So my back is a pretty sore and I go to PT to see if I can even handle PT. I see Dalton and he did a bunch of stretching out of my SI joint. Kurt took Angel to the park. He says school is coming to an end for the one month class and the ElCo class is moving along. He said he has a lot of work to do but is gaming often.
Lovely took Abby to the airport and she is flying to London to spend two weeks with Isaiah and Alan Lovely is very sad She wanted to go but because of mom care she cannot
James is celebrating his birthday in Orange County and had lunch with his boss/Bill
Kurt and I get a LOT of beets and tomatoes. I cook beets for KR. I made a nice salad and KR is coming home tonight.
I went for a 4.9 mile bike ride. SLOWLY
So his plane lands about 7 and I drive to pick him up. We drop Bill off and come home He has a salad and go to bed. Nice to have him back
