 IT WAS  ONLY 95 degrees today

STILL so hot

I went running for 3.6 miles at 15.44 per mile.  So slow

KR went on a bike ride so me and Kurt went to FM.  LOTS of brussel sprouts.  James went to see Chris Bruno.

I went for a ride at 3 and then  came back with the truck to get four suitcases by Naby's house and took them to the garage.  I will wash them and give away

Also bought cereal and juice for Alan.  James can eat and Alan too. 

Frig is acting up.  Not making enough ice.  Don't know what the issue is.
