 So this is the day to get well for work tomorrow.

KR went surfing but ended up not going?

It was pretty painful this morning and I carefully drove to Jon's house and delivered broccoli and then to Kelby's and delivered more broccoli.  I asked her to lay hands on me and she did.  SHE IS SO SWEET.  I came home and picked up more pho from Sarah.  Dropped some off for Kurt and dad.

I used the inversion table then got ready for Zoom.  First it was the Voco rep, and it was interesting.  Then we had our office meeting.  I just laid around and we met.

After that KR did some weeding in the Serenity Garden.  Went to Costco for gas but the pumps were shut down for repair.  He spent some BIG money at Costco.  147 of EBT money.  Good.

I did billing and bank thing and not much else, trying to baby my back.

We had left over for dinner, more of Denise' salad and Sarah's food.  Wow so much food. 

James left Saigon for the coast.  Going to some sand dunes tomorrow.
