They went to the Fire Road and I went to the office meeting.
Yvonne was on vacation and Angelica didn't come so there was only the three docs and three staff and Dr V
I went to El Super and bought a few things. 22.08
Frig is still on the blink, sometimes cold and sometimes not. No ice to speak of.
I went biking when I got home. Was going to go to pool but went for a 6.46 mile ride. Not much in the alley
It was ONLY 91 degrees, when it was suppose to be 88
Tomorrow gonna be HOT too
Alan came over for some food. He still has over night classes. I had to wear bug repellent to sleep so the moskies would leave me alone
They went to walk the dog as it cooled A LITTLE but I went for a 2 mile run at 11.47 per mile
It was not as hot to sleep
