Monday and Tuesday

 Here it goes again.  I forgot yesterday and it is already time for bed Tuesday.  

Well my hip still hurts which means my back is still bad.  

I did go to yoga at 9 and KR had his Monday morning group.  Sleep score is only 36.  I also took Megha's present to the office plus the vinegars I bought for Monica and Megha.  Maribel got the gourmet oil and vinegar dressing that we got from the Bernstein Group.  

We proceeded to put the new metal single bed together.  THAT TOOK awhlie and my back was not happy.  We took Tyler's 25 year old bunk bed out of the room and the metal bed only needs the mattress went in.  I also rotated the bed 90 degrees plus my desk too.  So now my desk and the bed are all along the south wall facing the windwo.

I was pooped.  KR had his meeting with BIll and Frank and will be teaching this Friday at the Friday Night Light.  HAHA  

I was so tired I didn't do anything else Monday

Tuesday was his group and I was up before 5 am.  Still not sleeping well.  Tried to clean house.  Andrea and Maribel came and I went to yoga and then to Dr Chavez office for the SnoreLase that use laser in the back of the throat.  Kind of hot but not too bad.  She was done in 20 min as I was a very good patient.  Did not gag nor spit nor wanted to rinse.

It took 40 min up and on the way down I stopped at Feder's office for my disc and then to Superior Outlet but the grocery was not too good.  KR had done a lot of the Christmas cards.  We planted all of the sprouts at the YMCA lot.  Catherine and Robert came for a visit.  We had some left over for dinner.

Wednesday through Sunday

 WHAT HAPPENED??

I kept thinking that I am only missing ONE DAY???

I think my mind is playing with me.  I could have swear that I wrote about the office party and that KR was at Valor, and yet today is 12/14???  

We had church today but Kurt and I both stayed home and zoomed as Kurt was really hung over from the Gala at work and I had to drive him up to BH Hotel to get his car.  40 min each way.  The traffic was bad coming back.  I used the little Honda and had to get gas first.

Yesterday KR went to FM and got a lot of lettuce and he noticed that there were people giving food away at the YMCA parkinglot.  I went and got a LOT of stuff which were given away all by end of today.  I posted both on BNT and Support Pantry

Kurt kind of slept all day.  I went for a ride.  My sleep score was so bad it was 28, part of it was that I forgot to wear my watch so it didn't record anything for the first few hours.  

I did go to Friday Night Light and I had to lay dowj, my hip//my back was hurting.

Saturday night we had the Church wide Christmas party and it was great.  Hawaiian food, so much food.  Angel pooped TWICE downstairs and KR had to clean it up.  Vertigo not too bad but the hip/back NO BUENO!!!

Just limping around Tuesday 12/9/2025 through Saturday13th

 Wait it is Saturday and what happened, last past Monday?

First is yoga at 8, then it was pilates at 9.  Hip hurts a bunch.  Sleep score is bad still.  KR went to FM and got a bunch of lettuce.  We did not have bible study.

Wednesday we had better sleep score 59.  Went cycling over 7 miles.  at 11.  KR picked the last of the dragon fruit.  Charity came over to drop off all kinds of cat food and some BTS coffee.  Corrina came spent the night.  

Thursday the 11th, I had to work, and KR took Angel to the vet and then went to Valor for monthly meeting.  Natisha had done something about accounting, and KR is the one that caught it.  We had our office Christmas lunch with gift exchange.  It was really nice food.  We also had OSHA meeting. 

I came home really tired.  KR came in late to the party and everyone except Johanna had left.  He ate and then we went home.  It was really busy in the morning and I didn't even get to write any chart.  I also went to pick up my MRI disc and report.  It does not look like I have a hip problem and just the spine, L4/5 is the problem.  Sheesh  Lovely's 64 birthday !!!!  12/12/1961

Friday KR changed the lights ( I got them from Megan Zimmer, the LED kind) and painted the rest of the cans to give away.  He did alot of work and drank FOUR CANS OF 12oz BEERS and lied to me about that.  I didn't say anything until he started talking about it and I told him that HE NEEDS TO MOVE OUT AS HE IS LYING TO ME.  He said he had three and I found four.  

He said he would QUIT drinking.  

Today we were up early and Kurt was at Corrina's and he came home.  KR and I went to Eleanor Michael's and picked up the desk.  KR went to FM and got a lot of lettuce.  I drove to deliver a bunch of lettuce and pick up the tumeric pills.  We went to the church Christmas party, theme was Aloha Party and had a great time.  I went to Whole Foods to pick up food and delivered some to Valeric Music and also dropped some oranges off at Kathleen's house, and I also dropped some oranges off  at Christine house.  

Kurt went to his event at Beverly Hills Hotel.  Too bad Corrina could not go, and Kurt looked real nice.

Monday Pickleball with Tom and Patty and MRI

 I managed to find a MRI place in Torrance, after many tries, BCO, Polak, etc, and it is on Madison and tonight.  Patty and Tom met us at the court and I managed 30 min of shuffling pickleball.  HAHAHA.  Patty and I sat out and talked, while Tom and KR played SINGLES !!!

I also made taco salad meat in the morning when KR took Angel down to the beach.  I got a squirrel in the foot while they were gone.  I am sad about that, now he might just die of hunger, the machine gun type is not getting them at all.  Sheesh

So we came home about noon and KR went to get bagels.  Patty chopped the tomatoes and chopped the avocados, KR made more fruit salad and we had a great lunch with much talk and laughter.

We went to take a nap and I actually slept, UNTIL KR WOKE ME saying that Will was stuck on the side of the freeway, as the car blew up.  So KR went and used his AAA and got it towed to Will's place.  KR's complaint is that Will never calls or text unless he is in trouble.  I could not go back to sleep, so I went to pick up the soft bed support thingy from Geoff Poon and the dog socks that I am using as chair covers.  

KR emptied all the barrels and did some other yard work.

The MRI was at 6:55 and it was the MOST PAINFUL MRI I have ever had.  I had to lay flat the whole time, and not able to move, my left hip was KILLING me, and she had to warm up the machine too.  At least it was right here on Madison, just below Chanel Ko's office  HAHAHAHA  I limped out of there and came home and went to bed.

Sunday CHURCH with the Houle's

 SO the day begins with KR feeling a little better, from his faux pas of the beer can in the back seat of the car.  We went to church, and Kurt stayed at Corrina's and zoomed.  The Houle's came and was introduced to many that we know.

I came home and KR stayed for Q&A.  Then we drove to Juanita's and had tamales.  They were all pork, and KR had 4 or 5 and I had 2.  Plus LEMON BARS !!!

We came home and had a rest.  I rode my bike.  The right hip is whinging me.  Must get faster MRI appt. 

We then went to Tim and Sher's and saw Sean, Stepahnia with Gianna, and Jim and Tina/Hubert/Joseph and Gracie.  We had fabulous pork ribs and brisket and ceasar salad.  We came home stuffed.

Saturday 12/6/2025

 Today is when Mr Mutt Lee left us years ago.

Today is Wyatt's birthday.  I still can't call him/her Wyatt

KR and I got into it.  I went to Amazon Fresh to buy more turkeys and found an empty Bud 25 oz can in the back seat.  He had drank at the beach, I guess and forgot to throw it away.  HA!  That is what happens when you drink, you forget.

So I asked him just NOT to drink and drive.

He is upset, maybe more upset at himself than at me. 

Sleep score was bad.  But the ear vibration was not bad, and the vertigo not bad.  Had cardio class at 10 and then rode my bike to Aldi, no squioshmellow cat bed there, but I forgot my wallet anyway, so didn't get the cat box for Bunny.

Friday BETTER !! 12/5/2025

 I went to cardio class this morning at 8 and lasted through the whole class. My knees were hurting.  Then it was yoga, and I made it through the whole class. I also went cycling, just to the bank, to get the 2 dollar bills, and a little cash.  I was going to go to Amazon Fresh to get some turkeys, but did not have time.

I went to the orthop office on Hawthorne, which was the WRONG place, so I drove to Crenshaw.  Andrawis took an x ray and then said MRI, which is what I thought.  Sheesh.  Came home, KR had left for pickleball.  

Sleep score was 36, BAD !!!!

Patty and Tom text that they will be in town and that we should get together next week.  

Thursday WHAT A DAY !!!

 So it was ALL DAY LONG DIZZY PLUS this whap whap whap, off and on vibration with this feeling of off and on the plane, ascend and descend kind of feelings.  I just didn't feel well.

I tried yoga, but my cough was so bad that I had to go, and KR went surfing with Bert and Sean and Gracie.  Then he came home and went to play pickleball.  I was just not feeling well.  We went to Ubon Thai for dinner.  It was GREAT dinner.  Sean and Gianna came too and KR paid the bill.

I went to bed feeling terrible.  No CPAP, maybe it was that made me feel thumpy of the brain.

Wednesday 12/3/2025

 Office meeting ran long.  We had a rep from SDI come in.  Lots of interesting stuff to try.  KR went to play pickleball.  I was gonna stop at Amazon to return, but I picked up the California wooden flag instead, from BNT.  I posted BEADS, the thousands of them from Adele.

I also got a few almost waterproof eyebrow liners and they work pretty well!!!  I am managing to do small brush strokes and make the brows a little fuller.  I went to the Y for the cardio class but only lasted 20 min and my knees were bothering me, not counting my right, RIGHT HIP pain.  I did manage to change my end of the month appt to this Friday with Dr Andrawas.

So I went spinning bike after cardio dance just to do some cardio as it was too late to ride my bike out on the street.  Ron Hill told me his brother passed and he is really sad.  On the 25th of November.

I then did about 20 min of weights and went home.  KR had meatloaf and only 1 beer before dinner.  HAHAHA  He did have two each day previously and I hid his stash from Kurt HAHAHA

Tuesday Bible Study dinner

 Oh what a day, and it is 10 29 pm already.

I had a terrible night sleep, my mouth so dry and I was cold and the CPAP thingy was bugging my nose all night, but the sleep score was still 43, which is pretty good.  Hmmm

I had an 8 am class but I canceled as I had too much to clean beofre the cleaning ladies came.  So much stuff to get rid of.  I still did not try the air fryer that I got from the alley.

KR went surfing and said was great and then to get his board repaired, and then to FM.  He then ssweep the black mat and got the dining room ready for our guests.  There were 12 of us.

I went for a ride, and picked up my gray eyebrow pencils, they are much better,  I painted my eyebrows and they stay for hours  Little brush strokes.

Burt and Tina came about 808 and I took the to the condo and they settled down and I came back to the party.  We had :  me, KR, George, Gerry, Anita, Jason, Peter, Cristian, Mike, Bert, Lyndde, and Isaac.  Pam and Karen and Geoff did not make it

Angel's suits fit pretty well.  I am returning one.  And the chair bottoms that came were all of the wrong size.

Monday December 1, 2025

 Where did the year go is the question.  I will have to start figuring out taxes and then do the yearly donations and all that  AT LEAST I am writing 12/1 TODAY

The sleep score was an unbelievable 68 !!!  I used the new cpap and seems to have worked all night.  

HMMMMM  does that mean I will have to use it for the rest of my life???

KR took Angel down to the beach then to Costco.  I had a yoga class first then a pilates class and then Orly came to pick up mushrooms.  KR did the weedwacking yesterday.  Angel seems to be eating and KR said she had a large poop down at the beach.  NOT firm enough, but she is just getting more stuff in her tummy now.

I got the three shirts I ordered from Amazon for her, and will try tomorrow.  They didn't come until 9 and I waited up.  It is 9 15 now.  I also went to Dr Petti's and gave her a deposit and made the appt for the revision surgery for January 19.  So I can attend the party at TopGolf.  I also returned the chair legs that came yesterday.  

I ordered 32 and 20 came and out of 20 only 6 were not BROKEN.  Sheesh.  I just don't know why a copany can send something out like that.

Kurt came home and was very depressed about something, I think it was the Grad School application he was trying to do, today is suppose to be the deadline.  I guess he is NOT done.  Oh well, always Johnny Come Lately.

Sunday Angel much better

 So Angel and KR slept downstairs.  I had trouble with the CPAP, the top piece to the nose thingy popped off so it was hissing a lot and I tried to figure out what the problem but could not  Oh Well!!!!.  

Sleep score was BAD, 36.

Kurt was at Corrina's and came home for church.  I was so so dizzy and coughed almost ALL DAY, and had a headache, so Angel and I stayed home,  I watched sermon on TV and also organized the cutting board cabinet, and put the stuff out of the way on the table.

While Angel and KR were out walking, which they should not do, I went to Amazon Go and returned the two gray Angel onesies and the Xylomelt small box that I did not need and the eyebrow pencil that I know is going to be too dark.  I ordered three other shirts and two gray eyebrow pencils.

The guy that sent the gray eyebrow pencil from eBay finally answered and said he would send another as the one I got was all dried out.  Sheesh.  What kind of product do they sell? 

After church, KR weed whacked the back yard and planted sunflowers and ate and took a nap.  Adele came by and brought the turkey they could not finish and we took a leg and a wing off and KR brought it over to Charity's mom's house.  While he was napping, I went for a ride, almost 10 miles.  I also dropped off Charity's Lucy slippers, that she wanted for Harmony.

Kurt went up to Corrina's AGAIN in the afternoon.  My cough never abated and I took meds so that I can get some rest.  Paid some bills and ready for next week.  Got lots to do.

In bed at 9

Saturday

 I am so tired I can't see straight.

We were up, me not too early.  Used the CPAP all night and no pee if you believe it.  Sleep score is still just 50.  HMMM  KR was up and Angel is not moving much in the morning.  We didn't give her any meds last night as she was still so lethargic  She did eat half a can of the food and drank some water.  

I changed the sheets.  KR slept downstairs with her, and her soft cone.

The onesies came but they didn't fit.  I returned the to Amazon.  That is why it is good to have PRIME

I ordered three more and hope they fit.  Then we would not have to worry about watching her all the time.

IT WAS A BAD DIZZY DAY.  Yesterday was so good so I don't get it.  But the coughing was not too bad.

KR took a nap and I went to pick up the pads from Miriam, KR got more pads from Steven this morning  We didn't get much vege but I made turkey bone broth and then added the vege and made soup.  It was very good.  I also delivered a bunch of food to Kathleen, so that we didn't have so much left over.

Adele text me, they bought a 13 pound turkey and ate all the white meat and they don't want anymore.  DO I WANT IT?   Are you kidding?  of course.  So I will go pick up the turkey and freeze as much as I can.

KR slept downstairs again.  I got the new CPAP nasal cushion, and will try that tonight.

Friday Angel Comes Home!!!!

 We were up really early, as we could not sleep looking for the pup.  KR started to do a little yard work and I canceled my 8 am cardio and went to the 9 am yoga.  We then went to pick up the pup.  She just wanted to go home and we got the post op instruction on what to do and which meds to give.

She came home and went to sleep.  We took the cone off and put the donut on, and KR took a nap right next to the crate with the sofa cushion and I went for an almost 9 mile ride.  Then he went and played pickleball for about 2 hours.  John and Johann were yelling at each other and he told the story and it was hilarious.  I tried napping next to her but I could not sleep.  Spoke to Melissa finally.  

Neil Kaplan borrowed Kurt's truck and bought a new TV, super HD, so we got his 68" TV for mom's house.  Too bad it won't fit downstairs in our house.  Kurt and KR picked it up about 6 and took it over to mom's.  I will give mom's Samsung TV away.  

KR ate more left over, Kurt planted a bunch of stuff, and I stayed by Angel all afternoon and evening. 

Thankwgiving 2025 11/27

 Well it is actually Black Friday but i am combining three days again.

Wednesday I had to work.  ONLY 8 - 12   THANK  YOU !!!  Usually they start at 7 on Wednesday but I didn't want to work that long.  My knee was still so sore so I actually DIDN"T DO ANYTHING, but ice when I got home.  KR had done a lot of the food prepping, cutting and dicing the onions and celery and getting stuff ready for the turkey tomorrow.  I just pray that I would be able to run.  The sleep score was POOR at 42   AND only about 7000 steps

THANKSGIVING  

We were up early and sleep score was 41 and poor.  Kurt and I left for the TROT, in front of Sam's Club.  He has been to the trot every since he was old enough to be in the stroller, except for the one year that he was in Taiwan.  I used KT tape and knee brace before we left and we JUST made it to the beginning.  The Stars Spangled Banner was being sang as we pulled up.  We never saw the 'TURKEY' that we always take a picture with.  

What a day.  Angel is still at the vet and we decided on having the surgery to see what is in her stomach instead of endoscopy as if that cannot be done successfully, they still need to open her up.  The quote was 15000, so we opted to have Dr Roca open her up.  

WELL, I finished with 11.06 average per mile.  How about that.  We picked up very little freebie.  There was hardly anything, as we were so late getting there, but hey, we ran,  Corrina came down to cheer us on.  Kurt finished about 27.  I dropped him off and went to the jacuzzi and sat talking to that old black guy and took a shower and came home.  I iced again all day almost.

Putting the turkey in the oven about 12 noon and KR took a nap.  I didn't have time.  Kurt went and got the table and he set the table with the wine glasses that KR got from Pea Soup Anderson in Buellton.  We had 12 and then down to 10.  About 3 30 we went to see Angel, she had gotten out of surgery about 1, and she was really wobbly, and glad to see us but really out of sort.

We got home, Will and Diamond were there but said they cannot stay and had to go to Diamonds parents as Christine put the turkey in the oven at 7 30 and I imagine she has a 20-25 pounder so would take about five hours 

We had Brian, Jamie, Eddie C, me and KR and Kurt, Corrina, Helen, Inaya, and Deron.  10.  We had so much food and I was so so stuffed when we were done, and so so tired.  Kurt, Helen, Inaya and Corrina went downstairs and watched Star Trek, I think, and we went to bed. 

The 'kids' did the dishes and I put most of the stuff away.  

Tuesday OFF oh my Consultation with Dr Petti

 It was the OFF day but I did something with my upper back and was in muscle spasm.  I had injection appt with Dr Andrawas office and didn't know where, so I went to Crenshaw.  THANK goodness it was that location.  The PA did it and man was it sore after.  I could hardly move my right knee.  Now how am I gonna run on turkey day?  It was Orthovisc, or Synovisc or some kind of lubricant.

Got home and KR was off with mutt.  I started and hung the laundry and ran the roomba and we had a list of things to do a mile long.  Took a nap and overslept a little, so about 10 min late with Dr Petti.  

SHE IS 71  wowowowowo  the consult went well and we shall see the surgery, revision day.

Monday and WHAT A WORK DAY !!! 11/24/2025

 Well, I had to sub for either Dr Desai or Dr Sata, don't remember which.  KR is having a great time and will return tonight.  I switched the cars and I parked my Prius in the garage and KR's car in the upstairs guy above Mr Dharma's unit who is always hogging the car spot and never move nor park in the garage.  The new extern that started last week I met, plus the volunteer guy that wants to get into dental school.  And Alejandra who has to do her hours for dental assisting. 

We were so so busy that I didn't even finish my charts, and left at 2 as Angel was locked in the house at 8:45 when Kurt went to work.  She did not pee in the house nor poop.  She did throw up yesterday when I gave her some chicken.  And eating grass a lot.  I gave her a famotidine as internet says is ok.  

I went to a cardio class, it was a different Asian lady, very fast pace, and I was tired.  I used the CPAP and left I slept pretty well, so the dizziness at work was NOT bad at all.  I did cycle 6 miles and had 15K plus of steps. I am sure that is from the cardio class.

KR came home about 8 15 and had a great time.  He also had the Valor zoom call at 9.  I went to bed with CPAP and trying again to sleep better.

Sunday KR goes surfing at the Ranch

 We were both up really early.  He was amped about going surfing.  ***  Flip picked him up and they were on the road about 7:10, meeting Joost somewhere.  KR packed his lunch fixings and boards and they were off.  Kurt came home last night and I took KR's car over to the condo and started working on the floors and dusting and the laundry that I had done yesterday.  They were almost dried.

SLEEP SCORE 37.  Egad, bad.

I was coughing so we stayed home and zoomed.  I also drove to Steven's and dropped off two dragon fruit and a lot of winter clothes.  Catherine W-C came by for a visit.  Adele came by for a visit.  Alex is pregnant and Julie is going to get engaged soon.  WOWOWOWOOW

Kurt went to see Wicked with Corrina and came home in the early evening.  I tried cleaning up the mess I made with the island and the garage.  Took so long.  I am so tired of this vertigo.  it was off and on today.  And tomorrow I have to work, dang.

Saturday 11/22/2025

 Sleep score 37  NO GOOD

I had a class at the Y but I canceled.  I planted too many sunflowers at the Y and my back and hip was sore  YUP, my RIGHT HIP is bothering me.  I think I gotta go see someone.  I can't seem to bend my leg back, so maybe it is soft tissue.

KR went up to Juanita Stuckers to do some yard work and turns out the event was postponed!!!  I was at mom's cleaning.  There was still ALOT to do, even though Corrina said they did a lot.  Nope.  KR went to FM and got a lot of lettuce and some other food.  He also pruned a lot of dragon fruit.  40 I think.  I gave a bunch away.  Some to Teresa Hom, two to Nancy and two to Christine Jung.  

He took a nap, and we went to SBCC for their Saturday service.  It was really good, about judging your sisters and brothers, and how to judge.

We didn't stay for the food, as I was really not feeling well with my hip and the cough.

Friday and Lite too

 HA I am on time

I could not sleep and was up by 5 but didn't get out of bed until almost 6.  It had quit raining, so I did a load of laundry, including the rags and the floor mats.  KR tried to go surfing but no go.  He picked up the baseballs for me from Nyssa.  I had a cardio class but I canceled.  I fell off the bed last night while trying to get in and slipped.  So not really falling OFF the bed.

Sleep score still in the 30's.  Oh well

I did have a yoga class.  KR took Angel down to the beach.  I came home and KR was making another one of his wonderful fruit salad.  Guava, persimmons, dragon fruit.  We have so many dragon fruits this year.  He went to play pickleball, I went for a ride.  Nothing to be had in the alleys.

Kurt came home, after one week, almost at PoPo's and Corrina cleaned the condo some.  And went home, now that the garnish is done and safe to walk on it.  Tomorrow Kurt is going to clean some more and KR has work at Junita Stucker's, with his Monday morning group coming to help.  

We went to Friday night Lite and Pastor Paul spoke on millenialism and I was thoroughly confused.

WHERE did the time go? Today is Thursday 11/20/2025

 So the last time I posted was 11/9 and I have been remiss.

It started raining this afternoon and has been raining for hours.  The week of the 10th, I guess I went to the ymca for many classes and did some cycling and there was a holiday in there, Veteran's Day, which was Tuesday the 11 of November.  I did work on Thursday the 13.  KR was suppose to go on a trip but got canceled TWICE which was a blessing as Doug was having issues with his heart.  He got some stents placed in.

I have been having such a hard time with coughing and vertigo.  One day, like today, almost completely symptom free and another day just can't move at all.  Bible study was the past Tuesday 18, and I felt terrible.  There were only 8 of us but we had a great discussion.

KR played pickleball this morning and then he had a Valor meeting.  I cooked vegetables and chicken/rice soup.  We went to bed by 8

Sunday 11/9/2025

 Lovely still in Katmandu.

I didn't feel well most of the morning.  SLEEP SCORE 35   bad.  I woke up and had some coffee, but could not keep my eyes open.  I just feel so so sleepy and I had over 8 hours of sleep.  KR went to walk Angel and I just laid around and cleaned a bit and did some laundry all the while just feeling like crap.

He ate some brekkie and went to church.  I went for a 25 min bike ride.  I did church online.  He came home after Q & A and had lunch.  I made potato pancake, from the mashed potato from YMCA, some rice and flour and egg and corn meal and milk.  He had it with apple sauce.  Plus I cooked the wagu beef.

We went to play pickleball and I lasted 28 minutes or so.  Not bad.  My hip and hand was holding up, although I hardly chased any balls.

Came home and tried to take a nap.  No go.  Prayed for my vertigo to go away.  It was bad again after I came home.  He then took Angel down to the beach and I folded laundry and he had left over for dinner, noodle and beef shank and salad.  We made a list of things to do.  There is a long list.

Lovely called me as she could not use her credit card so she had mine and bought luggage for the plane  So nice to see Abby and Lovely on the chat.

KR went to bed early.  Kurt came home late.  Corrina and Inaya and Helen are going to be at mom's condo for a few days.  Something is getting varnished at their house. 

Thursday through Saturday 11/8/2025

 Yup another three days went by and I just don't know.

I have been fiddling with the CPAP and two nights in a row the thing has too much liquid and is leaking water and making this gurgling noise so I had to shut it off.  I am trying the original mask tonight and see if it would help.

GEEZ  still can't get enough sleep.

KR went surfing and said it was really good.  I cooked wagu beef and rice and he had a nice lunch and we took a nap.  I went cycling at 4 so so late, dropping off Sumi's mushrooms and phone clip thingy.

Friday I had yoga class at 9 and KR went surfing again.  I cooked shrimp with fish in alfredo sauce.  So yummy.  We went to Friday night light and in the middle of it I got hit with the sleepies.

Today, we were up early, and he went surfing again and then we went to Golden Cove for my appt with the Filler lady, on the way home, we drove by PV cliffs and KR saw this woman who he thought was drunk go down the path sliding on her butt so he called the cops.  I said if she tried to get up by herself she would tumble down and kill herself.  The cops came plus the fire department.  They littered her up.

We got a LOT of vegetables from FM (I went with Kurt) and I cooked some shank and Sarah came by for some vege and dropped off some yummy noodles with an amazing steak.  Charity came by with Harmony.  We had a great big pot of soup for tomorrow.

Wednesday Office meeting PLUS working

 yup, I had office meeting and then workingg.  We first walked Angel at the beach.  I went to office meeting, 9 - 11 and then came home and went for a nap.  Then an hour 

I went back to work and I brought the happy birthday signs and hooked them up Dr Kim's birthday and he is ONLY 24 or 26 or something.  He did four fillings and it took awhile and I did the rest of the recalls.  We were done by 4:30  

I got home and ate a bunch of lemon cake and KR was playing pickleball.  He came back and I took a shower and was in bed by 6 15.  

Lovely left taipei and is on her way to Nepal, via Thailand.  Oh what fun

Tuesday 11/4/2025 VOTE proposition 50

 I had dropped my ballot off last week, so no need to worry.  Kurt had the left over after we went to bed.

I had a class at 8 and I canceled.  Had to clean the house before Andrea and Maribel came to clean.  I had a class at 9 30, Senior Cardio.  HAHAHA  I taped my knee before the class.  Then he went to FM and got some lettuce.  We went to the Y again for lunch.  Shepard's Pie which was good.  I saved all my food for Kurt.

Bible Study tonight, except Cristian said he is not coming as he is out in the valley and must finish a job.  We got the cheese and crackers and I asked Pam to make dessert.  HAHAHA   No sushi tonight.  That is ok.  Too much food.  I was so tired, laid down for a nap and 1 1/2 hours flew by.  

KR went to play pickleball at 4 and washed the pup when he got back.

Monday DODGER parade downtown

I meant to post yesterday but the tireness is really weird.  I just want to sleep all day.

First we walked to the park, after KR checked the surf and no go.

I had cardio dance at 8 30 and it was pretty dizzy all the way through.  But I hung in there.  Then I did some weighs as it has bee awhile since I did that.  I also went on a bike ride but didn't see anything in the alley.  My RIGHT hip is hurting a little.  

Helen came down and she and Corrina drove to Torrance/Crenshaw and took the bus to the parade that Los Angeles hosted for Dodgers for winning the World Series.  Back to back.  They had a nice time and came back around 2 and we were napping

SLEEP SCORE WAS 79 !!!

Really?  

We had lunch at the Y, it was lasagna, and I brought most of mine home for Kurt.

Bed was at 9 pm

Saturday and Sunday

 I could swear that it s only Saturday and it is now Sunday night.  Yesterday was Saturday and we went to the park with Angel after KR came back from the beach saying it was no good.  I think.  He went to FM by himself while i did my cardio class and the teacher didn't show up but two of the students taught the class while half of them left.   It was still really good.    I picked up my medication from CVS.  Famotidine.

Afternoon cycling for 32 minutes.  It was getting cold.  Everyone watched the World Series which went to 11 innings with the Dodgers hit a homer by Will Smith, whoever he is.  KR and I were asleep and Kurt was up watching with Corrina.  She came by after work.

Sunday we went down to the beach and walked Angel.  I got really sleepy after we came back and I went right back to bed and was asleep.  For an hour and half.  I did NOT go to church.  Kurt and I both did Zoom and Corrina read a book.  I basically stayed in bed almost all day.  I was sleepy all day.  Whatever is the matter I JUST DON"T KNOW.

Curt called about my lab result and everything is fine, so maybe I will go back to see Dr Thai at Optum and see what I can do about getting better sleep.  Corrina stayed all day.  I did laundry and then Kurt said that the cat pee on the bed downstairs was bad so they washed EVERYTHING, including the mattress cover and the plastic covering.  I cooked beef neck bone and Kurt and Corrina went to Taco Bell.

Day Light savings was last night, so when it is 6 it is actually 7 so I went to bed early.

CANT BE Halloween 2025 Friday 10-31-2025

 So the last time was the 18th of October.

So much has happened.  Where do I begin?

Saturday Tyler's 31st birthday 10-18-2025

 We had a wonderful morning, then it was cardio dance and KR took Angel to the beach.  I made some shank meat and Kurt and Corrina had a counseing appt and they had a burrito each that I made before they left.  Kurt also did his laundry.

KR got some vege from FM and I cooked the soup and he had bbq shank with rice.  

I AM GETTING FAT  Need to eat less

We went to SBCC for 5 pm service.  There was a LOT of people there.  It was on Ruth and Boaz.  We had light dinner and Kurt went up to Corrina's.  We left Angel in the house and Kurt only left her for about half hour.  She did well.  We shall see tomorrow

Friday 10/17/2025

 Friday is always so nice.  I went to Cardio Dance, and then to my Botox touchup.  KR drove to the beach with Angel when I was at the Y.  He went to the cliffs when I had the touch up.  It is gonna be nice that I cannot move my eyebrows.  HAHAHAH

My knee is bothering me.  I made app for left knee to be checked and I am getting Orthovisc injection on my right knee next month.  I cannot get it unless three months have elipsed after the cortizone injection.

I also went for a ride, dropping some books off at the little library, and then the alleys.  NOTHING to be had.

Maggie and Bob had stayed at the condo the last three nights.  Said the guest shower had started to backup.  The association had someone come to snake it.

Wednesday KR screening and +-Thursday working

 So I got this keyboard from Skyler and is better than the one on the apple so I think I won't have to buy another laptop for a bit.  Wednesday I worked all day cleaning and going shopping and cooking and KR had screening.  He was done at 11

He went to Job I was too tired and I wanted to sleep early for going to work the next day.  I was in bed by 8:50 and got up at 4 50 to go to work.  I went cycling and did almost 8 miles.  Step only 9222

Thursday work was easy, I was early at work and was nice working with Johanne and Dr Kim.  Desiree T came for her check up and I finally remember to give her the gift card.  I showed Anita my photos of the trip.

I stopped at El Super as KR asked me to get avocados, I bought meats too.  Mike Keon had come by and asked KR to print out something from his phone.   KR could not, and I tried to get them to follow instruction for printing.

It turned out that KR had a LARGE beer and HALF CUP OF CAPTAIN MORGAN's rum, he didn't tell me about the beer.  So he had FOUR drinks before 11 am.  THAT IS NOT GOOD.

I didn't say anything, knowing that I should not say anything until he sobered up.  At night I approached him and he agrees that he should not be drinking as much as he should.  He said that the folks from Bible group and Monday group would think that was WRONG thing to do.  At least I know how to keep my mouth shut. 

RAIN and screening

 I had both  today.  It was rainingn when we woke up.  Annd it continued to rainn .  KR had his Bibble study  and he  took me to  get the Honda.  I didn't want  to get the Prius wet.  I left as he was cominng back.  His computer is not holdinng  a charge and he  wants a nnew one.  I will get oen from Costco.

Screening  was at William Anderson Elementary.  VERY fast and  we  were done byt  11 30.  KR had appt with  Dr Lee at noonn.  I stopped and got Chipotle’s burrito for their  dinnner.  KR had chicken legs  and a  beer after he came back.  I ate some vege and took a  nap with  him.

Monday 10/13/2025

 KR had screening  so after checkingt he s urf h e  was  off.  I did  a load of laundry  and cleaned the houyse  and the dog just  wanted to  follow me up and down.  I batted down the house for  the  rain that is  suppose to come tomorrow.  

I swept the yard and rearranged the barrels, gave the chicken food.  

KR came home and went surfing.  I went for a bike ride when he came home for lumchc of curry.

Kurt had appt with Corrina, he didn't come home last nnight and came home around mnoon to pick  up computer and stuff for  work.  Guess  they  made  a bit  of   money at the garage sale.

Sumi came by  and picked up her  basket but  I  forgot onne.  Charity said she was coming over to drop off cookies, maybe I  will give to her for Sumi

 Maybe I will   be able to keep  up the  blog.

KR  went surfing and I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned some more.  My back is still a little sore.  And my  left knee.  KR went to  church and I did online  with  the  pup.  Kurt stayed at Corrina's and zoomed it.  I thought Dan's message was really  good. 

KR then  had  a LARGE beer and  two shots  of Southern Comfort and slept  for over two hours.  I knnew it.!!!  I went  for a ride and he was asleep when I left and was asleep when I returned.  That boy needs to stop dri nking

I cooked turkey  cheese burger with bacon annd mushroom.  Very  good.

I am getting fat.  Not eough  exercise.

Our Anniverary 10-11-2025

 Sheesh  it has beena long time.  And TODAY is our aninversary.   FORTY  years ago Friday  night 5 pm we were married at the Neighborhood  Church.  

9-30 Tue Bible study.  Wed office  meeting, then Monica asked I sub for her inn the  afternoon. Thursday Nic birthday  and I w orked.  Angel had her staples removed.   Thursday  I wet  to BOTOX and just hanged.  Friday yoga and cycling and sleep POOR 36.  Saturday  sleep better 67 but don't know why.  

Sunday KR went to church and Kurt and I zoomed at home.  Monday sleep 50 not good.  Knee especially the left hurt.  Tuesday 10-7 cycling and sleep 42.  NO GOOD I had screenning  and  I could only make it  in  the  morning.   I coughed  and my back, actually  I think just  the l eft  muscles was no  good.  KR went in the afternoon  for me.  What  a guy.

 Wednesday sleep no good and  cycling.  Thursday I went to the  office and delivered Collin's bridge.  Only the  contact between 5/6 was a little tight.  Color was good  and I cemented.

Thursday  yoga and cycling.  No good sleep.  I didn't do much.

Friday somehow I turned the watch off and did not record sleep.

SATURDAY   what  a day.  KR went up to the Rehm's and got  a bag of bolts.  That is all he wanted.  I can't believe he paid 2 dollars  HAHAH.  He went   to FM and got a  little vege.  I went to Dollar Tree and bought  five balloonws, four I LOVE YOU  and four  Let's Celebrate.  We were in the back room again at   Black Bear.  All of our  guests came, well almost.   Megha,  Tracy,  Collin, Maribel, Diane, Eliiot, Jaime, Shirley, Doug, Jesse, Christine/Larry, Bill/Elaine,  Mike/Carole, Tony/Joanne,  Tony/Cindy, Mike/Patty, Wiill/Diamond, me and KR.  Patty  Lopez  didn't make it, Chuck   went out  of town, Monica was in  Fresno, 

I made a little speech, we had decorations.  Everyone ordered food and even desserts and mimosa's.  It was a LOT of fun.  We came home and  tried to nap.  KR slept and I could n ot.  My knee hurt.   Kurt went back up to the Rehm's to help with garage sale.  We were in bed by  8  30

I had yoga class, then  went cycling, and sleep score 33  DANG that is bad

Sunday KR had church  duty  as usher #1 so Kurt and I stayed and zoomed.  I coughed for hours on  end, would not stop.  Nose sprays and Allegra nope, four hours of coughing.  I have been trying to stretch first thing in the morning to limber up a little.  Seems to help a bit.  I went  cycling, and sleep score 34  GAD BAD DANG

I also went to Prayer and Worship, and it was great ad powerful.  HOWEVER, I must have ran a red light and got stopped by the cops on Plaza Del Amo.  First thing they said was to roll down ALL FOUR WINDOWS, as they ran KR's plate and sees that there is a CCW connected to the car and didnn't want me to pull a fast one.

I was such  wreck that I started crying like mad and they ended up giving me a warning and I went on home and told KR  what  happened.  He was already in bed dowstairs wiith Angel.  She is  doing better, running up the stairs if we don't have the 'gate' put up.

It was a bit cloudy today, Monday.  Kurt spent the night at Corrinna's and I ran, YUP went running about 7 am annd almost 14 minute mile for 2.3 miles.  HOW ABOUT THAT.  I also found a bunch of drinks, beer annd soft drinks.  KR had two of the IPA's.  He was gonna go surfing with Flip but there was no surf.  Sleep score 45  BAD BAD  I went riding to get the frig filter.  KR picked up half bottle of hair connditioner I would like to try.

I cooked VERY good shrimp and scallops for his lunch.  He weedwhacked annd cleaned up the yard.  Kurt worked all day.  Tomorrow should be a better day

Friday and the BRIDGE DOES NOT fit

 So I was scheduled to pick up the bridge from Jason at Louie's.  KR took the pup for a walk and picked up for me.  He had tried to go surfig with his NEW surf board that he picked up last night but no go so he came back.

Angel and he had a good night last ight downn stairs.

I had a bad sleep score.

I went to the bank, Wells, but forgot to bring the Chase James' credit card statement so  I could not go to Chase.  Then I went to El Super and picked up 76 dollars worth of meat.  The bridge would NOT seat annd I just don't know why.

I finnally took a another impression and went to Jasonn's to ask what the problem was.  Maribel also brought David to see if they can take the braces off next month.  Well, the right bicuspids don't touch annd the frotn space is not quiet eve.

I came home and KR went to nap and I went for a ride and I was so so  hungry that I  came home and ate a WHOLE tendonn  and soup annd felt so so bloated.  Well I also ate some chocolate ad some chips.  I just laid around and moaned all afternoon.

Thursday 9/25/2025

 WELL,  I had a g reat  sleep  score.  Combo of  MAD and tape and 75, really?

KR slept downstairs with Angel.  I went to Cardio class while   he  took  Angel to the beach.   Thenn he ate and  went  to  Valor meeting, which started  at 11 30 and it is now 3 30 and he is nnot back  I did a lot of paperwork downstairs, so that Anngel won't be lonely.  She is still convalescing with the surgery.  She did eat though and I gave  her  the pills with cream cheese.

Maybe because of the sleep score, I did NOT feel like a zombie during the  day,  and did not want a  nap.  I  went to the 4 pm yoga class.  My  knees are a  little  wonky.   The vertigo is ot too bad, not like last Friday.

The week of Angel's surgery

 So  we got  back  Monday  and Tuesday the  jetlag  is  not bad  but Wednesday,  oh  man,   complete fog and had  to nap in  the  afternoon.   This  computer  keys  are  driving me crazy.     Guess  I  either  get a  new one or  just  clean it up and get  a new battery.    

KR went to FM and  we had a little pickle ball in the morning. I did only 25 min and it was enough.  KR had bible study in   the mornnig and we had bible study here at  night.   KR was so so  tired that he fell  asleep a little and I threw  a  battery at his   arm  and  he  didn't eve  feel it and  George thought we better cut i t short as the  jetlag is bad.

Wednesday another  day  of jet  lag, but  we hung in there.  KR went to  play pickleball,  with  Johann's  group.  He also took Angel to  ACCESS vet  and had the  connsultatio  with  Dr Laurent Guiot DVMwho  had  a cancellation  for surgery TOMORROW !!!!   YIKES  I  didn't feel well enough to go to Job  with Dan Parkins.  DARN

Thursday I  went to work annd  KR dropped  Angel off  at the  vet.  I g ot  home and  we went to pick  her up.  She was so so groggy  and would  nnot put weigh  on her right foot.  All  kinds of meds and innsntructions and we are  home, trying  to  make sure  she  does  not  go up and  down stairs.

We brought  the full size bed to the  living room and slept with  her there all nnight.

Friday I felt TERRIBLE.  Tuesday through Thursday felt like the VERTIGO WAS GONE, but maybe the stress made me so so dizzy adn  not good.  Kathleen  came over with s ome  dog  food  and  I  did NOT get off the bed.  Angel  is still groggy.   KR went  to  Friday nnight  Light.  

Saturday  was laying around all day  and KR  went to FM.  Marie is on vacation.  We got  some food. 

Sunday KR  was usher so Kurt and I did  Zoom at home with Angel.  We also put the bed downstairs.  I CANNOT get up off the floor to pee in the middle  of  the nnight.  So  I slept  upstairs and KR slept in the living room.

We also decided to put the  mattress back in the  downstairs room and KR and Angel sleep there at night.   It was too hard to keep clean.

Anngel is also not likign her   pills.  First the meat balls then the sliced turkey, we settled on  BUTTER, goes down  smoother.

Monday KR went to play pickleball and I went to  yoga ad   cycled a bit with poor  sleep score of 35  SHEESH

Tuesday  KR wentto  FM and got  a LOT of  cornn and cantaloupe   Plus wepicked up fish  from Jeff.  Rita McKenna  was there.  I did yoga and the cycled a bit.  

Wednesday today, I did yoga when I woke  up in  bed ad then  Cardio Dance at  8 30 and then some weighs ad KR took Angel down to the  beach.  Sleep o good at 37.  I kept waking up to pee.  I had pilates  at 11 also.  KR did't play  pickleball.  We tried to orgaized the photos for the   slide show, annd went through a lot of pics.  KR also had traiinng for TRAK i  PV, nnot at Kinngs Harbor, with dinner.    

Our Triip to Iraq, Turkey and Greece

 It is over a  week  sinnce we returned  from our trip, and I am  just starting  to  recount the amazinng  two weeks with  John and  Yvonne.

The  flight to Istabul  was   9/1/2025  LAX and Kurt took  us  there.  We sampled the  lounge food.  KR had  pho.   The plane took off about 7, Turkish Airline.  Should have taken anothere.  We realized KLM busiess has a 1-2-1 connfiguration while Turkish  has a 2-3-2 nnno wonder the  space was so much smaller.  Dinner was GOOD !!!  And  of course I  kept the salt and pepper shakers.

We went to the Turkish Lounge ad it  is NOT the s ame one as the  one  I was in  2018.  They had built a new airport and now there is no race car drivingn and no  golf, but the masseuse was still  there  and I got a massage and so   did KR  Six  hour  layover ad we flew to  Athens.   

Then  it  was a  cheesy  Athens Lounge, that   opens at 4 30 am.  We flew Austrian Air  from Athens to Vienna, then  the  Austrian  lounge then another  flight  to Erbil.  John picked us up after we took the bus down to where the  people get picked up.  It was at least 105 HOT HOT HOT

We drove to Duhok and had dinner at the mall  We were very tired.  It was abougt 2 hour drive.  I thenn rode with  Laurenn who was comingn to the village to visit friends with her son,  Ziles, who cried half of the time in the 2  hour  ride.   We  went on to Johnn's house  and they  gave  us  their bedroom.  We went to sleep.  End of 9-3-2025

KR's 68 BIRTHDAY  !!!   Last year we   were  in  Kenya and this year in  Iraq.   I  had  brought  a  bunch o f  birthday  decorations and Yvonne put  them up.  We had graduation to  go to tomorrow so KR picked grapes   We wnet  to the Learning  Center  and  hten  tot he camp where I  did the volunteering   years ago.  We then went to the Tigris River where the three countries meet Syria, Turkey and Iraq and saw the  catacomb of the  Fiirst  Church.  That night  we  wennt to  Zakho  to s ee the  new park  and bridge.   It was beautiful with  boat  rides inn the river and lights and people all around.  We brought  food home and had birthday celebration, with Lauren too.  She had come over with Zilas

The next morning, a friend of Johns came over for prayer adn then we packed up and went to Happy Park for graduationn in the afternoon.  It was an amazing event hosted by Yvonne.  She has so much energy and the  girls are so amazinng.  There was a kissing scene in which I didnn't kow many  girls don't kiss their mothers in Iraq but i made a  lot of them do it.  Praying also that I was not Covid Mary  hahahaha   We had so much  food, pizza and cake and all kinds of stuff the mothers made.

Next day, Saturday was church and it  was very interesting.   We went out  to  eat after   The  rest of the day of sending off another class at the Learning Center.  We just could nnont pack the house and go to Happy Park again for another graduationn.  We all  went to bed late.  Tomorrow is the TRIP

Sunday we rushed around and got the house closed and started driving with Odometer  reading of 1108368 KM

The Iraq/Turkey border was  so so tedious.  There were evenn  a  mechanic hole innn  the ground to inspect the under carriage of the car.  PLUS  at least six checks of registratioins and passport.   The car  was packed to the  gill as J &   Y have to go to France for a wedding  after they d rive back to Switzerland.  The  first stop of  Torihi  Kiwex, shitorical Kiwex Garden  where the Yazidis had an abandoned village.  Some Germans are tryingn t o  restore it.  We had a nice picniic there.  Y  and  I  sat in the back  the whole trip.  I slowly  jogged  to the top of the hill where  the peacock temple was.  

Next stop was  Mardin.  We stopped at a monastery annd thento our hotel IMS Carsi otel  What a dump.  We dropped our stuff and went out  to eat and happens to notice                                                                         THE TOTAL ECLIPSE OF THE MOON

Next morning we drove to  Halepli Bahce Park, whre there are bunch of   Christian ruinns and had a great lunch at the diner inn the park, for only  less than TWO DOLLARS   Then  we  drove to the  beach  but we  didn't like  the  look of  the restaurant so  we drove on to Adana and had a great dinner, then crashed at the Ibis  Adana hotel

Brekkie next morning was great.  

We  drove  out o f  Adana and the  highway  had a HUGE traffic jam.  We took  the side street  after KR started on the main highway,  he actually reversed and drove  the  wrong  way on  the highway t o get  out.  We went through the mainn townn and it was nice to see rural life of Turkey.  We arrived at the Derinkuyu  Underground City a nd t ook a  tour.  Then  it was otel Ihlara Cappadocia.  Our room had the onnly jacuzzi,  even though it  leaked a little, we used it.   We had dinner at a  charming little restaurant in town.  Ailem Lokanta  &   Pida & Kahvalti,  whatever that means.  Nnext morning we  had a  charming breakfast  before gettig on the road.

We stopped by another underground city  but  did not  go inn.   Too early.   

We  arrived at Ihlara Valley Cave Churches annd it  was  a  long walk but we only did  a few churches.  We drove through the Cone dwellings off the side of the mountain.  It was bed at Pamukkale nices econdn  floor  room.  WE ATE  AT  OPET DIENR ON T HE  W AY.    I didn't order.  Too much  food. with three orders.

Next morning 9/11/2025 we had a  great breakfast andn met  our guide,   and drove to Laodicia, as the  locals say it.   There were  many  amazing r uins and it was HOT HOT and HOT>  

We then drove to Ayvalik where we could NOT get insurance for the EU with  Iraq plate as John  did  not buy insurance in  Iraq as he  could not  find it.  We stayed at the Antikhan Guest House where J &   Y's  shower was about two inches above their heads.  We had a great dinner at Tik Mustafa'nin Yeri with many good reviews.   Food  was great.   

Next  mornning breakfast was great,  even  though everyone smoke in Greece annd Turkey.  We started driving to  Greece as we could  not take the ferry.

We were afraid that we would nnot be admitted without insurance, but alas GOD IS GREAT, we crossed and drove estra 12 hours to Athens.  On the way, we stayed in Kavala at the Blue Apartment adn had a great dinner by the sea.  Apiko on the main water fronnt drag.

We drove to Tessalonikii, Greece and stopped  at Church of St Dimitrios,  Patron of Thessaloniki  We  then went to t he  water a little swim at I think Leptokarya, all three of   us except Yvonne.  It was Asproneri Beach  at Kamena.  Onward to Athens.

We got to  the AirBnB and settled into apartment 3.  Very nice two bedroom and KR and  I went  to get din er.  We decided on Chiese.  We  wennt to bed.

9/14 was all   Hop  on adn Hop off  Bus.  It was great not having t o drive and park.  We  had dinnenr at a great restaurant called A Taste of Home.  We fell asleep adn took an Uber to the airport at 1 am.  Y & J slept onn.  The flight to Istanbul  was uneventful.  I appropriated about 2-3 pounds of baklava from the lounge to bring home.  They  were 25 euros at the airport per small  box and  I  was NOT  gonna buy any.  Alan brought us home and we cleaned up and KR took him to the airport for his flight home that inght.

Friday and what a day 8/29/2025

Well, my cortisone flare is still flaring but better.  My back though, feels like I need to lay on a tennis ball all day.

KR and I walked  Angel to the park and I went to yoga and Kurt went  to work and KR went to mom's to  trim the tree and all that

He also went and had lunch with Flip,  who is still with the hooker, and Jackie was there.  Sheesh. What is wrong with that man?

I tried to  ce my knees and nap but no  go.   KR went to the pool and I went for a ride to the bank.  HOWEVER,  I overdrawn on the Chase bank and had to drive to Wells Fargo to  get money to  deposit into chase.  

I  took out  2500 dollars for our t rip

Thursday

 Boy Am I glad I don't have to work.

THIS CORTISONE FLARE is very painful.  My knees were still hurting a lot  annd I took an ETor earlier and then two tylenol four hours a part.  We also went to the jacuzzi, very helpful.  I spoke to Johana she finally has an orthopaedic appt and not until middle of September.

MEDI-CAL SUCKS

Kurt had work and Corrina didn't leave until about 9 30

I tried packing more and spent a lot of time with ice packs.  KR weed whacked the y ard.  Kristina and Luis  came by  and we asked them to take care  of  the  pup for two days an  hour each.

Also gave them the keys to the condo so  they can hang a bit and just relax as their remodeling is gonna be like maybe six months.  WOW THAT WOULD DRIVE ME CRAXZY

I cauliflower rice and all the vegetables Sumi brought over:  cabbage with   carrots and spinach and mushrooms.

Honey  is getting more and more raggedy and  limpy.  She might go.  Told Kurt where to bury if she goes while we are gone.

Suday through Wednesday 8/27/2025

 Well, now I am lagging again.  Ramon and Kristina are busy  drillinng adn I wonder if KR could ap.

Sunday  we wet to church  and Corria and Kurt  are still i  Cabo haviog a great time.   He  did step onn a sea urchin and s craped his  knee  and shin.  HAHAHA  I can't remember what we  did

Momday ad KR had his group  and I did laundry.  Helen  went to  pick  up  Corrinna and Kurt and me and KR went up  to  El Torrinto for dinner with t he Monday  moring   group  and  wives.  There  were 12 of us,  very nnice group and dinnner.

I also saw Dr Andrwis ad had x rays of my kees and cortizone injection of both knees  He says I have some arthritis of the right knee in particular but the left is the one that hurts the most.  Oh well.  I have to think about the tendon release procedure after the trip. We were a few minutes  late  for the dinner at RO.

Kurt  let the chickens  out late and fed te cats.  

Tuesday  KR had his morninng group and I had a class cardio dance and I thought it  would  be ok, but my knees hurt ow .  We had bible study  and of course Cristian brought food.  Kurt also showed us the pics of his trip.  Cabo has changed A LOT since we were there.  Andrea and Maribel also came to  clean.  

Wednesday  dawn bright ad early.  KR weed whacks the serreity garden and then a nap.  I start packign for the  trip.  So much to do  My knees are really hurtig today.  Maybe iti s because of the cardio dance class I went  to yesterday,  which   I  just  looked up is  called 'steroid flare'  which  is a temporary  increase i  pain or swelling.  GREAT

Icing  really helps so I iced all afternoon.   Got five cans of  wet fancy  feast from Debbie and some creamer t oo.  Kurt got chicken  and  milk and Corrina came over for dinner.  Sumi is going to Europe tomorrow and dropped off a LOT  of  food.  We are set for Alan and everyone for the next week.  I took a tylenol and two advil, but still hurts

Sleep score was 73 today    Even though I got up three times to pee.  WOWOWO  I used the MAD and tape.  Only  wet for a 4.6 mile ride due to my kene pain.  

Well SATURDAY 8/23/2025

 I am ON TOP OF THINGS!!!  HAHAHAHA

Not really.  KR went surfing with Abby Brown this morning and she really likes it.  I told Zoe she has to get Abby a license and a car and her own surfboard and suit and then she will become a surf babe  HAAHAHAHAHA  Wonder what Jesse thinks of that

I clean  and cleaned and cleaned.  The garage is looking great.  Brought a whole bunch of stuff to the garage.  KR went up to Jeff's for fish but Jeff was not there.  So he just left a bottle of wine.

He went to FM and got some melons.  No lettuce.  But we are getting the sprouts from Katie so that is ok.  Ramon and Kristina's remodeling continues.  They removed a lot of the cement in the front and will be doing a footing soonn, I am sure.

I even vacuumed the garage.

I took several naps.  Just felt so so sleepy.  I also rode the bike around.  Got a set of 10 pounds weigh, plus a nice suitcase, carry  on size.

Went back and another lady was rootign through the stuff so I need to see if there is  anything tomorrow.

We went up to Jeff's again adn got a lot of fish.  Rocky, Patty, Ramon all got some

I bbq the fish ad KR had taco salad.

Friday 8/22/2025

 So KR was mad yesterday and he had an IPA PLUS the hard kambucha, and he doesn't  even like that  stuff

HAHA  i told  him he is letting the devil win, and he could just  pray.  He says, yup

I had a yoga class.  One yesterday and one today and I am SORE

He went  surfing  and   I  started cleaning the downstairs bedroom 'closet'.  Text Warren and he wants his stuff so I  guess I won't  throw out.

Then KR went to Costco and got some stuff, including a 24 PACK of IPA.  At a cost of 27.99USD$

He better not drink that too fast. 

He went  to play pickleball after a nap and I went to drop off the leather folio of dad's from UCLA to Flora's house.  I also rode around but didn't see anything.  I  did  clean the garage of some stuff and brought clothes to Karin to sell and clothes to Steven's for donationnn.

We had left over pork and went to Friday Night  Lite

NOT AGAIN Monday through Thursday

 So  here we are  Thursday night and nary a post for the  last  four  days.

Guess  Monday  I  did  a bit  of cycling.  Nina was suppose to come over but she text and said  she was sick.  I made  some pork anyway.  Sleep score was 64  I  gave away  boxes of my  scrap sewing cloth and man, the garage look good. Plus a lot of the scalers went out too

KR had  his Monday group 

Tuesday a lot of my Bony books came.  I ordered a bunch f rom Amazon   and the ones we didn't have are such  good reading.  I  text Karen and she  is at  Le  Blanc   vacation  with  her family.   WOW

KR also had his Tueday group.

Wednesday Nina came bby with Deron for a visit.  I took my  wedding dress down and tried it on.  Other than the shoulders and the chest area, it staill fits.  Kind of.  I just could not breathe.  I also found the red dress.  Looks great

Corrinna came over and spent the  night.

Thursday   I  DROVE C  & K TO THE AIRPORT

They flew out to Los Cabos.  I thgouth the reservation was to Cabo Sann Lucas, but was actually to San Jose Del Cabo.  I could swear that years ago we flew into Cabo SL but hey, I was at work when they first text that i got CORRINA"S NAME BACKWARD.  I entered her last name as first,  sheesh.

Then they text that they are AT the other side and has to take a TAXI to their destination

RECAP 8-6 to 8-17 Sunday

Something happened from a week and a half ago to now which is Monday morning 8/17/25.  I missed blogging forever but I just had no desire to blogso I finally decided it would be easier just to dictate onto Pages and copy and paste on the blog

On Wednesday I have Office meeting from 9 to 11 Thursday we had a big dinner Corrina wanted to come say goodbye but it turned out that the meal was so cute because Lovely invited other people to our house the menu was fish salmon bluefin and tuna semi pork dumplings call Bea ribs chicken pool barbecue grilled mushrooms salad rice Parmesan dip and crackers and watermelon it was a lot of work and cook

Love his friends went to the beach and so does Zoe and Abby to go surfing I didn't go so they all came by for dinner and I set up the table for the 12 of us we had a lot of food and I put some butcher paper down and ask everyone to write some thing about their father August 8 in Taiwan is Father's Day and it was so good to have everyone share something Korean Stade passed two years ago and it was really hard for her to share but we had a great time and everybody left the next day it was packing packing packing because Lovely was leaving that night we had dinner and she went to the air Port with Alan and she flew home

Or Saturday, August 9 we had MMA clinic in Wilmington I did the triage and KR and Jeff get money worked we left about noon. Went home and took a nap. We had Colleen and Marty Vinson's memorial at Portuguese band club in the afternoon. Valerie their daughter had the event catered by red onion and it was very nice. We came home and I was exhausted and went to bed

Sunday what's the usual Church.

Monday I ran a bunch of errands including going to the bank to make a payment for James he sent me some money via Zell but not enough to cover his full bill  I had to work in the morning from 8 to 1145. Originally I had an appointment with Dr. Eng but she called me last week so I did not need to go  Alan also drove down El Cajon in  the afternoon

Tuesday KR went surfing and gashed his leg terribly Andrea came to work and clean the house very well. I had to work Tuesday afternoon from 2 to 4 as Dr. Desai was taking her mom to see Dr. Kelliny to finish the root canal

I cannot tell you what happened on Wednesday I did cycle for 9.3 miles in the afternoon and had about 10,000 steps the total day sleep score was 61 and almost 7 hours of sleep.  Thursday I had to work I was there from 6:45 to 12:45. And I did cycle for 9 miles going to Carol's house to pick up some arthritis pain cream sleep score was 34. Very very bad.

On Friday I had a cardio class at the YMCA plus I had a little bit of cycling plus I played a little bit of pickle ball would KR before he played with the New Horizon Pickleball people. I just stood around near the net and not chase the ball too much so that my knees and hips don't hurt too much.

Saturday we went to the beach to walk Angel I also went cycling in the afternoon. KR went to the farmers market and got a bunch of lettuce plus corn. I had over 11,000 steps sleep score was very bad at 43. Oh well

And Sunday, August 17, KR went down to the beach for Zen Del Rio's paddle out. Kurt has spent the night at Carrina's house and they both came down to church on the beach. It was very nice to see everyone. Patty told me Leanna is having a baby girl. I am very excited for her and them. I did started a large project in the garage. I took out all my dental supplies and sorting through everything. I had told Willie Tan that I was going to Iraq and he had me contact Ginny and I will bring a lot of instruments. I also took out all my scrap materials and sorting through them. I am getting rid of most of them. KR cooked two platters of strawberry cobbler. They were delicious. So that is a recap of the last week and a half.

TUesday and a busy day 8-5-2025

 KR had his mornign group.  Sleep was BAD.  I felt like I could not get any sleep.

Then KR went surfing and then to help Kathleen move the bed from Alii to her house.  Alan came to help.  We had Kurt's truck, he took my car and we got the bed down adn they drove to Kathleen and set it up.

Lovely is still working on the pictures and then she went for a run.

I had a reservaton for Yoga but I didn't feel like going. I cleaned the small counter area and got rid of a lot of stuff, papers and all that.  We went to the Y for lunch.  Beef Picado, and four of us ate and had left over.  I got seconds!!!  Will be giving to Kurt for lunch tomorrow.

KR planted the tree after we had a nap.  Then we had FATBURGERS the King Burger for dinner.  I didn't eat onne.  Had a bite of Kurt and KR annd Lovely had a salad with hardboiled egg.

Nationnal Night out was tonnight and I forgot.  I got there about 7 30 annd things were windinng downn so I came home.  Lots more cops this time and Jeremy Gerso was there too.

Monday

 KR has his Monday group  and I went to Cardio dance, which was nnot easy.  Not being there too long, that is why I am getting fatter.  HAHAHA  staying about 111 and not budging.  

Lovely is still cleaning the house.  KR and Alan went golfing at Alondra park, just the executive course.  They had a good tije.  Used two balls per hole, and KR beat Alan

Angel came and she and Lovely had dinner.  We had left over.  I drove over some salad and the last chicken leg for Alan

SUNDAY not feeling good

 I woke up really dizzy annd just stayed in bed practically the whole day, except a little bit cleaning at sunset.  

I felt queasy and dizzy and stayed home and watched Dan's sermon.  I thought it was VERY good.  Kurt stayed at Corrina's and he said Innaya was transfered from TMMC to Long Beach.  I hope she makes a full recovery.

Alan and Lovely came over to eat left over.  KR did too and took a nap.  I went for a bike ride.  Didn't see much.  EXCEPT a full bag of dishwasher detergent.

Lovely went for a walk and Alan went to the drivinng range at NH and then came to eat.

I cleaned the chicken coop floor and got some more sunflower seeds/sprouts from Katie across the street.  Since we were not getting any lettuce from FM the girls really like the sprouts.

KR's 50th High School Reunion Saturday August 2, 2025

 Oh what a day

KR was up early.  Excited I am sure.  Kirk came over and they went to the condo and loaded up all the wine and the limeade and other stuff and brought up to the library.  I went to a cardio dannce class at 10.  I have not been to one for weeks, and I am out os shape.

KR came back for a shower and a change annd I drove him up there.  Stopped on the way home to pick up cereal for Lovely and then got dressed myself and went and parked in the hanndicap parking right in front.

There were about 230 people.  Way too many and crowded and noisy and KR was having so much fun.  Denise finally showed up and they had a moment of silence before the prayer and the food was good.  We had a photo in front of the fountain.  I was VERY DIZZY.

There was Italian from Gaetano and hors d'oeuvres during 'happy hour'.  I ate too much.  I left about 5 30 and was really really tired.  I finally called KR at 9 as he said the venue closes at 8, well, he was talking and talking and we brought home a LOT of food.

Mostaccioli, rigatoni and penne and fruit salad.

I went to bed but sleep score was BAD

THURSDAY and I don't gotta work

 So KR went surfing and came back pretty early.  He had a gash above his left eye, and bleeding, PLUS he broke a fin on his back, tore his wet suit and has a gash on his back too.  BUT He HAD to play pickleball with Joann at 9 and then with Alan and Isaiah at 12.

Lovely had cleaned the garage so so nicely and we found some dishes that Kurt needs to figure out if he wants.  She has the whole front patio full of stuff for Savers or Sally.  

I made bacon early and made Kurt a sandwich.  Alan and Isaiah came after playing about 2 30 and ate some.  I sat out at the pool for about an hour and KR came for a quick swim and we came home.  I went to Sumi's to drop off her pan and my knees are hurting less today.

Isaiah and Alan watch the Chargers and Lovely found my watch charger.  BUT the Beat head;phones are still missing.

Wednesday

 Lovely and Alan and Isaiah came back.

I went up to pick up my name tag HAHHA  She made a good one with  my senior picture and FRANKLIN High.  wait until KR sees it

Sleep score was 75 We went to Norm's and Alan ate a WHOLE rack of ribs, except one, which I had.  We went to church studyoing Job.  It was so nice to have the Alagata's at church with us.

Kurt had work all day.  Corrina came over and spent the night

Tuesday 7/29/2025

 I was able to change my appt with Dr Andrawis for this Friday.

I was on the phone with CheapoAir.  I should have book TWO one way tickets to Turkey, but no.So now I am going to try to book Athens to Iraq.  I also spoke with Grace at Orbridge on the trip to Italy and Switzerland.  Interesting, with Williams.  Into Italy and out of Zurich.

I then went to JJ and bough Dr Kelliny office some pastries.  |Met Monica and her mom there and Dr K opened the tooth, lots of pus and will finish in two weeks.

KR met Kirk Starbird and got the stuff innto the garage and condo for his reunion.  He also went swimming, after drinkig a beer and came home when Sumi was here bringing us bread pudding and scones.  WOWOWOWO

Charity also came by for some glasses.

I took a nnap from 4 - 5 30.  Missed my yoga class, but it was canceled.  HAHA

Angel wennt to the vet and had some antiemetic meds and fluids and ate some dinner and did ont throw up.  Emily said might be dog flu.  REALLY?  She threw up four times and I did so much laundry lasterday.  Twice on our bed, once on bed here, once on Kurt;s bed and once on the carpet here.  AND once in front of her crate.

Monday and what revelation ABOUT MY HIP

 I had such weird dreams last night and the sleep score is still no good.  Something about being on a train and going too far and taking the bus back that was 45 cents but  i only  had dollar bills.  I think Bill Wickwire might be in the  dream, maybe  kind of like a reuion or some kind of get together.

I went to see Dr Tiffany Rogers and she said I do NOT have a back problem.  She thinnnks the cup is ot placed right and I should see Dr Andrawis for a possible revision.  REALLY?????  I have been thinkign that theere is somethign wrong with the cup placement but Shrader just said nope nope it is only soft tissue.  

After that I went to the office and dropped off the meds for Dr Desai's mother.  I stopped  at El Super and spent 100 bucks on meat and stuff.  The rib eye steaks are now 15 dollars a pound.  WOWO

Came home and KR was doing yard work.  I went for a ride and he went to repair the pickleball net and went for a swim.  Kurt had work all day.  He didn't get home until about midnnight.

I spoke to Lovely and Maggie and Melissa about the hip issue.  Guess I am going to have more tests and see what is what

Thursday through Sunday 7-27-2025

 Seems like I am having a  lot  of trouble doing the daily blog. 

Can't  figure out why.  Just seems so 'not with it'

We started off Thursday with a walk to the park.  Angel is still limping.  I went to the yoga class at 9 and KR had pickleball with Joann's group andn I went to the pool and had a walk about and a tan session.  KR came after his game.  

I also had a strength class at 5.  I did'nt wanna go but was too late cancelingn  

I went to Green Hills to look at the plot where the urn was placed.  It looked very nice.  I took some of our sunflowers and mom's bougainvillea flowers.  While I was there, Karina and Maribel both called me.  Her tooth had fallen out again.  KR says the wire is NOT for maintaining a tooth and I need to get the mesh or the Ribbond.  I drove directly to the office and put her tooth back.

FRIDAY 

I had a yoga class at 9.  It has been a long time and I am sore from the yoga the other day.

I drove downn to Dr Hopkins office and got some Ribbond after calling arounnd and no one had it.  Then I wennt RUNNING!!!  First time in weeks.  I did 2.4 miles at 16 40 per mile.  SO SO SLOW

I also rode the alley.  Can't remember what KR did.  

We had Friday Night Lite.  

SATURDAY

Kurt went down to San Diego to help Innaya move to Corria's.  She is takig a year off.  Medical school too hard.  She wants to study more.

Yoga at 9 30.  KR went to Menn's Breakfast and then FM not much but some squash.  I have been getting sprouts for teh girls from Katie across the street.  Found a nice bag of clothes in the alley

Sleep score bad, 49

Dinner at Norm's.  The ribs were so so good.  I didn't eat much but still fat.

SUNDAY

Went to church.  Didn't feel too good.  KR stayed and I came home.  Lunch was left over and so was diner.  Talked to Eddie.  Very cold in Canberra.  

I cycled for 10 miles, went to pick up a chicken egg cooker.  I already have an egg cooker but the chicken one is so so cute.  Also shaved Bun's back side.  I think she might have a worm.

Wednesday

 We walked to the park.  Very quiet at home.  I went to a class at the Y.  Need more exercise.  Getting FAT.

115 pounds.   YIKES

Then I drove to the office, Tracy had gotten me this Sea Moss thinng that is suppose to help.  HAHAHA  I KR had sandwicch for lunnch and a nap.  I wet for a bike ride and found some small, like 6.5 shoes.  I will give to Angela

KR also went to play Pickleball with Joanne and heer friends,  I cooked a very yummy taco meat ramen.

Kurt had work all day.  I made him turkey sandwich.

Sunday 7-20 through Wednesday 7-23

 So we all went to church and then more eatig.  We cooked wagu beef and the fish that we got from Jeff Yamane,  It was amazig.  Ad more pies.

Monnday I went and got a cherry pie for us and Apple pie plus cookies for YMCA.  Yup, we celebrated Eddie's 62nd birthday at the Y.  Each person 4 dollars except Isaiah 5 bucks.  It was great.  

I made Eddie wear the Happy Birthday headband.

We were tired but went to play pickle ball.  HAHAHAHA

Night time oh nevermind, we cooked wagu and had the fish for our formal dinner at the dinning table, and Angel Go drove down for the meal too. We sang Happy Birthday AGAI.  

Monnday KR had his group ad brought home donuts ad apple fritters.  Eddie had one and brought oe home.  Eddie alsostarted packing.  

Tuesday we had lunch taco tuesday at Kalvera's and Ed got some chili rellano to go.  We had left over at home for dinner and I drove Eddie to the airport and Lovely ad gag wet dow to El Cajonn

Mom's Memorial July 19, 2025

 It was a very good day to say  our formal goodbye to Mom.

We were at Green Hills by 10 50 and proceed to put the decal on mom's marker.  My friend Christine Miller had made  me some white decals so it would look like the marker is finished.  We opened with 1 Cor 13 song and then Amazing Grace and You are my sunshine.  Those present were  Suz, Pam, Angel Go, Angel Lin , us, Eddie, Lovely/alan, Adele/Neil, Melissa and Wyatt. 

We went to Black Bear to eat.  Lots of good food.  Almost everyonen came to the house.  Mimi and Cade did not go to the cemetery but to lunch.  Sumi had dropped off a coffee cake.  She is so so sweet.  We ate more annd talked and I could ot sleep that night.

James had written something for KR to read. 

We love you so much mom !!!!

Big Bear Lake Monday 7 -14 through Friday 18

 So much has happened where do i begin?

So we had Corrina's birthday on the 8th, Kurt's birthday on the 12, and Adele's birthday on the 13th, and now Eddie's birthday today, Monnday.  We had mom's memorial on Saturday the 19th.  And everyone is leaving tomorrow.  

How did we end up at Big  Bear?  Eddie wanted to go up the mountain so I asked Corrina if we can use their cabin and she said yes.  We packed up MOnday and drove out there.  Only 2 hours, north shore.  It was a great time.  Tuesday afternoonn we arrived home by 5.  They went for a hike and the pup and I sat at home, with me reading the papers.  They also went for a swim.  NOT ME  too too cold 

We went to the Discovery Center Tuesday and had a fabulous brekkie at Grizzly Manor Cafe. 

Wednesday we played pickleball again and I could not move.

Thursday I had to work and Eddie came in to have his teewth cleaned. Alan came inn on the 16th and brought a lot of stuff. We had In n Out burgers 

Friday we played more picklebsll.  Alan is good.  His hip is bothering him

He goes out to Ontario to pick up Lovely annd Isaiah who flew in there as it was cheaper.  

Tuesday through Saturday /Sunday

 I just did't feel like posting.  So I will finish tomorrow.  Which is Sunday already.  So Tuesday the 8 was Corrina's birthday.  Wednesday I had PT,  and it was Tyler's son's birthday, Christian.  I text him yesterday he says to me that 'it is tomorrow', I text back, I KNOW.  

The 10th is Thursday and I work and the meet with Melinda about the urn and the marker.  It took us about an hour after work and it is all done.  

11th, we go play pickleball and everything hurts. 

12th is Kurt's 28 birthday and I got him bunch of balloons and he brought back the stuff his office put up for him.  

Sunday 13th we go to church and then we go out to dinner.  I also bought a LOT of chips from Dollar tree.  Most were 25 cents each.  We had wagu beef and shrimp and scallops o the 12, and pies.  Two peach adn  one blackberry.

The 13th, I cook eggs ad bacon before church.  I go to Adele's 60th surprise party.  Eddue and KR play pickle ball.  Will comes over about 3 and we eat at Sea Empress, for Kurt's birthday dinner,   We saw Mrs Shirai and her hubby there for dinner too. There was MORE pies at Marie Calledar.  

Friday July 4 through Monday July 7 Seattle, Sequim, back to Seattle

 Afrter a hot breakfast at the Best  Western, we started driving to Sequim.  Which is suppose to be about 2 hours plus.  We had several poitns we wanted to see but I missed the turn offs ad got to Port Townsend about 11 30 What a pretty town by the water.  We saw the  ferry loading and going away.  We stopped for a whale skeleton.  We went to Fort Worden State Park.  Oh, KR bought two shirts at Port TOwnsed and we looked for an oyster place.  NO WHERE. 

We saw a burger place called Fat Smitty's in Fairmont and stopped for a burger.  The ceilings were full of tacked up dollar bills.  We got to sequim and saw Bert and Tina and the kids, Gracie and Joseph.  We went to a picnic kind of a 4th celebrationn.  There must been a 100 people there.  All church goers.  Food was great.  We did not stay for the fireworks as Seattle did not get dark until 10.  We went back to the 'trailer' that we were stayingn at and promptly fell asleep.  I didn't even get up to pee.

The enxt day Saturday we went to Lake Cresent to paddle board and play.  It was so beautiful.  Maybe 45 min out.  Couple of hours later we went back to town at Mexican annd had a yummy  meal.  After sayingnn goodbye we went back to Seattle and stayed at The Dylan, a Wyndham property.  Well, it was juyst acquired and  used to be called the Kings Inn.  More like a drug den.  I didn't know when I booked.  But it was innn the middle between Pike Market and The Needle.  We slept on a full bed and they had grab ad go breakfast consisting of a pastry, one bottle water and a granola bar.

Sunday we walked to Pike market first, but the  linne for Original Starbucks was too long.  We saw paroski next door and bought some and they were fabulous.  Then we went back to the hotel to  get read for the Needle.  I had bought the needle ticket and the glass garden ticket the day before.  It was not crowded at 8 30.  We took the fast elevator up and it  was magnificent  view.  We even walked the glass floors, with me whinging all the way.  Then we went to Chihuly Glass Garden.  The stuff was amazing they make with molten glass.

Then it was lunch at Pikes Market.  We had oysters and then more pyrosky and some drinks and seafood chowder.  We staggered home tired.

Monday morning we checked out and found from the front desk Kerry Park up the hill really close by had a fabulous view.  HE WAS RIGHT !!! We drove up there and can see the Needle and Mt Ranier and all that.

The flight home was a mess.  We took a Uber and got  home by 4 30.  It was so nice to be home.  Angel was glad to see us.
