got a lot of celery and cantaloupe, and a watermelon.  I juiced a lot of the stuff.  Tastes great.  He had carnitas sandwich for lunch.

We took a nap.  I slept for AN HOUR AND HALF

Vertigo no good.  

KR cooked turkey for taco salad dinner, and Phil came and we had a great time.  

Kurt worked most day.  Had a 2 hour gap.

Monday and office asks me to work MORE !!! H 78 L 64

 I was up early but not too early.  KR  had his zoom meeting then he went surfing.  Said it was really  good  and the weather was good.  I went over to mom's to water and realized that the shower has flooded so I called NH and the workers came to try to snake the shower.  However it was not successful with the 25 ft snake.  They need to do it again tomorrow.  If it was not for all the floor mats in the bathrooms, the carpet and the wood laminate flooring would have been flooded.  Thank goodness.

I washed most of the floor  covering and ran the  Roomba.

I also went for my chest x rays, but as it was a week after the zpak, nothing showed up.

KR had  Trak meeting at KHC from 5 - 8 so he was gone.

I went running for  maybe two  miles again, but the watch did not record AGAIN !!!!!!

Kurt had work all day.

Sunday a nd I make it to church H 79 L 64

 We go down  to   the  beacht o w alk Angel.  My  computer  is  woking out again.  Skipping space anda ll t hat.

KR   had  church  duty so he  goes early.   Kurt comes back late from Corrina so we were late.   I also went  running for a bout 2.5 miles before church.   The  r un  I t hought was fast but was 2.5 miles at 12 45 per mile.

Church was  a guest speaker.

KR stayed for Q and A.  Kurt   did laundry and then nap and then  went to Johann  and Christina's for  a pool party.  

KR trimmed the  mulberry tree  and I sqeezed water melon juice.  We tried walking Angel to the park but she did  not want to go.  KR had fried chicken.  

James Sor came by with carnitas, so we have more food.

Saturday and the cough is better. Snot still going strong in the morning H 77 L 62

We took Angel to the Fire Road and there were so many people there.  It was a nice walk.  Prince has  lost almost a ll his tail feathers.  KR went to FM and got some corn and then he juiced all the left over carrots plus t he watermelon.  He even grind up the rind  and the  juice was great

I took a nap and  it was almost two hours.  I slept like the dead for some reason.  Fatigue is still on going.

We went over to mom's and checked out what is what.  I hung the  blanket I washed  last night.  We are going to take more soil over there.  

I went  for a ride to Anza to pick up shampoo and then some pocket sheet  protector, for our  trip.  I  also  printed out all the information.  Will need to copy the drivers license and all t hat  other  stuff when  I go to  work  next week.  Nothing to be had in  he alleys.   

I cooked pork chops  for dinner

Kurt and Corrina and friends went to Tanaka Farms today.   Looks like they had a great  time

Friday and easy day H 78 L 64 *

 I woke up at 6 and then went back to sleep until 7.  Got a great sleep score.  Kurt was up at 7:30 and said that they gave him a client at 8.  Well, they  gave to him last night at 4 30 and he should have checked before going to bed, instead of gaming all night.

This coming up week will be his LAST week at Kids First.  Then it is SBCC the following Monday. 

KR started juicing the carrots and the watermelon,  since the watermelon was not too sweet.  We even juiced the rind and it was great.

I did a load of laundry, and KR swept the back  patio.  I cleaned the 'closet' in the downstairs bedroom and brought a bunch of James' 

Kurt had Carl's junior for dinner and KR had a sandwich.

He also had the stew meat for lunch

I went to mom's and washed a blanket and watered and  put some of  James'   stuff away

Thursday KR comes home H 77 L 65

 It felt hotter than that

I was up early for work.  KR had asked Corrina to come and sit with Angel but she had camp this wek  which means working in the  am until about  12 30

I got there and it  was BUSY, although the  schedule  did not  seem like  it.   We didn't get done until almost 1

Leo Taylor's last day.  His operative is not that great but the personality sure makes up for it.  Mary is really gonna miss him.  He likes hanging out with the  girls and does not  put up air.

I sat  outside for a  bit after  I got home and KR got home about 3 and we took a nap.

Walking to Hickory was good.  Then they made sandwiches from the stuff he got for the trip for dinner.  I had toffee peanuts that Sumi sent.

I was  really dizzy and queasy today.  I wonder if I have long COVID????

Wednesday KR gone to the ranch H 78 L 63

 KR left early. I was still asleep, didn't even hear him except when he kissed me goodbye.  He rode with  Phil Traeger.

I was up and then started on the stewed tomato cooking.  I canned about 10 jars.  I had so many tomatoes.  I also gave away all the eggplants, and some beets.

Kurt had work and I made him a great salad, from Adele's food  stash.

The kitchen wa a mess  when I was done and Kurt cleaned it up.  I also did laundry and changed sheets.  KR had put the mattress pad on sideway when he was drunk last week.  It was hilarious.

He  called me right before he went  to dinner.

There was a lot of work , by me today.

I took Angel to Fire Road and she didn't want  to walk.  When I got done, a cop was at the bottom and said that Angel was aggressive to a  cyclist and he called the cop.   Venegas was his name.  I thanked him for not ticketing me. 

I  ran up and down. It was a little hot. 

Tuesday and I make carrot halwa H 78 L 63

 I was up early, but of course not  as early as KR.  He  went to the bible study and got home.   Denise Paulson came to visit.  KR did not walk Angel.  He did the yard, weed whacking.  Then went to FM and got a lot of tomatos and lettuce.  I need to make can tomatoes tomorrow.

He  had  pastrami  sandwich for lunch  and then a nap.  I  was fatigued again.  Don't know what the problem is.  Maybe long  COVID???

We went to walk Angel Fire Road.

I  rode  around, dropping off cake.   Oh  yes,  I  made carrot  halwa, Indian dessert this morning.  We  grated the carrots, very very good.  I added less sugar.

We went  out  to  Kalvera's for their Taco Tuesday.  1 49, used to be 99  cent.  Very good.  Mike and Carole, all had tacos too.

Kurt had  work all day

MONDAY OH NO work AGAIN !!!!! H 76 L 64

 Geez when am I gonna work less? 

So I had work againm 6 45 to 3 15.

It was busy and KR came and took out Karina's root and did a bone graft.  He went to El Super and bought food for his  trip.  I went and got some guava pastry for me and the assistants.  Leo Taylor is still missing some calculus.  Guess they don't teach them like they used to

I did a 1.83 mile walk at lunch  and then a 4 mile bike ride after I got home.

I still feel really exhausted in the afternoon like my eye lids are just so heavy.  I could not sleep, just rested a little.  KR took Angel for a walk in the morning, no Monday group, and then planted the fig tree, taking out the old one that is not producing.  He also planted the bulbs.  He brought his trip food to mom's frig.

Kurt had work, but his afternoon 3 pm canceled.  He sent in the resignation for the old job.  The new job starts in two weeks.

We got half a quiche from Nancy.  I cooked shank too and it was good

Sunday and NO CHURCH again H 76 L 64

 We went down to the beach and I am spitting all the way.  JEEZ  really?

KR went to church and I did zoom at home.  Kurt is still camping, he left Friday night.  Having a good time.  KR stayed for Q&A said it was rather boring.  We had left over for lunch and then he took a nap.  I tried but just faded in and out.  

I went to drop off some carrots at Sumi's and for Melli.  The watch is not recording the ride and I don't know how to fix it.  Maybe just buy a new one.

KR had left over chicken patty sandwich for dinner.

WhAT I forgot Saturday?

 I guess I did as it is Sunday evening.

AND my watch is having  problems syncing so I can't remember where we walked and stuff.

We were up early and went  to the  park with Angel.  Then KR went to Skyzone with Matthew and Xyrek whose dog died and he was  upset.  They had  a great time jumping.  I borrowed some socks from Esther at Maple Walk.  

Then KR went to FM while I went to Adele's surprise birthday party.  It w s great. Julie had planned it and she was so surprised.  We had dogs and burgers and fruit and Sumi baked two kinds of cakes.

KR went for a nap and I tried, but dozed of and on.  I have been REALLY TIRED in the afternoon, just like I woke up and am tired.  Still coughing and spitting and snorting.

We had left  over for dinner.  KR took Angel out I think to the Fire Road

Friday 7/12/2024 Kurt's 27th Birthday H 73 L 63

 So it is Kurt's birthday.  We went down to the beach and I ran up and down the steps at Ave 3 and other ramps.  The watch is having some issues and is not recording the sleep or the run.  We were home and KR finished the honey  stuff, into the jars.  Rinsed  everything and brought  over to mom's garage.

Kurt was at   Corrina's and we went up to Red Onion for lunch, and I brought them balloons that I got from BNT and I said I bought them  HAHAHAHAH  They were Nintendo 64 balloons, in bright green and black.  

We had so much food.  Enchilada and taco and buffalo wings and chili relleno.  We brought a  lot of it home.  Kurt came home for nap and then packed and went camping.  Corrina had to work. 

Next week he is going to give notice and got another job.

We walked over to pick up Skyzone socks from Esther as KR is taking Matthew to go jump tomorrow.  We walked Angel to the park too and came home he had Chicken Maison left over for dinner.  I had some snacky food and didn't really eat.

I had to take .25 klonipin as the dizziness is so bad.  My ears are popping all the time.  I think the cold two weeks ago did a number on my ears and the vertigo is worse.

We were in bed by 9 30

THURSDAY and what a day of work 7/11/2024 H 79 L 63

 Days are getting warmer but shorter....

Kurt didn't bring in the food from Teresa and the racoons or the cats got to the pizza and hauled it off.  Yup, she left me a cheese pizza and it was GONE GONE and GONE.

The french fries were all over and the bread bag broken up and some eaten.  The ants weren't that bad, which   I was surprised.  I was mad, more about the waste of food than the mess.

I was up about 5 coughing and then I went to the other bed and slept until 5 45.  Got ready for work.  And what a day of work.  It was BUSY and Leo had a little trouble with caries removal on #2 or is it 3?  So I also had to see Karina Chavez and rebond the tooth #7 that I  had bonded years ago.  I took off the metal lingual support from Dr Michel and bonded RibBond and it worked well.

I didn't get out until 1 30.  Came home and KR was spinning honey.

Kurt got a new job.  With SBCC, at 54000 a year, 26 bucks an hour.  Not enough.  But a start, at least.  More than what he is making now, which is about 23 an hour.  They offer medical and dental or something.

I went for a ride, and picked up my rx from Von's.  The watch is not syncing for some  reason.

KR made spaghetti sauce. And garlic bread

Kurt went up to Corrina's.

His 27 birthday is tomorrow

Wednesday office meeting * H 78 L 62

 So KR was mad that I slept in the other  room.  Coughing still and nose snot.  But feeling a bit better with the cough.  However, the vertigo seems a bit worse.

He went down for a swim and then taking Angel for a walk.  I went for a bike ride.  Then it was office meeting.  Two whole hours.  I stopped at Puche Lab and picked up Maribel's case.  Then it was Sushi Boy spicy tuna roll

KR went down to the beach for another swim.  We made up.

Kurt was home as he has pink eye and office didn't want him to come in.  He has interview tomorrow.

KR had Chicken Maison

Teresa said she is dropping off Chik FilA patties, we shall see.

Sarah is back from Hawaii and said everyone has COVID, so she needed some tests

Easy Tuesday H 76 L 63

 Well, KR apologized.

I had a better night  sleep but the watch did not record the length, wonder why.  KR went to his Tuesday group and then took Angel for a walk.  We had a chat after he came back.  He doesn't  even remember yelling at me about 'having my hearing aids in', and I said to him how can  he be mean about a physical attribute of mine, HARD of hearing, that I cannot even control?  He  does not even remember !!!!  He apologized and I said that he repeats this behavior, drinking too much, every few months, and he needs to decide if he wants to continue drinnking AT ALL !!!!  

I wanted to pour the tequila he got yesterday down the drain.   He said to give it to Patty so I did.  I took some strawberries over too, from the farmers market.

From the looks of the bottle, he had at least 10 oz, at least a good third of the bottle was gone.  REALLY????????

We had over 30 pounds of good squash, carrots, beets and onions.  Almost all of it was taken today.  YIPEEEE  Everyone got some, and there is only a few squash left.

I cooked more onions with honey and Joy Beckman said I  should get some ginger,  so I went to the market and then cooked some ginger in it too.  YUCK, but  if it helps.

I am on 60 mg steroid, one pill of z pak and 5 mg of hydrocodone.  Maybe dad's stuff was way expired.  So actually I am feeling a little better.

KR had Eddie chicken for dinner.  Kurt has  the week off, his job says  his pink  eye is one thing he cannot  come to work with.

I got the  ETA thing done for Kenya.  I had to go to Karin's and get our passports scanned.  The  picture I took with the phone, the ETA   site says was not good enough.  Jeez

WORKING Monday and KR cussed at me H 74 L 62

 Yup, KR cussed at me.

Didn't see that coming.  I was up early and went to work.  I actually slept 9 hours, according to my watch, and a sleep score of 91.  REALLY?  The cough was better last night but today no bueno.  Mary called in sick, she has the same cough as I do and did NOT sleep until 4 am today, she said when she spoke to me today.  Poor thing, we have the same cough.  Deep and bad into the bronchus

So Leo worked hard, and Johannah comes in at 8 so it was me and Leo for the first hour.  There  was a lot of patients, and two didn't show up and I was still so backed up.

My nose dripped all morning long.  I took some Tussin DM before work, and I was still coughing.  I called Dr Lee and got into see him at 3 45.  He rx:  Zpak, more steroids, and hydrocodone, for the cough.  I picked up the three from CVS and Von's had my cough med, phenergan with codeine but only had 3 oz, so I asked Dr Lee to call in a new one, as I didn't want to pay just for 3 oz.

When I got home, KR was asleep, and woke up, saying all kinds of nasty things about my diary.  Yup, t he ones he read, and that I should  have gotten rid of it and that it was just so inconsiderate of me not to get rid of it.

When I got home  from Dr Lee,  KR had stripped all the linens again.   He had just changed the sheets  this morning.  I guess when he was napping  he  peed all over the bed, so  much that he had to  wash the mattress cover, and the sheets.  His underwear was all wet too.

I thought, hmmm  I guess God is punishing you for using the f word on your wife?  Or is that not nice.

So he went down to the beach for a swim, and then had chicken salad for dinner.  Eddie C had dropped off some food plus a 10 pack of muffins, I gave 6 away to Christine Jung.

I took the z pak, 2 pills, 60 mg of prednisone, and 5 mg of hydrocodone.  Right now, at 8 45, I am not coughing.  Praying that it would go away soon.

Sunday H 79 L 64 ALAN is 67 today

 KR took Angel to the beach but she only walked about four blocks each way.

I was home.  The Alien on my face is better but I am still coughing and the dizziness is still bad.  The weather is beautiful, and nice and warm.  KR goes to church.  Kurt gets up and says he has an eye infection.  YUP,  he has PINK EYE.  He goes to urgent care and gets Tobramax for eyes and says the doc says he has pink eye.

I cook some ribs and KR and I went down to the beach and I slept a bit and he goes swimming.  It was  very nice.   Not too hot.  Windy a  little, but warm enough so that   I can lay and sleep.

Then I went to lay down and KR took a nap.  I went for a ride first, and went to the alleys, not seeing much.  I fell asleep and KR took Angel to Fire Road, while I slept on.  KR picked up his Tamsulosin and Keflex.  

I am tired and sleepy all day.  Don't know why I am so tired all the time.   My eyes are just tired all day.

Saturday and a HOT day H 80 L 62

 But I didn't do anything.

This cough and dizziness and snot and today's new thing:  SINUS CONGESTION and feels like the Alien was stuck on my face and I had itchy nose and bulgy  eyes and talking like I have a cold

I THINK I HAVE A COLD

John and Yvonne packed up and KR took Angel to the beach and I stayed  home.  I didn't go down to Irvine for lunch with Don and Lori White and the Macy's.  Ended up Lori didn't come either, something about having a lunch for the family next week and she gotta get things ready.

I went over to mom's but Yvonnee had locked both locks.  I told them just to LOCK the bottom and they took the keys with them.  Thank goodness I asked KR to ask them and Yvonne took them out of her purse.  REALLY??  They ate at Bosscat Cafe in Irvine and spent a LONG time talking.

Alan had a little breakfast and then drove down to Chula Vista early in the morning.

I just spent the whole  day sleeping and doing nothing.

Kurt was home but didn't get  up until late so no FM and I didn't feel like pushing for him to go anyway.

We stopped at the neighbor's house that was giving away a whole lot of stuff.  We got 3 skateboards, violin bows, umbrellas, fishing stuff (lots), pee pads.  I listed them and all are going.

I had a better night sleep with some meds.

Friday Funday H 77 L 61 *

 What a day

I slept in the other room due to the cough.  However, today it feels like I have a head cold.  Yup something different, the sinus is all plugged up and itchy.  KR and John and Alan went to play golf at NH and they had a great time.  I was VERY busy making Kurt's lunch and cooking our brunch.  Kurt spent the night at Corrina's again, even though he said he was coming back last night.  He left at 9 said he had to be there at 9 20.

I went to Ralphs and got spinach and cheese and milk and juice and other stuff from couponing.  I made egg frittata, with spinach and carrots and cheese, plus bacon and sausage and butter mochi and sour dough bread and fruit.  They came back with Yvonne too and ate almost all the food.  

KR left to go on a ride with Phil T and had a salad and two beers at Hennessey.  I tried to take a nap but no go.  KR came home and took a nap.  I might have fallen asleep.

I went for a 6.5 mile ride all around.

We all went to Black Bear Diner for dinner.  Kurt was only a little late coming from Carson/work.  We ALL had PRIME RIB !!!  Plus dessert.  

We walked Angel to the park and went to bed.

FOURTH of July 2024 H 73 L62

 I was up by 6, thinking I could sleep more, but I didn't.  Made coffee and Alan and KR were soon up.  We left about 7 30 to Redondo.  Alan and I ran the  race  and KR went to  walk Angel.  It was not cold and my hip was just hurting, about 2 mile in.  The  last   mile was HARD !!!!  But I finished a  little under 10 min mile   Alan finished about  38 he says.

We saw Michael Gooch and he said he did about  24.  VERY GOOD

We came home and KR and I went to the jacuzzi and then to NH  for lunch.  Nina came by.  She had come down to visit Deron and we all walked to NH and got a hot dog.  We made some coleslaw with the last cabbage, and KR went and bought some carrots.  It was the first time we made it.  It was good.  I also bought some  cherry pie and some apple pie from the 'bakery'.  

Nina stayed a little and talked, and then she  had to do things for Deron and they all took a nap.  

Wednesday 7 - 3 24 H 73 L 61

 Well, I finally called Dr Lee and he said after much discussion to up the steroid to 60 mg today.  I also cooked the onion and honey cough syrup and had a whole onion full by the end of the day.

I could hardly sleep, coughing all night last night with sleep score of 51.  NEVER before scored that low.  I also took 5 mg of hydrocodone once in the morning and once at night.  The vegetable soup was done cooking this morning and it was amazing.  I went for a short 6 mile ride and dropped some soup off at Nancy's.  Orly picked up all the vegetables so we only have one large cabbage and two eggplants now.

KR took Angel to the service  road and picked up a jar of honey  from John.  We are completely out.  He took a nap.  I did some weighs in the garage.  We walked Angel to the park.

I cooked some pork chops for Alan and went to bed by 8

KR went to the ariport and WHAT A MESS !!!!  He said it took 1.5 hours to get there.  The tunnel took 30 min to get through.  I was asleep by 8 and then woke up sporatically, like when when he woke me trying to figure out how to work my phone.  I should have had his face entered on my phone, so he would not have to enter the passcode.  

Alan said there were so many people at the airport, and KR took the little Honda,  and not my white car and he had my phone but he didn't know exactly how to use it, and I should have set up FaceID and Alan didn't have wifi except in the airport and on the street he could not talk to KR.  Finally they got home about 1 pm.  Everyone was exhausted and Alan ate a porkchop and salad and we all went to bed.  

I coughed a bit so slept in the  other room.  Taking 5 mg  of hydrocodone and 20   cc of Tussin DM, plus the onions/honey I made, and took a little while to work, so I can sleep.

July 2, 2024 Tuesday and another WORK DAY H 76 L 62

 I had a bad night sleep.  I was coughing going to sleep and then woke up about 12 15 coughing and took me almost an hour to get back to sleep.  Just coughing and coughing.  Jeez, just more of  this what  is going on?

I got to work about 6 45, and the day was busy.  We got an hour lunch  and got back to work at 2, done at 3.  My cough was ok, and Mary  was coughing all day too.  Johannah talked about her son's problem with reaching mile stone, like not much talking, so she is having him tested.

I got home, and was so tired I just sat around with KR for another hour.  KR went to the beach and pulled a muscle on his right calf.  He walked Angel up service road.  

I cooked brisket and and vegetables.  KR got a lot of stuff from FM, cabbage, eggplants, zuks, celery and Brussel sprouts.  The meat was great.  They heated up rice too.

Monday July 1, and what a day of WORK 6 45 - 3 40 H 78 L 60

 I had a semi good night sleep 7 hours and score 80  I was up early and got to work early. First patient is Maribel and the crown 14 I split ok with some diamond burs.  Then the hose blew on the unit, room 4 and we had to move.  The decay was very deep and I am not sure I got the margin.

Then it was her niece, and at least that was not too hard. 

It was busy all day.  We all had about 15 min lunch and Will came in at 1 30.  After I numbed him, he threw up.

Got home rode 6.23 miles.  KR went to see Matthew's game and then we walked to the park.  It was sunny and hot and then the fog blew in and got cold

I was in bed by  9

No fever today, but the coughing was bad when I got home.  I was well medicated at work today so minimal cough.
