6/30/19
Got up pretty early, like 6 30, as it is 9 30 in NYC. I realize that typing on the computer really make me dizzy. So how to avoid that? No idea.
I started doing laundry, and KR and Kurt went to church on the beach. Kurt did get up by 8, think he knows I mean business. He didn't water so I watered the new plants by the curb and the fig tree. After they came ome, we went to Harbor Rock open house and had hot dog and hamburgers. It was a nice and sunny day. No more June Gloom I hope. I realized that we missed the Founder's Day fireworks last night, at Lomita Park. First time in years that we didn't go.
Then I took a nap with KR and then to my exercise class. Overall I feel better. Still some dizziness.
I found some OKN stripes on youtube and tried it on TV and seems to work a little.
I made kalbi ribs and KR cooked mashed potatoes and salad. Brian McIntyre came over and we had him stay for dinner.
I went to bed by 8 30

On the way home and Give Blood
We got up early for a bike ride, our last through Central Park. There were so many people. Turns out there is the Pride Run that will start at 8 30. We were there about 7 30. There must have been 10,000 people there for the 5 mile run. It was nice to do our last run so early.
We got a Via ride to JFK terminal 7. The Alaska lounge was ok. Not much food. Hard boiled eggs, granola, oatmeal, fruit and coffee, bagel cream cheese. KR had three beers. We then boarded and the airline got our seats wrong, but we got moved to 2A & C. The lady that I tried to trade with would not and said that she did not want to sit next to this nice man. I watched The Mule with Client Eastwood, and Bohemian Rhapsody. I know what gets me dizzy. Writing on the computer.
Then the flight was landing. We had to wait 45 minutes before Kurt came. I told him to be on the lookout for our flight and come when we text. That kid. We went directly to Red Cross and gave blood. We got Jethro Tull tickets for next weekend. Also Whahoo fish grill coupons. It was rather painless when you do the rapid pass before and answer all these questions.
We went to church, sans Kurt. We finally told him the day he does not get up by 8, he is to have no car privilege . Let's see how that goes. He is so disorganized, and no motivation.
I didn't eat dinner, took a shower and went to bed. Got on the scale, didn't lose any weight in NYC. Still about 115.

Last Full Day NYC Friday
After finishing left over Chinese food/turkey meatballs, we went to Starbuck for coffee. We rode to the park. First was Winterdale Arch, then Belvedere Castle. John Lennon's Memorial/Strawberry Field, Kerb's sailboat pond, Alice in Wonderland bronze sculpture. We found our first water fall, just above the pool.
We went swimming.
Then it was appt with Sergei. Today was dim up and down for my neck, then chair to the left (same as line to the right) .02 HZ, then tilting and not tilting of the head. Then brighter contrast, same speed. He also told us how to build our own rotating drum, out of shower curtains and a large hoop. Then he measured me on the Wii board. When my eyes were closed, vibrating was a little more. Then I went back in the box and back on the Wii board. I gave him a hug and a kiss and we left.
THen we rode into Harlem, to 126th street and Lenox Ave to Sylvia's food. The fried chicken was out of this world, but the food did not come out for THIRTY minutes. I had chitterlings, pronounced chitlins, which is pig intestine. Very good corn bread was had too, We rode back into the park, and walked the "great hill", ending up at the pool again. By this time, it was 4 30 and there was no line so we went swimming again.
After swimming, we rode home and was too tired to go out. KR had an apple, grapefruit, juice and we called it a day. I had some juice. We then went to bed.

Thursday
Got up late, rode to Harlem and interestingly very very nice grocery store, bought sushi and organic juice and then went to Starbuck for a cup of coffee and ate our sushi. Then we rode to Central Park North station, to drop off our bike, and walked to Lasker Pool.
Today is the grand opening of the FREE summer swim at Lasker Pool. The pool turns into a skating rink in the winter. We got there about 10 30 and there were LOTS of people waiting. You have to have a lock for the lockers, and we bought one from CVS yesterday. We got in after bag check and then went swimming. IT WAS COLD, but I got used to it because the weather was hot, there is a heat wave, today was 88.
After swimming we rode to the appt with Sergei. He had me in the chair with chair going to the right and slow left and right tilting of my head. I was really dizzy from the locker room at the pool, and I realize that I do not do well with enclosed room, that echos no matter how large or small the room is, as the Majestic theatre is very large, and the echos really bothered me there too.
We go slowly left, and faster left, and block spot on the wall, and more rotating head little bit left/right, and a lot meaning the degree is more severe left/right.
After the treatment, we decided to head on the bike to Harlem River, on the east side of the hospital. We had some nuts facing Randall Island, and then we rode back into the park and went swimming, AGAIN, at Lasker Pool.
We rode home and KR and I went back to New Kam Lai Chinese at 708 Amsterdam Ave, KR had Hawaii 5-0 which was meats and seafood. I just had a few bites of his and he went to bed. I stayed up way too late, could not sleep.

Wednesday in NYC
KR got up early and ate the Chinese food before I even stirred. I ate a little cottage cheese and we went down to Starbuck for coffee and took a Via (like Uber) to go down to Battery Park. The guys name was Sam, and from Nepal. The traffic was terrible and it took us well over half hour. We planned this last night and thought we would ride back.
We got a bike and went to World Trade Center Twin Tower memorial, and had a look see. Then we got on another bike and started riding back north, via the Hudson River. At the West End road and the River, we could not get the kiosk to work, so we called Citibike people, as we had half hour to get from Hudson to the other side of the park to the hospital. Christian of Citibike was able to read the code over the phone to us and we unlocked and peddled furiously to get to Sergei. We got there all sweaty with 10 minutes to spare.
Sergei had me started with up lines to get rid of the neck strain I was having, and then more of CHAIR going to right, than the reverse. I had thought that riding for less than half hour would make me dizzier, but today was over an hour ride and I was still a bit dizzy.
We did the lines going with a spot of black paper. We did red dot in black room with chair spinning. We did fast spinning, and slow spinning. I just can't remember which works better.
After we went to M Market and bought a pastrami sandwich for KR and buffet food for me, that included roasted beef, orange chicken, plantains three slices, two Brussel sprouts, and one piece of tofu. We sat across from the hospital and had a nice lunch. After that we got another bike and rode back slowly towards home.
We were so hot and sticky, as it was 88 degrees today. Took a shower and rested. I got online and tried to get tickets to the show tonight. They were too expensive, so we just decided to go down to the theatre and see if we can get them. We left via Citibike about 6 30 and got there at 7 and YES YES YES, we got really nice seats Row J for 99 dollars each. No service fees.
Phantom of the Opera was great. I have always wanted to see it. I had no issue with the play but during intermission, I got really dizzy. So I think the issue is noise in an enclosed space with lots of people talking. I had no problem with the opera, even when the orchestra was loud. So I think my of my trigger is enclosed space with lots of noises/voices. When we were done, after 10, I told KR no more riding home, so we took a Via, group ride, home. Cost about 10 bucks for two. And rode in a Mercedes Tetris, which is like a Mercedes van.

Tuesday in NYC
So KR sleeps in a bit, and we both got up later, maybe 7 30. We decided to go to the museum as it was raining. We had breakfast at the Earth Cafe, a corner cafe 97th and Broadway. Food is expensive, but coffee strong and good.
After brekkie, we rode to the Natural History Museum. Opened at 10 am and we got in line and bought our tickets at the kiosk and went in. It is massive. We walked around a lot and the dioramas, the exhibits, all got me really dizzy. We bought the 'senior' tickets, as we are over 60 years old. We got KR an extra event, and he went to see Deep Ocean while I rode to my appt with Sergei.
He didn't like Deep Ocean, so he went to Planet Earth, and said that was better. I got on the bike and rode via the park, exiting to Mt Sinai.
Second Day with Sergei:
I told him how things were with my sleep last night, and with the museum, being so dizzy. So we started with the lines to the left, and slow rotating of the head once, and no rotating of the head once, and then rotating up and down once, and then the whole room being dark, and the red dot of light. The room seems to be moving, even though the chair must have moved. I think the result is that I feel better when the lines are rotating slowly to the left, and no head movement? I can't remember. A couple of times when I got out of the chair, there was no rocking. I could stand with my feet together and eyes closed AND FEEL NO ROCKING AT ALL !!!!!!!
I rode by to the museum.
KR came out and we went rode to the beginning of Central Park, to have a look see, and also had a Halal Plate with one of the kiosk and some smoothie. Then we rode BACK to the museum, and looked at some more exhibits. I was so tired at the end.
We decided to ride back to the hotel via the Hudson River. I also had to call in a scrip of Valtrex for KR. His shingles like lesion on his leg flared up again.
He had to wait a little for the RX and I came home first. I had three glasses of juice. Was so so tired. KR went and got Chinese Food at New Kam Lai at 708 Amsterdam, corner of 94th and Amsterdam.
We had dinner at hotel and went to bed.
My head feels pretty good when I lay down. Very little spinning, before I fall asleep. Maybe taking a little longer to sleep, but the spinning is almost gone.

First day with Sergei Yakushin Ph D
So I didn't get up until 7, KR said he had been up since 6. We went down to the Corner Cafe, just two blocks up and had breakfast. He had a western omelette and I had a piece of toast, plus coffee. Then we went and got some Starbuck. It was time to bike again.
We rode our bike through Central Park, and stopping at several interesting spots. We saw the Egyptian obelisk, an original from Egypt, and installed in Central Park in 1881 and was made in 1450 BC by the Pharoah.
We went to Dollar Tree, off of 101/1st Ave. It is the messiest DT I have ever seen. We thought we better buy a lock for the swimming pool. Well, they didn't have any.
Then it was time for the appt. We went up to Neurology and registered. 2500 bucks. Then Sergei Yakushin Ph D came and picked us up and brought us to his lab. It was through many mazes and we finally arrived. He seems to be Russian? and spoke with an accent, a large pot belly and somewhat balding man with glasses.
I answered a lot of questions, and he then had me stand on a Wii board and watched me to see if I weaved or dodged or turned circles or what, on my feet. Then he put this headband on my head that looked at my eyeball, and there is a screen outside that he can watch. Sergei also had me march in place with my arms out and somehow I turn slightly to the right event though I feel like I am marching in place. I guess Sergei is trying to ascertain which way I 'spin'.
Then he had me in this room with a rotating chair, and then he spun the black lines on the wall in clockwise and then counterclockwise as he tilted my head left and right, and asked me how I felt after each session. It seems I do slightly better when the lines are rotating to the speed, at a certain frequency/speed. And I don't like it at all when my head was moved up and down, mainly tilting left and right.
KR was there and watched the whole thing, and recorded a bit too. Then I come out and he asks how I felt, if the dizziness is getter or not. It is hard to tell him how I feel, and I don't know exactly if the lack of dizziness is an indication if the treatment is working. I know there are three to four more days, and I am remaining positive.
Bottom line, how do I feel? Really different, meaning the spinning now is different. I feel more "macro" spinning than minor spinning. The brain is less 'full'. The shower seems a little less dizzy for me. It means the room is more spinning than spinning in my head. I would say I feel better.
We then rode to Harlem, and had lunch at the Harlem Tavern. After that we started riding, and I got separated from KR. He got really mad, like yesterday when I got lost from him, and we rode back to the hotel in silence. He took a shower and went to nap. I tried to put everything I remembered on paper.
After about an hour or so of nap, we went to the small grocery store and to Trader Joe's again. We bought juice, salad, and then a stop at the Halal Guy for a chicken/beef gyro. It was really good, and the line was always there. So we would prolly have another try later.
We ate dinner and watched the end of Die Hard 2 or 3, then some National Geographic. Then went to bed about 10 NYC time, which is still 7 our time. KR was snoring in no time flat and I took a little bit to fall asleep.
My head did not feel like it had to 'settle' before I fell asleep. Usually the gyroscope spins a little before it quits, but tonight, nothing !!!! Maybe I am on my way to WELL !! GOD IS GOOD

SUNDAY in NYC
We arrived about 6 15 and went out to get ground transportation to the Big Apple.
I had downloaded several apps, and I tried Via, and got a driver to come. His name was Kapuna, or something like that. So this black Camry came up and KR says his name, and the guy either didn't hear or could not understand him, so KR put the luggage in and off we go. About a mile down the street, the guy asked where we were going, and I told him. Well, it ended up he was Uber, NOT the guy we were suppose to get. So we asked he either return us to the airport or drive us into Manhattan. He drove us in and I paid him 40 in cash. I think he made some money, as he did not have to pay the Main Uber company.
We stumble into Hotel Newton, and it was only 7 15. The front desk guy, Jan, said that the room would be ready by 9, even though check in is not suppose to be til 3. We went next door to the Manhattan Diner and had some breakfast. KR ate corn beef and hash and I had a piece of his toast. We came back to the hotel, and by 8 30 our room was ready. We went up to room 901 and slept til about 1 pm.
Then we decided to tour the town by bicycle. We bought a three day pass, each person 24 dollars plus tax. Off we went to Central Park touring all over. We rode half an hour and docked and got another bike, so on.
We stopped at this corner market, just near Trader Joe's and bought some salad and then at Trader oe for spinach lasagna, kale salad, juice and salad dressing. We had dinner in the hotel. Then we rode down to Time Square, after we watched Lethal Weapon 2.
There was a high wire walking over Time Square but we didn't stay as nobody knew when it was suppose to start so we rode home, and watched it on the television. Nik and Lijana Wallenda who are brothers and sisters high wire act.
We went to bed, but I could not sleep as it was only 7 pm LA time, although 10 pm NYC time.
Mike Ackerman had a good day with chemo. Joann Francis was in a lot of pain with her shoulder repair, My treatment starts tomorrow.

MMA Clinic Saturday
Got up about 6 30 and nose started leaking again, My sinus has been on and off for what seems like weeks now. Clinic this morning in Inglewood.
We get there at 8 15 and Dr Brown and Dr Mark De Leon are there already, but no medical bus. According to Glenda, the bus would not start. And the x ray unit would not charge, per Louie who tried to get me to bring our clinic unit yesterday. I told him clinic closed on Friday and I have no access.
I am so so dizzy.
Rather apprehensive too as some of the folks on FB MdDS site says the clinic did not work for them. God
We let the clinic about 11 30 as there were so many of us and the x ray unit was barely working. The suction outside was not working. There was Larry, Steve, Mark, Jeff, KR and myself.
We got the house more ready, and went to church. I ran a little to help settle me down. I drove KR to host and then me and Kurt went. The message was on Noah.
We left for airport about 6 30. Shouldn't have hurried. The incoming plane was late. We finally left at 9 45, not 9 05.
The first class seat was TERRIBLE. It did not decline much and there was no foot rest. The food, bad. Half of a turkey sandwich and tomato soup, plus a small smoothie. Never again.

Very Dizzy Friday
I am up by 7 and not very tired but oh man so so dizzy. I didn't go to yoga, didn't want to be up side down, etc. I cleaned the sink and the floors and Roomba the house. KR goes to paddleboard. I went to the Y for a little weight lifting. Saw Rocky and told him we would be in NYC for a week.
Kurt has me take a few passport pictures of him to print at CVS. He goes to downtown LA to the Taiwan Economic and Cultural Office to get his Visa.
We go visit Mike at the hospital. His pic line was inserted too deep and he was waiting to get back in the pic clinic, and then they will start chemo tonight. He seems to be in good spirit, and Patty and Forrest were there. We brought him some smoothie that KR made.
I tried sleeping but could not so went out for a half hour run, Helped a little. My neck very tired.
KR cooked the brisket and we left for Claudia's about 6 15. There was a lot of people, and she was glad that Kurt brought some fireworks. Gracie went nuts trying to bite the fireworks. It was nice to be there, and Marisa and Danny too.
We left about 8 40 and I went to bed as soon as we got home.

NO SBCHC Thursday
I normally work Thursdays, but today is Dr Deepa day so I had a chance to sleep in, which I do. It felt so dizzy already very early. I do laundry so that I can pack everything I need. We are just taking carryon. KR goes and walks Gracie at the beach. Kurt goes to school. I cook some more bacon.
KR then goes to visit Mike and bring him In N Out burger, and more fruit. I run to the bank to deposit Elaine's check. Then I get home and ride to Sam's to get some nuts for our trip, as we were out.
I take a nap with KR, my neck so tired.
KR weed whacks the yard to get ready for trip.
Kurt and KR order Maui chicken for dinner. I don't eat much.
Went to bed but could not sleep, so got up and read the paper, finally went back to bed at 10 30.

Going to New York Wednesday
I make it to yoga at 6 am. Not too dizzy this morning.
I drive to northeast Long Beach to see Elaine Williams' dad at Active Care at Brittany House. 5401 E Centralia Street, where he is a patient, or resident. He is not too verbal, and I clean his teeth and do two fillings with silver diamine fluoride on #21 DB at gumline, and #29 D, where I can see the decay on the occlusal. No one brushed his teeth for at least a day or two. I tried to get him to open but Elaine had to prop his mouth open with the end of the toothbrush. I do not have a mouth prop. I need to get one. She gave me a 300 dollar check. I text her later that the next visit will be free, which is set in August. Then I drive home.
Got an email today that there is an appt opening next week, and I get on the computer to make reservation
We are leaving for NYC, via JFK this Saturday night. the 22 on a red eye and arriving in NYC at 6 am, first class, as Alaska Airlines does not have business. Then I tried making airbnb reservation, but the two I tried does not go through. So I finally made one for Hotel Newton, on upper WEST side, across the 97th street transverse road. Oh well, nothing available on upper east side.
THEN we get the message that Mike Ackerman is in the hospital !!!! His pain got so bad they went to ER and he was admitted, and on morphine. His has a tumor wrapped around his right kidney, and they are doing a biopsy.
We go see him room 548, and Patty and Forrest is there. He feels better with morphine, but the pain is still there. Waiting for the lab result. We bring him a lot of fruit, as morphine will get you terribly stopped up. The elevator rides got me so dizzy. I felt like the whole building was swaying like in an earthquake. Bill Johnson came in as we were leaving.
There is a prayer meeting at Joy's house tonight. I am going to bed. I was asleep by 8 15.

No work Tuesday
KR goes surfing, I think, as it is Thursday today, and I don't remember.
We go for a walk to the Fire Road, and it is June Gloom.
I think I went for a run, but my brain fogs.
I am dizzy, and is not taking any meds.
KR and I got on to Will's Netflix and watched No Country for Old Men. What a weird movie. AND that I watched the whole thing. Went to bed right after that.

Yoga Monday
I get up early, 5 20 and make it to yoga. It is not bad, the dizziness is still going on, but not too bad at class.
KR goes to his ear doctor appt downtown at House Ear Clinic. I go to mom's and get the bolts on the red chairs that needed two. KR and I go walk the dog at the beach. Gracie is limping a little, and it is gloomy down there at the beach.
Then we eat some left over and KR naps and I go see Bobbie Rendon, chiropractor over at 235 and Crenshaw. I then go running a little, to loosen my hips and get rid of the dizziness. I did not take any meds. Trying to get the head on straight, and no meds.
Kurt has his first day at school. Says it is ok, now he has to do some experiment, and I tell him to start early.
I go to sleep early again

WHAT HAPPENED and HAPPY FATHERS DAY NOT SO HAPPY
I simply could not get up this morning. I think slept in until 8 30, and I went to bed last night by 9 pm. And I had this dream that I could not open my left eye, nor can I see through it when I try to open my left eye. That, is really weird.
Kurt was late so he went to the main campus. We met him at L & L BBQ for Father's day brunch. So far, 2 in the afternoon, neither Tyler nor Will text KR to wish him a Happy Father's day. What is wrong with my children? Kurt is STILL working on his card. I told him days ago to get it done ON TIME, but nooooo It turned out pretty good, with a poem and everything.
Kurt had work 1 - 5 and he didn't wanna go, but went anyway.
Also we figured out how to get cheap gas at Shell station, use 444-444-4444 as your phone number and it is a dollar off for gas. YIPPPEEEEEEEE
I think I will change our will. Why leave any money to someone who does not appreciate you? The church could use the money. What a thought.
The apricots are dropping, so we decided to can them, or I did. KR picked and washed them, and I cooked them and jarred them.

5K RACE
So I pick up Kymberly, Joann's daughter as she wanted to run home after the race. I used to do that !!!!!!
Kurt came and we met up with Mike and Lea and Joann and Kym's friend Diane. I think I did the race in about 32 minutes. It was a great race, and Kurt got so much loot at the booths after. I even won a movie ticket !!!!!
Corrina also came and looted. I didn't eat any Yogurtland.
Came home and KR ate and we went to the jacuzzi, and then down to the beach to see the Bullies and Buddies adoption event, and then a nap. Slept only an hour. Typing with my blue blocker glasses now.
Church was good, but of course the music...... when the drums start, I have to go out, I can even feel the floor vibrating.
KR had meeting after, THEY ARE GETTING RID OF THE SATURDAY NIGHT SERVICE after August 31. Dang, we really like going Saturday night.
So Mike will announce it next week. Mum is the word.

One patient Friday
Could not get out of bed, or at least feel really sleepy, at 6 30
I do laundry and KR goes for a paddle.
Then I see Mary Eileen at the office. Filling #21 DO composite, except I do Riva Light Cure.
Then I ran 20 minutes, kind of, on the sand, and comes home, stopping at Ralphs for some chicken.
I go to the acupuncture appt but bu 11 46, Grace does not come out so I left. Rode my bike to pick up the runners' packets for tomorrow's race.
KR put the brisket in the oven and Jake showed up right on time at 5 for dinner. It is great to reconnect with him. Kurt came home from work and we all had brisket, broccoli and rice. My neck is really sore and stiff, and dizziness the same, but I didn't take anything.
We left for bible study at 7, and it was at the Ackerman's. Mike and Carole, Mike and Patty and Joann and Tony, and us. We came home and Jake was still here, talking and wrestling with Kurt. I went to bed, KR wrestled a little with Kurt and came to bed.

Working Thursday
Got to work on time, and a few minutes early.
Day goes well. Got Tiffany Wong, the new Western Dental student. She is a bit timid, but will come around. Also the assistants, Diane and Kim.
Get done by 11 15 and Kurt comes at 11 45. 4 BW and 2 PA later we do sealants on 2, 15, and fill the occlusal wear on 19, and sealants on 4, 5 and clean the buildup off the lower anterior. He goes to El Super to buy ribs.
KR was asleep when I came home and I went to the 99 cent store to buy Lipton Onion soup mix, but they didn't have any. So tomorrow I will stop at Ralphs. Jake coming for dinner.
Still dizzy. Took .25 this morning. Had to work and just didn't wanna swing so much. Still very dizzy.
Kurt goes out to dinner with Corrina. She is leaving this weekend for Nebraska. Don't know if she will be back before Kurt goes to Taiwan on the 8 of August.
Forrest wants an appt before HE goes to Taiwan too.
I go to bed early, by 9

NO yoga Wednesday
I actually overslept. Didn't get up til about 6 30. I looked at the clock around 4 am and said just a little longer, and it was too late. The rocking is not good. I did laundry. KR walked Gracie and then went down to paddle the standup that he has not used for months.
No meds
Kurt and Corrina go to the club house pool, as the beaches fogged in, guess it is 100 degrees in Pasadena or something.
KR and I walk Gracie to Hickory Park. Only one squirrel.
I rode my bike this morning for about 45 min then on a walk for about 20, still too dizzy. Tomorrow is a busy work day.
The apricots are ripening and doing great. We have so many to eat this year that KR is actually freezing some for smoothies later.
Dinner is ??? Nothing for me, too many apricots, and KR has salad with beets (farmer market) and bacon. As i sit in front of the downstairs window, there are many apricots on the ground that I should pick.

Working Tuesday
So I could not get out of bed, until almost 7.
Got Kurt out of bed about 8 and he started working, kind of.
Saw Michelle Beebe, nee Ackerman, at 10 30 i thought her appt was 10 so I got there early. Mary Eileen lost a filling on #21, I think so we scheduled her for Friday at 8.
I took about .25 this morning. Could not stand it rocking so much.
Tyler keeps calling KR as I won't answer his calls. He is still sending texts with profanity, etc. KR is not picking up. We think maybe we might help him pay his rent, like 200 dollars a month.
I went to the 99 cent store in the afternoon for a ride and cycling seems to help.
Had a bunch of apricots for dinner, felt rather bloated.
Went to bed by 9. KR had training at KHC for Royal Family. He came home with his cabin assignment. He wanted to do woodwork, but was not assigned.

Yoga Monday
Made it to Amy's class and the walls are not painted, even though the Y said it would be done last night.
I bought some Blu Blockers online, wonder if they would help, as typing on this and any other computers make me dizzy.
I had an appt with Grace Lee at 7 30 and she was a few minutes late. Got a lot of points that were painful. She said something about the CHI thing, and I almost fell asleep, it was an ok appt.
Called NYC, and no appt available for June 17 or 24. DARN.
Praying away............
I rode my bike to the 99 cent store, took me an hour, so slow, but the dizziness abated a little.
KR and I went for a walk at the beach about 5. It is so nice to be out with him. I hold on to his hand very tightly the whole walk, as always, of late.
Tyler is just a downer. His car got totaled parking on the side of his apartment, and he is just ranting and raving about us helping him, and being so rude. I told him no profanity and he cannot abide by that so we are not going to communicate for awhile, I hope. The lady that hit him also hit three other or two other cars, with his car being the total wreck. That is two cars in a year.
I went to bed but could not sleep, and then waking up about 11 and ate a few pineapple cakes.
No meds today.

Resting Sunday
So the rocking continues.
I don't get up til almost 7, and it is not bad immediately, but pretty quick.
Ride my bike for about an hour, seems to help.
Napped with KR about an hour, and the rocking stops when I sleep.
Went to my class, but still no good.
Apricots falling down all over.
Kurt and KR grilled steaks and cooked Chinese vegetables. I ate and went to bed.

What a Saturday
I am working so hard on not taking med just in case Mt Sinai says ok to June 17 or June 24. It is a very dizzy day. I did some yard work, KR went to Klub, which was the last day, and they had beach after. The weather turned beautiful finally half way through. I cleaned the chicken coop and Kurt broke the pumpkin and put in compost.
I went to Adele's for the BBQ and I felt so bad that I came home. I rode my bike there, and it helps so much to ride. So I rode to drop off mom's paperwork for the free summer care over on the other side of 226 street, and then all over the alleys and then back to the bank.
KR and I took a half hour nap.
He went to church early, I wore the vertigo glasses I got yesterday and walked to church. The glasses didn't help a bit and I was so queasy when I got to church.
KR had tacos and Kurt and Corrina were swimming at Chuck's so Kurt will got o church tomorrow. I got him two tacos too.
I went to bed by 8 15.

Friday, Dad's 101 birthday
Dad would have been 101 today. I think if he did not fall, he would have made it to 101, slowly, and in bed, and not remembering who I am.
When I got up it was spinning so I thought, oh no. I took a little less, more like .3 clonipin, and went to work. So dizzy.
Forgot my phone at the office, actually I could not find it, it was in room two. Maggie was choking at the sensor when Kathy took x rays, so I hurried to get her done.
Then I rode my bike back to get my phone after Kathy found it.
KR went and did air layering at moms and planted several GIANT pumpkin seeds. He finally broke it open so we can plant some at the serenity garden.
We went to bible study and it was great, with Mike and Carole, Mike and Patty and Karl and me. It was late when I went to bed. 10 pm !!!!

WORKING THURSDAY
So it was to be busy, but ended up not so. I had Tiarra Joseph again, but instead of prepping #18 and delivering #31, we only delivered as she had an abscess on #14 starting so we need to save the money for the RCT that Dr Le will be doing.
Got home about 1 30 after stopping off at Walmart, which they did NOT have the fluxotine cheap, so why bother filling it there? I will transfer to CVS or something.
I had to take a little clonipin at work as the spinning got so bad. I went for a run in the afternoon, hard, 11 minute mile, which is hard for me, but the spinning did not get better. KR cooked stew, yum for dinner. And Chinese vegetables.
Kathy called, Maggie wants to see me, so they scheduled 8 am tomorrow.
I went to bed early, again.

Office meeting Wednesday
I got up early enough for yoga but didn't go. Just felt like lazing around, and did yoga here. Then I went to the gym for a little weights before the office meeting.
Office meeting went well. Drove to Diane's and we had lunch at Truxton, off of Manchester. Saw Adam. Lunch was great. I picked some mulberries for her and some of our apricots too.
Afternoon was a ride to Dr Lee for mom's paperwork.

No work Tuesday
So I didn't have work today. Thank goodness. I am trying to not take anything and I endured a whole day of dizziness.
Went for a ride to mom's to get the house and the plants outside ready.
Drove the car to Sam's to pick up Diane's picture for her birthday and buy some milk.
Went for a walk with KR to the beach and saw JACOB BINGEMANN !!!!
He stopped and talked and was so nice to see him.
I went to bed early, by 8 30. Hope tomorrow is a better day

Yoga Monday
I hope and hope.
Well, still dizzy.
Got to yoga, in the big room next to check in because upstairs got painted.
Saw Grace Lee for acupuncture at 7 30 am but I think she left me in the room too long, and I got too warm. Felt like it was over an hour. I walked slowly home.
Micohn came by for mulberries. She took a LOT !! She left me some mango loaf, that I will save for Alan. Too sweet.
KR came home, drove to Manhattan and no surf so he did some weeding in the front and in the serenity garden. Looks very nice. He does a nice job. I went walking thinking it would help my dizziness. It did, a little, but my hip hurts. What a day. I tried to remain upbeat, but it is hard with this forever dizziness. Kurt said he did ok with his finals and two projects due.
KR and Gracie swam at Chuck's pool, and I just sat around a bit there, and did a little watering. Then Kurt cooked the squash and we all had it for dinner.
I think KR is drinking too much, two beers and glass of wine. That is daily, just about. I will pray some more.
SUNDAY
Well, it didn't last. I am dizzy, so dizzy that i took about a .3
Did laundry and water the plants by the street, KR weeded a bunch. Kurt went to church on the beach, then KR took Matthew and Bubba, Adrian was busy, to the club house for a swim, as Stephanie was over at her parents' house so KR didn't go.
Gracie wrecked her leg again, chasing the squirrel in the back yard so she didn't swim, good thing.
Exercise class was good.
But I am dizzy.
Neck not so bad, just stiff.
KR cooked squash and I left leftover stew.
Went to bed by 8 30, not even dark.

So I started doing cleaning after I slept in til about 7 am !!!!!
KR had Klub training so he left about 10 30
Before Klub, we cleaned out the utensil drawers and got rid of a lot of stuff. I also went over to mom's and cleaned her stuff out too so when they get here it would be nice. The tomatoes I planted are doing well.
And today there is VERY LITTLE DIZZINESS, and I didn't take any meds. Actually it is only NOW that I am on the computer, after church, that I feel the rocky and dizziness. I pray that tomorrow i just as good.
Praise to Jesus.
Church was good.
Going to bed early.
