 Man if I  dont keep up  have no idea what happened.

And I am writing this SUNDAY NIGHT

So Alan left today

It is STILL HOT and he said he was pretty much packed.  He did the laundry and changed the sheets.  I  brought the food back here.  Some milk and cookies and juice.  

I went running at 7 45 for 1.77b miles very slow up the fire roa with KR

Then I went biking for 5.62 miles to drop off the lunch box for Beth Tsen

Then I went to mom's for a bit to clean the garage and see what is what to put away

We went out to Black Bear Diner at 5 45 for yummy prime rib

I drove Alan to the airport.  SO MUCH TRAFFIC

Came home and puttered a bit and went to bed by 10 30
