Since Del Mar beach you can have dogs off leash until 8 am up to Labor Day, KR got up early and took Gracie down for a swim. I went for a 3 mile run. It ended up exactly 3 miles, up the hill to Crest, and down to Woodgrove Park, where it is a private park owned by the HOA and only people that lived there can go there with dogs off leash. I just ran through it, it was so nice.
Gracie was so tired when she came back that she could not and did not eat breakfast. We went down stairs and ate and decided no more swimming for Gracie and we might as well go home.
We drove through Carlsbad and Oceanside. Some really nice part of the towns, not seedy like I thought, like tattoo parlors, bars, etc.
We got home by 1 and I did laundry, and washed my car. KR had a lot of beer, I thought three or four. Guess he didn't drink the last four days so he is catching up.
I then went to my class, and we had salad and stew left over for dinner.
No meds today. Dizzy a bit, not too bad I tink.
