If it is THURSDAY, it must be a work day

It was a work day, and no rain.  Got to the office by 6 50, not bad.  Didn't have that many patients but I still didn't leave until 1 30.  I got a couple bleaching splints done, the lab work was not easy as we didn't have a model trimmer, and the splint material was for retainer, NOT splint so I had to cut it with handpiece.

Yvonne was pretty good at trying to trim them, so hopefully next Wednesday when they deliver, the splints would work.

I also saw Garrett and Amber's daughter at office.  They go to our church, and the kids are adopted.

I also saw Brianna, Rebecca and Richard's granddaughter.  What a mess.  Never seen a mouth so bad, at least 1 mm of plaque EVERYWHERE !!!!

Came home, and was nice and warm.  Sat outside with KR for about half hour.  Then Kurt came home.  We went and walked the dog, I ran home from Calle Mayor, 2.2 miles and it was hard.  My hip hurt.  Got the RX when Curt Lee called me back.  He has not heard of Mal de Mer.  So I will try clonipin and prozac.  Yikes......

Didn't feel like eating any dinner.  Took a shower and went to bed.

Tomorrow........   I will be 60 years old.  WOW

So KR picks up the clonazepam and fluoxetine tonight and I take half of each to bed.  Let's see how it goes.  Hopefully the spinning will go away.
