Thursday WORK and work and more work 2/27

 So the cat is away and the mouse will play

I was up early for work.  KR went surfing and then proceeded to drink THREE 25.2 oz beers, while saving me about 3 oz.  He was reeling a bit when I got home about 1 30.  He said since his BAC was ONLY .04 at that point no harm no foul.

I prayed

Then after his LONG nap I asked him if he should be drinking a SIX PACK worth of beers before lunch and he said 'probably not', and I asked, 'probably?' and he said well, he should not.   I asked him not to drink for awhile and he said ok.  I didnt say how long, it is up to him.

I went for a ride dropping off Sumi's tray and the TENS unit pads for Jennifer.  

KR took Angel to the golf course.  I cooked some pork neck bones and they had it for dinner.   Kurt came home early, said he had some zoom calls.

I stayed up late booking Isaiah's ticket to the states in July so I didn't go to bed until late.  

Wednesday Door ordered

 So after yesterday's running around, I ordered the door from Urban Doors, which is now AAW doors.  Almost 1000 as they are going to do the sealinng.  No staining.   I dropped my  car off for rotation and walked home.  There are some wood doors around NH and lots of white and black security doors.

KR went surfing and I asked him to wait to take me to pick up car he wanted to go early so he can drink his beer.  We got into a little arguement, I feel he was not beinng Christ like to let his wife rest.  I was really tired.

I had gone to cardio dance and then wt class.  So I was pretty  tired.

Red light with Dave was good.  He did my shoulder and  right knee, the bakers cyst

Tuesday

 Sleep still no good.  KR had his class and I was up before 5 too.  Sleep score 44 for me and 88  for KR>  REALLY???

After he got back, we went down to the beach.  Turned out to be a nice day.  He then went and had tire rotation and then lab work (blood) and picked up his record and took a long time.  He went to FM and got a LOT of broccoli and some kkale and some spinach.  I cooked spihach and some ribs. 

KR went to Frank's bachelor party at Top Golf and I had left over.  Gave most of the vege away to Reaj and Kathleen came for some and Shin Shin came for some.

Shin went to get a suitcase for me.  She is kind of weird.

Monday

 Easy day.  First is KR's 7 am bible study.  I went to the cardio class at 8 30 then yoga at 9.  Very very dizzy today.  NO GOOD.  Sleep score bad too.

KR took Angel for a walk then he had chiro and then we went to Urban Doors to look at doors.  Found one I liked very much.  Then we went to office to pick up ski clothes from Nihar for Kurt.  

We had Ensenada fish tacos.  They were very good.  Fish and Sting ray and shrimp.

I went for a bike ride in the afternoonn when he napped.  

Evening was easy hanging

Sunday church and Marriage Class #2

 We went down to the beach to walk Angel.  There  was some surf so KR was  gonna wait for Kevin to give him a report.   Mary  called and wanted me to come and change bandage. 

THE LESION IS SO MUCH BIGGER.

I was  upset and finally  told her that she needs to connsider the modalities that can save her life.  She saie she would.  Later I text her that i thinnk she should have had radiation to shrink the originnal lesion and then excision.  She would have healed pretty much I think by  now. 

I got to church late.  Came home and KR stayed for Q&A.  I made some yummy  pork chops.  Had  to bread crumb it, then egg mixture, then more bread crumb.  I gave one to Patty.  KR says they are very yummy.

I took a nap, sort of, and KR walked Angel and picked up  a whole bunch of tubs for me.  Kurt is gonna need them to move.

He was at Corrina's all day.  Did come home as he forgot his D&D stuff and the knitting needles.

We went to the marriage class, and Paul talked about the duty of the HUSBAND!!!  Oh wow

I went to bed by 8 45

SBCC Saturday

 First Kurt works at SBCC and then we go to SBCC  

Kurt had some kind of parade/protest in Wilmington about the immigrationn issue and then he wannted to spend the night at Corrinan's so we went to South Bay Community  Church at night.

KR and I walked Fire Road this morning early before his Zoom meeting with Track.  Then  I went to Costco and spent over 150 dollars while he went to Matthew's game.  They lost big time.

Lunch and nap and chcurch and bed. 

Praying for better sleep.

Friday Always love Friday

 no work and of course just hanging around. 

Went to yoga class at 9 and it was pretty  dizzy.  

KR took Angel out and I went cycliing at 11 30 for 9 miles.

We went walking to the park for the afternoon walk with Angel 

He wore my watch and got a 87 sleep score.  I really  need better sleep.

Thursday WORKING

 Was at the office sinnging   AIN'T NO SUNSHINE WHEN SHE IS GONE

so that they know I am gonna start going soonn, but who knows , if they e  ven started to look for someone

It was busy and I was done about 12 35.  Came home.  Had a little lunch at the office, turkey patty and cooked vege

I went cycling   at 1 as KR had  Valor meeting and went about 7.3 miles

KR came home and I had a core class at the Y which was pretty good.

Sleep score still no good

Wednesday

 So KR took Angel and  I had a cardio class then I went  and did weighs and then went to dr Shridar appt.  Well, the appt was at 10 and I DID'T SEE him until 10 45.  Man what a long wait.  The bottom line is he is not sure why I have a cough for so long.  So he will set me up for a breathign test and then a sleep apnea test and maybe I should look for an ENT at UCLA in Westwood.

REALLY???

I met Ben and looked at the progress and gave hium another 9000 dollars.  No more money t o be had unntil at least next week

KR had gone back to check the surf and then went.  Didn't get back until after 1 30.  I made him pork ribs and rice and he took a nap.

I went for a ride and found two baskets and a dessert two layer stand.

I cooked turkey burgers and some ramen for Kurt   He worked all day

I also cooked a lot of vegetables and we  almost ate the whole thing

Nancy came by and dropped off a cabbage.

I went to Julie Jensen's house and looked at her remodeling.  Why would two people need that much space????  

KR doctor appt Tuesday

 I first got up at what I thought was 4 am but I must have gone back to sleep.

KR had his bible study and then he went to the office to take a tooth out of Maribel's siister, one of them, #19 and thank you GOD that it was NOT hard he says.  Then it was doctor's appt for him, and then he went surfing, but there was not surf.  He was TOO LATE.

I went to Cardio for 30 min then to yoga.  It was a hard class.  She makes it look so easy.

I went to FM and got some broccoli and some lettuce for the girls.

I had to  call  Eufy, the side yard camera got off linne and I could NOT figure out how to reconnect.  Turns out, if you  had it plugged ion, and the cellular data OFF, it connnected no problem  Well, why  don't they s ay that????  I do know what i am doing to Eufy connnection.

Kurt had gone out with Bobby and Jun and Taylor D and talked Jun into spending the night.  He did.  He is such a neat person.  Got everything neat before he left.  

Kurt got home early but had lots of computer  and paperwork to do.

I didn't go over to the condo.  Was suppose to meet Ben but he had to go order the kitchen tile and the fireplace tile.  I spoke with Penny as I am going to need more money so she is 

Monday Oil change and lots of running around

 I made an appt for oil change.  Finally

My  sleep score was POOR !!!  44.  Still can't sleep.  But the Sense 2 says I slept much better so I just quit wearing that.  I went to Yoga at 9 and then Ben wanted me to get the paint so I went to Home Depot and got "fog" which is gray, and 'apricot' which is yellowish for the walls of the bedroom.

There was so much runnning around.  I also got the faucet at Home Depot.  Doug from KHC is still working there.  I think he was an engineer before he got laid off.

KR had his Monday morning group then he went to walk Angel.  I didn't go

I had a cardio dance class at 5

I also had Red Light with Dave at 2 30.  It felt MUCH better after   I told him I rann on Saturday for 2.58 miles at 13.5 min mile, very slow.

My towel bar also came.

Jaime came down at 12 and we went to visit Marty at Royalwood.  He was very coherent so we stayed about an hour and then had dinner at Denny's.  Jaime does NOT like anyone taking food from his plate.  OH MAN   I picked up my car after my Home Depot trip.

We had left over and I was very tired.

 We  walked Angel down at the beach and then went to church.  I was really tired.  KR came home without staying at Q & A  He thought maybe there was surf.  Nope.  

We went to church and Kurt went up  to Corrina's as he has no work tomorrow.  President's Day

We had lunch  and a short nap.

I rode around and picked up  drawer thingy from Eleanor.  Also Michelle Green came to pick up the  rack.  

We walked Angel to the park.

Saturday 2/15/2025 Max and Alex engagement party

 KR went surfing and Kurt was home.  I did laundry.  We went to FM, as Kurt would not go and got some lettuce and some strawberries from the Chinese lady.

We had a short nap and then drove to Tarzana.  VERY swanky house.  All the houses had gates.  There must have been 50 plus people, with hors d'oeuvres galore.  The dinner was sit down, buffet, salmon and chicken very good.

There was a lot of dessert andn we left  soon after.  Saw the  Abrahamson's there  too.

We were exhausted coming back

Friday VALENTINE'S DAY

 Recovering some what from work.  It is getting too hard to work so I must quit.  I did send the email and wiull see what they say.

I drove Alan to the airport at 6 30 and he took off.  Traffic was not too bad.

KR made me a card.  My sleep score ws 59  No good.  Went cyclinng about 2.  

Sore hip THursday

 I don't know what is the matter with my hip.  Ever since flying back last Monday, which is over 10 days  ago, my hip is getting worse and worse.  Today  I cannot even lift it into the car. 

IT RAINED ALL DAY 

I got to work and half of the patients didn't show up, so I text Kurt and he came in for a cleaning and some SDF stuff all his back molars.

The new TV looks very nice and I brought the old TV back along with a lot of gowns.

I stopped at David Kelliny;s office to give Kathleen a hug and dto give him all those gowns, four boxes of isolation gowns, plus  pay Diamond's 1000 plus  bill

Then I got home and tried to rest.  Fell asleep a little.  Read the paper while the  rain poured down.

Alan and KR had In N Out for lunch and finished the left over for dinner.  Alann got gas and all packed up for the airport tomorrow

Resting Wednesday

 Was suppose to rest but ended up runnning  around.

KR took Angel to the golf course.  I  didn't wanna go.  Rainig light.  Went to Y and could not get into the wt class so I  just  did weights by  myself for an hour.   Then Ben said to get the faucet from Costco.  I drove over there.  I  didn't like the one  Kohler Prone.  But I did buy  the Kohler Tellin for the guest bathroom shower.

Then it was HOME depot.  They didn't have it.

Then it was Lowe's, and Ben came annd we saw Will, they were filming a commercial so he was helping.  We didn't find the faucet.  Ben said he would go get the one that I need.

I came home and ate.  Still nno appetite.  Very dizzy.  Sleep score 39, hahaha, compare to yesterday 37?  What is up with that?

We had some Sarah oxtail soup.  AMAZING

Tuesday working !!!

 Yup, had to work today.  8 - 1 but I did't get done unntil 1 30

Megha had the afternoon.  Was nice to see her.  Told her my converwationn with Marc

Marc came in and brought the TV and the mounnt !!!!     HAHAHAHAH  

I tried to rest and was just so tired.  Andrea cleaned house.  We had so much  broccoli and cauliflower.  I gave them ALL AWAY !!!!!!  

It started raining a little.  Will be raininng for days.

Sleep score 37 almost 8 hours.

Monday Alan is back

 I am still not too hot.  

Went to cardio class at the Y and felt ok.  Then it was meeting with Ben but he was late.  We packed up some more stuff that was out in the patio and the guys are working fast and furious.

I had chiro at 12 15.

Then KR had his doctor appt.  I didnt' go ride.  I was just too tired.

We had brisket and rice for dinner  with salad.

I have to work tomorrow.

Superbowl Sunday

 Cannot sleep again.

Well, we were up  and  I did NOT RUN THE Superbowl 5K or 10K.  My   hip is too sore.

KR took Angel for a walk and I did floor mats.  We went to church.  KR made a spinach  salad and I chopped the  bacon  and the  eggs.  We took the  chicken pot pie  and the lasagna to be baked at church.

KR stayed for Q &  A.  I was so dizzy and not feeling well   KR had a quick bite and went up  to Corrina's with  Kurt.  I went for a bike ride.  Dropping off some asparagus for Sumi and a book, picked up some Fabreeze and rode the alley.

Mary  called and  I went t o help her  change bandage.  She must be so sick of changing bandage.  Bbut the alternative?  She is  starting some other  protocol, which I do't understand.  Bbut she is goinng to fight this she says.  Her building is going to be for sale, but she is not thinking of moving, too much on her mind.  

I went to Adele's for a couple of minutes and had some brisket.  I then picked up KR.  

22 - 40   What a  blow out.  Chiefs vs Eagles

I took a shower and went to bed by 8 but could  not sleep  so got up to pay bills and write this.  Sheesh

NAPPED Saturday

 We were up and I hought I had NO SLEEP last night, my watch says 7 hours 22 min and  59 and poor.   Well, at  least I did sleep.  I actually napped about 3 pm too.  KR  tried to go surfinng.  No go.  We waoked Angel to the  park.  He cleaned the  Roomba's that I brought back and I switched the battery  from the one  that   has  a  frozen  wheel to the one Lovely  juyst  sent.

I also  gave away  so many   asparagus,  there were at least 40 packs.  Shin Shin got some, Carol got some, Freda came by  and I gave her  a lot of food.  Had weird bbag of sesame seeds and lots of other stuff  she said she would use.

Kurt was home goofing all day.  He  did  drive KR to the  FM.  

My stomach was not too well this morning but got better after the nap.

I went to 9 30 am yoga and was exhausted.  

KR had shank and rice for lunch and chicken and rice and cauliflower for dinner.

GKAS Friday 2/7/2025

 So the sleep score was way better, at 70, still not like KR's.

I got to work by 7 30 and everything was set up.  All four rooms were occupied.  Jeff came and did a bunch of work.  He is slower than I, doing two fillings took him awhile but he was a trooper.  Said I didn't tell him about lunch so he had a lunch date with a friend at Ensenanda Taco which KR loved.

I was so so tired all morning and my stomach was queasy and I was dizzy.  I made it to lunch and could hardly eat.    KR came and we had lunch from California Pizza  Kitchen.  I had a little salad and some noodles.  No pizza nor cookies nor cake for me.

Came home and laid down until my 4 pm PT with Christinne at Peak.  She worked onn  me a bit  and I came  home.  KR had gotten home and we rested a bit.  I had some cauliflower with a little bit of meat.  Not hungry.  

This morning scale said 105.8

KR went to Friday night light and I was in bed by  8

Working Exhausting Thursday 2/6/2025

 So I am not doing much these days.

KR woke me at 6:06 and I got to work and met Dr Park.  She is very nice and is from Georgia.  I worked until 12 30 and it was BUSY.   

Came home exhausted.  I rested and did go to my YMCA class, which was CORE at 5.  Did some weights and was gonnna go to the  6 30 class but  I  was  way too tired.

Watch says   I went to sleep at 12 48 but I was in bed way earlier, like 9 pm, and the sleep score was 52

Wednesday Office Meeting plus meeting Ben and picking the tiles H 63 L 53

 It was raining today  and last ninght I could hardly  sleeep.  I was up from 12 - 3 ad thenn about 7.  So I was extra foggy today.

Got to the office meeting.  Just me and Johaan and  Maribel and Tracy and Monica.  Megha is takingn her mom home after the rehab here from broken leg.

After the meeting KR and I went to meet Ben.  His workers, all four of them, were taping and scraping the ceiling adn getting ready to rip out all the stuff.  He wanted e to go to Anaheim to look at tiles and stuff.  So I drove down there,  Fuzzy and all.  Picked out the tiles ad the counter top and then  came back.

I cooked shannk before I left and made KR and Kurt some dinenr.

Kurt had work all day.

It quit raining about 3.  

My Taiwan trip and Bible Study tonight

 What  can I  say about  my Taiwan trip.  Too short and t oo  long?/

I was  pretty sick  before  I left as KR was sick first.    I landed  and got caught bythe  temperature  policce.  38.2 or something.  Filled o ut  paper work and  at l east  they  didn't call Lovely.

I could not eat and just  slept for two days.  Her house was FREEZING.  She gave  me a heater and I had it crannked up for days.

We did go out for   a massage and I threw up right after we arrived back at  her apartment.

Mom did not recognize me, most of the time.  That was really r eally sad.  We did manage at the end of the 10 days to sing  :You are my sunshine  and Could I have this dance
