So KR goes to Chris' bible study and I am hoping I am not sick. Woke up in the middle of the night with sore throat, and then this morning with a headache !!!!
Went over there to pick up mom and Lovely. Loaded up the van and drove to the airport, me with a mask on.
Lovely got a cart and said the concourse was empty. They are off and I drove home.
Went over to mom's to clean and to get my instrument box and pick up the laundry and get the place ready for the next occupant.
Came home and went for a run. Knee hurts, but hip not so bad. According to Garmin, I ran 2.84 miles at 14 min mile. HEY NOT BAD !!!!!
KR went diving and got me a CABEZON !!! A beautiful fish and we had it for dinner, with some spinach from the farmers market.
KR took a nap and so did I. Felt so good to rest. Didn't get enough sleep, prolly not enough deep sleep while Lovely was here.
We tried to listen to a guest speaker at Hope but half way through, I said nah, let me hang the laundry and go to sleep.
