It was the OFF day but I did something with my upper back and was in muscle spasm. I had injection appt with Dr Andrawas office and didn't know where, so I went to Crenshaw. THANK goodness it was that location. The PA did it and man was it sore after. I could hardly move my right knee. Now how am I gonna run on turkey day?
Got home and KR was off with mutt. I started and hung the laundry and ran the roomba and we had a list of things to do a mile long. Took a nap and overslept a little, so about 10 min late with Dr Petti.
SHE IS 71 wowowowowo the consult went well and we shall see the surgery, revision day.
