Sunday church and Kurt/Corrina go camping

 I could not  sleep.  The  sleep s core is still bad.  Like 50 kind of bad.   😭   why?  I don't know

KR thinks I might have sleep  apnea.  So what s t he  fix.?  So I  read that Garmin might not be too accurate in sleep  tracking.  OH WELL

KR goes to check the surf.  NO GO.  We got to church and Corrina and   Kurt pack up  for their camping at Sycamore Cove.  Looks cold. 

Dizzy all day.  Hmmm  still on same meds  .25 am and pm.  Not much change.

I did get rid of a lot of socks and cleaned my brace cabinets, the back brace, the  knee brace....

KR went surfing right after church.  I had  to sit outside for at least half hour.  My coughing was so bad. And the spitting.  Geez.  I  have to medicate or else I cough all day.

Went for a ride and also drove to  get  a  suitcase.  The o ne I  have for Taiwan is missing part of a wheel.  I w ill give that   one  to Steven.

I repacked the suitcase.  Maybe it  is a  little  lighter now.

I cooked a burger for KR and he took Angel to the golf course at sunset. 

Marmi  and Mr Gray came to  eat.  AM AND PM  !!!!

Saturday 12/28 Happy Birthday Dad Bingemann

 Dad would have been 100 today.  He was born in 1924, and passed in 2009

Day was cold and gray, mostly, sun did come out for a little  bbit in the afternoon.  I looked over the last January blog and  did not see any prediction.  I shall make some this year, in a few days.

KR and I walked Angel to the park and then he went to check the surf.  No good.  Farmers Market did not  have too  much stuff.  Some kale and cabbage and some of which we cooked adn some we gave away.

Kurt  slept in and we  went to  church  at 5 at SBCC as he is going camping tomorrow early he says.  He  was suppose to have game night with  Rene and Inaya, but there was a little kurfuffle with Rene and so  the  game night was changed to  TOMORROW, but he is going camping with Corrina so no game night. They were going to Big Bear but Rene wanted to invite a bunch of friends and just  go skiing and Kurt thinks Corrina's cabin should not be just the AirBnB and should  have a day  of hiking and hanging or something.  So  there is a disagreement and he asked if he should talk or go over something with  Rene.  I told him he did nothing wrong.  

I  picked  up  a  smoked  steak from Royale.

Katherinne canceled her NYE party.  She is  coming down with something.

I am a bit sore from the  class yesterday.

Still coughing a LOT and only with  meds  did  it help.  Spitting all kinds of stuff too.  Ordered another cough  syrup.  Should be ready Tuesday.

Friday 12/27/2024

 It actually rained a little today.  Just enough to wet everything but not enough to bring the water barrels out yet.  The apps did NOT say that it was suppose to rain.

I went to two classes back to back.  First is Core then Yoga.  I was dizzy.  Going up and down is not easy.  And you would think after four months the classes would be easy???  NOPE

KR took Angel to the service road then he tried to  go surfing.  NO GO

He came home and had turkey  sandwich and  french onion soup (from Karin) for lunch and a nap.

I went up to Gardena to drop off some cords for Martin Betts.  He seems to do alot for South Bay Pantry. On the way home, I picked up fried chicken from the  Soul Food Shack.  I also boiled some chicken for Kurt as he only had a bite of the fried chicken.

My cough is BAD, all day long and my nose just drips.  I can't stand it.

Kurt had lunch with some friends and then went surfing.  KR brought Angel down and watched him a little.  He said he should have gone out.

We were in bed by 8.  I was up at 4

12/26/2024

 KR took Angel for a walk after trying to go surfing.  I went to two classes back to back.  First was wt class and then cardio dance.  KR ate a bunch of food and then went back to check and finally went out surfing.  With Jeff Petty at Long's.

The surf has been pretty good and he is itching to go out.  Hopefully he won't be bleeding when he pees after he lays on the board for several hours.

I changed the sheets and did laundry.

I went for a bike ride and found a bunch of white tshirts which I will donate to Steven.  

We had left over for lunch and dinner.  Sumi brought over a whole bunch of cabbage salad and I had a lot and so much gas !!!   I also am still coughing up a storm. 

Went to bed early.  Sleep score not too good again

Merry Christmas 2024 Wednesday H 64 L 50

 No rain in sight

KR walked Angel to Levy school before he went to check the surf.  NO GO , oh well.  I rode around  and  found some new stuff, like lotion dispensers and underwear.  I  will donate to Steven.

Started cooking the roast and KR did the potato au gratin and I did the shrimp.  Here is  the complete menu

garlic roast, jumbo shrimp, rolls, spinach apple salad, potato au gratin, pumpkin pie (Marie Calendar), vegetarian enchilada, guac with  avocados from our tree, ice cream, various chocolates, cookies, and horseradish of course. 

We were so so  full.  Brian didn't come said he was house sitting and the puppy is sick. 

We had me, KR, Will and Diamond, Corrina and Helen, Deron, Cristian, Mary and Jim.  

Corrina spent the night.  We were in bed pretty  pooped and too much food.

Tuesday Christmas Eve 2024

 There was NO farmers market.

KR went to his group and I was up early too.  Had a good night sleep, according to the watch,  Sleep score of 81  with 7 hours and 40 min.  WOW

We went up to Fire Road and walked Angel.  She disappeared for over half hour.  That is how I ended up walked 2.5 miles.  I did not go for a ride, however.

I went to the store, we needed an onion and some cheese for the potato au gratin, and I got salad stuff plus some more orange juice that was on sale.  Go in for three items and come out with 13

Then I went to botox with Dr Egan.  She had the personality of a potato.  Almost all doctors have you frown and smile and ask how you are.  Nope, not her.  She did nothing like that.  Just injected away.  Didn't even have me raise my eyebrows and check nor did she ask any questions, like how I like the look, a little movement,/??  or completely no movement???/  I don't think I would go back.

KR took a nap.  Kurt was home and cooked bacon.  Oh, I had cooked eggs and toast, and they had brekkie of bacon, eggs and avocado toast for lunch/ breakfast.

We had chicken salad for dinner.

Corrina and Kurt came down for Christmas eve service.  He had gone up there moving furniture for Helen.

I was in bed by 8.

Monday and still COUGHING H 64 L 54 12/23/2024

 SO the coughing  continues.

I woke up  and KR had gone to the other bed to sleep.  Not only was I coughing i was snoring when not  coughing.

I had a class but I canceled the cardio dance as I was coughing too hard.  The  yoga  I thought there  would  be a sub, but with Maureen's retirement, the Y did NOT hire someone and did NOT cancel on their website so I came home.

I had chiro at 10 30 and Tanya  is LATE again.

He went to walk Angel and picked up  my Hawaiian chips and dropped off Freda's electrical box.  He bought a 7.7 beer , big one and then had some vodka, which he didn't tell me about and drank himself into a .11 at luinch.  He managed to spill his milkl and my plate of chicken while he was eating the tacos.  

Yup  He did a DRUNK and slept from 12 to 4 pm.  

Well, at least he did it at home.

I went for a ride 

Kurt worked all day.

 Corrina was here last  night and left in the morning before I got home. 

Somehow my sleep score was 78 and 7 hours  and  38 min.  Much  better than before.

KR went to bed by 8  30.  Din't know how he can sleep so much today.  But  I guess at least he drank at home.  We talked about it a little.

Sunday COUGHING ANC COUGHING but it is NOT covid

 We were both up about 5.  KR takes Angel to watch the BIG surf and I stay home coughing.,  What a wreck, so much snot.  Kurt slept for 12 hours.  He went down to the beach  for OTB and prolly went up to Corrina's.  I have so much phelm.

Saturday Tummy better, cough getting worse ALUMNI GAME Chadwick

 We were up early and we take the E-Waste  to  Lomita city hall and then go to Chadwick and walked Angel into Chadwick Canyon before the water polo game.  Was suppose to start 10.  Rob yelled at Kurt  as  he didn't show until 10.  He sayts warm up at 9 30 and game at 10.

It was great fun.  There were enough  people for  two teams.  Rob played, and was coaching his team.  Seems like the team is mostly Asians now.  I spoke with a mom who says that most people wanna do GOLF !!!  Really?  Kurt was pretty t ired when h e  was done.  

We had very  good  pizza and spinach salad plus cookies for lunch. 

Came home and KR had a nap.  I rode my bike back to Lomita, we forgot to get rid of old Christmas lights then I went to pick up book lights that I will wrap up for KR for Xmas.  

I went to Sumi's party.  She had a LOT of food and a lot of people  I ate a bunch and came home.  I cleaned and went to bed.  KR didn't wanna go.  There were so many people trying to get into candy cane lane for the lights.

One patient Friday and tummy ache.... H 59 L 50

 So Maribel had text me yesterday and I said I would come in at 11 to do the fill.   I went to the Core class and the sub did not show up.   So I came back and went to AMAZON fresh, still NO rib roast.  Guess I gotta buy from Ralphs.  Then I went to strength training.  BUT there was no bicep nor tricep.  HMMMM

Camc back and KR walked Angel.  He went back to the condo and removed ALL the lights and brought them back and Freda came by and picked up two and I am giving the rest away.  

Got to the office and the x ray was taken and I did the filling on 11 DL.  There was a little pink blush on the D of the pu.p, I put the Limelight on and kept it out of occlusion.

Came home for some roast lunch and Charity had dropped off food and the wt blanket.  

My stomach hurt the whole day.  Tums did nnot help.  KR rubbed it and I did gas a little but still pain.  I slept in the other room with the wt blanket and the sleep score onn the Sense2 is better.  KR wore the Garmin and had a 91.  REALLY???

We had very little dinner and he went to bed early.

Kurt ad work all day and went up to Corrina's  He has water polo at Wick tomorrow   HAHAHAH

Thursday 12/19/2024

 I had terrible sleep.  Kept waking up and trying  to go back to sleep.  Finally got up at 4 30 and made some coffee.  I ordered some under the cabinet lights from amazon.  I also went to Amazon Fresh to get some prime rib roast  

I went yesterday to  try  to get some rib roast, there were none and I bought 30 dollars worth with a 10 dollar coupon.  They had cake mix and other stuff that Lovely needed.  I also got jumbo shrimp for our next week dinner.

We went to the condo to wait for Peter of  Los Altos Construction to measure the kitchen for the cabinets.  

He didn't get there until about 11 40.  I was starving and tird.  KR moved the book shelves into the garage and started taking down the electrical lights.  What a chore.  We put all the boxes that Will and I packed into the closets.  There is so much to do.  Who do I pick for the job????  Ben cuts corners but Bryan wants to pull permit, jeez.

We came home and had lunch and KR had a nap.  Not me.

The knee scooter got picked up and so did the gold lamp. 

My sleep is still really bad.  KR is going to try my watch and see if it makes a difference.

I went to strength training class at the Y and tried to go easy on  my newly injected hip.

KR walked Angel and I  cannot remember what I did.

Tuesday 12/10/2024 Steroid injection

 What a day.  I was up early, poor sleep and drove to Santa Monica.  Had to be there at 6 30 but I didn't bother, I got there almost 7 and signed in.  They got me in the  back in about 20 and I was told to take everything off and lay on  a warm bed with the blowing of warm air into a mattress like blanket.  

So Dr Gerhardt does  not even come in unti8l 8 25.  TWO HOURS AFTER I WAS suppose to report in.  He gets  me into the OR, which  I don't know why, and fluroscope and  the injection  took maybe 2 min at the most and  I  leave.,  I drove to work, but  my  8  am nitrous already left.  The other 8  am also left, after getting a cleaning and partial exam.  Dr Roberto did the exam and the cleaning.

Work was really busy, and Roberto and I did enotes from 1 - 1.30.  I did  more enotes until 2.  The last few patients came and I got out of there a little after 3.  I used the rest of sick hours on my time sheet.

I got home and I went for a ride.

We had Bible Study  and we sang Christmas songs first with me playing on  the piano.

The study went long.  The guys, Mike, Peter, Jason and Gerry didn't leave until 10 30.  I went to bed before the guys left.

Monday 12/16/2024 H 67 L 46

 It  was COLD again  KR had Monday morning group meeting.  I cleaned  house. KR went and walked Angel.

Sleep was awful.  Says 35 poor   7 hours 18 min

11000  plus steps.  Dardio dancing at 8 30 and then yoga at 9 30.  Chiro  at 10 30.  Tanya  helped my shoulder, very interesting.  I  picked up some large glue sticks from Roni off of Samuel.  

KR stopped at Ralphs for beer and got some dishwasher pods.  I gave a box to  Patty.  I went to Ralphs too as KR didn't buy all the bottles.  They (28 pods) were only $1.50  yipeeeeee  I also got some salad, and some pork loin.  I cooked burgers and butter mochi and the pork.  KR had one burger for lunch.

He took a nap, I could not sleep.  

KR had Trak get together at Donna's.  He went to pick up Matthew.  Kurt had work.  He came home with .05 BAC.  They had more booze from the even last Saturday.  Everyone drank.  That job is going to give him a DUI.  He said there were two people that got DUI the last few months!!!!!

I told him to get another job

Kurt was at Corrina and KR took Angel out to PV and I drove to  Mary's  to deliver her laundry.  She is feeling better she says.  She stepped on the scale and she weighs 108 on her scale and I did 110, and I told her the scale is a bit light.  

We went to church, and Kurt met us there.  He was a little late.  I came home via mom's place.  I had to water the yard and move the hose and get the Roomba moving in the rooms.  KR went to pick up the TooGoodToGo order of meat.  He forgot to go so he came home and then he went back.  

I went for a ride, 7 75 miles, I drove back to get a couple of suitcases I saw but by the time I got back, they were gone.  

My sleep score was 51 and 7 hours.  TERRIBLE.  

KR took Angel  for a walk and I wrapped a  present for Donna.  It is her birthday on the 18th.  Gravity salt and pepper shakers.  

We had a great time at Donna's enchilada party.   It was  great seeing all the folks.  The food and the desserts.  There were the Ackerman, Gooch, Francis and us and Donna and John.  They are doing AirBnB for their house to make ends meet.  I would hate to have to 

Really cold Saturday 12/14/2024

 We were both up before 5.  My sleep score is still really  bad,  And my reflux  or  post nasal drip thing is still very bad too.  KR and I went  up to the  Fire Road.  First time for me in  awhile.  It was cold  but nice.  Angel of course ran all around.

Came back  and Kurt did laundry and  KR went to FM and I cleaned and puttered around.  I went to pick up the  bee plastic glasses for KR for Christmas and saw   Christine.  I also dropped off a bunch of vegetables for Melli's critters, and for   Jim and Beth  too.  KR  went to churdch to pick up Matthew's presents.  

My cough is getting worse.

I rode around for 10 miles !!!!  

Sleep score was 68 and fair  seven hours.

Kurt and Corrina went to meade tasting.  She  had to work  late and I think Kurt was a bit miffed.

What can you do when someone has to work????

Friday the 13th SBCC winter wonderland party H 63 L 47

 Tomorrow high is going to be 63 also

We were up early.  Sleep score awful for me.  Don't know why this watch is saying my sleep score was 6.5 hours and  38!!!  WHAT????

KR is consistently in the  80's.

And I am getting fat.  Hitting 113 today.  Need to stop eating the praline pecans.  Well, the can is almost finished.  HAHAHA

I met Jeff and Evelyn and Kurth at East West Bank where Kurth works and then we went to Di Roma for lunch.  Italian was very good.   I had lasagna knowing that KR would like the left over.   Jeff had the amazing pasta with cream sauce.  We talked for almost two hours.

KR cooke the back strap and the fish and had the vegetables I  cooked for lunch.  He had a nap.

We drove down to  Wilmington and SBCC had their party.  It was GREAT fun.  Kurt was the Santa  for two  hours and he had all kinds of kids sitting on his lap  and there were a LOT  of toys  to be given away.  

Thursday another party TOP GOLF and then Candy Cane Lane H 61 L 42

 It was  cold  and cold

I started work at 9 and got there at 8 45 and no new compressor.  It did  NOT fit. Yup, the guy from Patterson or Schein did not order nor measure correctly.   So they will come back in January.

Roberto and I worked with Johanna.  Mary had something with her family.   We didn't have that many  patients but it was very busy.  I  didn't get done until a few minutes before 1.  Johanna helped me get dressed with the ugly sweater and all the lights and I drove to TOp  Golf.

They were all there and we had four or  five bays.  It  was a lot of fun.  I only hit the balls twice.  My back  as not too happy.  KR did really well.  We had brisket and chicken nuggets like chicken and other yummy food

KR left first to let Angel  out and I  left  about 3 45

I WON THE MOST FESTIVE costume contest.  Of course   and 50 bucks of  Amazon  HAHAHAHAHA

KR picked up Matthew and we went down to Candy Cane lane to see the lights.  It rained very lightly in Torrance today.  But not in Lawndale nor El Segundo.

There were many  parties at the place and it seems to be THE place to hold a company party.  I snuck some chicken strips and some brisket home via zip lock baggies.

Wednesday and office party NUMBER 1 H 71 L 49

 Well suppose  to be pretty  warm today but tomorrow high is going to be 59

KR was up early  and I slept in until 6 30 but the watch says I had terrible sleep, like 59 sleep  score.  Don't know what is up, but this watch is different.

KR walked Angel and I went to the cardio class.  It was good.  I got the heart rate  up.  Kurt went to work and I made him a BLT.

We went to the Indian store and bought sweets.  Then it was to Rascals for food.  They were NOT ready by 11 30 and we had to wait.  We brought tables and  table cloth and I brought the candles and it was really nice.  We ate and then the GIFT EXCHANGE !!!!

I got the gift basket that I wanted.  Facial creams and stuff.  HAHAHA  I even got lunch for Dr Roberto.  He was pretty funny.  KR and I brought our stuff home and he took a nap.  I cleaned and put the foods away and took the bagels over to the Kaplans.  They came home  today.  Neil is having  surgery tomorrow for his shoulder.  

After a light dinner, I was in bed by 7 30.  Very dizzy today.

Same meds, about .3 am and pm.

The  reflux is no better.  Still  on omerprazole 

Tuesday and I am tired

 So this morning at 4 30 I am awake.  Tried to go back to sleep but no go.  COLD TOO

KR had his class and brought  me an apple fritter.  I gave to Teresa Ho.

KR went to FM and got a bunch of broccoli.  I cooked some and he had the left over stew (previously frozen) and Freda's noodles and some broccoli for  lunch.

I rode to Rascals to order food, and then to Walmart to pick up socks, then to Kohl's to pick up socks and underwear.  I had a 10 dollar virtual Visa card that needed to be used by this month.

People were driving like crazy on the road.

It took me  about an hour and half to do all that errands.  Tried to nap but could not. 

We picked up  Carole and met Mike and Patty  and Mike at Kalvera's for dinner.  It was great.

Kurt had work all day

He thinks  he could  afford 1500 a month  for rent.  OK !!!  Went to bed by 8 30

Monday Aint no better today H 63 L 50

 So it was really cold last night.  KR is feeling   better .  The sleep score was  really bad.  Somehow the watch did not record the sleep from 9 to 11.  I had a class at the Y  at  8  30 Cardio dance, and then 9 30 yoga.  Then it was chiro with Dr Tanya.  The discs I gave her was all MRI so I need to find more x rays.

Then Dr Gerhardt office called me.   He thinks I have a tendon irritation.   Hip Flexor  tendonitis.  The first step is steriod injection, if that does not work, will do some minor surgery.   GEEZ

KR went to drop  off the  walker  for a friend and came home with some avocados.  We had lunch and then he took a nap.  I went for a short 2.48 mile took me  40 minutes.  Very  slow  and hip  hurts.

Kurt had a short day  at  work.

THE THC TEST THIS  MORNING was positive.  KR says.  Kurt is looking to move out.  We told him NO weed until  he  moves out. 

He  slept all afternoon.  

Corrina was here last  night and they gamed some and had some popcorn.

We were in  bed by 9.  Dizziness no bueno.

I did not go to Mary's  Sher changed her bandage.  And put a LOT of tape all over it.

Tomorrow is her birthday.

Such a busy Sunday

 Or at least busy in my mind

We took Angel down to the beach.  Went to church and Kurt complained about going to COTB about how it started late.  He had to work the Wilmington Santa Parade so he came home for a shower and went down there.  Said he sat around for an hour or two before everything started.  Nice to be paid 26 bucks to sit around.

We had fish for lunch.  I went for a ride and Doug came and got us three crabs.  We need to drop  one off for Jeff tomorrow.  Corrina came over and the four of us ate two crabs.

I also stopped at Christine's that sell Lularoe and bought at least 50 pieces, all for 40 dollars.  She is a gem.  Corrina took some and I took four and Angela is going to come and get them for the shelters and I will give the rest to STeven.

I went to Mary's to change her dressing , at 7 30.  

Lovely  has  a  slipped  disc and is in a lot of pain.  Geez

Saturday and Garmin wins H 77 L 48

KR is doing better.  Hardly any bleeding and peeing is very good    However tomorrow the high is only going to be 66

Kurt was up late.  We had a whole list of things for him to do.  He did NOT do the dishes and did NOT put the things away nor eat the food.  Said he  was asleep.  

KR and I walked Angel at the beach and it started getting warm.

KR drove up to the hills to look at the surf.  Kurt and I went to FM and we gave away five bunches of beets.  There was alot of lettuce for the chickens but not much else.  THere was a good cabbage and some broccoli.

KR and I both went, separately to Ace hardware and had several burgers,  The duck and the prime rib was not ready.  Oh well

KR took a nap.  

Kurt went up to Helen's and went to Signal Hills to pick up a desk for Helen.  Then he packed up and went back up there.  I went to Mary's and to help her shower and change dressing.

Jim was there and helping her with food and all.

We were in bed by 9.  Kurt says he is going to go to COTB as he has to work Wilmington Santa Parade.

Friday the Catheter COMES OUT H 65 L 46

 So KR gets  up feeling pretty good.   I  wear both  watches and I thinnk the  Garmin  Venu Sq 2 is more accurate.  When I am still in bed by awake, the Fitbit thinks I am still asleep.  So for  example

So  who is right?   I woke up   before 5 07  that I know,  as I  looked at my watch

Biking 6.96 mi on Garmin and 4.78 Fitbit.  The fitbit watch turned itself off for a bit  before I got home, maybe  when w aiting  at the light or  something so kind of not too  consistent.

I shall wear them both  to sleep  for another day.

I went to  Mary's and  changed her dressing and brought her  laundry home.   I washed the  towels and blankets.  Dried them and  brought  them back and  got another load of laundry.  

Jim was there cooking dinner with her and helping out.  She i s so so  skinny  and her scapula looks so thin.  I pray s he  is not riddle with cancer again.

Several of KR's friends  are having issues too, like Doug  Holker,  and  Kirk Starbird.

KR took the catheter out  about  10 and  peed a little blood.  Nothing major.  Looks like all is good.  He is not  too s ore and went to bed with a  diaper so he does not bleed.  We pray all is  good.

I had to edit got my days all mixed up.,  Thought it was Saturday  today.  HAHAHAH

Thursday KR comes home H 62 L 48

 It was cold today  but tomorrow is suppose to  e 70

I was up  early and brought the other  Honnda over so Kurt can deliver the ultrasonic to Jerry  iin El Monte.  KR called and said to pick him up.  The traffic was terrible.  I was routed off of freeway, over to Culver City then back on 405.  Finally got  him about 8  30 and came home. 

He  looks good.   A bit tired, throat  a little sore.,  He had some soup and then rested.  I went to Mary's and changed her dressing and made some steak and  blended the soup.  Her wound looks so so big and bad all the way down to the muscle.

I stopped at  Ralphs and bought milk and chicken so they  can have dinner.

Kurt came home early and did paper  work and switched cars. 

Barbara called and  said the garage is having issues again and American Star is coming out tomorrow, hoping to fix it.

I went for a ride.  It was cold.  Then I had a 5 pm class.  My back is still a bit unstable but the class  seems to have helped.

KR has a catheter even though they s aid he is suppose to come home without one.  Jeez.  Tomorrow he is suppose to take it out and he is going to do it himself.

He was in bed by 8 15. and my NEW WATCH camel!!!!

Oh and it is Thursday but I don't have to work.  It was GA today and  Megha   did the cases.  I only had two patients  after four or five canceled so I used the  sick pay.

 We were up not that early.   KR acctually slept in til 6 15.  I made coffee as he cannot have anything like that.  He  took Angel for a walk and I  went to the office meeting.

Left at 10 50 to pick up KR from home and drive to UCLA.  Dropped him off and went to Costco business center and bought toilet paper and frozen vege and bananas and went to OSHA.

We had a different guy and he was pretty good.  I msg Monica about long nails.  Mary has some pretty  long ones.  She can decide.

Came home and stopped at the condo trying to sync the garage door opener to the new code,.  I was able to  do the 4100 but the 3680 was just not having any of  it.

We met Jeff at 8 and he finished the panel about 3 30 and I gave him a check for 2100 bucks and onward with the next project.   THE REMODEL

UCLA kept texting me about KR's update.  He was in surgery at 2 45 and 4 15 text says completed and the nurse actually called at 4 27 saying he is in recovery and he will  be COMING HOME WITH A CATHETER!!!   That is NOT what he said before.  And we can take it out Friday and he should be good.  

Tuesday 12/3/2024

 So  KR was up  early for his bible study group  and then went  surfing.  I didn't go to FM.  Andrea and Marisol came to clean and I had too many  things to do.  I went biking at 10 30 and dropped off Sumi's bags and only about 6.5 miles and my knees were hurting me.

My  back is slowly getting better.

KR got back and had lunch and a nap.

We had bible study  at 7 and only 8 of us, Peter, Gerry, George, me, KR, Burt, Leddy, and Cristian.  Anita and Pam and Karen didn't  come and Karl and Geraldyne were not able to either.  We had a nice fire.

We were in bed by almost 11.  

Tomorrow is a busy day.

Mary said she threw up  and was nauseous after she took the  zofran.  But there was no more bleeding.

Monday 12/2/2024 H 69 L 46

 It was cold this morning.    I  got 7.5 hours of sleep and 84 sleep score.  WOW

KR took Angel for a walk after his 7 am zoom with Chris and Monday morning group.  I went to yoga at 9 30 and then to Dr Tanya.  She  was running late and I rescheduled for 1 30 pm.  KR had  some lunch a nd then nap and  to Dr Olinger for  his  annual eye exam.  I  went for a bike ride, returning  Sumi's two innsulating bags.  

Sunday and no Kurt in sight

 We were up and KR and I walked Angel at the beach.  I picked up a lot of poop  What is wrong with people not picking up?.  He went to church early,  hosting and we text Kurt to pick me up.   Welp, he didn't.  He said he didn't  get up until 11.  KR  told him better  keep   looking for  apartments and  move.  He is just not respecting us regarding getting his  stuff together and no smoking dope  and going to church.

I picked up two pairs of readers  from Karin, one pair o f mine broke.  Just in time too.

After church, I went for a bike ride.  KR took a nap after church and lunch.

We wore UGLY sweaters to  Darlene's.  Debbie was suppose to be there but she was sick, so she didn't come and it was just the three of us.  Darlene made really good chicken with capers and noodles and salad.  KR and she both drank a whole bottle of wine.  Not me.  I brought some moscato and I had about two oz.  

We didn't get to bed until 9 30.  According to Eufy, Kurt came home about 10 30.

We are gonna string him up.  He was at Helen's helping her clean the garage most of the day  he says.
