Friday and work day AGAIN

 My hip is whinging me a bit and  I  sent a text to Coastal to give me PT again.  We walked Angel down at the beach.   KR tried to go back to surfing.  Angel pooped in the living room again, don't know why.  KR cleaned it up.  I went to work. 

 First patient is Rebekah. Her #18  is deep deep and deep.  I put some SDF in it and then composite.  No etch.  Praying that it does not blow up.  I don't know how someone can work in the dental office and have such a huge cavities.  There are several more too.

Then it was Paula.  Her insurance in HMO, dang, and she pays 120 bucks

Then it was Monika, her fillings are 250 each?  WAY too expensive.  I should have said something to Camila.  They were kind of deep, 7 and 10 Lingual with recurrent decay.  Could not see it but I am glad we did it.

Then it was suppose to be Rocky Luiggi for a crown prep.  I text him to come early  and he says he might have COVID.

So I went home, which is good.  My back was starting to have muscles spasm.

I went for a ride. Dropped off the dental magazine for Barbara Winters.

Went to the alley.  Got a Mickey Toaster Oven

James came back, ate the rest of the lengua and cooked some cauliflower and eggs.

I was in bed by 9  VERY TIRED
