Friday First PT

 So it is a kind of lazy day.  Rebekah text me that she had a family emergency so she won't be my first patient at 1 pm.  GOOD  I am tired and back still hurts 

First thing was James taking Angel to the fire road   He has been walking her every day.  Very good

First I had a short run of about 2 miles. I went to drop Smokey off at the vet

Then it was PT at 8 30 with Teresa and Courage Jacob this big black guy.  They are doing something different.  Instead of a lot of warming up exercises, Courage spent a bit of time with me with various exercises plus some accupressure around my left hip.  We did a lot of squats and lunges  

I biked about a mile and half and went to work.  First it was S.RP all four quads at 70 a quad guess I made only 84 dollars

Then it was Bob Pagan.  X rays and cleaning.  I came home by 5 and James went to Kinko to get some of his photos scanned and stored into a flash drive.

We ate left over lengua and celery and I was in bed by 10 and woke up at 6 35
