New Years Eve 2025

 I cannot believe this is the LAST day of 2025.  What a year it has been  I was talking to KR about how many doctor visits I had this year and I should go over my phone and find out.  We were up early as I had hard time staying asleep.  KR slept in a bit longer.  Sleep score still in the 30's.  

After a successful session I went for a bike ride before the rain.  KR went to check the surf, no go.  Maybe diving but if the rain is too bad, would be too too slippery.  He went to play pickleball at 9 and I started the prime rib roast.  I forgot the garlic powder until Kurt woke up and said that roast smells good !!!  I just sprinkled it all over.  I also baked the last two potatoes from Adele.

By 11 30 I was really hungry and we had 'supper' at 11 45.  We scarfed down the roast and they had potato and I had Sumi's salad and KR had regular salad.  I had gone to the store earlier and bought OJ, salad, bananas, and apple juice all for a little over 10 bucks.  I had the free OJ coupon.  For years it was free may coupons and now it is free OJ.  I don't care free is good.

We took a nap.   I had the bad cough for a bit.  KR went and dropped off two lobsters for Elijah and foster mom.  Kurt is gonna take one up to the party tonight.  KR had a nice long chat with Tyler.

Tuesday very little rain

 Tuesday 12/30  One more day of 2025

I was up before 5 again.  Can't sleep well.  KR didn't have bible study.  It was COLD  I had yoga class at 9 and then pilates at 10.  Andrea came to clean.  KR went to the airport and picked up Kurt, Corrina and Helen and took them home before coming back.  Kurt said they had a fairly good time.  They didn't do much, and takes the 'girls' too long to get ready, not like our family.  We say GO and we go!!!

OH WELL

I did tell him later that I am the only one I know that takes a 2 min shower, always.

KR went to FM and then had lunch and nap.  Went diving and got 10 lobsters and gave away 3.  Last night Sumi took 2, tonight Charity took 2, and Kristine got 2.  We put three in the freezer.  

I cooked burgers.  Kurt had a counceling appt with  orrina.  He told KR that Corrina does not seem to pay him enough attention when friends are around.  In which case KR says, cut bait and go fishing.

OH MY WHAT TO DO

I cleaned and did some photos and KR took my chair off to reupholtery and he took Angel down to the beach and it was really cold in the morning.  I had saved some leather cushion covers from someone that was throwing a sofa away, and the leather is yellow and very nice.  That was prolly over three years ago.  my chair was splitting so I thought I should try to recover it.  I did the seat and not the back.  TOO much work.

Angel peed on my carpet again and I stepped in it.  KR rinsed it out and washed that part outside.

Sumi came by and brought cabbage salad and then came back for lobsters, KR gave her two.

What a day.

Sunday Dan Parkins sermon 12/28/2025

Today is Grayce Houle and Dad Bingemann's birthday.  Grayce is 21 and dad would be almost 100?

 Pastor Paul should be coming home today, according to church.

It was COLD this morning and I was up by 4 30, seems like the cat BunBun just wanna wake us up early and walk around.  So we were up by about 5.  I spent the first two hours cleaning the counter which I had left a mess last night and then KR took Angel to the beach, it was too cold for me to walk around outside.  He saw Sean and took a pic and I sent it to Hubert.

We went to church in two cars.  The vertigo was much better today, not like yesterday.  Hip pain not too bad either.  My appt is tomorrow, Dr Fleming, at Coastal, which is now Cedar Sinai.

I went for a ride around, and it warmed up a bit to 67 or something, sunny.  

KR came home and had late lunch and we tried to nap.  I went to sleep right away and KR says my apnea kept him awake so he did pictures.

KR watched a bunch of YouTube videos and had some soup I made from the ham bone Chuck gave us last night and we read more of Dan Parkins' 30 days of Trial and went to bed.  Tomorrow is the last week of 2025.  Where did the time go?

Saturday

 HAHA  I am finally writing the same day as the post

We were up really early.  Bun woke me up and I was up by 5 am!!!  We went to the beach after coffee and walked Angel.  It was really cold.  Then it was laundry and FM and PICKLEBALL  !!!!  Yup I played about half hour with KR and to the jacuzzi.  

I was SUPER DIZZY today

Alden text me and asked if we had any more Serequel, nope, said he needs an appt to get more.  

KR had a nap and I rode around and saw a blanket I might go back to get tomorrow

KR went and played pickleball AGAIN with the NH group.  

I just laid around as the hip started to whinge me a little, but mostly the dizziness.  Charity came by and dropped off cookies that Nyssa baked. OH WOWOWOWO  We had left over.  Chuck came by with a ham bone and I started the Instapot but we have NO split pea or lentil.  Will have to buy some tomorrow.

We read chapter 2 or Dan's 30 days....

Boxing Day 12/26/2025

 So it rained some today, most of the day was clear, and not too cold. 

No Marmi nor Mr Gray this morning, but they both came this evening and I even brought Mr Gray into the garage and he stayed a bit while I was petting him.  Maybe I can make him a somewhat indoor cat in 2026.

Kurt and Corrina and Helen landed late last night in Seattle and was at Conor's apartment.  Looks very nice in the city of Kent, south of the city, by a lake.  Very cold, high in the low 40's and low in the upper 30's, so not my kind of weather. 

KR tried to go surfing no go, and came home and took Angel to the park at Lago Seco.  I stayed home trying to do more paperwork cleaning and photo distrubuting.  We started taking boxes of the old photos and have three containers out and each kid gets the photos of him.  Plus some of us, too and grandparents.

There were thoughsands of pics.

I had a pilates class, and that is all I did.  Roads too wet to ride but tomorrow should be good.

We read 30 days of overcoming trials, by Dan Parkins, and had questions for him already.

Merry Christmas 2025

 Well, it was a no go for KR     HAHAHAAH  no surfing either.

We were up early and Kurt had spent the night at Corrina's.  She had to leave her car here as she left her keys in Helen's car and Helen went home.  So Kurt drove up there last night.  I spent HOURS cleaning, plus making the lime pie, which I overcooked, and baked the potatoes, plus the quiches, mini ones as I had to use the 6 eggwhites for something, so I put some cheese and milk and onions with some chicken and potatoes from last nights dinner.  The potatoes were very spicy but they turned out great mixing with other stuff.

KR walked Angel and came home to help me.  Kurt didn't get home until about 11 45.

Will and Diamond were suppose to come at noon, and Brian M too but none of them showed up until 12 20.  We were so hungry and KR was getting grumpy and frustrated.  Well, we scarfed down: 2 crabs (yesterday from Doug), wagu steak (one I cooked), quiche, potatoes, left over Mediterranean food and Brian brought over a cake from Nothing Bundt cake, white chocolate and raspberry, which we had two slices and too much food.  Cream spinach from Ralphs, and we were so full.

Will and Diamond got their little presents, socks and underwear for Will, Armani lotion set and socks for Diamond and they left after helping Kurt do the dishes.  We ran the dishwasher and tried to nap.  KR had a great nap, my reflux went on high alert and I started coughing.

So I got up.

I delivered the cake to Charity.  Harmony was cooking the steak on the stove.  She is an amazing cook, met her whole family.  

My hip was really hurting me all morning, and I felt so so tired.  Sleep score was 46  Must figure out what the problem is.

I wore my MAD three nights in a row and still no bueno. 

Wednesday and Church Christmas Eve with the Rehm's

 I was up early and tried to clean house.  KR took out one tub of pictures and are dividing the stuff between the kids so we won't have so much stuff.  RIGHT !!  He went down to the beach but no surf and came home to walk Angel.  I went through stuff he threw out and found some original pics of Christmas 1970.  I didn't realize we had that many presents.  The whole table was full.  There was even a pic of MONKEY and Brown Bear, KaShiun.  HAHAHAHA  Plus Skunky.  

I went to a pilates class and then to do some weights.  My hip hurts.  I got the result.  

At L2-3: There is moderate to severe disc space narrowing with mild posterior disc bulge resulting in mild central spinal stenosis. There is no significant stenosis of the recesses. There is mild stenosis of bilateral neural foramina. 

At L3-4: There is moderate to severe disc space narrowing with mild posterior disc bulge and mild bilateral facet osteoarthritis. There is mild central spinal stenosis. There is no significant stenosis of the recesses. There is severe stenosis of the right neural foramen with probable compression of the exiting right L3 nerve root. The left neural foramen is normal. 

At L4-5: There is severe disc space narrowing with mild posterior disc osteophyte and bilateral facet osteoarthritis. There is no significant central spinal stenosis or stenosis of the recesses. There is mild stenosis of bilateral neural foramina, left greater than right.

So What am I to do?  No idea.  Gonna see Tiffany Rogers first week of January.  I spoke with Julie Jensen and will also see Dr Fleming at Coastal for another opinion.  Will call Friday to see if they have appt soon.  

Corrina came down early, and she and Kurt sat in the garage, with the door open.  It was really cold and rain a bit.  We opened gifts, little stuff, Kurt bought us gifts, and I told him he didn't need to.  I gave Corrina and Helen some small gifts.  Bomba socks for both and some face cream for Corrina and Lorde & Belle wrinkle powder for Helen.  

We went over to Steve and Patty's and had a few drinks.  HAHAHAH.  They had just finished dinner and were playing UNO, which I had never played, and Steve likes to drink tequila and KR had a few, then some grand marnier and they made me this drink with kahlua and coffee and vodka, or some such thing.  I didn't feel any of it.  Must be that I ate too much.

KR and I went to church and the three of them drove separately.  It was candlelight service.  After, Kurt went to Seafood Town, and text us and said that the line was WWWAAAAAYYYYY long, so we went to La Zeez Pita off of Western and Sepulveda.  Menu has changed.  No more shrimp, and no more baba ghanoush....  sad   However, we had some great food and took over a lot of left over.  

I was pooped plus dizzy plus my hip hurts.

Tuesday and I still over did it HAHA

 So a man has to know his limitation, is not quite true with me. Sleep score was 45, dang.  Wore my MAD too but who knows.  I thought I had a class at 10 and 9 but NONONONO   it was 8 and 9, so I get there at almost 9 and yoga was ending.  SHEESH.

I did pilates and came home.  I told Adrian to come in and start work.  KR was walking Angel and he came back and started working with him. Adrian is too slow, but hey, at least he is willing to come and work.  No other kid has been willing.  He wants the money I think.  KR also weed whacked some of the serenity garden.  I planted two flats.  Spent the morning sorting and getting rid of stuff.  We have too much stuff and I gave away the bunny basket and the fake Easter grass and the two blankets, one that Alicia made, she said that I asked Sumi to see if anyone can finish.  It was from someone that died.  I have NO IDEA who that can be???   Maybe Rita T?  But I don't think there was anything there that needed finishing, at least not crocheting. 

I did not go for a ride as it was threathening to rain.  We picked up a large sheet of wood from the construction next door and placed it over the chicken coop so the hens can have some dry place to hang tomorrow.  It was suppose to start raining at 4 and now it is almost 8 and no rain yet. 

We went to the jacuzzi and my hip felt better.  Kurt brought the vege platter home.  NO one even opened it to eat at his office party.  HAHAHA  He brought home three tamales and a bunch of other food.  We were going out to dinner until we saw that.  Nope, we had left over.

Monday I over did it

 So since I was feeling pretty good after the cortizone injection, I over did it and is suffering in pain......

For three days after the injection I was pain free.  Yup, nothing, and I can lift my thigh past 90 degrees.  Well, no more.  

This morning Adrian came to work, got here about 8:23 and worked until about 4:23.  He does not work too hard.  Both times I went out there he was on his phone, or eating.  He did the serenity garden and helped me plant the sunflowers, which I have a hard time doing.

I went to yoga at 9 and rushed to pre-op with Dr Lee.  Put a lot of things on the patio and all gone.  We are surprised that Sumi did not bring any food over BUT we got really good Katsu and katsu musubi from Chuck.  They had ordered from King's Hawaiian and had too much.  BRING IT OVER.

Kurt had work all day and came home early.  I made his lunch, pizza and cookies and soda.  NEEDS more green food I am sure.

Sunday 12/21/2026 Happy Winter Solstice

 I forgot Pastor Paul had heart surgery yesterday and came out ok.  We don't know what kind, but he was not feeling well and went in for test and I guess showed that he needed help.  KR took Angel to the beach and my sleep score was NO BUENO, agian, 44 BUT I think if I wore the MAD that would really help.

We went to church and Corrina and Kurt came too.  It was a guest speaker, Dr Parker, and then KR stayed for Q&A.  I was too dizzy.

Afternoon I went for a ride at noon.  So slow.  I started cleaning the hall linen closet and took down a bunch of stuff to give away or donate.  We have TOO MUCH STUFF.  A lot of it got picked up, but still more to go.

I planted 8 flats of sunflowers at the Y and man, my back.

We heard that Paul had OPEN HEART surgery yesterday, oh my, what a long recovery.  Chris Cannon had that too, several years back.

Friday & Saturday more MRI

 So Friday I felt well enough to got to Cardio class, with miminal leg lifting it was ok.  Then it was yoga right after.  Sleep score was BAD 38  KR went surfing, then to pickle ball so he was tired.  

I cleaned a LOT of paperwork threw many of father's stuff out and gathered so much stuff around.  Too many things here and I gotta figure out what to do with them.

KR did his notes and practiced his speech.  Kurt went out to a party, and was frantic at getting ready.  He then called me as I was on my way out to Friday night Light, that he forgot his gift.  I offered to drive it to Black Bear and he drove down from Corrina's.  He wore a shirt and tie and suit.  WONDER what kind of party that was.

KR did a nice job, although he was really upset that his SECOND draft sent to Bill was never received, and hence there were many typos, and no add on's.  ALSO he said Frank did most of his on AI and sounded better.   I finally told him that it is his PRIDE talking that he wanted things to sound well.  He agreed. 

KR stopped at Steve's for a pastrami after FNL, said it was not that great.

Saturday dawn foggy, and he went surfing, then to pickle ball again !!!!!  I HAD AN AMAZING SLEEP SCORE OF 80 !!!!  Wonder why. More cleaning and getttng stuff ready for our party.  I cooked taco meat with the ragu ground beef.  Cut up all the desserts, drove to Sumi's and had some deviled eggs and butter mochi, then to Donna's and had an enchilada without the shell and went to MRI.  At Polak, the MRI is quick and so so efficient, except they require you to change clothes.

Went back to Donna's and talked a bit and came home to bed.  What a day !!!  Should get the result by Monday

Kurt had work this morning, and we did NOT go to Chadwick as Kurt could not play water polo  We took Angel to Wilmington after FM, got lots of lettuce, and Kurt was NOT Santa this year, I went on the sled, and KR threw a snow ball right in my face.   HAHAHAH

We stopped at Michie's fish taco on Carson and it was GREAT !!!

Wednesday & Thursday 12/17-18/2025 changed sheets

 I keep telling myself to write the blog the day of, but somehow the day just flies by and I forget in the morning.  KR took Angel to the beach, and it was REALLY FOGGY.  So much that all the streets were wet.  I started doing laundry, it was wet so I dried the sheets some, and then hung them out.  I had a pilates or yoga class at 11.  KR played pickleball with the 'kids'.  I had appt with hip doc, John Andrawis at TMMC orthopedic, and he said it is the hip, but the diagnostic test of the cortizone shot will tell if it is hip or back, as the incidental finding on the MRI is the L4/5.

KR took his board in for sell with Andy P, and then picked up Matthew for Donna's party.  I went and picked up 180 bucks of wagu beef.  I am giving some to Tracy for Christmas too.

Then KR and Kurt went to pick up the Purple full mattress that I got from BNT.  Kurt and I had put the other full mattress in the garage as he is going to take with him when he moves.  IF HE EVER MOVES!!!!  Said he should know soon.

This morning I had appt with Tiffany Rogers, MD the spine doc. 8 30.  She said MRI, which is what I expected.  She got me an appt for this Saturday at 7 30, dang, right in the middle of Donna's party.

Well

My hip is feeling a lot better.  I had a yoga class this morning, and I FORGOT MY AFTERNOON yoga class.  I had to drive to Hawthorne Ortho to give Tracy her gift, and Maribel was there too.  I stopped at Aldi's but there were no Squishmellow cat bed nor the cat house that I should have gotten two of.  Oh well

KR made spaghetti sauce and garlic bread and noodles.  It was yummy.

Monday and Tuesday

 Here it goes again.  I forgot yesterday and it is already time for bed Tuesday.  

Well my hip still hurts which means my back is still bad.  

I did go to yoga at 9 and KR had his Monday morning group.  Sleep score is only 36.  I also took Megha's present to the office plus the vinegars I bought for Monica and Megha.  Maribel got the gourmet oil and vinegar dressing that we got from the Bernstein Group.  

We proceeded to put the new metal single bed together.  THAT TOOK awhlie and my back was not happy.  We took Tyler's 25 year old bunk bed out of the room and the metal bed only needs the mattress went in.  I also rotated the bed 90 degrees plus my desk too.  So now my desk and the bed are all along the south wall facing the windwo.

I was pooped.  KR had his meeting with BIll and Frank and will be teaching this Friday at the Friday Night Light.  HAHA  

I was so tired I didn't do anything else Monday

Tuesday was his group and I was up before 5 am.  Still not sleeping well.  Tried to clean house.  Andrea and Maribel came and I went to yoga and then to Dr Chavez office for the SnoreLase that use laser in the back of the throat.  Kind of hot but not too bad.  She was done in 20 min as I was a very good patient.  Did not gag nor spit nor wanted to rinse.

It took 40 min up and on the way down I stopped at Feder's office for my disc and then to Superior Outlet but the grocery was not too good.  KR had done a lot of the Christmas cards.  We planted all of the sprouts at the YMCA lot.  Catherine and Robert came for a visit.  We had some left over for dinner.

Wednesday through Sunday

 WHAT HAPPENED??

I kept thinking that I am only missing ONE DAY???

I think my mind is playing with me.  I could have swear that I wrote about the office party and that KR was at Valor, and yet today is 12/14???  

We had church today but Kurt and I both stayed home and zoomed as Kurt was really hung over from the Gala at work and I had to drive him up to BH Hotel to get his car.  40 min each way.  The traffic was bad coming back.  I used the little Honda and had to get gas first.

Yesterday KR went to FM and got a lot of lettuce and he noticed that there were people giving food away at the YMCA parkinglot.  I went and got a LOT of stuff which were given away all by end of today.  I posted both on BNT and Support Pantry

Kurt kind of slept all day.  I went for a ride.  My sleep score was so bad it was 28, part of it was that I forgot to wear my watch so it didn't record anything for the first few hours.  

I did go to Friday Night Light and I had to lay dowj, my hip//my back was hurting.

Saturday night we had the Church wide Christmas party and it was great.  Hawaiian food, so much food.  Angel pooped TWICE downstairs and KR had to clean it up.  Vertigo not too bad but the hip/back NO BUENO!!!

Just limping around Tuesday 12/9/2025 through Saturday13th

 Wait it is Saturday and what happened, last past Monday?

First is yoga at 8, then it was pilates at 9.  Hip hurts a bunch.  Sleep score is bad still.  KR went to FM and got a bunch of lettuce.  We did not have bible study.

Wednesday we had better sleep score 59.  Went cycling over 7 miles.  at 11.  KR picked the last of the dragon fruit.  Charity came over to drop off all kinds of cat food and some BTS coffee.  Corrina came spent the night.  

Thursday the 11th, I had to work, and KR took Angel to the vet and then went to Valor for monthly meeting.  Natisha had done something about accounting, and KR is the one that caught it.  We had our office Christmas lunch with gift exchange.  It was really nice food.  We also had OSHA meeting. 

I came home really tired.  KR came in late to the party and everyone except Johanna had left.  He ate and then we went home.  It was really busy in the morning and I didn't even get to write any chart.  I also went to pick up my MRI disc and report.  It does not look like I have a hip problem and just the spine, L4/5 is the problem.  Sheesh  Lovely's 64 birthday !!!!  12/12/1961

Friday KR changed the lights ( I got them from Megan Zimmer, the LED kind) and painted the rest of the cans to give away.  He did alot of work and drank FOUR CANS OF 12oz BEERS and lied to me about that.  I didn't say anything until he started talking about it and I told him that HE NEEDS TO MOVE OUT AS HE IS LYING TO ME.  He said he had three and I found four.  

He said he would QUIT drinking.  

Today we were up early and Kurt was at Corrina's and he came home.  KR and I went to Eleanor Michael's and picked up the desk.  KR went to FM and got a lot of lettuce.  I drove to deliver a bunch of lettuce and pick up the tumeric pills.  We went to the church Christmas party, theme was Aloha Party and had a great time.  I went to Whole Foods to pick up food and delivered some to Valeric Music and also dropped some oranges off at Kathleen's house, and I also dropped some oranges off  at Christine house.  

Kurt went to his event at Beverly Hills Hotel.  Too bad Corrina could not go, and Kurt looked real nice.

Monday Pickleball with Tom and Patty and MRI

 I managed to find a MRI place in Torrance, after many tries, BCO, Polak, etc, and it is on Madison and tonight.  Patty and Tom met us at the court and I managed 30 min of shuffling pickleball.  HAHAHA.  Patty and I sat out and talked, while Tom and KR played SINGLES !!!

I also made taco salad meat in the morning when KR took Angel down to the beach.  I got a squirrel in the foot while they were gone.  I am sad about that, now he might just die of hunger, the machine gun type is not getting them at all.  Sheesh

So we came home about noon and KR went to get bagels.  Patty chopped the tomatoes and chopped the avocados, KR made more fruit salad and we had a great lunch with much talk and laughter.

We went to take a nap and I actually slept, UNTIL KR WOKE ME saying that Will was stuck on the side of the freeway, as the car blew up.  So KR went and used his AAA and got it towed to Will's place.  KR's complaint is that Will never calls or text unless he is in trouble.  I could not go back to sleep, so I went to pick up the soft bed support thingy from Geoff Poon and the dog socks that I am using as chair covers.  

KR emptied all the barrels and did some other yard work.

The MRI was at 6:55 and it was the MOST PAINFUL MRI I have ever had.  I had to lay flat the whole time, and not able to move, my left hip was KILLING me, and she had to warm up the machine too.  At least it was right here on Madison, just below Chanel Ko's office  HAHAHAHA  I limped out of there and came home and went to bed.

Sunday CHURCH with the Houle's

 SO the day begins with KR feeling a little better, from his faux pas of the beer can in the back seat of the car.  We went to church, and Kurt stayed at Corrina's and zoomed.  The Houle's came and was introduced to many that we know.

I came home and KR stayed for Q&A.  Then we drove to Juanita's and had tamales.  They were all pork, and KR had 4 or 5 and I had 2.  Plus LEMON BARS !!!

We came home and had a rest.  I rode my bike.  The right hip is whinging me.  Must get faster MRI appt. 

We then went to Tim and Sher's and saw Sean, Stepahnia with Gianna, and Jim and Tina/Hubert/Joseph and Gracie.  We had fabulous pork ribs and brisket and ceasar salad.  We came home stuffed.

Saturday 12/6/2025

 Today is when Mr Mutt Lee left us years ago.

Today is Wyatt's birthday.  I still can't call him/her Wyatt

KR and I got into it.  I went to Amazon Fresh to buy more turkeys and found an empty Bud 25 oz can in the back seat.  He had drank at the beach, I guess and forgot to throw it away.  HA!  That is what happens when you drink, you forget.

So I asked him just NOT to drink and drive.

He is upset, maybe more upset at himself than at me. 

Sleep score was bad.  But the ear vibration was not bad, and the vertigo not bad.  Had cardio class at 10 and then rode my bike to Aldi, no squioshmellow cat bed there, but I forgot my wallet anyway, so didn't get the cat box for Bunny.

Friday BETTER !! 12/5/2025

 I went to cardio class this morning at 8 and lasted through the whole class. My knees were hurting.  Then it was yoga, and I made it through the whole class. I also went cycling, just to the bank, to get the 2 dollar bills, and a little cash.  I was going to go to Amazon Fresh to get some turkeys, but did not have time.

I went to the orthop office on Hawthorne, which was the WRONG place, so I drove to Crenshaw.  Andrawis took an x ray and then said MRI, which is what I thought.  Sheesh.  Came home, KR had left for pickleball.  

Sleep score was 36, BAD !!!!

Patty and Tom text that they will be in town and that we should get together next week.  

Thursday WHAT A DAY !!!

 So it was ALL DAY LONG DIZZY PLUS this whap whap whap, off and on vibration with this feeling of off and on the plane, ascend and descend kind of feelings.  I just didn't feel well.

I tried yoga, but my cough was so bad that I had to go, and KR went surfing with Bert and Sean and Gracie.  Then he came home and went to play pickleball.  I was just not feeling well.  We went to Ubon Thai for dinner.  It was GREAT dinner.  Sean and Gianna came too and KR paid the bill.

I went to bed feeling terrible.  No CPAP, maybe it was that made me feel thumpy of the brain.

Wednesday 12/3/2025

 Office meeting ran long.  We had a rep from SDI come in.  Lots of interesting stuff to try.  KR went to play pickleball.  I was gonna stop at Amazon to return, but I picked up the California wooden flag instead, from BNT.  I posted BEADS, the thousands of them from Adele.

I also got a few almost waterproof eyebrow liners and they work pretty well!!!  I am managing to do small brush strokes and make the brows a little fuller.  I went to the Y for the cardio class but only lasted 20 min and my knees were bothering me, not counting my right, RIGHT HIP pain.  I did manage to change my end of the month appt to this Friday with Dr Andrawas.

So I went spinning bike after cardio dance just to do some cardio as it was too late to ride my bike out on the street.  Ron Hill told me his brother passed and he is really sad.  On the 25th of November.

I then did about 20 min of weights and went home.  KR had meatloaf and only 1 beer before dinner.  HAHAHA  He did have two each day previously and I hid his stash from Kurt HAHAHA

Tuesday Bible Study dinner

 Oh what a day, and it is 10 29 pm already.

I had a terrible night sleep, my mouth so dry and I was cold and the CPAP thingy was bugging my nose all night, but the sleep score was still 43, which is pretty good.  Hmmm

I had an 8 am class but I canceled as I had too much to clean beofre the cleaning ladies came.  So much stuff to get rid of.  I still did not try the air fryer that I got from the alley.

KR went surfing and said was great and then to get his board repaired, and then to FM.  He then ssweep the black mat and got the dining room ready for our guests.  There were 12 of us.

I went for a ride, and picked up my gray eyebrow pencils, they are much better,  I painted my eyebrows and they stay for hours  Little brush strokes.

Burt and Tina came about 808 and I took the to the condo and they settled down and I came back to the party.  We had :  me, KR, George, Gerry, Anita, Jason, Peter, Cristian, Mike, Bert, Lyndde, and Isaac.  Pam and Karen and Geoff did not make it

Angel's suits fit pretty well.  I am returning one.  And the chair bottoms that came were all of the wrong size.

 Where did the year go is the question.  I will have to start figuring out taxes and then do the yearly donations and all that  AT LEAST I am writing 12/1 TODAY

The sleep score was an unbelievable 68 !!!  I used the new cpap and seems to have worked all night.  

HMMMMM  does that mean I will have to use it for the rest of my life???

KR took Angel down to the beach then to Costco.  I had a yoga class first then a pilates class and then Orly came to pick up mushrooms.  KR did the weedwacking yesterday.  Angel seems to be eating and KR said she had a large poop down at the beach.  NOT firm enough, but she is just getting more stuff in her tummy now.

I got the three shirts I ordered from Amazon for her, and will try tomorrow.  They didn't come until 9 and I waited up.  It is 9 15 now.  I also went to Dr Petti's and gave her a deposit and made the appt for the revision surgery for January 19.  So I can attend the party at TopGolf.  I also returned the chair legs that came yesterday.  

I ordered 32 and 20 came and out of 20 only 6 were not BROKEN.  Sheesh.  I just don't know why a copany can send something out like that.

Kurt came home and was very depressed about something, I think it was the Grad School application he was trying to do, today is suppose to be the deadline.  I guess he is NOT done.  Oh well, always Johnny Come Lately.
