Finished work at 12:07, but didn't get the charts done until 1:05 !!! Got home and packed up went on the road about 2 15. Stopped at Ft Tejon outlet where KR bought Nike running shoes. It was so empty, with a few folks walking around. I know it is just a Thursday afternoon, but sheesh, how do they stay in business?
We missed the turn off for Best Western Heritage Inn at Bakersfield and ended up finding this great restaurant name Willow Ranch BBQ at Button Willow Exit off of 5. We had great brisket sandwich and tri-tip salad.
We drove five miles back to Best Western and had room 116. The shower diverter didn't work so we moved to 118. Unbelievable that in the middle of nowhere the room, with tax, and dog is 131 dollars !!!!!!!!
Took a clonipin to sleep and didn't get up once for bathroom. AMAZING !
